Soon we hear a female voice was we see a Fade-in to an image of Beacon Academy.
Narrator: Legends. Stories scattered through time. Mankind has grown quite fond of recounting the exploits of heroes and villains, forgetting so easily that we are remnants, byproducts, of a forgotten past.
Soon the gems in the image glow green and fade to show simple pictures of a man rising from the earth before being surrounded by creatures, barely held back by warriors.
Narrator: Man, born from dust, was strong, wise, and resourceful, but he was born into an unforgiving world. An inevitable darkness — creatures of destruction — the creatures of Grimm - set their sights on man and all of his creations. These forces clashed, and it seemed the darkness was intent on returning man's brief existence to the void.
And then black sets in, then suddenly lessens as a light grows brighter and brighter until a gem rises from it and lowers itself into the hands of man.
Narrator: However, even the smallest spark of hope is enough to ignite change, and in time, man's passion, resourcefulness, and ingenuity led them to the tools that would help even the odds. This power was appropriately named "Dust".
And then the scene zooms out to show men shooting lightning, raising swords, and aiming rifles at the retreating beasts as a castle appears behind them.
Narrator: Nature's wrath in hand, man lit their way through the darkness, and in the shadow's absence came strength, civilization, and most importantly, life.
Soon the castle zooms out to show a map of Remnant, which houses other buildings until they disappear in flashes of white and the map is lowered to show the scattered moon over a city at night.
Somewhere in Downtown Vale
Narrator: But even the most brilliant lights eventually flicker and die. And when they are gone... darkness will return.
Soon we see the man from Junior Club as his name is Roman Torchwick and five of his henchmen from Junior head down an alley from the shadows. They stop behind Roman, who reignites his cigar without touching it and grins before walking down the road, frightening nearby citizens as they make their way towards the shop From Dust Till Dawn.
Narrator: So you may prepare your guardians, build your monuments to a so-called "free world", but take heed... there will be no victory in strength.
Inside The Dust Till Dawn
Roman and his henchmen enter the shop, the camera lowering to a young girl wearing a hooded red cloak in the corner of the shop, reading a weapons magazine while on the other side of the shop we see a boy in black cloak looking at a selection of dust in front of him and looking at it to see which is good or raw. But then we hear another voice a man voice as he was talking to the narrator and let her know that victory comes in different ways then strength.
Ozpin (voice over): But perhaps victory is in the simpler things that you've long forgotten. Things that require a smaller, more honest souls.
The henchmen look around and at the Dust crystals in the display when Roman approaches the elderly shopkeeper as he flicks his cigar.
Roman: Do you have any idea how hard it is to find a Dust shop open this late?
Soon one of the henchman points his gun at the shopkeeper as he raised his hands to show he wouldn't put up a fight.
Shopkeeper: P-please! Just take my Lien and leave!
Roman: Shhh, shhh, shhh, shhh, calm down, we're not here for your money. (to the henchmen) Grab the Dust.
Soon a henchman opens a case and removes one of several cylinders, which the group uses to take Dust from the tube containers on the walls.
Henchman 1: (placing another open case on the display to the shopkeeper) Crystals. Burn. Uncut.
The shopkeeper proceeds to fill the case. As another henchman goes for another tube, he hears the muted This Will Be the Day song from the girl's direction, and unsheathes his sword. While the other was going for the other side of the shop for another tube he hears humming as he then takes out his shotgun and proceeded to aim it at the boy.
Henchmen 2: Hey, get your hands up kid!
Soon the kid looked up and turned around as we see him, it is Gareth Grimm with his Red Eyes and wolf ears as he looks at him.
Gareth: Uh, what's this?
Soon the henchmen proceeded to cock his shotgun and aimed it once more to show his seriousness.
Henchmen 2: I said hands up and don't make a move kid!
Soon Gareth had a bored look as he then disappeared in front of him as he then was shocked but soon he felt something around his neck as it was a blade as he turned around and it was the boy as he seemed to get behind him and he looked like a beast, an animal backed into a corner as his Red eyes glowed and his teeth showed they elongated to that of a canine as it seemed to frighten him.
