Craft 11: WHYYYY~!?
We are Arthur
Observing the new armor on Forge. I'm taken aback by the development before me. I never knew our belts could do that… Looking down at my own belt, I think back to the many questions that once burned into my mind about the belt and its functions, never getting a satisfying answer to any of them... Then again, it seems like everything I know about being a Rider is being shattered! Glancing back up at Forge, I take note of the new armor he's in.
The suit is based on different types of Shields. Color pallet of the armor is black for the undersuit, white for the shield edges, blue interior, yellow visior, with splashes of silver. The helmet design is based on a Heater shield, with the inside of the shield having a visior made to look like a pair of eyes. The upper chest is a Heater shield with a rounded bottom, belt on the waist. Shoulder pads are kite shields, with the arms being Spiked Pavise. At the thigh are Afro Shields, the knees are Roman Seutums Finally the feet have a tear-drop shield motif.
My eyes then turn to the Crimson glowing Yagyu with her chainsaw roaring, waiting for it to tear into steel. Has she always had that? Her shift in attitude was a shock and took us all off guard. Me, Shahryar, and Leonidas can do nothing but stare at the stand-off between the two.
Forge:(steps back) … I have a question.(looks up at the sky) For God…. WHYYYYYYYYY~!?
Yagyu:(Chainsaw roars) RAAAAGHH~!
Yagyu charges forward and jumps towards Forge. Forge flicks his arm, the shields on his right arm grow to the size of a proper shield. Forge raises his arm to block the saw. The chains hit the shield and block the Chainsaw, but the saw grinds into the shield tearing it's metal apart. "Yo Yo Yo! Chill! Chill!" Forge shouts, pushing the saw away and fixing the shields damaged parts. "GET OVER HERE!" Yagyu shouts lunging at Forge. Forge jumps back, the forge on his leg fires away as shields rise up from the ground to block Yagyu's charge. Yagyu tears through the shields without care and abandon as she cuts her way through shield after shield.
Forge:(raising up arms) Oh god, Oh god, Oh god, Oh god, Oh god!
Arthur:(steps forward) I've had enough of this! We need to step in!
Shahryar:(looks at Arthur) Yes! Wonderful idea, let's turn ourselves into blood soup.
Leo:(looks at Shahryar) Even if we don't do anything, we can't be sure she won't consider us enemies.
Arthur:(nods) All the more reason why we must move now, follow my lead. Forge! Come towards us!
Forge:(stops to create layered shield wall) Sure that's a good-?! Oh forget it! Coming your way!
Forge turns and runs towards us, with Yagyu trailing behind. Changing my shield back into a sheath, I put away my blade and change it into lance mode. "Special weapons, Now!" I order, Shahryar and Leonidas do the same. Shahryar brings his weapons together into sisscior mode, Leonidas raises his shield to the air as the shield plates open. Shahryar steps in the path of Forge and Yagyu. "Forge! Out of the way!" I shout, Forge runs past Shahryar and stops to look at Shahryar. "OUT OF THE WAY!" Yagyu shouts, swinging her Chainsaw at Shahryar, Shahryar blocks by opening the scissors and grabbing the sides of the chainsaw. The chains only grind away some of the scissor's edge. "L-Leonidas! Any time this week perhaps?!" Shahryar shouts. "Right!" Leo shouts, winding up his arm before throwing his shield at Yagyu. The shield soars through the air and reaches its target of Yagyu's legs, knocking her off and hitting the ground, her chainsaw rolls away by the chain, before getting hung up on a tree with the gears stopping when branches get stuck between the chains.
Arthur:(walks to Forge) Forge, make a shield in front of me.
Forge:(puts down hand) You got it!
Yagyu gets up and charges at the two of us, as she jumps at us Forge raises the shield up from the ground and Yagyu slams into the shield. I step around the shield and smack Yagyu in the back of the head. Her body goes limp, as her body slides down the shield. Kneeling down I check her condition. Enough to knock her out but no real damage. I stand back up and look at Forge. "Best for you to leave… Before this becomes bloody again." I tell Forge.
Forge:(nods) You got it! I'm out of… Here…
Forge walks over to Yagyu's Chainsaw and pulls it down from the trees removing the branches and leaves caught between the chains, he brings it over and sets it down next to her. "Okay, I'm..." Forge walks over to Shahryar and up to the scissors, placing his hands on the damaged blades, the forge glows and begins to fire as the scissors edges are repaired by Forge with his powers. Finally, he walks over to Leonida's shield and hands it back to him, but not before dusting it off. "Okay! Now I'm off!" Forge running off into the forest…
Arthur:(looks at Shahryar and Leo) When she wakes up, we are having a talk about her… Personality.
Shahryar and Leo:(nods) Yup.
Shahryar:(sighs) I just hope we don't have to deal with that Mega Period of hers...
We are observers…
The hooded man sits in his cave, sitting on a cocoon twirling his dagger. From deeper in the cave a red orb floats up to the Hooded man. The orb have bone-like plates across the underside of the orb, along with long red tentacles. The hooded man sits up and looks at the orb, the orb's red changes to the image of the Kamen Riders killing the Anisoptera Swinger.
Hooded man:(sighs) Temin Ismr Mo Fovr Sending Ung Grimm Toat Hemor Kamen Rider's…
The Hooded man stands up from the cocoon and turns to the cocoon on the ground. Raising up his hand, the Hooded man jams his hand into the cocoon as red begins to color the pure white of the cocoon. "HMmm~! Hm!" The Cocoon shakes as a body struggles inside the cocoon, the hooded man digs his hand further into the cocoon, the silky white turning a crimson red, after a few more moments the body stops. Pulling out his hand, the hooded man pulls out two molds dripping with red blood. Looking at the mold, the hooded man smiles, pocketing them and walks towards the entrance to the cafe. Walking away, a web grabs the cocoon and pulls it up into the jaws of spider Grimm. The Hooded man standing at the opening to the cave, sheaths his dagger and drops down into the forest below.
