This was an idea that came to me from reading so of the fan fiction stories of Rubius. this is the continuation of the Menma and Will2's story. Read chapters five and Six of 'The Uzumak Ghost' if needed. Warning contains elements from other works of fiction.

7. Venom, Ironman and Scorch Marks

Riders of New York Chapter Seven.

I was expecting this to be a short chapter, but realised that Menma was not there for the Spiderman solo sections so I used multiple episodes. With that said I used the first appearance of Venom, the Ironman team up and then an OC section towards the end.

Also after this I am writing a new story for EVENAGELION and watching another show that will remain a surprise.

I own nothing, not Spiderman, Not IRONMAN and nothing that is from other properties.

:Chapter Start:

Mid Town High-mid morning Cafeteria-a week since the DoomBot incident.

Menma sits with his feet up at apparently 'Parker's Table' as he leaned against the wall behind him. He had skipped all his morning classes in this specific spot, where he was not noticed as the SHEILD heroes were laughing at Peter as they watched a video recording of Spiderman fighting a robot tentacle monster that wripped Spiderman's pants and was the reason while Peter was late that morning.

Menma glared at Sam as he starts shouting, "Stop hanging out with moneybags and focus on the important things," what happened next was understandable as Harry Osborn dropping a food trey and walking away in anger, with Peter following his friend. Menma stands whacks the back of Sam's head as he leaves the Cafeteria. Sam shouts, "What the hell was that for?"

Danny also known as IronFist simply says, "There is many parts between the mouth and the mind. Perhaps in future using one as a filter will have success."

Sam was confused before Ava says, "Try stuffing a foot in your mouth before speaking."

With Menma

Menma walked along before seeing Peter and Harry arguing about Peter's new detention friends. Menme continued walking ignoring Peter speaking with MJ and Jupiter, as the two had been hanging out a lot as MJ calmed Peter even going to organise the SHEILD crew to join them in a movie night. Menma walked up the stairs and to the roof as Draco opened his over packed lunch box filled with a thanksgiving turkey.

Menma simply lies down on the roof as he simply stared at the sky and watched the clouds. Menma's eyes were saddened as Jupiter suddenly appeared above him with a concerned look before Menma smiles at her and says, "So what did you and MJ talk about?"

"We are going to a movie night at Harry's place tonight," Jupiter states before adding, "MJ convinced Peter to invite everyone from detention to Harry's place."

Menma frowns before looking to Jupiter and says, "Okay, I am going to skip the rest of school today. I will see you at Harry's."

Jupiter frowns before asking, "Wait, you don't know where he lives," Menma just shrugs before jumping off the roof quickly covering his face.

Draco frowns and says, "Your boyfriend is weird, or at least by Earth standards," Jupiter just nods in agreement.

Menma walked over to his bike and rode away quickly until he found a supermarket.

That Night-Osborn Penthouse-Outside the main door.

Menma carrying a large bag filled with chips, dip and another bag with three six packs of soda. Menma knocked on the door before one of the random Football players from School opens the door and takes the food and drinks before slamming the door in Menma's face. Menma frowns before with a growl pushes the door until the lock brakes allowing him into the pent house to see an unsupervised teen party going on. Menma looks at around until he sees the Jocks eating all the chips and drinking the soda, Menma glares at them as he is stopped by Harry, who asks, "What are you doing here?"

"MJ invited Jupiter, the Detentionares, Draco and myself to join you for movie night," Menma states as he does not look happy as he glares at the jocks as he says, "And now I have to get my money back from a bunch of jocks that decided it would be funny to steal my stuff."

Harry frowns as he looks to the jocks as they started a chip fight. Harry frowns and asks, "So you got some stuff for us to enjoy some movies. Sorry man."

Menma glares at the Jocks as he starts to go to them to crush their throwing hands only for Jupiter to reach his side and proceeded to pull him away from his slaughter of the stupid pricks. Jupiter led the Menma up stairs and into an office with a large desk and large windows. Jupiter looks around the room as Menma takes a seat on an expensive looking leather chair. Menma closes his eyes as he relaxes in the chair when Jupiter took a seat on his lap and started kissing him deeply. Menma pulls her in close so that she started kissing his neck while he whispered into her ear, "Should we be doing this in Harry's Dad's office."

His answer was Jupiter reaching into his coat and crawling her fingers along Menma's chest while whispering, "I was told that we would be watching movies," Jupiter gets a little more frisky as her hands go lower only for the wall towards the hall to smash open as a black sludge covered Flash roared at them.

Menma threw Jupiter into the air allowing Jupiter's clothes to transform into her gear as she floated above Menma as the creature tackled Menma around through a wall that leads back to the main room of the Penthouse and onto a table as the creature started punching Menma who avoid most of the punches as everyone panicked as the lights suddenly went out. Menma hears Peter shout to Harry, "Don't worry! I am right behind you!" which then followed Spiderman double kicking the slime covered Jock before Spiderman points at the creature and says, "Okay to toilet slime, I will only say this once. Let the Jock go and now I feel dirty."

"What is going on?" Menma states as he raises his mask and asks, "Because I really want to punch it," in response NOVA arrived and zapped the goo back into the large television.

NOVA floated down with his arms smoking as Spiderman asks, "When did you get your helmet back?"

NOVA growls and says, "I got it back from Coulson, after two hundred laps. Which reminds me," he shoots at Menma who dodges and kicks a plate into NOVA's helmet.