Gareth: Now, this is the part where you put your hands up and don't warn your friends I would hate to leave a mess in such a nice store.
As he looked at the kid he couldn't tell he was bluffing as he didn't seem to as he enforced that threat with his blade as it nicked his skin but not enough to kill him but enough to comply to him.
???: Freeze!
Henchmen and Gareth: Huh
[Crash!]
Soon there was a loud crash of something breaking down glass as they both turned before Gareth looks at him and knocked him out as he looked to where the noise came from he noticed three more goons in the same attire and one completely different clothes as he had a bowler hat and a cane and was in a white suit but they were looking outside as he followed their gaze and it was the Girl he met earlier tonight.
Gareth: (Her?!)
A Few Moments Earlier...
Soon we see the Henchmen point his sword at the girl in the Red hood.
Henchman 3: Alright kid, put your hands where I can see 'em.
There was no response as he then gets close and personal with her.
Henchman 3: Hey, I said hands in the air! You got a death wish or something!?
He goes over to her and turns her around, the hood dropping to reveal a surprised Ruby Rose wearing headphones. He motions for her to lower them as she does so.
Ruby: Yes?
Henchmen 3: I said, put your hands in the air, now!
Ruby: Are you... robbing me?
Henchman 3: Yes!
Ruby: Ooohhh...
Roman is waiting for his men to finish the heist when a "Hey!" and "Hyah!" are heard, and the threatening henchman flies past him. Roman calmly motions for another to handle Ruby.
Henchman 1: Freeze!
Cut to outside the shop, when the henchman and Ruby crash through the window. The other men look outside as Ruby gets up and unfolds Crescent Rose into its scythe form. Roman scowls, but Ruby smiles back at them before twirling the weapon around, striking it into the ground and turning off her headphones.
Roman: Okayyy... G--
Soon he was about to order to attack her when Gareth calls him out.
Gareth: Hey Bowler Hat Guy!
Soon the Ruby, Roman, and the henchmen look behind and in front of them and noticed a kid sitting on the countertop with his Kama blades, Light and Darkness out and the shopkeeper hiding behind the counter as he doesn't want to get hurt.
Gareth: You know that hat and that outfit and cane I would've thought you were a gentleman but it turns out your more of a scum bag.
Soon he looks both ways having had enough of this he ordered his remaining henchmen to get them.
Roman: Okayyy... let me rephrase; Get them!
The henchmen two head out of the shop and run at Ruby, who spins around on top of her scythe and kicks the first approaching criminal in the face. She gets Crescent Rose out of the ground and fires it off to hit another one with the butt of her weapon, sending him flying. She fires again and brings the side down on one attacker and dodges the next's gunfire with her rifle's speed, getting close enough to knock him into the air and follow him upwards so she can beat him away to Roman's feet.
Meanwhile while inside Gareth handles two henchmen at the same time and then jumps up and kick the henchmen on the right and then before long Light and Darkness made quick work as he used the blunt side and finished the second one and the the first one had a shotgun he found on the floor as he proceeded to shoot him but missed him once and then twice before Gareth used his semblance Gust to disappear and then tackled him outside where our Ruby friend is as she recognized him from his weapons.
Ruby: Hey! Aren't you're that guy who ran away from me?
Gareth: [Blushed] What? No!! I didn't run away from you. I mearly ran away from the cops.
Ruby: Why?
Gareth: Because I don't exactly have a permit to carry weapons.
Ruby: You don't? Why?
As they were talking about each other Roman mearly looks at his hired henchmen as he is disappointed with what he got.
Roman: (To Himself and Sarcastic)You were worth every cent. Truly, you were.[Clears Throat]
Soon he gets their attention as they listen to him. As he mocks each of them based on what they look like.
Roman: Well, Red, Wolf, I think we can all say it's been an eventful evening, and as much as I'd love to stick around...
Soon Roman raises his cane and opens the bottom to reveal a rifle with a cross grid which means that his cane is actually a gun.
