Surprise, I'm back, you didn't think I was gonna end it on a cliffhanger, did you? Unfortunately, a lot of stuff has happened in my life that has kept me from updating, plus, this chapter went through a lot of rewrites.

It had been an interesting few days for Marinette since Alya discovered that she was Ladybug, thankfully, because of the type of friend Alya is, she promised not to post anything on the Ladyblog. Right now, Alya was in Marinette's room while Marinette was packing some stuff in her backpack.
"So, let me see if I got this right, so, you were given the miraculous by an old man, called 'The Guardian', same with Cat Noir, this Guardian lost the butterfly and peacock miraculous, which Hawkmoth and Mayura found, the Guardian also has a box that has all the other miraculous, including the fox miraculous, that you let me use?" asked Alya
"That's pretty much it" said Marinette
"Okay, and where does Nightwolf come into this?" asked Alya
"Well, Nightwolf's kwami, Howll, used to be corrupt, along with a few others, their miraculous were meant to be destroyed, but it seems Nightwolf's miraculous wasn't, Nightwolf must have somehow gotten his hands on it, made Howll good and joined our team, he hasn't really talked about it" said Marinette
"Hm, and this 'Guardian', given what you've told me, he must be REALLY old, is he supposed to be immortal, or something?" asked Alya
"Nope, he just has a really healthy lifestyle" said Tikki
Since there was no point in hiding from her anymore, Tikki had officially introduced herself to Alya, they had gotten along quite well over the past few days.
"Are you going to tell him that I found out?" asked Alya
"Ugh, I don't know, I know I have to, but then I'd have to give up my miraculous" said Marinette
"We can talk about that later, for now, we should get going" said Tikki
"You're right, okay, that's everything, let's get going" said Marinette
"Awesome" said Alya
Tikki hid in Marinette's coin purse and the girls left the room. In the bakery, Alya's sisters, Ella and Etta, along with Manon, were watching Tom making baguettes when Marinette and Alya entered.
"Okay girls, we've got everything we need, let's get going" said Marinette
"YAY!" cheered the younger girls.
The 5 girls left the bakery and got in a taxi to take them to the amusement park.
==Amusement Park==
Nino was waiting at the entrance with his little brother, Chris, and Chris' best friend, Damien (The boy who got akumatized into Sandboy), they were celebrating Chris' birthday.
"How much longer?" asked Chris
"The girls will get here soon, don't worry" said Nino
A taxi pulled up infront of the boys and Marinette and Alya stepped out.
"Hey boys, sorry we kept you waiting" said Alya
"No problem, Alya" said Nino
Alya gave Nino a kiss on the cheek as Marinette let the girls out of the taxi.
"Ew" said Chris
"What's wrong?" asked Alya
"I hate romance stuff, so gross!" said Chris
"Happy Birthday, Chris"
Chris was caught completely off guard by Manon.
"Oh, uh...h-hi M-Manon, thanks" stammered Chris
Alya leaned into Marinette.
"Wow, he's almost as bad as you" whispered Alya
"So, can we go in now?" asked Damien
"What about Adrien and Zach?" asked Alya
"I guess Adrien's dad didn't let him come" said Nino
"Oh, that's no fair" said Marinette
"I know" said Nino
Suddenly, a limo pulled up infront of the group, the door opened and Adrien stepped out.
"Hey guys" said Adrien
"Adrien, you made it" said Nino
"Yeah" said Adrien
"You're dad let you come along?" asked Alya
"Yeah, thanks to him..." said Adrien, pointing back at the limo as Zach got out
"Zach, how'd you convince Adrien's dad to let him come?" asked Nino
"It was quite easy..." said Zach
==Flashback==
"C'mon Mr. Agreste, it won't be that bad if Adrien takes a day off every now and again" said Zach
"The answer is no, Adrien's schedule is completely full" said Gabriel
"Look, Mr. Agreste, I know Adrien's your best model and you want him to be well educated on various things, but you forget he's still a teenager, and teenagers need to have some fun in their lives, or when they get older, they're going to look back with regret" said Zach
Gabriel took a moment to think about what Zach was saying.