"BucketHead, save it for later," Menma states as he throws a plate at Goo Flash.

"We need to get that stuff off him," Spiderman states as he adds, "Because even Flash does not deserve to be toilet goo."

NOVA smirks before saying, "I will get it off him," and rushes forward.

Spiderman reaches him towards NOVA and says, "No, it could," his warning fell on deaf ears as NOVA was consumed by the Black Goo that left Flash Unconscious. Spiderman watches as NOVA was consumed by the goo while panicking and NOVA failed to blast the creature off before GOO NOVA roared at Spiderman and flew after him. Spiderman shouts as he rushes outside while being following towards the rood.

Menma frowns as he looks around the destroyed penthouse to see Jupiter in her gear floating in the office while looking around a wall while disgusted. Menma asks, "You okay up there?"

"I don't want to be eaten by Toilet Sludge," Jupiter states before she returns to hiding from the slime monster.

Menma nods before rushing outside and running up the side of the building to get to the roof and then kicking a can at Goo NOVA as Powerman, IronFist, White Tiger and Agito arrived ready to fight. Menma asks the Spiderman, "Why are you a Danger Magnet?"

"My natural good looks?" Spiderman jokingly asks before saying, "We have to get NOVA out of that stuff without touching him or we will get Toilet Slimed."

"I will just pull it off him," Powerman states.

Spiderman groaned loudly as he shouts, "DISTANCE, whenever someone touches him the Symbiote releases the current host for the next person that touches it."

"Not with how I am going to touch it," Powerman stated as he rushed forward to NOVA, Spiderman was about to try and stop Powerman, when Menma stops Spiderman.

"What are you doing, Powerman is about to get slimed?" Spiderman shouts.

Menma was calm as he says, "Powerman is invulnerable. Meaning that we will have some freedom in hitting him." Everyone paused at that comment.

White Tiger simply states, "He does make an important point. Powerman can handle us hitting him."

Spiderman conceded that point before he says, "No direct contact, we have no idea what that stuff can do to us," unfortunately NOVA ignored him and just straight up tackled him again only this time the creature threw him away and charged Spiderman. IronFist charged forward with his glowing fist and punched the creature off Powerman. Spiderman shouts, "Hasn't anyone thought of using a long range attack!?"

IronFist was dodging the goo as Agito speaks, "No, I am a close range fighter. I haven't learned if I have any long range powers."

Menma simply shrugs, "Not without killing the victim and Jupiter does not want to get gooped."

IronFist was caught as he speaks, "This creature, it is confused. It is looking for, you?" he finished in disbelief as he was covered in the black slime.

White Tiger flipped over the gooped IronFist as NOVA helped Powerman to his feet. Agito got on his flying bike to help distract the creature only for it to ignore him. Menma drew his dagger blaster in dagger mode and slashed at the tendrils shot towards Spiderman, where turned to dust on the ground. Spiderman sees this and asks, "Your dagger, it is killing the Symbiote."

Menma frowns under his mask and says, "It's Soul Steel, it severs the connections of the spirit. In this case the creature trying to absorb you," the creature then started focusing on Menma, who shouts, "Which makes me the larger threat!" Menma starts flipping away quickly while slashing the tendrils attacking them. Menma was standing on a water tower as everyone was knocked away, before the goo used IronFist's power to smash through the floor and caught Menma as he tried to jump back. The Goo started to combine with Menma as it throws IronFist to the side. Menma shouts, "GET OFF!" and punches the head that the goo formed before it sprung back and consumed his fist. Menma growls in anger as the goo consumed his face.

Menma's mind

Menma suddenly fell into a tunnel with the floor flooded. Menma stands and looks around and says, "How the hell does this place still exist?" he looks at all the destroyed pedestals and the sees a single door to the left of the large broken gates with a large silhouette of a creature that was not even there anymore. Menma looked around and sees a door that appears to be an old wooden door that you would see on a Naval vessel from the time of pirates. Menma clutched his head as the black goo spread around the room until touching the broken gate where some of it combined with the Silhouette before a loud roar blasted the goo away.

Roof top-Moment that the goo combined to with Menma.

The creature roared in pain before it started thrashing around, with the tendrils slash the water tower while some of the Tendrils turned into chains. Spiderman avoided the tendrils and tackled Menma as the goo violent shifted on Menma's body violently before a black armoured hand extended from the goo before punching said goo knocking part of it off of Menma revealing him in a black and white version of his Kitsune armour. (Dark Rider from Kamen Rider Ghost) The goo starts covering Spiderman as Kitsune looks to Spiderman and says, "Toxic little creature."

Spiderman grunted as he says, "We are calling it," before his head was consumed by the Goo and with a white spider symbol on the chest shouts, "VENOM!" with a large red tongue extended over very sharp teeth. Venom's roar was interrupted by Kitsune's fist and an angry growl knocked out several teeth and knocking Venom away.

Kitsune growls before pointing his arm to the side launching a chain around an air vent and swinging it at Venom. Venom catches the vent and crushes it before pulling Kitsune towards itself, only to release Kitsune's chain when it sprang a series of spikes cutting Venom's hand. Kitsune tackled Venom to the ground and starts punching Venom enough to crack the ground until Venom bit down on Kitsune's arm and in response Kitsune started slamming Venom down on the ground until throwing Venom across the roof. Venom recovered and roars at everyone as they stood next to Kitsune.