Roman: ...I'm afraid this is where we part ways.
Roman unleashes a red blast at Ruby, which then Gareth then saved as he used his semblance to move Ruby and himself out of harms way as the red blast hit the ground as Ruby couldn't processed what happened as she is now carried like a Princess by Gareth who then checks to see if she is alright.
Gareth: Are you ok?
Ruby: I'm fine thank you.
Soon she looks down and noticed that what position she was in and then looked at him as she then blushed a bit.
Ruby: Do you think you can...
Soon he looks at her before getting the idea.
Gareth: Oh, Right.
Soon both looked to where Roman was last seen and noticed that he was gone.
Ruby: Where is he?
Soon Gareth then got focused as he then sniffed the air as if he has a scent and followed it towards one certain building and then sees Roman is climbing up a ladder on a nearby building.
Gareth: There he is!
And then Ruby sees Roman. Not long the Shopkeeper comes in as she then looks at him and asked a question.
Ruby: You okay if we go after him?
Shopkeeper: Uh huh.
Soon Gareth and Ruby set off after Roman.
Rooftop
Soon Roman makes it to the roof, with Ruby and Gareth right behind him.
Ruby: Hey!
Soon Roman then stops at the edge as he has nowhere else to go.
Roman: Persistent...
Ruby and Gareth readied to fight him, but a getaway Bullhead rises up and opens the hatch to allow Roman inside which Roman then proceeded to turn around and holding a Red Dust gem.
Roman: End of the line, you two.
Soon he throws it out at their feet and fires at them, resulting in a large explosion. But someone jumped in front of Ruby and Gareth to protect them.
Roman: Whoa-ho-ho-ho!
Soon Roman stops laughing when he sees something down there.
Roman: Huh?
Soon we see a woman in a purple cape is now in front of Ruby and Gareth, as she casted a circle of protection over them with her wand. As Ruby and Gareth look on at the Huntress as her name is Glynda Goodwitch.
Glynda appears to be a middle-aged woman that has very light-blonde hair tied back in a bun with a curl hanging down the right side of her face. Her eyes are bright green and she wears thin ovular glasses. She has dangling teal earrings that match the hanging pendant on her collar. She wears a white long-sleeved, pleated top that has a wide keyhole neckline and gauntlet cuffs that flare in pleats at the wrist. Her lower body is covered by a black high-waisted pencil skirt with bronze buttons and black fading into brown stockings.
She wears black boots with bronze heels and a cape that is purple inside and black on the outside. The cut of the cape is stylized to end in flames and arrows, with a row of diamond-shaped bronze beads on the back. Above this line of beads appears an emblem of a tiara that is her personal symbol.
Glynda waves her weapon and summons several streaks of purple at the craft. Roman is thrown around in the back until he goes to the cockpit, where a woman in red, her face unseen, is struggling with the controls.
Roman: We got a Huntress!
The woman gets up and heads toward the back as Roman takes the controls.
Glynda glows purple for a moment and aims another blast above the craft, resulting in a dark storm-cloud right over the jet.
Roman: The hell...?
With a flick of her wand, large jagged hail starts falling that pummels the jet and even breaks through the window, narrowly missing Roman's head.
Soon Gareth then had enough gawking and acted as he then transformed his Kama weapons into a high powered sniper rifle as he then aims at Roman's Hat as he pulled the trigger and the bullet then towards the window and busted through and shot Romans hat off.
Roman: Hey!
Soon he looks at the bullet whole in his hat before looking at the bullet whole where it came from as he then saw Gareth as he waved at him showing his jagged teeth to let Roman know that he did it before aiming his weapon at him and Roman acted quickly and moved around to make himself a harder target.
Roman: Can You hurry it up back there!