"If you can give me one good reason, then I'll let Adrien go to the park" said Gabriel
Zach thought, he knew if he tried to continue with the same approach, he'd get nowhere, so he had to speak Gabriel's language instead.
"It might be some good publicity" said Zach
"What do you mean?" asked Gabriel
"Well, if any reporters or photographers catch him, Adrien would likely come across as as a child loving guy with a good heart" said Zach
==End of Flashback==
"Nice going, Zach" said Nino
"So, shall we enter?" asked Zach
"YEAH!" cheered the kids
With that, the kids and the teens entered the amusement park. The kids quickly ran to some game booths as the teens stayed close to them.
"Oh look, Sabrina" said Chloe
"Well, so much for a fun day out with the kids" said Zach
"Hey there, Chloe" said Adrien
"Adrikins, what are you doing here?" asked Chloe
"It's Nino's brother's birthday, and we all decided to bring him and his friends here" said Adrien
"Nino has a brother?" asked Chloe
"Yeah, what brings you here?" asked Adrien
"I came here to ride the newest rollercoaster, the Dragon, although, maybe you and I can take a little detour and check out the Tunnel of..." said Chloe
"ADRIEN, Look what Marinette won for me" said Manon, showing Adrien a big stuffed unicorn
"That's great, Manon" said Adrien, with a smile on his face
"OH MY GOD! Aren't you the cutest little thing?" said Chloe
All the teens were shocked by Chloe's statement.
"Hello, I'm Manon"
"Well, it's lovely to meet you Manon, I'm Chloe"
Zach and Alya's mouths hung open.
"What am I seeing?" asked Alya
"I have no idea" said Zach
Zach walked up to them.
"Chloe, what's going on? Why are you acting so nice?" asked Zach
"Can't I act like a kind human being?" asked Chloe
"No, there's always something up your sleeve, though, I don't see how anything could fit with that big, wide arm in there" said Zach
"Well, Sabrina and I have to get going, see you guys later" said Chloe
With that, Chloe and Sabrina walked off.
"Uh, what just happened?" asked Marinette
"Chloe may be mean, I'll be honest, but she's always had a soft spot for little kids" said Adrien
The group continued walking around the park. They were heading towards a large rollercoaster called 'Miraculous Missile', a ride themed after the heroes of Paris, when Zach heard a weird chuckling.
"Hey, guys, I'll be right back" said Zach
"What? Where are you going?" asked Nino
"I...um...I gotta, uh, use the restroom" said Zach, before walking away
The others turned back to the ride and saw a clown approaching them.
"Hello there, everybody happy?" asked the clown
The kids were clearly not happy and tried hiding behind the older kids.
"Aw now, no need to be scared, not when Puddles the Clown is here"
The kids only ran away, causing the others to chase them.
==Hawkmoth's Lair==
"Hm, something is happening, I better keep an eye out"
==Amusement Park==
Puddles the Clown kept walking through the park when he walked up to Chloe and Sabrina.
"Hello there, everybody happy?"
"Ugh, we were until you turned up" said Chloe
"Hey now, that's not nice" said Puddles
"Whatever, get lost, creep" said Chloe
==Hawkmoth's Lair==
"This should surely be interesting" said Hawkmoth
A white butterfly flew into Hawkmoth's hand, he covered it with his other hand as it was engulfed in a dark energy, turning it black and purple.
"Fly away, my little akuma, and evilize him" said Hawkmoth
==Amusement Park==
Puddles sat on a bench when the akuma flew into his water squirting flower. A purple outline started shining infront of his eyes.
"Chuckles, I am Hawkmoth, I see you merely wish to make people laugh, but there is nothing funny about the way they treat you, fear and disrespect, I can give you the chance to clown around with others, in return, bring me the Miraculous of Ladybug and Cat Noir" said Hawkmoth
"Alright, Hawkmoth"
Puddles body was enveloped in a dark aura. His baggy suit was split down the middle, half red, half black, his fingerless gloves now black, his facepaint changing from a typical clown to being split down the middle like his suit, with the colours reversed.
