As CJ walked around the streets, he saw that everyone was still out of control on the streets. Pedestrians were even using flamethrowers to spread around the streets and kill everyone else. Even the National guards were harassing them. CJ just shook his head in disbelief. He walked down the street and made his way to Playa del Seville, where he saw LB resting right next to the front door of one of the houses of the street.
"Yo what's up, CJ?" LB said, giving CJ a high five.
"What's happenin', LB?" CJ greeted back. "So what's up with you?"
"Seville and Temple still beefin' because that meeting that you, Sweet, and the other guys implemented got disrupted by the LSPD that time," LB answered. "We gotta get them back together once and for all! It don't make sense to have green against green! That ain't how it go down!"
"Well how you suppose we do that?" CJ asked. "If we couldn't get them together with the LSPD on our tail, how you expect us to get it done through this damn riot?"
"By picking a spot that's more clandestine," LB answered. "Somewhere this goddamn riot can't interfere, especially the LSPD."
"Okay," CJ agreed. "So where can we have this reunion at?"
"I'll tell ya," LB said, "but it's gonna be tough."
"Okay, man," CJ said. "Where at?"
"Over at the underground of Storm Drain," LB finally answered.
"In the sewers?!" CJ asked, making a disgusted face.
"We can let nobody know about this meeting, CJ," LB told him. "Gotta keep it underground. Know what I'm sayin'?"
"Nice pun, man," CJ muttered caustically. "Well if it means getting Seville and Temple together again to affiliate with the Grove again, there ain't much of a choice I have. I'm down!"
"Cool," LB said, giving CJ a handshake. "We gotta round up the gang and start the meeting. I'll start with Seville here, you go get Temple Drive over at Temple. We cannot let them know that they're meeting each other underground in the sewer. Because they'll just refuse instantly."
"A'ight, LB," CJ told him. "I'll roll over to Temple to round up the gang."
CJ walked through the chaotic streets of Los Santos. The pedestrians were now beaten by the cops and soldiers. Some of them were even smashed over the head with televisions. CJ looked around to find a vehicle. But reconsidered the decision when he saw that most of the vehicles the other pedestrians were driving were catching on fire and eventually exploded. CJ quickly ran through the streets as fast as he could to get back to his street on Grove Street.
By the time he finally got to the Grove Street, he was panting hard and almost out of breath. He hopped inside Sweet's Greenwood and drove away. As he cruised through Idlewood and Commerce, he saw that pedestrians were even throwing heavy material such as lamps and house phones to windows of the buildings. Stores were even burning as well.
While driving, CJ crossed his fingers and prayed that Temple and Seville will settle their differences and reunite, thus bringing them back to affiliate with Grove Street again. CJ then saw that everyone was throwing grenades at the police on Market. He paid them no mind and continued driving through the riotous city until he finally made it to Temple. There they were right ahead: the Temple Drive Families.
Man, I hope this works! CJ thought crossing his fingers.
He pulled over to the curb and hopped out of the vehicle. He walked over to the members, who pointed their weapons at CJ the minute they saw him.
"Hey what you want, fool?!" one of the members asked.
CJ came to a stop and casually faced them. "Look," he told them calmly, "I'm just here to make peace, is all."
"Yeah, right!" another member snapped. "Like we want anything to do with you perpetrators again!"
"Hear me out," CJ explained. "I know y'all stay beefing with Seville and shook on the Grove, but we can work it out by having a discussion in the sewers underground. What do y'all say?"
The gang members thought about it for a while. After fifteen seconds of thinking about it, they finally came to a conclusion regarding CJ's offer.
"You know what?" one of the members said. "I guess we could round up and talk – just as long as it ain't got no cops to ambush the discussion."
"No," CJ answered. "Not at all. That's why I'm saying we should take this to the sewers underground."
"Great idea," another member agreed. "We'll meet you down there."
CJ watched as the gang dispersed and searched for vehicles to ride in. CJ went back to the Greenwood and drove away. He was determined to get Seville and Temple back together and ending their secondary feud with Grove Street as well. As CJ drove through the riot in Downtown Los Santos, he sighed somberly, as he remembered the great Russian Mafia chase with Big Smoke months ago.
Ah Smoke, what you get yo'self into? CJ thought sadly.
He finally made it to the Storm Drain under the bridge, parked right onto the bridge, and hopped out of the vehicle. CJ jumped down the empty river down below and through the manhole inside the sewer just in time to meet LB and the rest of the Seville Boulevard Families down below. Emmet was also with them as well.
"Oh snap!" CJ cried out. "Emmet! I didn't know you were down!"
"Of course," Emmet replied. "Ever since that riot, I've been out of business in the gun store down the alley. The National Guards raided my spot."
"Damn," CJ muttered. "This riot has fucked us all over."
Just then, the Temple Drive Families gang arrived and gaped at the Seville Boulevard Families after taking a quick look at them.