Meanwhile… We are Forge
Walking through the forest, I look around for anything to guide my way. Great… I'm lost… Again! Not having any idea of where to go I keep searching the top of the tree line. Best I can tell… Looking up, I search for the high walls of the cliff edge I was launched from. Spotting the cliff I turn the other way. So this way I assume?... Oh who am I kidding, I have no idea where to go… Best to just get back to the cliff. Walking off into the forest.
We are Artoria… Meanwhile...
Laying Yagyu's body against a tree we all step back and gather around. "Okay, what was that all about?" Shahryar asks, looking at me. "Like, I've seen her fight, but never with that kind of rage!" Shahryar exclaims, Leonidas kneels down and looks over the entire suit. "Hmm… No visible injectors of any kind." Leonidas said, standing back up and turning to the rest of us.
Leo:(crosses arms) I think it's safe to assume that this isn't any kind of chemical base rage.
Shahryar:(looks at Yagyu) You're kidding? I was joking about the Mega Period but really? This honestly can't be because she has some kind of hate to Fake Riders?(turns to everyone else) I mean, I'm not a fan of Fake Riders either, but I never get THAT mad.
Arthur:(looks at Yagyu) This couldn't be… Her Semblance? Could it?
Shahryar:(sweatdrop) Th-That can't be true… Could it? Well...Then again. She can get angry quite easily, though she does try and be calm a lot of the time.
Leonidas:(sighs) Come on now. We are talking about a fellow warrior here. Every Hunter and Huntress is sure to have a few scars. It's best to leave it alone.
?: Y-yeah. I'd prefer it if you leave it.
Turning around our eyes all fall on Yagyu as she wakes up and starts to get up. "Yagyu, don't push yourself." I said putting out my hand, Yagyu looked at the hand, before taking it. I pull Yagyu up to her feet as she dusts herself off. "I… Apologise for my previous… Outburst." Yagyu apologises to us, taking breaths and collecting herself.
Arthur, Shahryar, and Leo:(sweatdrop) We aren't the ones who you should apologise to.
Yagyu:(shifts side to side uncomfortably) W-Well, that's not my fault…
Shahryar:(tilts head) How is going off the rails and attempting to kill someone considered not "Your fault?"
Yagyu:(looks away) *Ahem!* That isn't important…(looks at Arthur) Where is that… Other Rider? Where did he go off to?
Shahryar:(head lean forwards) What? So you can use that Chainsaw of yours(points at Yagyu) to saw him in half?
Yaygu goes silent, signifying a choice to ignore Shahryar's question. "He's gone, likely left to return to the city. But if we do run into him again.-" I said as Yagyu simply raises her hand up to stop me. "I know what you're going to say. And I don't want to hear it." Yagyu states, reaching down to pick up the blade, Forge returned to her earlier, holstering her blade as she walks past us. "I'll admit I was hasty, but I will not trust that Rider so long as he breaths." Yagyu said, her grip on the blade tightens with fury.
Shahryar:(sighs) Just… Try not to tear him in half? Alright? Keep Mega Period mode in check?
Yagyu:(scoffs) If anyone truly had that kind of period, even I would be afraid.
Leo:(steps up) More importantly, that rage didn't seem natural. Could that be your rage is because-
Yagyu:(looks at ground) Semblance? Yes. It...(long sigh) Is my Semblance.
Shahryar: Well, that removes the time of the month theory.(Yagyu glares at Shahryar) Just saying.(shrugs) Talk about a Wild Semblance-
Arthur:(looks at Shahryar) Drop it Shahryar, a person's semblance isn't something given by choice.(looks at Yagyu) It's circumstance that determines a Semblance. Let us focus on the Test once again, let's all reach the temple. We can discuss more on the way.
Yagyu:(nods) Agreed. Let me figure out where we are so I can find our way.
Yagyu steps away as she begins to figure out our current position. Shahryar steps next to me and leans over to me. "Are you sure it's safe enough to be around?" Shahryar whispers to me. "This is something she has to deal with." Leonidas whispers to us, looking at us as he reached up to his helmet. Pressing a button on the back of the ear, the faceplate of his helmet unlocks and slides open, revealing Leo's face underneath.
Leo:(crosses arms) This is something she must handle herself.(closes eyes and looks down) This is a hurdle that only she can overcome. It's not our place to question her.
Shahryar:(opens helmet) I dunno, I'll only trust her as far as my guns can shoot.
Arthur:(opens helmet) Enough, now is not the time for that. We have a test. Worry about such things later.(turns to Yagyu) Yagyu, have you figured out our position?
Yagyu:(opens helmet) I've figured out the general location.(points in direction) If we head that way, we should get to the temple within the next hour.
Arthur:(nods) Okay. Yagyu, lead the way.(helmet closes up) Shahryar, Leonidas, and I will cover you on your back.
Yagyu:(helmet closes) Roger. Follow me this way.
We are Observer
Begrudgingly the 4 Riders start walking off towards the Temple. A seed of distrust growing between the 4, weather by the questions of the past, or of their fellow man. Not far off Forge; now losing track once again, nyanders back towards the temple unintentionally like a headless monkey. Also approaching the temple, each at their own pace, fellow Hunters and Huntress begin to converge on the Temple grounds…
Hooded man:(smiles) Thus… The stories of these humans converge. To a Conclusion yet to be told… Kekekek...