White Tiger asks, "You Okay, Kitsune?" in response she received a growl before Kitsune charged Venom and continued to punch Venom in the face repeatedly and practically fighting like a beast. "Something is wrong with Kitsune."

NOVA frowns before saying, "I think he is okay," Venom threw Kitsune into the air only for Kitsune to have a pair of chains extended towards Venom and pulled himself back to Venom and crashing back into the roof. NOVA simply says, "Clearly they can handle each other."

-SHADESLASHER- Kitsune drew a black sword with sun glasses on the hilt and started swinging down the blade when White Tiger tackled Kitsune off of Venom, where Spiderman started fighting his way out of the Venom Symbiote. Spiderman continues to fight with Venom as White Tiger sat on Kitsune struggling to hold Kitsune down as Kitsune struggled until three minutes had past. Kitsune froze as he fell back unconscious as Menma. Spiderman manages to use his webs to connect two air conditioners before creating a lightning bolt to zap away Venom.

Jupiter under her mask floated next to MJ and Harry watching them before she lifted them onto the roof and Jupiter rushed over to the Menma and helped White Tiger lift an unconscious Menma over her shoulder and the two started carrying him towards the roof access to get him down. IronFist crouches down and collects the ShadeSlasher (A black version of Ghost's SunGlass Slasher) and says, "This is a strange weapon, it almost feels alive," as he speaks the weapon vanishes in his hand before he says, "And yet it vanishes as if it wasn't there." Spiderman swings away while, Powerman and NOVA insult Peter Parker to Harry and MJ, but when Harry asks about Menma, IronFist says, "He was knocked unconscious when the creature fused with him, we got him away from danger."

Harry sighs in relief before he says, "He is a good friend, even if he doesn't act like it," receiving a snort from NOVA and raised eyebrows from IronFist and Powerman before the three make their exit. Harry and MJ head back down stairs to Harry's penthouse to see Peter running to the door to see Harry and MJ before calming down in relief. Harry asks, "Where were you?"

"I ran down stairs and couldn't find you," Peter states as he sighs and looks at them in annoyance says, "I just ran back up the stairs to find you."

Harry smiles before they enter the Pent House and says, "Dad is going to kill me."

Harry places his hand on his face before he hears, "Harry!?" they turn around to see Norman Osborn standing at the door before he quickly hugs Harry and asks, "Are you hurt?"

"No, Spiderman and his friends took down a strange sludge monster that suddenly attack Menma during the," Harry paused before he admits, "Party," he looked guilty before saying, "It just happened suddenly and did all this," he gestured to the destroyed office above them.

Normon looked at the damages and says, "As long as you are safe," he then says, "Though I suggest you clean up your mess. I will call the contractor tomorrow to repair the damages," before he heads for the door, "I need to make a call. If you feel that you cannot spend the night here, feel free to spend the night at Peters."

Harry watched as his father left and asks, "I expected him to be angry at the party."

"Perhaps he was more concern that you were attacked alone, that fact that you had 'friends' with you at least meant you were safe," Peter countered as he says, "Though if you feel that he isn't punishing you, remember he decided to let you spend the night at my house instead of a fancy hotel," his simple comment caused Harry to face palm at the whole idea that Harry going to Peter's house is considered a punishment.

The three then started cleaning when Harry asks, "So what is the deal with Menma?"

"He is one of the guys I go to detention with," Peter states as he sweeps up some crushed chips, "Why do you ask?"

"He bought chips and drinks for movie night," Harry states before asking, "Did either of you ask him to?"

MJ spoke, "Jupiter said that she would ask him but then said he left the school for some reason, maybe that was why. But to be clear, neither of us asked them to buy anything."

Peter nods before saying, "Yeah, but I doubt any of them have access to money to purchase anything. Is that where the nachos came from?"

"No, the chips you were cleaning up is the remains after the Jocks decided to have a food fight with them," Harry states causing Peter to flinch.

Peter says, "Well he is a decent guy," he then is then forced to think, 'Why is he always angry though?'

SHEILD Helicarrier-An hour later

Menma groans as he awakens to find himself in the SHEILD medbay inside a sideways cylinder that was scanning his body. Menma simply grabs the glass cover and snaps it off of his body to see White Tiger and Jupiter speaking with Doctor Connors at a computer as they turn to see Menma breaking the medical station.

Menma stretches as Doctor Connors rushes over and says, "Stop, we need to examine you after your strange transformation," Menma looks annoyed even as Jupiter pulls him back to another medical bed and has him sitting down. Doctor Connors suddenly asks, "What do you know about your physiology?"

"Enough to know that I am fine," Menma states annoyed and wanting to go home to bed.

White Tiger suddenly asks, "What was that about, you free yourself and then go rage monster on VENOM. What happened?"

Menma simply says, "You mean that desire to destroy an abomination of life?" White Tiger's eyes widen as he sarcastically continues, "I have bloody idea."

Doctor Connors clears his throat and says, "Well with that out of the way. I wanted to ask you, were you aware that you have two circulatory systems?"

"Yes," Menma states still annoyed as he adds, "If that was all, I would like to leave now."

