"It doesn't matter if you're falling apart, I'll be there to hold you together, in my arms." Johnny caresses his girlfriends face, knowing she was in a fragile state right now…Johnny wasn't sure when she would be back to herself but, he would always be here to hold her together.
"You have no idea how much this means to me, Johnny. I don't know who's trying to frame me for Logan's murder but, I swear I didn't kill him. I know a lot of people hated Logan but…me? I don't understand, Johnny. I really don't." Lulu sighs, leaning into his touch.
"I love you, Lu. I'll always be here. Things won't be like this forever. I promise. We'll figure out who's framing you…I'm not letting you go to prison for something you didn't do." Johnny promised, knowing he should call and update her brothers. Maxie, Spinelli, Jason, Lucky, Claudia and Luke were all trying to help clear her name while Scott Baldwin tried to destroy her name. Lulu and Johnny we're staying in a safe house located in The Swiss Alps…nobody would think to look for them here.
"I love you. I know this isn't exactly what you signed up for." Lulu chuckled, looking up at him.
"Everything with you is an adventure, I knew that from the moment we met. That's never changed. I'll take whatever comes with you. I should call you're brother, before he decides to come up here and kick my ass." Johnny chuckled ruffling her blonde hair a bit, before rising from the couch and grabbing his phone off the charger.
"Tell Lucky that I love him." Lulu yawned, eyes involuntary drifting shut.
"Get some rest, baby. You've earned that." Johnny sighed dropping a kiss on her head, before going into the next room to call Lucky.
"Spencer." Lucky Spencer yawned, answering his phone trying not to fall asleep.
"Hey, it's Johnny. I was just calling to touch base with you guys. I meant to call earlier but, you're sister needed me." Johnny sighed, hoping he wouldn't be mad.
"Oh, hey. Don't worry about it, I've been busy today. How's she doing?" Lucky hadn't been too keen on Johnny when his sister first brought him around but, ever since Logan's death Johnny had been going above and beyond for Lulu. Lucky could respect that.
"She said to tell you that she loves you. Lulu is-struggling. I mean, she's not having breakdowns or anything like that…she's just been sleeping a lot and than feeling guilty about sleeping, and not eating much. Have you guys made anymore progress?" Johnny told him, hoping that they'd gotten some answers. Johnny was dying to figure out who was doing this to her but, knew that he had to stay here and take care of Lulu. Lulu was more important.
"Tell Lulu that I love her, too. I'm glad she has someone that takes good care of her…she'd be losing her shit right now otherwise. Nikolas keeps worrying about Lulu turning into our mother but, I think Lulu's stronger than that. I'm not saying our mother was weak but, she could be weak minded when it came to making decisions. Lulu's headstrong, like our dad. Actually, Maxie found something at Logan's apartment and took it to Spinelli. Spinelli and Jason are going to check into it tomorrow morning, here's to hoping." Lucky was grateful.
"I will. I love you're sister, more than I've ever loved anyone. I'll always do my best to protect her…I know I'm not good enough for her but, I try to be. Lulu is one of the strongest women I've ever known, in some ways she reminds me of Claudia. I think that Lulu is too stubborn to end up like you're mother. That's good, let me know how it goes." Johnny nodded.
"That's all that I could ask for, is that you love my baby sister. I'll talk to you tomorrow, you guys be safe." Lucky didn't trust just anyone with his sister's life.
"Okay, I'll touch base with you tomorrow. You be safe as well." Johnny hung up the phone, feeling at least a little better. Maybe it wasn't much but, it was a start. They would prove Lulu's innocence.