The woman then reaches the back and her arms and chest light up like fire, aiming a burst of energy at Glynda. The Huntress blocks it, but the flame splatters behind her and glows hot with the enemy's raised hand. Glynda back-flips out of the explosion, which destroys part of the roof, and magically gathers the shards to create a large arrow, which she throws at the craft. The fiery woman shatters the arrow with several blasts, but it reforms just in time to hit the side of the jet due to Roman's quick aerial lean. The wreckage separates and reshapes into more arrows that encircle the jet, but the woman summons several glowing rings around herself that expand and destroy the shards.
Ruby, finally acting, reverts her scythe into its rifle form to fire at the woman, who blocks each shot and creates several blazing circles around her two opponents. Glynda telekinetically pushes Ruby and rolls herself out of the explosion's radius; before the women left she then looks at Gareth as he is aimed right at her as she blocked it just like before until the hatch closes and Gareth aimed it right at the hatch as he fired at the ship before it flys away soon a Ruby looks at Glynda as she is putting on a pleading, awe-stricken face
Ruby: You're a Huntress! Can I have your autograph?!
Vale Interrogation Room
Soon we see Ruby's amazed face turn to one of shame as Gareth was looking at a mirror and yelling at them.
Gareth: Hey! We are victims of circumstance is it wrong to do what is right!
Ruby: Hey, can you please stop yelling.
Gareth: How are you not angry with this? We didn't do anything wrong except maybe breaking a window.
Soon the door opens as we see Glynda, with a tablet computer, paces around the table Ruby is seated at, right underneath a bright light in the otherwise dark room.
Glynda: Sit.
Soon Gareth then complying as he then sits next to Ruby with his hood up still.
Glynda: I hope that you two realize that your actions tonight will not be taken lightly. You put yourself and others in great danger.
Ruby: They started it!
Gareth: Yeah, what were we supposed to do let them go?
Soon Glynda looks at her Computer Tablet as he looks at the two.
Glynda: If it were up to me, you'd be sent home... With a pat on the back...
Soon Ruby smiles as Gareth then looks at her confused as then she says another thing to the two.
Glynda: ...And a slap on the wrist.
She then demonstrates with her riding crop, which Ruby barely avoids.
Ruby: Eeek!
Gareth: But why are we here? If you wanted to you would have just sent us home, why keep us here?
Soon she then explained who wanted to see them.
Glynda: There's a reason why you two are here... there is someone here who would like to meet you.
She moves out of the way so a surprised Ruby and stoic faced Gareth can see a man in green come through the doorway, holding a mug and a plate of cookies as his name is Ozpin.
Ozpin: Ruby Rose...
Soon Ozpin looks at Ruby eyes as he said what eye color Ruby has.
Ozpin: You... have silver eyes.
Ruby: Uh, um...
Gareth: That's creepy.
Soon Ozpin looks at Gareth as he has his cloak on over his head.
Ozpin: And you have Red eyes and two interesting features.
Gareth: Um... Listen... I don't swing that way.
Glynda: Pay attention! This is serious!
Gareth: I am serious he was being creepy with Ruby and with me.
Ozpin: [Chuckles] Gareth Grimm, I see that your wit is sharp as a blade, but that's not what I am talking about can you take off your cloak?
Soon he looks at Ruby and Glynda and Ozpin as he then removed his cloak and we see his Wolf ears and tail as he looked Faunus.
Ruby: Wow... I never seen a Faunus with two Animal Traits before?
Gareth: Except I'm not a Faunus.
This confused Ruby as did Glynda but for some reason Ozpin just looked at him with stoic face as he seemed to know what he is.
Ruby: Really? Then what are you?
Gareth: I... I don't know.
Ozpin: Well I may not know what you are but I am more interested in your skills.
Soon he is gesturing with his head at the tablet showing Gareth's fighting outside of Vale as Ruby was in awe with him.
Gareth: Training... Mostly Self-Taught.
Ozpin: Interesting... and you Ruby...
Soon he is showing Ruby's fighting on the tablet.
Ruby: S-Signal Academy.
Ozpin: They taught you to use one of the most dangerous weapons ever designed?
Ruby: Well, one teacher in particular.
Ozpin: I see...
