The next day, CJ went to the garage to find that it was once again empty. No one was around. It was Sunday. So Ryder was probably going after the guys carrying the yay before they got to Los Santos. Meanwhile, Truth was probably back at his farm collecting his drugs. As for Cesar and Kendl? They probably were on a date. CJ no longer felt skeptical of Kendl being with Cesar while he wasn't around. He knew he trusted Cesar dearly. Besides Ryder, Cesar was the only friend who haven't turned his back on him.

So as CJ plopped down on the sofa, he picked up the remote and turned on the television, in which he was watching The Fresh Prince of Bel Air as the television turned on. He sat back and laugh at most of the comedy on the television program.

At least the television shows are gettin' better in this decade, CJ thought.

Just then, he heard his cellphone ring. CJ pulled it out of his pocket and answered it.

"Hey, wassup?," he answered.

"Hey Carl, it's Woozie," he heard Woozie say over the phone. "Hey, if you got some time, I'd like for you to come over so we can talk about something."

"Yeah, for sure," CJ replied. "Where you at?"

"I own a little betting shop in Chinatown," Woozie told him. "Just come around and introduce yourself. My people will be expecting a visit."

"It's a plan, man," CJ replied nonchalantly. "Later."

As CJ hung up, he jumped off the couch and walked over to the parked car outside. He hopped inside, started the engine, and drove onto the road.

He said it was at Chinatown, CJ thought. Hell, I know where that at.

So CJ drew through and made a left turn to Chinatown, where he saw the betting shop up front. He parked the car to the side, hopped out, and entered the shop.

Inside were a couple of patrons cheering at the horse races shown in the TV screens up above. They seemed very determine for whichever horse they were rooting for as they watch them race through the screen. CJ approached the booth where a triad was behind.

"We're closed! Pokgai!" the triad snapped at CJ.

"Easy, man," CJ complained. "I'm here to see Woozie."

"Oh," the triad replied guiltily. "Upstairs."

"Stupid ass motherfucker..." CJ muttered under his breath.

He made his way down the hall and approached the staircase, where he saw another triad blocking his path.

"I'm Johnson," CJ told him. "I'm here to see Woozie, I work with him."

"Yes," the triad answered, pointing to the staircase, "right this way. You know of the boss's curse?"

"Curse?" CJ asked. "Nah."

"He's blind," the triad replied.

"Blind?" CJ asked, bewildered. "But we was just racing cars a few days ago!"

"Yes, I know," the triad replied calmly. "He is blessed with unbelievable good fortune. And the Triad that would do anything for him. We call him our Lucky Mole."

CJ just stared at the triad as if he were in his closet pondering what shirt or outfit would best suit him.

"A'ight," CJ answered. "I'll keep that in mind."

"Good," the triad said as CJ continued on up the stairs.

CJ made it to the top to find Woozie in his apartment room with a couple of women by his side.

"Woozie!" CJ greeted as he entered the apartment room.

The two women then began to leave the room.

"Hello, Carl," Woozie replied, turning face-to-face with CJ.

"Hey, what's happening Woozie - y'know, how you doin'?" CJ asked.

"Straight to the facts," Woozie told him. "I can't use your help unless I'm open with you about who I am and what I do. Let me re-introduce myself... I am the boss of the Mountain Cloud Boys."

"Nice to meet you," CJ answered.

"Likewise," Woozie replied. "Why don't you sit down?"

CJ took a seat on the nearby couch.

"As Dai Dai Lo of the Triad," Woozie began as he took a seat on the couch as well, "it is my responsibility to see the disputes are settled without... damaging important business."

"Where I come in at?" CJ asked.

"We shall see," Woozie replied. "I'm about to drop in on a local Triad that failed to show face at the last Tong meeting. Come with me, and you'll see how we Triads settle things without recourse to...unnecessary violence."

CJ thought about this for a moment. Woozie seemed like a stoic person who would much rather keep the action personal, but tranquil at the same time. It definitely seemed to fit CJ's style since in spite of being a hardcore gangbanger, he still preferred to handle things in a much more non-violent way.

"A'ight," CJ finally replied, after five seconds of thinking. "I'll ride with you."

So he and Woozie hopped off the couch and walked outside of the room.

As they stepped outside of the building, Woozie came to a complete stop.

"We'll need a ride," Woozie told CJ. "Mine's getting some bodywork done to it."

"Alright, don't trip," CJ told the blind Chinese-American man as he guided him to a blue Sabre parked out front. They hopped inside and CJ started the engine.

"The Blood Feather Triad have a storehouse around the block," Woozie told CJ. "We shall see what excuses they have to offer."

"OK," CJ replied as he put the vehicle on drive and rode off onto the road. "So what's all this talk of business?"

"Some small time Vietnamese gangs have been making trouble lately," Woozie told CJ as the latter made a right turn on the other side of the road. "We're not sure why they're gaining any courage now, but I'm nervous about the situation."

As CJ rode around the block, he finally came across an alleyway.

