A/N: Hey, everyone! How are you? Sorry for the long wait, but I've been kinda busy with daily life stuff. Anyways, as you saw in the last chapter, Fuutarou showed to be very protective of his childhood friend, making Nino's love for him grow even more haha. She even sat on his lap during the tutoring session, looking forward to pass the math text he told her about to get the date he promised her if she did it. Did she pass that text? Let's find it out!
Inside her bedroom, the second oldest quint was looking at herself in the mirror, smiling; since she managed to pass the math test that Fuutarou and she did at school, the boy would take her on a date as reward. The day was finally here, so the girl tried on various outfits in the last hours, choosing one that consisted of a purple blouse, a long black skirt with some butterflies drawn on it and a pair of cute blue shoes.
Obviously, she didn't forget her signature butterfly ribbons; they were a present that Fuutaro gave her years ago and that she considered as sign of his love for her, after all. That was also the reason she never lent them to her sisters and refused to take them off whenever they went to visit their grandfather at the hot springs inn he owned.
She knew that the old man was shocked to see her different from her sisters, but her ribbons were extremely important for her. After all, Fuutarou gave them to her as as way to make sure that they would meet each other again as they promised, and so it happened.
Besides, knowing he never had a girlfriend because he never forgot her made Nino very glad and fueled her desire to meet the young man soon for their date. Once she finished to check herself in the mirror, the girl left her room and went downstairs, finding Ichika, Miku and Yotsuba on the sofa watching a movie.
"Ara ara, you look fantastic, Nino. Fuutarou-kun will be flabbergasted when he sees you.", told her Ichika, smiling.
"You don't know how happy I am hehe. Going on my first date with him is something I've always dreamed of.", said the social butterfly, giggling.
"It's really nice that Uesugi-San decided to take you on a date as reward for passing a test. I wonder if he will reward us too for passing our future tests.", said instead Yotsuba with a hand on her chin.
"H-he's very nice, so that's possible.", said Miku, blushing at remembering how the boy patted her on the head.
Noticing her expression, Nino frowned and said, "Miku, don't you dare to flirt with Fuu-kun."
"Ehhh?! I-I wasn't thinking about that.", replied the flustered headphones girl.
"Calm down, Nino. No one of us is going to take him away from you. You and Fuutarou-kun love each other deeply since childhood, after all. And since you're going on a date with him, he could take up the occasion to kiss you fufu.", said Ichika in a teasing way, causing Nino to blush and imagine a kissing moment between her and Fuutarou.
She put them her hands on her blushing face and giggled, with her sisters smiling at seeing her so lovestruck about the handsome young man. The girl checked also the time, and noticing that there some minutes left before of meeting Fuutarou, she took her bag and waved to her sisters while telling them to order some take away food to have lunch.
After she left the apartment, Itsuki came out of her room, since she was studying, and asked, "Girls, why did I hear Nino speaking so loudly?"
"Ah, Itsuki-chan. Let's just say that she told Miku to not flirt with that handsome tutor.", replied the oldest quint, making Miku and Itsuki blush.
"I-I see. S-so she left to go on a d-date with him?"
"Yes, and she told us to order some take away food for lunch.", answered Yotsuba this time.
"I can cook for everyone willingly.", suddenly said Miku, making her sisters shiver and sweatdrop.
'I-It's better if you don't.', they thought, assuring Miku that she didn't have to cook and that they would eat some take away food. It was the best way to not insult her cooking in the end.
Meanwhile, the social butterfly was currently sitting inside the limousine driven by Ebata, smiling brightly; she waited 5 years to meet again her childhood love, and after they reunited with each other, she could finally go on a date with him. There weren't any words that could describe her immense happiness.
Ebata saw her happy expression and smiled as well, as he knew how much affectionate Nino was to Fuutarou. She always talked about him in the past by saying how nice he was and that he was like a prince for her, so the old butler was glad that she was going on a date with the boy. He was also sure that the quints' father, Maruo Nakano, would have nothing against Nino and Fuutarou dating each other; they liked each other since they met 5 years ago.
After some minutes of driving, the limousine stopped near a café in the center area of Tokai, so Nino got down from it and greeted Ebata that did the same before leaving. The young girl then looked around to find Fuutarou, suddenly feeling two hands covering her eyes.
"Who am I?", asked her the very familiar voice.
"It's you, Fuu-kun.", she said, blushing and smiling. The hands covering her eyes retracted, so she turned around to see her beloved childhood friend; he wore a blue shirt kept unbuttoned upon a black t-shirt, dark blue jeans and grey sneakers. Nino didn't hesitate to hug him immediately, snuggling her face into his chest.
