Chapter 5
The sun wasn't up yet but our cats were. FireHeart was the first to wake up. He did so because he wanted to speak with Princess about his dream… It wasn't only his choice to make. He slowly nuzzled Princess, gentle but ruff enough to wake her and took her outside the barn. Fireheart told his sister everything, no secrets between them. After that he looked at his sister and she looked like a monster hit her.
- Then, I suppose we don't have a choice other then going back… But Fireheart, how are we going to explain this to everyone. They all know that we are
-Kittypets. Her brother finished the scentence. I don't know how but, we will find a way.
They looked up at the stars, it looked so peacefull.
-I think we shouldn't tell the others the truth. We should keep this a secret for a while longer. Fireheart suggested
- I don't want to seem selfish but I agree. Princess said turning back leaving.
-Where are you going? The ginger tom asked
She looked at him with an amused look.
-The sun is up, so we should get going.
A few hours passed and everyone was on the move. Ravenpaw and Barley came along. Now they were seven: Ravenpaw, Barley, Yellowfang, Graystripe, Princess, Cloudkit and Fireheart. FireHeart didn't tell them where they were headed but they still fllowed him. Princess would sometimes talk with her brother but no one could figure out about what.
They soon stopped near a Two-Legs clan or how Fireheart explained them, it's called a "city". They found some shelter under some rocks. CloudKit was delighted that he would have a break from walking, he might be a small kit but he learned how to walk a little.
Graystripe and Yellowfang were looking annoyed. They both decided that they had the right to know where they were heading.
As the moon rised in the sky, they searched for Fireheart.
Fireheart was with his sister talking ( or better said arguing).
-Fireheart, Starclan may guide us back there but that doesn't mean that we're welcomed! We know nothing about that place nor the cats that live there!
-You are worring to much! We will be all right! Plus what else can we do? Fireheart tried comforting his sister.
-Maybe you could start telling the truth and stop keeping secrets! A voice was heard and the brothers turned to see Yellowfang and Graystripe
Fireheart was stunned and Princess was at a lose of words. Minutes have passed and no one dared to say anything. Fireheart tried to analyze the situation to save the day but he knew that this would only mean more lies. He finally gave in.
- I wasn't all honest with you back in the forest when we met. Fireheart begun. I kept secrets that neither Bluestar nor Tigerclaw knew…
At this point the old medicine cat and the gray cat were imagining the worst scenerios.
- What do you mean Fireheart? Graystripe asked unsure on his feet.
Fireheart looked at Princess and she gave a nod in agreement.
- I lied from where I came from… Fireheart said almost in a whisper.
Yellowfang and Graystripe were still confused but they knew it was important. Why would've Fireheart keep this secret for so long if it wasn't important?
With another sigh he found the strength to continue:
- I think it's time for me to re-introduce myself,… My name is Fireheart, the youngest kit and son of SunsetFur and NutmegClaw from FireClan.
Dum dum dummmmmmm!
Don't worry the next chapter is coming in 2-3 days! I am glad that you like my story! My life is a mess so i really needed this! Cliffhanger :))))
