Four hours had passed, and everyone was taking a break from working. Dwaine and Jethro were sitting around drinking booze. Ryder and LB were playing dominoes. Cesar and Kendl were resting on the couch watching television together, with Kendl resting her head on Cesar's lap. Meanwhile, Lisa was inside the office studying the sketch of the garage's new design. Everyone were taking a nice break. While Lisa wanted everyone to put in work, she hated overworking them as well. So she had them take a break for a while to recharge. She had already compiled a list of the things needed to remodel the garage.

CJ stood by the front door of the garage feeling rather pleased. He was already excited to see the garage when it gets fixed up, he was eager to see the final sketch. He stepped into the garage and saw Lisa exit the office holding the picture of the sketch.

"Alright, folks!" she called, alerting the others. "I've finished the sketches!"

Dwaine and Jethro hopped out of their seats. Ryder and LB put their dominoes on the table and jumped out of their seats. Kendl and Cesar got up on their feet. They all formed a circle as Lisa placed a tack through the paper onto a billboard, displaying the sketch to everyone, who were very amazed at the design.

It was neatly drawn and well-designed. On the right side was a bar on the right side impact with stools and a counter. There was also shelves and cabinets that seemed to be for the auto material. There was even a refrigerator in the left side as well. Even the floors and walls looked fastidious. Everyone was in awe once they discerned the sketches.

"So as you see," Lisa began to say, "I thought that we'd give this whole shit-hole a new makeover. Now, keep in mind that "design" is the key word here, not construct. So don't expect any destruction or fancy room. Cars still have to fit here. Anyways, I'd figure that since you guys like to drink a lot, I'd add in a refrigerator and a counter on the side so you guys would have somewhere to sit while getting your drunk on. I left the table by the side so you guys would still have somewhere to play your games. The TV will be on that direction so we'll give room for one of the cars."

She pointed to the left side of the sketch where the television and couch facing it were standing.

"And of course, you got your shelves and cabinets to store your auto parts," Lisa continued. "As for the walls and floors, we're gonna need some fabrics, paint, cement, and some tiles. I've compiled a list of all the things we need to design this place."

She pulled out the list. Everything was on there – work clothes, paint, cement, tiles, fabric, and, of course, the variety of tools were listed right below them. CJ grabbed the list and took a look at it.

"Cool," CJ said. "We can get all of this."

"We got the cement outside," LB said. "So you can cross that off this list."

"Great work, Lisa," Kendl said.

"Si, chica," Cesar added. "You really came prepared for this, eh. The sketches looks beautiful. Can't wait to work on this garage."

"Yeah, like, this is so creative," Jethro chimed in. "We're gonna be working for days, man!"

Everyone complimented Lisa's ideas. A few seconds later, CJ quickly cut them off.

"Well we ain't gonna build the damn thing by standing around fantasizing!" CJ bellowed. "It's time to get started. What should we get first?"

"Well unless you assholes don't mind dirtying up your clothes like filthy gangsters," Lisa replied, "I suggest the first thing you should buy are work clothes. Y'all should know what kind of clothes to work in."

"We know," CJ replied. "So I'ma go to Sub-Urban. They sell work clothes there. It's over at Hashbury. So I'ma head there. Who with me?"

"I'm in, CJ!" Cesar called.

"Me too!" LB added. He and Cesar followed around. LB turned to Ryder. "You coming, Ryder?"

"Naw," Ryder replied. "I gotta help Lisa with the sketches."

"A'ight, homie," LB called back. "We gonna be right back!"

CJ hopped into the vehicle, with Cesar sitting in the passenger's seat and LB taking the back seat.

"Man, I can't wait to finish that garage, eh," Cesar said, feeling excited.

"Me neither," CJ added as he pulled up into the road. "It'll be hard work, but all that shit would be worth it."

"Hell yeah!" LB replied as CJ made a right turn. "So CJ, I see you got a thing for Lisa."

"What?" CJ said, sounding shocked. "What are you talking about?"

"Come on, man," LB told him. "I saw you staring at her ass earlier this morning."

"I wasn't," CJ protested. "I was staring at the ground."

"Nigga, quit bullshitting," LB said. "Your eyes were clearly glued on Lisa's ass. I can tell when someone is looking at something."

"Ah, CJ," Cesar said, grinning. "You really like her, don't you?"

"No," CJ protested. "I don't!"

"You think Lisa look cute?" LB asked in a sly tone of voice. "Come on, CJ. Tell the truth. You think she cute?"

"Yeah, I'll admit," CJ conceded. "But that don't mean I have a crush on her. I just think she look beautiful. She's still my homie's sister."

"Come on, CJ," Cesar told him. "I'm dating your sister right now. So how is that a problem?"

"That's different," CJ explained. "I actually grew around Lisa."

"You're in denial, holmes," Cesar teased. "You seem into her."

"Look," CJ told them both, sounding annoyed, "I don't want to have a discussion about this. Let's just focus on getting the material to design the garage."

"Yep, he definitely in denial," LB muttered.

CJ just ignored them. He continued driving until he finally reached the clothing store on Hasbury. CJ pulled in front of the store and he and the other two got out.

"Now listen up, fellas," CJ told Cesar and LB, "there are eight of us, and since Dwaine and Jethro already have work clothes on, all we need are six work clothes."

"Well, we have to be more mindful of the sizes," LB told him, "because we all come in different shapes."

"He's right, holmes," Cesar added. "We need to find clothes that can fit each person."

So the three started shopping around the store. It took them to find the right size for each member, but they finally finished and took all six work clothing to the counter. The clerk behind the counter scanned all of them and punched in numbers inside the cashier.