"Good morning, Fuu-kun!", she told him, happily.
"Yo, Nino. Y-you seem really happy to see me.", he told her, blushing and patting her head.
"Of course I am. Going on a date for the first time with you makes me really glad. ", she said, lifting her face to look at him with a smile.
Fuutarou blushed more at her words, smiling too and patting her head lovingly. Nino adored the gesture and kept hugging him a little more before reluctantly detaching herself from him.
In that way, the boy could admire better her outfit, leaving him stunned for some seconds before telling her how good she looked. "Hehe, t-thank you, Fuu-kun. W-where did you want to go together?"
"I-I thought of going to walk here around to look at the shops and then to the park to relax. Sounds good?"
The young girl smiled and clung on his arm, "It sounds great! Let's go then."
So the two teenagers started to walk through the streets of Tokai's center, taking a look at the various shops they could see. They were also holding hands together like when they did it during their first meeting in Kyoto of 5 years ago, which made Nino very happy.
She had always rejected other boys in the past because she never forgot Fuutarou since they met. And now that she was on a date with him, she felt like in a dream, with the difference that it was all real.
And since she loved shopping, she didn't hesitate to go with the boy inside a clothes shop to make him try on various pieces of cloth. "Fuu-kun, try to wear this jacket.", she told him while giving him a dark green jacket with fake fur on the collar.
"Sure. Thank you, Nino.", he replied, smiling and going towards a changing room. Meanwhile, the social butterfly continued to scan other clothes to choose other jackets or t-shirts that would look good on her childhood love. During that, she couldn't help but smile because it felt like she was already his girlfriend, even if, considering her behavior when it came to him, she was already that.
Since her first day at Asahiyama, she did nothing if not clinging on Fuutarou every time she saw him, glaring at other girls that wanted to make a move on him. The young man was never bothered by Nino's affections; she was the girl he cherished since childhood, so he was happy to receive so many affections from her.
And it was the same case when he got out of the changing room with the green jacket on, making Nino blush and hug him while telling him he looked great. "Hehe, you two are really cute together. Would you like to wear matching t-shirts too?", suddenly asked them one of shop assistants, smiling.
"Huh? M-matching t-shirts? Let's do it, Fuu-kun!", said loudly the social butterfly, blushing and hugging the boy tighter.
The young tutor blushed as well and nodded, making Nino giggle happily. So the shop assistant showed them various matching t-shirts with different patterns: a pair that formed a heart together, another one that could combine the images of a black cat and a white one and so on.
Liking particularly the t-shirts with cats, Nino suggested to the boy to wear those ones, getting a nod and a smile from him. They went to change in different changing rooms, even if Nino wanted to change in the same as him to take a look at his shirtless figure.
'S-stop it! H-he will think I'm a pervert!', she thought while wearing the t-shirt, blushing with an intense shade of red and shaking her head to not think about a shirtless Fuutarou.
Thankfully, she calmed down and went out of the room with the grey cat t-shirt on, meeting her childhood friend with the black cat one. The shop assistant said that they looked fantastic like that, suggesting also to take a photo of them.
Nino beamed at that and looked at the boy with puppy eyes to convince him, which proved to be a weakness for him as he blushed and nodded. The young girl then hugged him from a side while he put his arm around her to keep closer while the shop assistant took the photo with Nino's smartphone.
Once the photo was taken, the two teenagers took a look at it, admiring how cute they looked together. "Thank you, Fuu-kun. I will make this photo print so I can put it in my photo album at home.", told him Nino, smiling blissfully at him.
"Y-you're welcome. I'd like to have it too on my phone."
"Don't worry, I will send it to you via LINE. Meanwhile, I can wear some dresses and you can tell me how I look with them hehe.", she said, clinging on him again and snuggling he face into his toned chest.
"Ok, Nino.", he said instead, patting her head. So he sat on a chair while the girl went to take a glance at some cute and coloured dresses, showing them to him to ask him which would look better on her.
Every time he chose a dress, Nino would go to wear it in order to show it to him, smiling at seeing him blush and hearing from him how beautiful she looked. Receiving such compliment from him was enough to make her heart beat like crazy, desiring to kiss him on the lips to thank him.
She also thought of wearing some sexy lingerie to show it to him, but she changed her mind because she would get redder than him if she did. Plus, it was just their first date, so it was too soon to that kind of stuff.
When the two of them were done with buying clothes, with Nino paying for all their clothes because she knew about Fuutarou's financial situation, they ddecided to look around at other shops like a pet one and an electronics one. But suddenly, Fuutarou's belly grumbled and made him blush while Nino giggled.
