Chapter 5: A Snake in the Grass

"Shiva-Sama! Please wait! You're not healed yet!" Shiva ignored the gods shouting behind him as him and Rudra walked towards the human's side.

Rudra looked at Shiva confused "So... why you want to talk with the kid of Yujiro? It isn't your style to apologize."

Shiva kept looking towards the human's side, three of his four arms missing. "I have to give him a message."

"Are you going to kill him next or something like that?" Rudra tried and Shiva shook his head.

"No. It is just a message."

*Human´s Side*

Baki was trying to figure out his father's words. It annoyed him but... he can't figure it out.

"H-Hey! Is that S-Shiva, right?" He hears someone shout as humans cowered away from the way of the injured god. He narrowed his eyes seeing he was heading his way.

"Ehm... Baki right?" Shiva asked and Baki nodded.

"Yeah, what do you want?" Baki said standing up, and even if Shiva was taller, he kept his glare.

Shiva nodded "Yujiro, your father, had a message for you."

Baki frowned "A message?"

Shiva nodded "He said, I love you Baki. And I know, you will surpass me."

Baki stood in silence "Huh..."

Shiva smirked "You know, I always wanted an apprentice. And a show of respect to your father, I! Shiva! Will take you as my-"

"Not interested." Baki interrupted "Besides, you killed Yujiro, what I was going to do. So now..."

"I will kill you."

Shiva blinked confused before smirking "I will be waiting then." And with that, he left.

*Training Room*

"I forgot how intense he is..." Naruto muttered seeing how Might Gai, the following fighter for humanity, healed was... training... to call it something.

Izuku and Boruto were already passed out on the floor as Gai kept doing pushups. The door opened and Brunhilda followed by Geir and Gai jumped to his feet like nothing. "YOSH! Brunhilda! Will I meet my Valkyrie now!?"

Brunhilda shook her head "No. You will meet the person who will aid you in this round."

"Yo." The God Buddha came behind Brunhilda. "Nice meeting you."

The humans were perplexed as Brunhilda started explaining "You see; Buddha will fight for humanity and he will be your volund of sorts."

"Why?" Naruto asked and Buddha frowned.

"Gods... can't act like humanity is the problem. We created you, we should help you grow. Instead, they decided to just wipe them clean and try again for the fifth time." Buddha explained and Katsuki frowned.

"What you mean by 'fifth' time?"

"As it sounds. This isn't the first Raganarok that happened."

Gai hummed "I see..." He then gave Buddha his 'nice guy' smile "But don't worry! We will make sure this is the last one! Let's go Buddha! Let's show them our YOUTH!"

Buddha huffed amused "Sure. But first..."

"There is a traitor in the humans' side."

*Beelzebub Chambers*

"I must say, Beelzebub-Sama; your lab is quite something."

Beelzebub nodded "Indeed. All the registers made by men are stored here. Even if no other god will admit it, humans did things we couldn't have dreamed."

"How fascinating. That's why you are keeping me alive?"

"Yes. As long you fix Zeus' arm, you will be granted a pardon."

"Excellent. KuKuKu..."

*Corridors*

"So, 8 gates?" Buddha asked and Gai nodded.

"Indeed, I can use 7 of them without any major harm, but the 8 gate would kill me after using it." Gai explained and Buddha hummed.

"I get it. We will work on it."

"Looky there, a filthy traitor." They turned to Loki who was grinning mischievously at them "Buddha-Chan; I know you like them, but to get a pet of them? I think it is too much."

Buddha huffed and smiled "He is my partner for my next fight, Loki. Not my pet."

Loki pouted "So it is true you are no longer fighting for us? You're breaking my heart."

"As if you had one in the first place."

"Ow! Low blow!" Loki laughed as he stood up and left "Well, I will go inform we need a replacement. Don't forget to feed, give water and take your pet on walks!"

Gai smiled "Loki, right?"

Loki hummed smiling "That's me."

"I hope you have that same smile after I win this round." Gai said as he and Buddha left.

Loki kept grinning "Oh. I will."

*Arena*

"TIME FOR THE SIXTH ROUND! REPRESENTING THE HUMAN SIDE! THE STRONGEST TAIJUTSU MASTER OF THE ELEMENTAL NATIONS! THE MASTER OF YOUTH! THE GREEN BEAST OF THE LEAF! MIGHT GAI!"

"YOSH!" Gai jumped into the arena doing flips as he waited for his opponent.

"AND REPRESENTING THE GODS..." Heimdall waited for someone to tell him when The Seven Lucky Gods appeared.

"I no one will, I will fight you." Bishamonten said and Bezainten nodded.

"So will I."

"Me too!" Ebisu said.

"Me three!" Daikuten screamed.

"I will join too." Fukurokujo added.

"Hhmp. I will fight." Jurojin said.

"Oi! Don't forget about me!" Hoteison screamed.

And then... they fused.

"Ahh... I will fight..."

"IT SEEMS THE FIGHTER OF THE GODS IS... ZEROFUKU!"