"No that was not all. We scanned the strange Eye device that you dropped," Doctor Connors states as Menma suddenly stands allowing Menma to see the Black and White Eyecon that looks like the Boosted Soul Eyecon that his original has. Menma takes the Eyecon and places it in his pocket as Doctor Connors says, "We scanned your body and found nothing strange besides the second circulatory system, we found no sign of parasites or symbiotes, what I would like to know is what created this new transformation you turned into."

Menma frowns and says, "Then you can keep wanting," Menma starts walking towards the exit but is stopped by White Tiger where he says, "Please move, I am not in the best mood."

White Tiger simply crosses her arms and says, "You are leaving that eye thing here so Doc Connors can find out if it is dangerous."

Menma frowns before saying, "No," and walks around White Tiger.

Jupiter follows while saying to White Tiger, "Sorry, he is very secretive with this and the only one who can really tell if it is dangerous is him," she then follows Menma off the Helicarrier.

White Tiger growls before speaking with Doctor Connors, "What could you tell, from your tests?"

Doctor Connors frowns before saying, "His body is practically perfection in a biological sense. I mean there is no sign or evidence that he had been modified, he is an all natural super soldier. I couldn't even find his Driver for his Rider form," he then looks to the side at where he kept the blood samples and says, "I will have to test his blood for any other problems," White Tiger nods before heading towards her room.

Once there she fell back on her door while hugging her body with a shudder and whispering, "Damn amulet," the Green Tiger amulet on her waist glowed with power and she says, "This is to weird," as her hands travel lower and for several days NOVA would comment about hearing strange sounds through the vents that he likened to a berserk animal.

With the Genma's-Secret base in Jersey-days later

CHAIN paced back and forth as it tries to formulate a plan, it was time to make their move. To the side FLAME is going through the different items Chain had collected until Water jumped out the WATER and says, "That was fun," to the side a small tornado arrived and formed into a feminie Genma with tornado design. Water continues, "Meet our newest ally, WIND. That is FLAME and CHAIN."

WIND hums before saying, "They are not very interesting," WIND then walks over the collection of stuff they had collected and says, "Not very clean are you?"

CHAIN laughs and says, "Then perhaps you can do better? These are items that we can use to free our master, but we need a plan first," CHAIN turns around to see WIND gone and WATER taking a water chair that floats in water and uses it to relax in the water tunnel entrance. Flame continues to rummage for items, even finding an empty petrol bottle and placed it behind itself. WATER lazily relaxes in the building's water.

With Menma-A Week Later-Night

Menma with White Tiger behind him rode with Agito with IronFist on his bike raced along the street following NOVA carrying Powerman towards Spiderman's current position, which just so happened to be where their target was. Jupiter flew behind them until she reached Menma and asks White Tiger, "So who is the Living Laser?"

White Tiger answered with, "He is a petty crook who worked for Stark Industries until he stole a dangerous Prototype that Tony Stark was having destroyed due to its danger. It was a teleportation device that turned the wielder into light photons to travel faster than light. Apparently if the device is not calibrated for the user, the starting location and end location. To use it properly, you need to use a super computer the size of a SHIELD QUINJET."

Menma simply asks, "Then how did he steal it?"

White Tiger says, "Well the report stated that he simply grabbed it out the furnace that was going to melt it then stole the batteries from another invention when he realised what it does. Now he is after the rest of STARK INDUSTRIES to sell all their tech to the highest bidder."

They reach the battle to find Spiderman with parts of his suit cut with minor burns that looked like cuts. Spiderman continued to dodge blasts as NOVA drops Powerman at Lazer only for Lazer to dodge the flying punch. NOVA and Jupiter charge energy and shoot Lazer only for Spiderman to shout, "No, he is made of PROTONS, you are just charging him up!" which was true as the result was that Lazer increasing in size, making him large enough to lift a car and throw it at them. Spiderman webs the car so that it didn't crush someone.

Powerman asks, "What is the plan Webs?" as Agito used his bike in flight mode to fly around Laser trying to punch him in the face with minor success. Then Menma charged forward and cut Laser's Achilles Heel causing Laser immense pain. Laser hops in pain before being dispersed by two blue beams of energy hit Laser in the back.

Spiderman was in awe as Ironman landed with a hero landing causing Menma to comment, "That had to hurt," he was interested as Ironman's helmet opened allowing a goateed face to be seen as Fury arrived to speak with him. Spiderman then started being a super fan boy as Ironman talked about his Romantic Encounters over the last few weeks, but when Spiderman asked what they were talking about and White Tiger commented on it being important Menma laughed. When asked why he said, "I didn't know that catwalks are national secrets!"

That Ironman looking at him in humour while Fury glared as Spiderman started walking towards the two. Ironman then says to Fury, "Look Laser is my problem, next time he rears his ugly head I will build something that can contain him."

Spiderman spoke, "You could track his photonic signature, it would have to be specific for Laser."

Ironman simply smirks and says, "Smart kid, poor fashion sense. With some guidance come to my factory Saturday," Fury gets angry and denies Spiderman going only to be completely ignored.

Fury breaths out and no one knows that his breath travelled towards the roof tops and into WIND's grasp causing WIND to laugh and say, "So ROCK is in an airtight seal on the HeliCarrier and there is only one way to reach him at this point," and with a female laugh vanishes to find someone that can help 'her' complete her task.

SATURDAY-STARK INDUSTRIES

Menma and Jupiter ride to Stark Industries and walk to the door as Spiderman arrives web swinging. Once he lands in a crouch and then sees his two fellow heroes he simply asks the smartest thing he could think of, "What are you two doing here?"