"It looks I'm hungry haha. Shall we go to eat to that fast food over there, Nino?", suggested the young man, pointing at said place.
"I would have liked to make a bento for you today too, but I looked forward so much to go out with you that I couldn't wait to see you.", she replied, clinging on his arm while her chest pressed on it.
Her words caused Fuutarou to blush again, with a smile appearing on his face. 'You fell really hard for me 5 years ago, huh? That makes me very happy, Nino.', he thought, caressing the girl's hair while she giggled.
They went then inside the fast food, where they ordered two cheeseburgers, some fries, a strawberry juice for Nino and a cola for Fuutarou. The counter girl that took their orders blushed at seeing the boy, but Nino noticed it and clung on him while glaring at the girl like to say "Back off, he's mine!"
Whenever girls got jealous, that could be a little annoying and obnoxious. Though, Fuutarou found Nino's jealousy as something that he liked about her, since it showed how much affectionate she was to him. She had showed to be jealous of her sisters too each time the boy gave attention to them, but when he focused on her, her jealousy was replaced by huge joy.
And joy was what she was feeling while eating together with him, laughing when he made a funny expression. "Hahaha, you're too funny, Fuu-kun!", she said while laughing.
"I like you seeing you smile and laugh, so I do my best for that.", he told her, making her flustered and looking down embarassed.
"Y-you remember when Ichika said that you've never had a girlfriend because y-you never forgot me? W-was she right?", she suddenly asked him, with her face getting redder while playing with a length of her hair.
"Ehh? W-well, I-I never forgot our promise as I never forgot you. When I-I saw that it was you the new transferred student, I was really glad to see you again. And k-knowing that you didn't forget me either, made me even happier.", was his answer to her questions, scratching the back of his head while blushing like Nino's hair.
His words made her heart beat very fast and smile brightly, so she took his hand on the table and intertwined her fingers with his while she got closer with her face to his. Fuutarou started to do the same, with his lips slowly getting closer and closer to the point they joined together.
The fast food stuff and some customers were flabbergasted before such display of affection, with some old women finding it very cute. Though, the two teenagers didn't care about the various eyes looking at them, as they were concentrated on kissing each other lovingly.
'I-I waited so long to kiss you again, Fuu-kun. I'm beyond happy right now.', thought Nino.
'I never stopped having feelings for you since that time in Kyoto; the ribbons I gave you and the first kiss we shared together made sure that we met again, and the only woman I want as my girlfriend is you.', thought Fuutarou instead, enjoying the kiss even more. He even thought of putting some tongue into it, but he decided against it because they were in public.
Anyways, they continued to kiss each other for some minutes until their lips didn't separate while their eyes were locked into each other. "N-Nino, I want you as my girlfriend and no one else.", he told her, still blushing and looking very serious.
What he got in return for saying those words was Nino getting from her seat to launch herself on him and hug him, surprising him while he managed to keep sitting on the chair to not make fall both of them. "Y-yes! Of course I will be your girlfriend!", she told him, snuggling her face into his chest and crying a bit.
"Geez, you should smile, not cry."
"B-But I can't help it! I always dreamed of meeting you again and becoming your girlfriend, so I'm too h-happy right now.", she said, hugging him tighter.
The golden eyes boy smiled at hearing those words, so he reciprocated her hug and held her closer to him. Some girls that were together their boyfriends there at the fast food found it very romantic, scolding also said boyfriends for not being that sweet too. The unfortunate boys felt boulders on their heads for being reprimanded like that.
Fuutarou and Nino kept hugging each other for a while, until they reluctantly stopped to finish to eat their lunch. And once they were done with it, they left the fast food to go for a walk in the park, with a happy Nino clinging on her brand new boyfriend's right arm.
Someone could see a big smile accompanied by a blush on her face, as sign of the immense happiness she was feeling; meeting Fuutarou again and becoming his girlfriend finally became a reality, so she couldn't avoid to be overjoyed. Her childhood love was feeling the same if his smile was of any indication; he never went out with a girl since he met Nino when they were kids, and now that they were lovers, he was glad.
So the newborn couple walked together inside the park, admiring the different flowers on the grass. "You know, walking here reminds me of when we visited the temples together in Kyoto. I was sad because I got lost, but you helped me to find my family and made me smile often at that time.", said the butterfly ribbons girl, leaning her head on the boy's shoulder.
"When I saw you crying, I felt like I had to do something to help you; I didn't like seeing a c-cute girl like you cry. Besides, I had more fun by spending the time with you than by listening to my boring and grumpy teacher haha.", he said, chuckling and making her giggle.
