As CJ finally made his way to Esplanade North, he hopped out of the vehicle and walked over to cross the street to the pier.
"CJ!" he heard Cesar yell.
"Cesar!" CJ shouted, looking around. "Where you at?!"
"I'm up here, holmes!" Cesar yelled. CJ turned up to find Cesar up on the roof of the building. "Go around the back!" Cesar yelled.
So CJ went around the building and climbed the steps of the building to meet Cesar on top.
"Hey man," CJ said approaching his friend.
"Nice job getting the phone message," Cesar replied. "You should take this." He handed CJ a sniper rifle. "What's up with Jizzy?"
"Dead," CJ responded. "So, what's the plan?"
"T-Bone's security got here real early," Cesar told him. "They've got men on the roof watching over the pier."
"Well this gives me just the right time to blast those motherfuckers' heads off!" CJ replied as he took aim at the building from across the street.
Cesar was right. The San Fierro Rifa gang members were right on the roof armed with weapons, prepared to kill anyone who opposed them. Just then, Cesar's phone rang. He pulled it out of his pocket to answer it.
"Yeah," he said. "OK, yeah, yeah, yeah I see you." Cesar hung up the phone and stored it away. "That was Woozie's boys," Cesar told CJ. "They're in place. Look, down by the side entrance."
CJ looked to find the Mountain Cloud Boys creeping around the buildings.
"Shit!" CJ said as he spotted them walking towards the door to the building. "They heading up to the roof!"
"SHIT!" Cesar also added. "Mira, we're gonna have to take out T-Bone's men on the rooftop before this gig blows wide open!"
So without a word, CJ used his sniper rifle to take out two Rifa gangsters.
"Shit!" Cesar shouted as one of the Mountain Cloud Boys were instantly iced. "They walked right into it! One of those Triad boys is down!"
CJ continued to shoot the other Rifa gang members.
"Hey, there's still some on the left, CJ..." Cesar announced.
"I see them!" CJ replied. He moved his rifle to the left and shot three of the Rifa gangs there.
"Hey, that's one more Mountain Cloud boy down!" Cesar announced as another Mountain Cloud member fell down to the ground. "Take them out, CJ!" Cesar yelled frantically. "They're right in the thick of it!"
CJ said nothing and just killed the last member of the San Fierro Rifa gang with one shot.
"Man, my busting was tight!" CJ boasted. Just then, the two spotted the rest of the San Fierro Rifa gang walking down the street, with T-Bone Mendez leading them.
"Here comes T-Bone!" Cesar announced.
"And there go the punk ass Balla Pushas!" CJ added, viewing the Ballas' vehicle approaching in front of the pier. The Rifa and Ballas then coalesced to form a meeting.
"Something ain't right," CJ said, looking around. "Where's Toreno?"
Just then, a chopper flew over the building.
"Chopper inbound!" Cesar announced.
"That's gotta be Toreno!" CJ added as the chopper prepared to land. "Oh shit! He'll see the bodies on the roof!"
"Too late, man!" Cesar responded as the helicopter suddenly fled the scene. "He's already tripping out."
CJ looked to see the Ballas and Rifa throwing smoke grenades around the pier.
"Smoke grenades!" CJ exclaimed. "So much for a surprise!" C'mon, we gotta take these fools out right now!"
So CJ and Cesar darted down the stairs and ran across the street.
"Hey!" one of the Ballas members shouted. "It one of them Grove Street motherfuckers, and his greaseball buddy!"
"Take those motherfuckers out!" a Rifa member shouted.
"Yo, Ceez, take cover!" CJ shouted.
The two ran through the pier as the gang members fired bullets at them. CJ and Cesar both just fired back at them. One by one, they took down as many members as they can. The bullets hit windows and plants, and everyone was ducking, rolling, and shifting from side to side. CJ was able to hit many of them successfully. After a five minute shoot-out, every member of the Ballas and Rifas were now dead, and their corpses were lying all over the pier. It was now quiet, and CJ and Cesar stood proudly around the many corpses around the pier.
"Well, we got them!" CJ broke the silence as he gave Cesar a high five.
"Si, holmes," Cesar replied. "Now all we have to do is find T-Bone Mendez!"
Just then, they heard a gun cocking. CJ and Cesar looked up to find T-Bone armed with an AK-47 at the edge of the pier..
"Looking for somebody, holmes?" T-Bone replied with a low tone of voice, aiming his weapon at the two friends.
"Mendez!" Cesar shouted. "I see you, Rifa motherfucker!"
T-Bone just laughed. "And this the last time you'll ever see me, ese!" he responded. "I knew it all along you were a fucking snake, Johnson! I was onto you since day one!"
"Where's Toreno?" CJ asked.
"Fuck you, pendejo!" T-Bone responded, hoisting the weapon to his left shoulder prepared to fire. "You couldn't get past me! Say goodbye to the world, putos!"
T-Bone pulled the trigger, only to realize that it was empty.
"Ah shit!" he shouted. "Mike gave me an empty gun?!"
After a few seconds of hesitation, T-Bone darted to the railing and climbed on top. "Yeah, I'll be back for you, Johnson!" he shouted standing onto the railing.
"He's headed for the boats!" Cesar shouted.
"Don't worry about it," CJ told him. "I got this."
"I should've killed you when I had the chance!" T-Bone shouted turning around. He stared at CJ, flipped the middle finger at him, turned around, and dove into the water.
As Cesar watched, CJ hopped over the railing and jumped into the water. He felt the cold water running through his clothes as he looked around He stared ahead to watch T-Bone swimming to the island with the speedboats parked aside it. So CJ swam as fast as his legs and arms could carry him. By the time he finally reached the island, T-Bone had already hopped onto the boat and sped away.
CJ hopped inside the other boat and zoomed after T-Bone. As he finally caught up to the Rifa'a leader, he pointed his SMG at T-Bone and began firing at him.
"I knew you were a liability!" T-Bone shouted. Those words came right back in CJ's mind and made him stop firing. That was exactly what Ryder called him when he returned to his hometown in Los Santos.
"Yeah, you never should've trusted Jizzy!" T-Bone continued. "You played us, Johnson! Nobody double-crosses me! You're fucking dead! I'm gonna hunt you down, Johnson! You're dead meat!"
CJ was now growing tired of T-Bone's tirades. So he continue doing a drive-by shooting at his speedboat and continued firing until the boat caught fire. CJ stopped the boat as he watched T-Bone's boat zoom away a few inches right before finally exploding distantly.
Just then, his cellphone rang. "Whassup, Cesar?" CJ answered.
"You OK, holmes?" Cesar asked through the phone. "We been watching from the pier with binoculars."
"Yeah, I'm okay, I think," CJ muttered. "Listen you better clear out, the cops gonna be all over the spot in a minute."
"Sure thing," Cesar replied. "See you back at the garage!"
So CJ drove his boat to the side of the land in Red County and hopped off the boat. His clothes were drenched with the ocean water. But he figured he'd dry them out on his way back to the apartment until he got there to change. He spotted a Sanchez parked up ahead and hopped onto the vehicle before riding away.
Two Loco Syndicate members down, Toreno to go, CJ thought. He would now get some peace after he would finish the whole thing. He continued riding through the county and back to San Fierro.