"Guidance," Menma jokes as the three enter the factory where Ironman or as he is known without the armour, Tony Stark sees them.

Tony looks between the three and says, "I didn't know you were bringing friends."

Spiderman replies, "Neither did I."

Menma smirks under his mask and says, "I am here because of one thing," Spiderman and Tony stare at Menma as he finishes with, "It would piss off Fury," that got Spiderman to face palm while Tony laughed loudly and going as far as to clutch his sides at the honest but hilarious answer.

Once Tony recovered he says, "Well, the two of you are most welcome to join the tour," and that they did through a hall filled with technology being developed. Jupiter had a good laugh when Spiderman played with a giant robot with one eye before dancing with it. Tony states, "We are developing technology more advanced than the rest of the world."

Menma frowns when he asks, "And how many of these inventions are weapons?"

"None," Tony answered before saying, "The only weapon here is the Ironman Armours that I have stored here. That are biometrically locked to only accept myself and two others access. Stark Industries stopped making weapons when my Father's business partner, Obadiah Stane decided to sell weapons to terrorists and tried to have me killed. End result was Ironman and the dismantling of weapon development. Made a pretty penny with that choice sold all the completed designs that weren't weapon of mass destruction to military developers. Hammer hated my guts for that." They continued walking until they reached a large metal arch with a gun metal corridor and filled with hazard markings. Tony continues, "This is a particle dismantler, go in there when it is on your molecules are sent to seven different dimensions."

Menma nods along as Spidermen drools at all this tech while Jupiter was back a bit speaking with a small mechanical arm that was moping the floor with a 'Dunce' cone hat on. Menma looks at the arch and asks, "What does it do to Protons?" That got Tony and Spiderman looking at him in surprise.

Tony asks, "You must be an A grade student. If protons were to be in here then they would disperse like with Laser when I showed up only further and won't reform for an unknown time."

Menma nods before saying, "Actually I want to drop out, school is just a pain. People thinking they are so important and that there name is all they need to succeed in life. Stupid teme," Menma goes off in a tangent before looking back at them and saying, "Sorry, annoying memories. What else do you have in your castle Frankie."

Tony shakes his head and says, "Besides the reanimated human son, I have been working on something for Spiderman this past few days." Tony leads them to a locked vault where they see an African American Air force captain about to open the vault door. Tony says, "Rhody, what brings you by today?"

Rhody turns to them and says, "You said to come today, you know when you said the upgrades would be done."

Tony Stark nods before saying, "Spiderman and friends, Captain James Rhodes, one of my oldest and trusted friends."

Spiderman shakes hands with the Captain before asking, "Why were you trying to enter mister Stark's vault?"

Tony clears everything up by saying, "Actually Rhody here, is here to collect his armour," Tony opens the Vault door while saying, "Welcome to the Hall of Armours," there was several suits of Ironman armours, some old, some in different colours, one armour inside another, one the size of the Hulk, two covered from view and finally the suit Tony had been wearing last time they saw him. Tony walks over to one of the concealed cylinders and removed the cover and says, "Well I honestly forgot about James being here," once the cover was removed, the armour underneath was black and silver in colour and was heavily armed as Tony says, "Mark three War Machine Armour, security updates and an increase in ammo capacity by fifty percent and an increase limb strength of thirty percent."

Phodes frowns and asks, "Compared to your armour?"

"About a third the strength but four times the weapon strength," Tony answered before saying, "Hey, the only reason the government isn't smashing down my door for my armour is because they get you as a deterrent for me and my more dangerous enemies that target their stuff."

Rhodes nods before asking, "Well at least I know my friend at least ensured my safety."

Tony laughed before saying, "As long as you don't tell your bosses that you have full access to all my armour we are fine," he pats Rhodes' shoulder and moves over to the other covered armour and he says, "I spent the last few days working on this out of boredom."

Under the cover a gold and crimson Spiderman themed Ironman Armour was on display, Spiderman drooled under his mask while Jupiter had stars at the shinny suit. Menma was the voice of reason as he asks, "How will it affect Spiderman's natural abilities? I mean I have seen your suit and I doubt you can lean backwards under a pole with your armour."

Tony chuckled and says, "True, which is why this suit is made with a flexible armour that can protect the occupant from small arms, knives and most energy based attacks. Fire proof and water proof. The helmet has a built in computer and re-breather that holds enough air to keep you breathing for an hour either underwater or in space."

Spiderman speaks gibberish as Menma simply asks, "Is this some elaborate way of messing with Fury?" only to get Tony to give a devilish smirk, that Menma returned under his mask and says, "Then we are going to get along just fine."

Tony smiles before looking to Spiderman and says, "You going to try it on or what, I need to make some final adjustments to your suits." Rhodes walked over to his suit that opens for him allowing him to step backwards into the War Machine Armour before he stepped forward with the armour closing up around him. War Machine walks over to the main terminal where the Tony directed War Machine on moving specific ways before testing his weapons at a firing range.

Menma crossed his arms as Spiderman tried on his Iron Spider armour and proceeded to learn to fly poorly. Jupiter and Menma took a seat and watched the Mayhem that occurred during the Iron Spider's tests. War Machine left shortly after Iron Spider started his tests, simply saying that Tony was on his own in this case. Menma and Jupiter then spent the next three hours laughing at all the mayhem.