==Meanwhile==
The teens had calmed down the kids and had sat them down to get something to eat and they were all enjoying their food.
"Man, this stuff is delicious" said Adrien
"Yeah, it is" said Manon
The group were interrupted when they heard screaming, they looked to see people running away.
"What's going on?" asked Alya
"Maybe it's that creepy clown again" said Chris
"Chris, all clowns are creepy" said Nino
The group see the akumatized clown squirting people with his joke flower, which trapped them in balloons.
"HAHAHA! EVERYBODY HAPPY?" screamed Chuckles
Manon and Damien tried to run off.
"MANON! DAMIEN! NO!" screamed Marinette
Chuckles spotted the kids and sprayed his joke flower at them, trapping them in balloons.
"Come now, kids, we're gonna have some fun" said Chuckles
The balloons floated past Chuckles while the kids inside tried to pop the balloons from the inside. The others tried to run off, but Chuckles captured Nino and Chris in his balloons. The others were able to hide.
==Meanwhile==
Zach had been playing at a game booth when he heard the people screaming.
"What's going on?" asked Zach
"Must be an akuma" said Howll, from Zach's shirt pocket.
Zach ran to a hiding spot to transform, when he was sure no one could see him, he removed his bracer to reveal his miraculous underneath.
"HOWLL! FULL MOON RISE!"
Howll flew into Zach's bracelet. His Gauntlet formed on his other arm.
Zach snapped his fingers infront of his face as his mask materialized.
Zach ran his fingers through his hair, causing his black, spiked hair to develop purple highlights and a set of wolf ears to form on his head.
Zach raised his right arm above his head and extended the retractable claws in his Gauntlet, before driving the blades into the ground as his suit formed on his body.
Zach waved his arms infront of his waist as his belt materialized.
Zach posed as his transformation into Nightwolf was complete.
==Meanwhile==
Marinette, Adrien, Alya, Ella and Etta kept trying to hide, but were struggling to find anywhere, eventually, Chuckles caught up with them.
"Peek-A-Boo!" said Chuckles
Chuckles squirted his joke flower at Ella and Etta, but Adrien got infront of them, getting trapped in a balloon.
"Not who I was aiming for, but you'll do" said Chuckles
Adrien's balloon floated past Chuckles, who prepared to fire his flower at the twins again, before Nightwolf kicked him in the side of the head and knocked him down.
"Hey, that wasn't funny" said Chuckles
Nightwolf went wide-eyed when he looked at Chuckles.
"You're a c...c...clo...cl..." said Nightwolf, stammering his words
"Go on, say it"
While Chuckles was distracted, Alya and Marinette were able to sneak away to find somewhere to hide the twins.
"I've got the twins, you better get back there and give your teammate some assistance" said Alya
Marinette nodded and hid somewhere so no one would see her.
"TIKKI! SPOTS ON!"
Marinette brushed her hair out of the way as Tikki flew into Marinette's earring. Both of Marinette's earrings turned red and 5 black spots donned the surface of the earrings.
Marinette covered her eyes before moving her hands away to affix her mask.
Marinette stretched out one arm as a bright pink light pasted Marinette's suit onto her.
Marinette's Yo-Yo materialized around Marinette's waist.
With a little dance and a high kick, Marinette posed as her transformation into Ladybug was complete.
==Meanwhile==
Adrien was trapped inside the balloon when he released Plagg from his shirt.
"I can't believe you got yourself caught" said Plagg
"Hey, I kept the twins safe and I got a safe place to transform" said Adrien
"PLAGG! CLAWS OUT!"
Adrien's ring changed from silver to black before Plagg flew into the ring as a green paw print appeared on the ring. Adrien shot his hand above his head.
Adrien waved his hand infront of his face as his mask materialized, before running his hands over his hair, forming his cat ears.