"Hey, what the fuck are they doing here?!" one of the members of the former gang shouted.
"What they doing here?!" a member of the latter gang asked back.
"We invited both y'all gangs down here to reunite!" CJ declared.
"Reunite us?!" another member of the Seville gang asked. "After what happened at the Jefferson hotel the last time, you want us to reunite?!"
"Look," CJ told them. "That was different. We was ambushed by the LSPD during that time. That's why we decided to have the meeting down here – so no one would crash it this time."
LB then stepped in between each of the gang members. "A'ight, homies!" he announced. "We been set trippin' for so long since Ballas and Vagos took over this hood! Emmet no longer owns the gun storage down the alley! Now thanks to CR.A.S.H., this whole city is in a motherfucking warzone! So it's about time to quit set trippin' and fight for our home city! Y'all feelin' me?!"
The members of each gang took a thought of what LB had told them. It has been a year since they were last cool with each other, and now with the riot destroying Los Santos, there was no time for foolishness and nonsense.
"You know what?" a member from Seville Boulevard Families finally said. "You right, LB! What we set trippin' for? We all have one thing in common – we hate them Balla Dope Pushas! So consider this beef squashed!"
"Hell yeah!" a member of Temple Drive Families agreed. "It's time to get our set back! So Seville and Temple reunite!"
"Hell yeah!" LB shouted. "Now let's get out there and get our set back, y'all!"
"YEAH!" everyone bellowed.
The gang then exited the sewers and scattered around the empty river to go through the city of riots.
"A'ight, CJ!" LB told him, leading Seville Boulevard to Willowfield. "Temple's gonna take back Verona Beach! We gonna get Seville's hood back from them Balla motherfuckers once and for all – starting with Willowfield!"
So CJ followed LB and the rest of the Seville Boulevard family members headed to their destination and saw a group of Ballas scattered around the neighborhood.
"Attack!" LB bellowed as CJ and the rest of the gang fired their bullets at the Ballas, instigating a gang war.
The Ballas were all over the place, using multiple weapons to try to take the gang down through the riot around the city. CJ and the rest of the gang wasted no time as they attacked the Ballas using their assault rifles and machine guns to take them out. Most of the pedestrians that were scattered around the area were hit by the bullets fired by each of the two gangs. The fire started spreading around the sidewalks. Seville Boulevard continued fight for their territory until every last member of the Ballas dropped dead.
The second wave began, and more of the Ballas gangs came out to attack Seville. CJ, LB, and the rest of the gang continued fighting as each of the members of the Ballas were being struck by bullets. They were feeling rather confident in taking back Willowfield, especially through the never-ending riot.
After surviving the second wave, the final wave of the war had started, and the Ballas were now using their cars as barriers and more determined than usual. They had really become a dangerous force ever since CJ returned to Los Santos after leaving for San Fierro and Las Venturas. But he and the other still held their own as they fired back at the gang members, killing them one by one. The shootout lasted for a good two minutes, and Seville Boulevard had finally taken over Willowfield.
"Yeah!" LB cheered. "We got our set back!"
"And I got my old gun shop back as well!" Emmet added, walking into the alleyway where his gun shop used to be.
Just then, he heard his cellphone ring and pulled it out of his pocket to answer it.
"Yo what's up?" LB answered.
He paused to let the person on the phone speak. "For real?!" LB asked. He paused to let the other person speak. "Cool!" he finally said. "Meet us over at Playa del Seville! We finna have another meeting."
He then hung up the phone and turned to CJ. "Yo thanks for helping me get Seville and Temple Drive back together, CJ!" LB told him. "Now we cool with the Grove and ready to take over more territories from the Ballas!"
"That's cool!" CJ told him. "Now we can all take on them Balla Pushas and find Smoke and Tenpenny!"
"Hell yeah!" LB replied. "A'ight listen. I'ma head over to my place and wait for Temple Drive to arrive. Then we'll take back everything the Ballas and Vagos robbed from us."
"Okay," CJ said. "Later then, LB."
"Much love, homie," LB replied. He and the rest of the gang walked away.
CJ continued to walk down the riotous street to find that he parked the Greenwood right onto the bridge. He ran to the vehicle and hopped in, driving back to Grove Street.
Seville Boulevard Families and Temple Drive Families were now together again and affiliated with the Grove Street Families once again. CJ wanted to continue to take his city back from the Ballas and Vagos, and he wanted to finally catch Tenpenny and Big Smoke to get back at the two. But for now, he was getting tired. So he decided to head back home to get some shut-eye. After all, he was going to need the energy to take out his rivalry gangs, get back at the two guys who played him and his gang, and end the riot once and for all.
So as CJ finally made it to Grove Street, he parked the vehicle in front of Sweet's house and ran back inside his old house. It would be another long day for him.