SHEILD Helicarrier-the next day-Training Hall.

The SHEILD heroes minus Spiderman were waiting in the main training area, White Tiger was pulled to the side with Jupiter trying to gossip, with White Tiger struggling to actually understand what Jupiter was talking about. Something about Tony Stark and his assistant from what Menma was hearing. Agito was holding a bag of junk food as Powerman spoke, "Should we wait on Spiderman?"

"He is late," White Tiger used this to get out of gossiping and continues, "We start without him." With that White Tiger slashed through a couple training drones while IronFist punches through another. Agito's fin opens as he jumps into the air and blasts it back at high speed into a wall. Menma with his dagger slashed one drone in half while drawing the SHADESLASHER with the blade folded so that it was now a gun, he shoots two drones behind White Tiger.

Jupiter smiles as the drone that was going to attack her suddenly turned around and started 'hugging' some of the other drones and rolled on the grounds. Powerman threw a drone into a small group of drones destroying the last of the training drones.

NOVA blasts the drones that Jupiter disabled before saying, "Well as Spidey never showed, I declare myself the leader of the team, and my first order is that Kitsune gets kicked off the team."

Menma was about to agree as it would allow him to leave SHEILD only for Spiderman to arrive in Ironman style as he says, "Yeah that is right, I got an upgrade." Menma remains silent as he controls his face as he was silently laughing at Spiderman completely destroying the room. Spiderman crossed his arms and says, "That's right I am that good."

White Tiger simply says, "No you down-graded," causing Menma to laughed.

A week later-SHEILD Helicarrier-meeting room.

The team besides Menma, Jupiter and Iron Spider was glaring at Spiderman in annoyance as Spiderman struggled to explain how much better the team has become. Spiderman started explaining, "You all have seen how I have rocked this armour, remember Wednesday?"

Menma smirks and says, "You freed the animals at the zoo, who tried to mate with NOVA when you gave him a concussion," they remembered all the small monkeys that attacked NOVA when he was knocked into the monkey enclosure when the male Monkey's had been separated from the females during opening hours.

"Thursday?" Iron Spider asks, as everyone remembers the fire villain they fought and the fact that the only reason that the money was saved was because Menma switched it with pot plants around the room. "Seriously I have Repulsors blasts," Spiderman added.

Menma simply says, "You can't shoot the side of a barn from the inside if you are further than five feet," remembering Spiderman's aim sucked with anything other than his webs.

Iron Spider was deflated when he asks, "Whose side are you on?"

"The one that annoys Fury more," Menma states with a smirk. Menma leans on the wall next to the door and says, "Though I think that Spiderman could spend some time using that armour as if it was his original suit before you brake an arm."

Iron Spider simply argues, "Mister Stark made this armour for me, don't you understand that?"

Menma simply says, "You realise Stark was expecting you to use the suit like it was your regular red and blues. Hence why you could even wiggle your arms like those dumb wiggling things in front of those places that sell cars or whatever."

Menma then left the room while Agito burped after drinking a gallon of soda and says, "This soda is really good?" causing everyone besides Iron Spider laughs while Spiderman leaves the room quickly while in deep thought. Jupiter simply pulled out her phone and started playing games as she waited for Menma to get back. When Menma does return the two leave the Helicarrier quick enough so that Fury could not stop them.

Control Room-ten minutes later

Agito was still snacking as the original team were complaining to Fury about Iron Spider, or at least trying to as they were forced to speak with Fury while his head was covered with a pink afro and pink face paint. The reason Menma made it so that when Fury walked into the main control room of the SHEILD Helicarrier, where it changes colour depending on what spot in the room he was in.

White Tiger being the most collected simply says, "Look, Spiderman is not up to his own standard. Yes he is a loud and annoying jerk, but he at least knew what he was doing. That armour has made him a liability."

NOVA held his laughter long enough to say, "He was never meant to be a hero," that got everyone to stop laughing and glaring at NOVA, where he asks, "What?"

White Tiger simply says, "Look either he gets rid of the suit or he learns to use it, before we are willing to work with him again," that was when the alarms went off and they see living Laser fighting Menma as he dodged the Laser's lasers.

Fury orders, "Go!"

White Tiger asks, "And Spiderman?"

"He is benched for now," Fury states as they leave the room.

Streets of New York-Five minutes earlier

Menma and Jupiter were purchasing some hot dogs as they were riding home from another day of training. Menma was tired and annoyed as he was started eating his hotdog with random things on it, Jupiter was enjoy her basic New York Special when suddenly Living Laser started attacking people. Menma growls and says, "Head home I will see you when I get there," Jupiter was about to say something when Menma's bike she was sitting on, started driving away quickly. Menma glares at Laser before drawing his dagger and started shooting Laser before dodging the retaliation of laser beams. Menma manages to get close enough to jump and kick Laser in the face, before he could dodge and still managed to kick Laser in the face. Laser roars and attacks in anger as the SHIELD sanctioned heroes arrived with Agito giving, White Tiger and IronFist a lift on his flying bike as NOVA carried Powerman. NOVA drops Powerman as he blasts Laser, increasing Laser's size like before. Menma face palms as he shouts, "What is wrong with you NOVA, you remember what happened last time don't you?"