He puts the cookies on the table in front of Ruby. She tentatively picks one up, eats it in a single bite, and then, not seeing any rebuttal, shovels the rest into her mouth soon Gareth stomach then grumble as he is hungry. Soon Ruby hears that as she then hands him a cookie as she seemed to be not frightened by his appearance.
Gareth: You're... you're not afraid of me?
Ruby: Nope.
Soon he was hesitant by her honest answer but then he grabs it and eats it.
Gareth: Thank you.
Ruby: Your welcome.
Soon Ozpin then talks to Ruby about her weapon and fighting skills.
Ozpin: It's just that I've only seen one other scythe-wielder of that skill before. A dusty, old crow...
Ruby: (mumbles through her full mouth)
Soon she then swallows and wipes her mouth, embarrassed
Ruby: Sorry. That's my Uncle Qrow! He's a teacher at Signal. I was complete garbage before he took me under his wing. And now, I'm all like— Hooowaaah! Witchaaaa!
She proceeds to make some karate-style poses and noises which seemed to make Gareth smile and so did Ozpin as he is placing his cup on the table as he leans in, then sits down opposite Ruby and Gareth.
Ozpin: So I've noticed. And what is an adorable girl such as yourself doing at a school designed to train warriors?
Ruby: Well... I want to be a Huntress.
Ozpin: You want to slay monsters?
Ruby: Yeah! I only have two more years of training left at Signal! And then I'm going to apply to Beacon!
Soon she started to talking faster and faster with her enthusiasm growing.
Ruby: You see, my sister's starting there this year, and she's trying to become a Huntress, and I'm trying to become a Huntress 'cause I wanna help people. My parents always taught us to help others, so I thought, Hey, I might as well make a career out of it! (giggles) I mean the police are alright, but Huntsmen and Huntresses are just so much more romantic and exciting and cool and really, gosh, you know! (flips out at the last part, staring at the two with a wide, crazy smile)
Soon all three look at her as then Ozpin looks at Gareth with a question.
Ozpin: So... why are you in Vale Gareth?
Gareth: I want to be a Hunter.
Ozpin: So you want to slay monsters as well.
Gareth: Just one in particular.
Ozpin: Just one?
Gareth: Why one you may ask? Let me just say he needs to pay.
Ozpin: So it's vengeance?
Gareth: No... a Reckoning.
Soon Everyone wants to know why but he had that look that was dark so they left it alone even Ruby who was full of light was somehow depressed by his conversation with Ozpin.
Soon as Ozpin and Glynda finish their study on the two Ozpin asked another question.
Ozpin: Do you know who I am?
Soon Ruby answered as Gareth kept quiet and see how this played out.
Ruby: You're Professor Ozpin. You're the headmaster at Beacon.
Soon Ozpin smiles at Ruby as they said hello.
Ozpin: (smiling) Hello.
Ruby: Nice to meet you.
Ozpin: You want to come to my school?
Ruby: More than anything.
Soon after exchanging glances with Glynda, who shows her disapproval.
Glynda: Hmmph.
Ozpin: Well, okay.
Soon she smiles, wide-eyed and open-mouthed.
On a Airship
Soon we see Ruby as she is then being hugged by Yang Xiao Long, Ruby's big Step-Sister aboard the large Vale Airship to Beacon, crushing the air out of her as she is so proud of her.
Yang: Oh, I can't believe my baby sister is going to Beacon with me! This is the best day ever!
Ruby: (gasping) Please stop.
Soon Yang lets go and Ruby has air in her lungs again.
Yang: But I'm so proud of you!
Ruby: Really Sis, it was nothing.
Yang: What do you mean? It was incredible! Everyone at Beacon is going to think you're the bee's knees.
Ruby: I don't want to be the "bee's knees", okay? I don't want to be any kind of knees! I just want to be a normal girl with normal knees.
Yang: What's with you? Aren't you excited?
Ruby: Of course I'm excited... I just... (sighing) I got moved ahead two years. I don't want people to think I'm special or anything.
Yang: But you are special.