"This is the place!" Woozie said as he and CJ exited the car. "Come on, it's this way."

Woozie guided CJ to the alleyway, much to CJ's confusion.

Wait! CJ thought. I thought this dude was blind!

But CJ didn't bother questioning this and continued to follow Woozie. To CJ's confusion, Woozie dropped to his knees and began searching on the ground for something.

"Now... where's that loose cobble?" Woozie muttered to himself, still continuing to search on the ground.

"Hey, what the hell you doin'?" a bewildered CJ asked the handicapped triad.

"Just, eerr," Woozie began to stutter, "checking the, um, y'know. Shut up, Carl... THIS WAY!"

CJ just shook his head as Woozie continued to walk through the alleyway and CJ followed along without another word. Just then, the two spotted a number of citizens running out through the alleyway, many of them screaming in terror.

"Hey, what's with all these people?" CJ asked, barely dodging a fat guy who almost knocked him over as he ran past him. "Where they going?"

"Something isn't right here," Woozie muttered, twisting his lips to his left side and placing his thumb and index finger around his chin. "We should be careful... Follow me."

CJ knew the two were now in serious business. So he pulled out his weapon as he followed Woozie through the alley. But Woozie ran so fast he knocked into a brick wall, stunning him slightly as the impact caused him to fall to the ground.

"What's wrong?" CJ asked an unconscious Woozie. "You lost? Need a hand?"

"NO!" Woozie shouted, suddenly as he woke from his consciousness. He slowly picked himself up off the ground rubbing his forehead. "No, I was just, you know, getting the feel of the place. Stick Close!"

As Woozie continued to guide CJ through the alley, the two finally came across an open gate to the left side.

"Ah, we're here!" Woozie announced as he and CJ walked through the gate and into the storehouse. "This way! Strange, this gate is usually locked. Stick Close!"

"Oh, man, Woozie..." CJ uttered as they came across the end of the storehouse, where there were several triads' corpses and two bombed cars, as well as several flames around them. Woozie, however, took no notice.

"What's got you so spooked?" Woozie asked CJ as he continued walking, still oblivious to the rampage up ahead. He nearly tripped over one of the triad's corpse. "Oh, oh sorry, didn't see you lying down there."

"He's dead," CJ announced. "They all are."

"The Blood Feathers, wiped out?" Woozie asked.

Just then, the garage door opened, and a triad revealed himself inside.

"Dai Dai Lo!" the triad pleaded. "Forgive me, I was too scared to fight, so I hid!"

"Enough!" Woozie demanded. "What happened here?!"

"Vietnamese surprised us!" the triad responded vociferously. "Cut us all down! Shit, here they come again!

CJ and Woozie looked behind them to catch a black vehicle ram through the gate and pull over right in front of them. They were the Vietnamese gang! They hopped out the vehicle and hoisted their weapons to prepare to fire.

"The Triads must have vengeance!" Woozie shouted as he and CJ took cover.

Without a word, CJ pulled out his SMG and began firing at the gang. After taking out the four members, there were more of them just down the other end. So CJ approached them for a closer shot and took them out as well. He spotted more of them through the alleyway and saw that some of them were even on the buildings.

"Hell's sewers, that was a sniper bullet!" Woozie shouted, barely dodging a shot from one of the shooters on the building armed with a sniper rifle.

As CJ continued to dodge the bullets fired by the opposing gang, he fired back at the gang and finally hit the last man.

"In the car, quick!" CJ told Woozie.

The two ran to the alleyway and hopped inside the black vehicle the gang had been driving in.

"We got more company!" CJ announced as he looked back to find more of the Vietnamese gang members in another vehicle just on the street ahead of the exiting alley.

So CJ put the car in reverse and rammed the vehicle behind him off the road.

"You drive!" Woozie told CJ. "I'll send them back to the sewers!"

So Woozie pulled out a tech nine and fired at the Vietnamese gang members. To CJ's surprise, he saw Woozie connecting impeccably to the vehicle. His accuracy was just so impeccable, and his aim seemed very precise.

Damn! CJ thought. He sure knows how to shoot for a blind guy. Shit, he shoot better than Smoke's fatass.

"Keep driving," Woozie informed CJ as another Vietnamese gang member's car approached them. "I'll take care of these murderous scum!"

So Woozie continued to shoot at the vehicles and in a matter of seconds, one of the cars finally caught fire as CJ drove away from them and eventually exploded. Since the other Vietnamese car was right next to the car that blew up, it caught fire and exploded as well.

"That look like the last of them," CJ said as he made a right turn to the other side of the road and finally pulled up in front of the betting shop in Chinatown.

"Thank you, Carl," Woozie thanked CJ. "You saved me from having to kill them all myself. Here, a token of the Tong's appreciation for what you did today."

Woozie hopped out of the car and walked inside the betting shop. CJ checked his watch. It was only 10:06 AM. So he figured he should do more work with the Loco Syndicate. So CJ decided to go see what Jizzy and the rest of his crew were up to and squealed away back on the road to head over to his club right away.