"$75.67," the clerk replied.

"Damn," CJ muttered. "These clothes are expensive."

He pulled out his wallet and grabbed the money inside. He slid it to the clerk and received the receipt right before putting the six clothing in a big bag, which CJ took. CJ, Cesar, and LB were just about to leave when they came across a trio of random robbers.

"This is a hold up!" one of them shouted. "Hand over the cash or I'll blow you out of your clothes!"

"Ah shit!" CJ said under his breath. He turned to Cesar and LB. "You guys know the drill."

"Read your mind, holmes," Cesar replied, pulling out his weapon.

"Right behind you, CJ," LB said, taking out his weapon as well.

So CJ, Cesar and LB were now caught in a gun battle against the trio inside the store, with the clerk cowering behind the counter.

"Why can't anywhere be safe to work at?!" the clerk cried in panic.

"Come out from behind that rack, you fucking coward!" one of the robbers yelled as CJ took cover behind a rack of hoodies.

CJ just stayed cover and popped from behind to fire his bullets back.

"Eat metal, motherfucker!" LB shouted, plowing bullets into one of the robbers.

"You think you can take on Cesar Vialpando, putos?!" Cesar shouted, riddling bullets to yet another robber, killing him as well.

Now it was CJ to take out the last robber. He hopped from behind the clothing rack and rolled through the floor. He faced the robber, aimed his weapon at him, and pulled the trigger. The robber was pelted with bullets and dropped dead.

CJ, Cesar, and LB looked around to find the store destroyed and the three corpse lying on the floor. They found their bag on the floor, and CJ picked it up.

The cowering clerk stood up from behind the counter. "Look, just take as many clothing as you want!" he cried. "Just don't kill me, please! I'm not ready to die!"

The three friends just walked outside and hopped inside the vehicle. CJ started the engine and drove away.

"Ah shit!" CJ cried out when he saw who was up ahead. "The cops!"

"We gotta lose the pigs, ese!" Cesar told CJ as the latter attempted to ride away from the chasing police cars. "Find a Pay 'n' Spray shop, holmes!"

"Which other ones are there?!" CJ asked frantically, still driving around to avoid the cops. "I can't go to the one on Doherty! We promised Lisa we wouldn't get her involved in any more crimes!"

"Just keep driving around 'til you find a place, homie!" LB told him.

So CJ drove straight up, avoiding the cops during the ride, until he finally found a Pay 'n' Spray shop at Juniper Hollows. He drove into the garage and backed up as soon as the paint job was finished. He had lost the cops. So he drove back onto the road and continued rolling.

"Shit, that was crazy, man!" Cesar said as CJ made a right turn Downtown.

"No kidding," LB added. "What up with these damn random ass robbers shooting around?!"

"I don't know," CJ replied. "But it's gonna be a big problem once Lisa finds this out."

This caused Cesar to all of a sudden change the subject. "So, Carl," Cesar told him, smiling, "you still gonna ask Lisa out? I think she's your type, holmes."

"Seriously, Ceez?" CJ asked in annoyance. "I told you, I ain't got a thing for Lisa!"

"That's not what your eyes told us," LB chimed in as CJ made a right turn on Garcia. "Just admit it, CJ. You into her."

"For the last time, NO!" CJ shouted. "Anyways, she wouldn't want to even be with a gangster like me. She hates that gang life just as much as Kendl."

"And look who Kendl's going out with?" Cesar reminded him.

"That's different," CJ protested. But he couldn't find any differences between him and Cesar to refute Cesar's claim. After a few seconds of stuttering incoherently, CJ finally blurted out, "I don't like her! Just leave me alone about it, okay?!"

"Don't mind him, Cesar," LB told Cesar as CJ finally pulled in front of the garage. "He just in denial. Look at his face. He's blushing. He knows it."

"I see it!" Cesar cried out, smiling. "He knows the truth!"

CJ was feeling rather nervous and annoyed at the same time. While he still thought Lisa was beautiful, he didn't wanted to all of a sudden develop feelings for her – feelings he never expected. It didn't get much better when Lisa walked over to the car.

"Y'all got the clothing?" she asked. This caused CJ to shake his head frantically to make himself appear normal. Lisa stared at him in confusion. "You okay, Carl?" she asked.

"Huh?!" CJ asked. "Uh...sure! We got the work clothes right here!"

He, Cesar, and LB hopped out of the vehicle, with LB holding the bag. "Right here!" LB announced. "In mint condition!"

"Good!" Lisa said. "Just take it inside the garage."

"Sure thing," LB said as he walked inside the garage.

"Hey CJ," Cesar told him, nudging CJ's shoulder. "I think you should go for it." He winked back at CJ and walked back inside the garage.

Lisa stared back to watch Cesar walking inside the garage. Then she turned back to CJ. "What is he talking about?" she asked CJ. "Go for what?"

"Uh...nothing!" CJ said, sounding slightly nervous.

Lisa took a discerning look at CJ's face to find that it was blushing red. "You okay, Carl?" she asked.

"I'm fine, Lisa," CJ answered, trying to calm down. Lisa placed a hand over his forehead.

"You feel warm," Lisa told him. "You sure you okay, Carl?"

"I'm fine, Lees," CJ protested. "I'm okay."

Lisa stared at him, giving him a worried look. "Okay," she told him. "I'm a little worried about you, Carl. Just come with me."

Lisa grabbed CJ by the hand and walked him inside the garage. CJ didn't wanted to think about Lisa and wanted to focus more on redesigning the garage instead. So he did whatever he can to keep his mind on work.