Soon Yang puts her one arm around Ruby little did they know that Gareth wearing his cloak to hide his ears was watching them as he was accepted into Beacon as well. Soon he looks at the wolf pendent as it is something special about it.
But soon he started to go over his thoughts on last night at the police station.
Flashback, Vale Police Station
Soon after Ruby was let go through the door by Glynda as Ruby looks back to see him with Ozpin before the door is closed all the way.
Gareth: So you mind telling me why I am still here?
Ozpin: First off condolences on your loss It's just I knew an old wolf a long time ago with your skills.
Gareth: You- You knew my father?
Ozpin: Yes, good man always loyal to his friends when I heard about his passing I mourned for him.
Gareth: Is that why I'm here? To talk about my family?
Ozpin: Yes, but also I was wondering if you like to go to Beacon?
Soon he started to wag his tail as he was excited about that.
Gareth: Yes! [Clears Throat] I mean, Yes I would like to go to Beacon.
Soon Ozpin then looked at his Tablet and we see Gareth Grimm name and then his picture and then the word "ACCEPTED" on screen as of now he was in Beacon Academy.
Ozpin: In that case welcome to Beacon.
Present Time; Beacon Airship
Soon his train of thought was interrupted as it also got the girls' attention as they are drawn to the Anchorman named Cyril on the newscast on Vale News Network playing nearby, talking about the robbery and showing Roman's mug shot.
Cyril: The robbery was led by nefarious criminal Roman Torchwick, who continues to evade authorities. If you have any information on his whereabouts, please contact the Vale Police Department. Back to you, Lisa.
The mugshot changes to Lisa Lavender, with a photo of animal-eared demonstrators holding signs saying "WE ARE NOT ANIMALS!" followed by an image of the logo of a growling red wolf's head with three scratch marks.
Lisa: Thank you, Cyril. In other news, this Saturday's Faunus Civil Rights protest turned dark when members of the White Fang disrupted the ceremony. The once peaceful organization has now disrupted...
Soon the news feed is cut off as a hologram of Glynda replaces it.
Glynda: Hello, and welcome to Beacon!
Yang: Who's that?
Glynda: My name is Glynda Goodwitch.
Yang: Oh.
Glynda: You are among a privileged few who have received the honor of being selected to attend this prestigious academy! Our world is experiencing an incredible time of peace, and as future Huntsmen and Huntresses, it is your duty to uphold it. You have demonstrated the courage needed for such a task, and now it is our turn to provide you with the knowledge and the training to protect our world.
Soon she disappeared as then among several other cries of surprise as then a certain group of people even Gareth was grinning right next to a certain blonde boy with a Pale White complexion with dark blue eyes and is wearing Chest Armor, Belts, Bracers, and a Hood with his sword on his right hip.
Passenger: Wow! This is so cool! I'm finally close to Beacon!
Gareth: Yeah! I can't wait to get there I mean we're so high up and we're moving so quickly to.
Soon the Passenger started to cover his mouth as if something Gareth said made him sick.
Passenger: [Groaning]
Soon Gareth looked at the passenger as he said his thoughts out loud to himself as he was moving to the front of the ship.
Gareth: Was it something I said?
Soon Ruby and Yang were looking outside as Ruby spotted something.
Ruby: Oh, wow! Look, you can see Signal from up here!
Ruby and other students look through the glass walls at the town below
Ruby: I guess home isn't too far after all!
Yang: Beacon's our home, now.
The two hear a passenger groaning and hunched over nearby, running to the back of the ship.
Yang: Well... I guess the view isn't for everyone. (rolls her eyes)
Ruby: It was a nice moment while it lasted.
The ship is seen approaching Beacon across a large body of water.
Ruby (voice over): I wonder who we're gonna meet! I just hope they're better than Vomit Boy. Oh, Yang, gross! You have puke on your shoe!
Yang (voice over): Gross, gross, gross, gross, gross, gross, gross, gross!
Ruby (voice over): Get-Get away! Get away from me! Get away from me! Get away from me! Get away from me!