White Tiger cuts a flag pole that fell on Laser and melted before it touched him. IronFist tries punching the Laser who shifted shape to avoid the attack while Menma managed to punch blindside Laser. Everyone herded Laser to an alley when Iron Spider arrived an blasted Laser with green energy webs that actually managed to catch Laser. Iron Spider then shouts, "Thats right the Iron Spider just caught The Living Laser!" before covering Laser in Green Webs.

White Tiger was the first to speak as she asks in shock, "HOW!?"

"Foxboy said to think like me," Iron Spider states and adds, "Though that was the only thing I adjusted," Laser managed to rip off the webs.

Iron Spider activates his Repulsor Jets and tries to fly at Laser only to fly away with a tight turn before crashing into a billboard above the street leaving a perfect silhouette of his body that he tries to replace only for it to fall down. Iron Spider jumps down and uses both the photonic webbing and his repulsors to knock Laser away from his team only for Laser to blast Iron Spider into a parked car and damaging his suit before Laser vanished covering the area and people with green sparks and vanishing completely.

Nova, being Nova, suddenly gets in Iron Spider's face and says, "What are you even doing here. We had it under control!" he was clearly expecting everyone to agree with him except they did not.

"Nice idea with the webs," White Tiger states, "But you damaged your suit," she points at Iron Spider's shoulder. Her eyes then widened before she asks, "How did you find us?"

Iron Spider placed a hand on his shoulder and says, "I used what data SHEILD had to get an idea on where Laser was which is why I was so successful making Photonic Webs, the Repulsors can be modulated the same way."

Nova was staring at him with wide eyes in disbelief. Nova then quickly shaked his head and shouts, "YOUR BENCHED RETURN TO THE HELICARRIER UNTIL 'WE' CATCH LASER," he gestured to everyone else besides Menma and flies away.

Menma walks over to White Tiger and says, "Can you call Jupiter and tell her that I will be late," he then ran over to Agito and says, "I need a lift to Stark's Factory," Agito nodded and the two flew towards Stark Industries.

The rest of the SHEILD sanctioned heroes went searching for Laser while Iron Spider tried to contact Ironman only to learn where Laser went.

Stark Industries-New York Labs-Thirty minutes later.

Agito flew down to the entrance with Menma, when Agito's bike transformed into its bike form before both Agito and Menma make their way towards the factory's main entrance only to jump to the side when Laser inside Ironman's armour started destroying property on his way to the main computer terminal, with the intention of stealing all of Stark International's technology. Agito simply asks, "How did you know that he would be here?"

Menma frowns before saying, "I saw Laser enter the Web Head's suit, didn't make a move due to the whole Spider in a death trap that could roast him like a turkey," Menma punches IronLaser before he could shot Menma with Green Photonic Repulsors. When IronLaser focuses on Menma, Agito jump kicks into the back of IronLaser. They constantly attacked in turn to distract and avoid injury and proceeded switched out as they dented Ironman's armour quickly until IronFist punched a wall out the rest of the team minus Jupiter arrived and engaged IronLaser.

Laser then shouts, "You expect to stop me, can you kill Stark to do it?" only for Menma to punch IronLaser in the back of the head and when IronLaser turned to blast Menma, Powerman bear hugged IronLaser from behind.

Menma shouts to Iron Spider, "Find a way to help Tony," as IronLaser blasted up to the roof and crashed into the roof and forced Powerman to drop him. Everyone started dodging the blasts besides Iron Spider as he was on the roof finding a way to disconnect Laser from Ironman. IronLaser suddenly started to spasm with blue electricity followed by Laser being forced out of the Ironman armour.

Tony opens his mask and says, "Thank you!" before closing his mask and flying into the air to avoid Laser trying to take back Ironman's armour. Ironman flew out the building while speaking with Iron Spider and through Iron Spider's speakers, "Get to the Disassembler!"

"The 'disass-what'?" Nova struggled to say.

Menma simply starts running down a hall with everyone following him with their methods of movement. Iron Spider takes control of the Chamber from Spiderman's first visit to the Stark facility. White Tiger asks, "What is the plan?"

"We use the thing to do the thing," Iron Spider states.

Menma sighs and says, "We are going to disperse Laser across seven dimensions of existence where he won't be able to reform without help," everyone looked at him strangely as he continues, "I pay attention, even if I don't want to."

Ironman spoke to Iron Spider where Ironman got Iron Spider to control the machine and succeeding in dispersing Laser so that he could not control his form. Once everything was done, Menma got a lift from Agito as they went home while the rest of the team return to the Helicarrier.

The Devil May Cry Bar-An hour later

Draco and Menma enter the bar by the side entrance and walk up the stairs ignoring the large group of patrons who appeared to be wearing Halloween costumes of Succubi, Vampires and werewolves for example. Draco went to the shared kitchen while Menma went to his room to see Jupiter sleeping nude in his bed clearly expecting Menma to return sooner. Menma sighs before getting changed into his sleep wear before joining her in his bed and going to sleep with her in his arms.

HeliCarrier-Doctor Connors Lab-around that time.

Doctor Connors was currently studying Menma's blood sample trying to find out the secrets of Kitsune. Doctor Connors leaned back and yawned loudly, never noticing the invisible air that had a magic edge before breathing in and getting an interesting idea. Doctor Connors changed stations and started working on some Anti Genma weapons while an invisible WIND stalking him. WIND waves a hand at a terminal where Doctor Connors was not looking and speeds through a couple hundred different devices invented by SHEILD and with a 'frown' WIND leaves the Helicarrier the same way she got in, as a breath of fresh air.