Adrien spread his arms as his catsuit manifested from the center of his chest to his hands and feet. Adrien's belt and Bo Staff also materialized around his waist.
After performing 2 scratch taunts, Adrien posed as his transformation into Cat Noir was complete.
When Cat Noir was fully transformed, he scratched the balloon, causing it to pop and release him.
==Meanwhile==
Nightwolf avoided each of Chuckles' attacks, but he wasn't fighting back.
"What's the matter, wolfie? All bark and no bite?" asked Chuckles
"I think you need to quit clowning around" said Cat Noir as he jumped in and started fighting Chuckles
Chuckles attempted to squirt Cat Noir with his flower, but Ladybug used her yo-yo to tie up Chuckles' hand.
"You're finished now, Chuckles" said Ladybug
Chuckles laughed loudly and pulled his arm back, sending Ladybug crashing into Cat Noir and Nightwolf.
"I'd love to stay and play, heroes, but I have other things to do, bye!" said Chuckles, before leaving.
"What happened there, Nightwolf?" asked Cat Noir
"Yeah, it's almost like you were...scared" said Ladybug
"Scared? HAH! Don't be...ridiculous..." said Nightwolf
"Uh, Nightwolf, is something wrong?" asked Ladybug
"No, why would something be wrong?"
"Nightwolf, we're a team, not just a team, we're your friends, you can talk to us" said Cat Noir
Nightwolf stayed silent for a moment, before sighing and telling the truth.
"Yeah, it's true, I was scared, I'm terrified of clowns, I have been since I was a little kid" said Nightwolf
"Did something happen?" asked Ladybug
Nightwolf sat down on the ground.
"It was at my sixth birthday party, my parents hired a clown, but they didn't hire a very good one, for part of his act he would perform some magic tricks, I called him out when he messed up on one trick, he grabbed my hair and screamed in my face, ever since then, I've been terrified of clowns" said Nightwolf
"After hearing that, so am I" said Cat Noir
"Nightwolf, I get that you're scared, but there are people that need our help" said Ladybug
"Yeah, you're right" said Nightwolf
With that, Nightwolf stood up and the heroes went off to confront Chuckles.
==Meanwhile==
Chuckles had all the people he captured in a large circus tent.
"LADIES AND GENTLEMEN, welcome to the show of magic and laughter..." said Chuckles
Outside the tent, the heroes peeked in and saw Chuckles beginning his show.
"A clown, why did it have to be a clown? I mean, a jester, I can handle, even a mime, why not one of those" asked Nightwolf
"Been there, done that" said Cat Noir
"Any ideas of where the akuma is?" asked Ladybug
"I would guess the squirting flower" said Nightwolf
Ladybug walked into the tent.
"Up next, I'll need a volunteer from the audience" said Chuckles
"That won't be happening, Chuckles" said Ladybug
"Ah, Ladybug, you'll be perfect for my little magic trick, but I'm afraid no earrings allowed, you'll have to take them off" said Chuckles
Ladybug swung her yo-yo, preparing to fight.
Chuckles laughed and jumped towards Ladybug, who wrapped her yo-yo around his ankle and slammed him onto the ground. The audience cheered. Cat Noir ran over to and tried to grab the flower, but Chuckles squirted the flower in Cat Noir's face. Nightwolf hesitantly charged in to fight. The heroes tried to work together to fight Chuckles, but he kept avoiding their attacks. Nightwolf tried to swipe at Chuckles but Chuckles pulled out a large hammer and swung at Nightwolf, knocking Nightwolf into a wooden post. Ladybug felt something heavy around her ankle and looked to see a chain shackled to her that dragged her away. Cat Noir kept fighting. Chuckles jumped back and into a black box covered in stars and question marks.
"Get out of there, Chuckles!" said Cat Noir
Cat Noir opened the box, to his surprise, Ladybug stepped out.
"Milady? How did you get in there?" asked Cat Noir
"I don't know" said Ladybug
Nightwolf stood back up and walked up to his teammates, they heard a hissing and looked to see Chuckles standing on top of a cannon, before jumping in.