A/N: So there you have it now I hope you enjoy the Intro "This Will Be the Day"it is much like the intro of Volume 1 but with a subtle changes and in Volume 3 is where we start to make even bigger changes to the story. I really want to tell you... but that be Spoiling so please enjoy the Intro.
[Volume 1 Intro; This Will Be the Day]
The opening starts with Ruby Rose kneeling at Summer's Gravestone near the Cliffside Forest. In the midst of a snowstorm, she looks up and sees a figure wearing a white cloak with a red interior, nearly identical to hers, that looks as if a person is wearing it before dissolving into white rose petals. The moon starts to scatter as the sky changes color, and a huge gust of wind kicks up snow and rose petals from Ruby's cloak. The camera pans to the left with the snow and rose petals, revealing the title "RWBY: The Monsters of Remnant"
Soon we see Gareth Grimmas he is seen looking behind him as he is kneeling in sadness in front of two graves as their names were etched on Gravestone Jacob Grimm and LetoGrimm as behind their gravestone was their house burned down as then Gareth then stands up and used his cloak shadow himself in anger with his Red eyes showing before getting dark and fade away.
Then we see Weiss Schnee is seen under a spotlight in the Schnee Training Room, possibly preparing to sing as she closes her eyes.
Then we see Indie Irgrud as he seemed to be flying in the sky as he looks down and has no trouble with anything at all as he then looks at his Jade Pendant holds it close to him.
Then Blake Belladonna appears next, standing on a branch in Forever Fall forest, then disappearing suddenly when a branch passes over the camera. In the background, outlines of Adam Taurus' mask and face are seen over the moon.
And Romon Mamoru is seen in the rain looking over a battlefield as he hold his sword as then a flash of lightning travels over him as we see someone else's face then his own as he expresses a somber look before turning around and walking away from the scarred part of the world as lightning then transitioned to someone else.
Soon we see Yang Xiao Long looking over the city where Junior's Club is situated, checking her Scroll before looking up and riding off on her motorcycle, Bumblebee, in a cloud of smoke.
Then from the smoke we see Mason Alucard as he is walking alone in the night as in the mirror we see himself covered in darkness with glowing red eyes as he seemed to ignore it as he walked into darkness and faded away.
And then a several creatures of Grimm - including dozens of Beowolves, Ursai, a Death Stalker, and a giant Nevermore flying at the camera - are seen.
Roman Torchwick and a few of his henchmen appear.
The scene bursts into fire, and three silhouettes are visible through the flames, as the camera zooms in on the flaming woman's right eye.
Ruby, Gareth, Weiss, Indie, Blake, Romon, Yang, and Mason prepare to fight a horde of shadowy creatures surrounding them as an orb of darkness is formed above. Ruby notices it just in time and the eight get out of the way as it impacts the ground where they were. Ruby and Gareth blasts themselves forward into the fray, and their teammates follow.
Soon looking at a statue of a man and woman on a cliff over a Beowolf, Jaune Arc is joined by his teammates - Pyrrha Nikos, Lie Ren, and Nora Valkyrie - as they all look up to the sky.
Ozpin, holding his weapon The Long Memory and his mug, and Glynda Goodwitch, with her scroll, look onward while at the railing of the front of the school's airship, which flies off as several smaller craft soar around it.
A quick shot of each of the girls in Team RWBY with their symbols appear before a black background and then the guys in Team GRIM have a quick shot of their symbols as they appear in a Red Background.
Soon we see Ozpin and Glynda, Jaune and his teammates, Yang, Mason, Blake, Romon, Indie, and Weiss all stand at the doors of Beacon Academy, and at the front, Ruby and Gareth as they smile at each other and Ruby wields Crescent Rose and Gareth holds Light and Darkness as the two suddenly becoming a couple of black silhouette's (with her red cloak unchanged and his eyes become glowing red) they twirls their weapons around until they stop and allows the title to appear in the full moon behind them as Ruby cape still-flowing and Gareth eye's aglow as his Kama becomes a gun and is behind Ruby looking the other way.