They chuckled together for a bit before Nino decided to take some selfies together to celebrate the birth of their new relationship, taking advantage of the occasion to kiss him on the cheek often and giggling at seeing him blush. Though, the young man retaliated by kissing her on the lips instead, getting a moan from her in return.
"N-no fair, I-I wasn't ready.", she told him, pouting cutely.
"What do you expect? I like kissing you, after all.", he said, grinning and winking at her. Such reply caused her to blush deeper and have some steam coming out of her ears, clinging on him too to hide her flushed face on his chest.
Fuutarou chuckled and hugged her back, patting her head too. "Now that you're my boyfriend, I don't have to fear that some girl tries to steal you from me.", she told him.
"Why should I get interested in other girls when I have already you?", he asked her rhetorically, making her hug him tighter.
"S-saying that will make me love you even more."
"That's good for me.", he said, grinning. And there it was another arrow that pierced the social butterfly's heart, further increasing the already huge strength of her feelings for the young tutor. So she lifted her face and kissed him, with him reciprocating and making her moan when he put some tongue into it.
Kissing each other like that inside a park while standing on the grass full of nice flowers was like those scenes that Nino found often while reading fairy tales; it was like she was a princess that was showing her big love for her beloved and handsome prince. They just needed the right costumes and the scene would be perfect.
But since they needed to catch some breath, their kissing session suddenly stopped and they pulled away, with Nino's ocean blue eyes still looking into the golden ones of her beloved. "Y-you're bold to kiss me like that, Fuu-kun.", she told him, totally flushed.
"W-well, I guess that you make it difficult for me to control myself. For example, when those bastards tried to insult you the other day, I was ready to beat them into a pulp for that.", he said instead, making her heart skip a beat.
"Hehe, I'm truly overjoyed to have such a loving and protective boyfriend. I love you.", she said before planting her lips on his again for another kiss. Their walk in the park became a kissing session instead, but it was inevitable perhaps; since they were alone at the moment, they could show their affections for each other as much as they wanted.
Obviously, they wouldn't go beyond making out yet; it was true that they loved each other since kids, but jumping straight to that during the first date was exaggerate. Besides, they could do something more in the future and make it special too; so much that it would be something fantastic and very romantic for both of them.
The two of them gave each other various kisses before deciding to leave the park in order for Fuutarou to accompany Nino back to the Pentagon, since it was late afternoon. She could have called Ebata to ask him to give her a passage, but she said that she wanted her boyfriend to walk her home. So she was currently clinging on his arm, pressing her big chest on it and making him blush.
'T-they're pretty soft.', thought the young boy, embarrassed but liking the sensation on his arm.
Nino noticed his expression and smiled; knowing that he was flustered because of her made her glad. Plus, she liked clinging on those strong arms of his just like she enjoyed the contact with his toned pectorals.
'T-this is bad, I can't stop desiring to see him shirtless.', she thought, blushing profusely. She was indeed a girl over heels for her dear boyfriend.
After walking for several minutes, the young couple finally arrived to the Pentagon, in front of which Nino kept clinging on the boy anyways. "Nino, I don't mind having you glued to me, but we've arrived to your house.", said the boy, sweatdropping.
"Then, how about you enter to have dinner with me and my sisters? We can also show them that we're a couple now.", she asked him, looking at him with sweet eyes.
"I w-would love to have your food for dinner, but I have to go home because my family is waiting for me.", he told her, making her pout.
To make her smile, he got closer and kissed her again, making her blush and moan while she gladly kissed him back. "Count also the fact that you can see me again at school and the next days, so we can always spend time together.", he said, smiling at her.
"T-that's true, but I love spending every single moment with you.", she told him, making him sweatdrop and chuckle.
"Glad to know it. I will go now then and see you on Monday, Nino.", he told her, kissing her on the cheek before leaving to go home. The social butterfly frowned because she wanted to hug him and give him affections a little more, but knowing that she would see him again on Monday made her blush and smile.
Though, her smile was more due to the fact that she was now his girlfriend as she always wished since she fell for him during that famous Kyoto trip. Which meant that she had not to fear that some girls tried to flirt with him because Fuutarou had eyes only for her.
And as his girlfriend, she wouldn't allow any of her sisters to flirt with him; she cared deeply for her family, but the young man was only hers. So if she happened to see him being too nice with them, she would make sure that he would be sweeter with her.
But for now, she could just think about telling her sisters about the wonderful news and the amazing first date she had with her beloved Fuutarou, which was just the first of the many dates she wanted to have with him. And just like her, the young man looked forward to go out with her again obviously.