"LOOK OUT!" screamed Ladybug
Chuckles was shot out of the cannon and the heroes ducked out of the way.
"Nice try, Chuckles" said Ladybug
"Was it really just a nice try?" asked Chuckles
Chuckles held up the earring he was able to grab. Ladybug gasped as she slowly started to lose her transformation. Cat Noir tried to go after Chuckles, but was knocked back, into Nightwolf. Ladybug panicked as she kept losing her transformation, Chuckles tackled her and held her down.
"Good job, Chuckles, now, grab her other earring!" said Hawkmoth
Chuckles reached for Ladybug's other earring, but his wrist was grabbed by Nightwolf.
"No...you...don't!" said Nightwolf
Nightwolf kicked Chuckles in the chest, causing him to drop Ladybug's earring, which she caught, before putting back on, before she lost too much of her transformation. Chuckles pulled out his giant hammer again, but Cat Noir stood back up and blocked the hammer swing.
"CATACLYSM!"
Cat Noir raised his hand above his head as his hand was infused with negative energy.
The hammer disintegrated in Cat Noir's hands. When the hammer was gone, Nightwolf kicked Chuckles away, to the center of the tent.
"I think it's time to end this" said Ladybug
"LUCKY CHARM!"
Ladybug flung her Yo-Yo high into the air. Energy shot out from the yo-yo before creating a boomerang.
"A boomerang?" asked Ladybug
"Used as a weapon in Australia" said Nightwolf
Ladybug looked around the area, noticing the boomerang, the ropes holding up the tent and Chuckles. Ladybug smiled as she threw the boomerang, cutting the ropes. Chuckles looked up and saw the tent collapse on top of him. When Chuckles was buried under the tent, Nightwolf used a blade in his gauntlet to cut a slit in the tent roof and pull out Chuckles, before grabbing his squirting flower and cutting it in half, releasing the akuma.
"No more evil doing for you, little akuma" said Ladybug as she opened her yo-yo
"Time to de-evilize!"
Ladybug captured the purple akuma in her yo-yo.
"Gotcha!"
Ladybug released the akuma, now pruified into a white butterfly.
"Bye-bye, little butterfly" said Ladybug, before throwing the Lucky Charm into the air.
"MIRACULOUS LADYBUG!"
An explosion of pink energy dispersed into a swarm of ladybugs that flew around the amusement park, repairing all the damage caused by Chuckles and releasing all the people, and reverting him back to normal.
"Pound it!" said the trio of heroes, fist bumping over a job well done.
==Later that Day==
After a day of rides, games and an akuma attack, the teens and kids took a break to grab some foot, but, when Adrien arrived at the table with a tray of food, he noticed Marinette wasn't there.
"Where's Mari?" asked Adrien
"Over at that game booth" said Alya, pointing at Marinette's location
Adrien walked over to Marinette and saw that she was frustrated.
"What's wrong, Marinette?" asked Adrien
"It's this basketball game, I think it's rigged" said Marinette
Adrien looked at the game, it was 1 euro per ball and they had to be thrown into a moving hoop, the balls were smaller than normal basketballs, 1 point for a small prize, 3 for a medium prize and 5 for a big prize. Adrien placed down 5 euros and the guy running the booth gave Adrien 5 basketballs, Adrien threw the first one and it went in the net.
"Okay, maybe it's not rigged" said Marinette
Adrien threw another basketball and scored another point, followed by another, and another.
"Wow, you're good at this" said Marinette
"Thank you" said Adrien
Adrien threw the last basketball and scored once again.
"We have a winner, go ahead sir, pick a prize, any prize" said the man running the booth
Adrien looked over the prizes and saw a big black cat plushie with a ladybug on it's head.
"I'll take that one" said Adrien, pointing at the cat.
The man handed Adrien the cat and Adrien handed the cat to Marinette. Marinette smiled and hugged the prize Adrien won for her