Genma Base-The next day.

WIND returns to the Genma base where she goes to CHAIN and says, "I have an idea, but it will mean betrayal in a sense."

As WIND whispers FLAME sneaks away from where he was hear and used the MagnifyingGlass to create a GENMA with a large Magnifying Glass monachal larger then it's head and it appearing to wear a regal suit. The MG Genma adjusted the large glass monachal and says, "Shall we find a spot to burn some spots."

FLAME leaves with two dark figures and GM Genma as WATER watches them leave.

MID Town High-mid morning-Rooftop

Menma was napping on the roof of the roof entrance of the school as normal when Spiderman landed on the roof and quickly got changed as Peter Parker went to class. Menma opened a single eye as he returned to sleep, until a heat laser started slowly melting it's way along the city. Menma looks into the distance to see that the source of the damage is currently at the top of the Empire State Building in the distance that was slowly travelling towards the source as the sun moved, currently the laser was lazily going side to side as it travelled East.

Menma frowns before seeing Coulson reach the roof and saying, "Why don't you have your communicator?" Menma was confused as Coulson continued, "Never mind, two of those Genma attacking the city."

Menma simply stands before running off the roof before jumping towards his bike and then riding towards the Empire State building. MG Genma was using the sun to burn the entire city with scorch marks creating a series of markings that when seen at a specific way looked to be a mystic seal or at least a quarter of one. Menma raised his mask and proceeded to ride up the Empire State Building, on his bike. Menma reached the top floor below the spire at the top of the building when he was suddenly punched through a wall by FLAME.

Menma drew his SHADESLASHER in a back handed grip as the Genma on the roof continued burn the city, when NOVA showed up and started blasting at FLAME only for a entity that appeared to accept the attack in the chest before NOVA coughed violently as he clutched his chest in pain as he fell to the floor in pain, and his chest smoking. NOVA clutched his chest as he was grabbed by a Genma made of mirrors. MIRROR Genma walked towards NOVA only for Spiderman to arrive and webbing MIRROR's feet to the ground.

Spiderman simply asks, "NOVA what is wrong?"

NOVA struggled to stand as he says, "I was blasting the flame head but this guy got in the way and when I hit him in the chest I felt it," he rubs his chest in pain.

Spiderman stops Nova from blasting MIRROR again as they stayed back from MIRROR while Menma continues to back hand slash at FLAME. FLAME created a sword/cane and fights Menma while increasing the heat in the room. Spiderman shouts, "Kit, We need a plan here!"

Menma slashes Flame before suddenly dodging as sudden flame blast from the side when another Genma was seen, this one appeared to be a human gas can with large tubes for hands. FUEL Genma held a candle in one hand and used the other to create a liquid flame thrower. Menma avoided the flames but FLAME got stronger as the flames hit him. Menma avoided the powered up FLAME as the White Tiger, Powerman and IronFist arrived from the stair case, with Powerman breathing heavily. Menma slides along the floor as FLAME tries to cut him in half with a flaming blade. FLAME sees a clock reaching mid day and shouts, "MIRROR get up there and burn this city," causing MIRROR to laugh before bursting into mirror shards as it fell to the ground.

Spiderman webbed Menma as he goes in for an attack and pulls him towards the group. Spiderman shouts, "We need a plan, and so far they have managed to scorch a quarter of the city with crazy squizzlies."

Menma quickly looked at the markings before growling and focusing on FLAME when he says, "Where did you learn of those markings?"

FLAME laughed pulled out a torn piece of paper and says, "A gift from CHAIN," he burned it as he throws it away. FLAME then says, "I am going to destroy you and then I will prove to my master that I should be the true leader of the GENMA!" and started burning every thing as he started swinging wildly.

Menma deflected the attacks and avoided the FUEL's flame thrower as Powerman tackled FUEL away and with his invulnerable skin protected him from the burning heat of gasoline fire while IronFist followed after him. Menma shouts, "Don't try and damage MIRROR and separate it from the other GENMA."

Menma slashed FLAME quickly as the Spiderman, Nova and White Tiger went to the roof spire. Menma struggled with FLAME's intense attack but got no time to draw his Eyecons.

On the roof MIRROR stood behind MG as it redirected the light of the sun so that MG could continue turning New York into a bomb. Spiderman swung into the Genma but when he double kicked into MIRROR's chest he was suddenly kicked down onto the roof in pain. Spiderman groans and says, "What the heck, how does me kicking you hurt me?" Spiderman charges MIRROR, who did nothing as Spiderman lightly tapped MIRROR's forehead and felt it on himself. Spiderman webbed MIRROR and avoided MG getting to the side of Spiderman so that without assistance could blast the wall crawler with heat beams. NOVA blasts MIRROR again in the back and screams in pain when his back was covered in smoke. Nova groans as he floats down to a separate building where he remained until SHEILD collected him.

White Tiger extended her claws and to slash MG only for MIRROR to suddenly get in the way and White Tiger slashes MIRROR's arm resulting in her screaming in pain as a red splosh started growing on her arm. She clutched the cuts before she jumped back as MG turned its focus on her. She dodged to the side as MG's beam suddenly stopped instantly. White Tiger grit her teeth and says, "We can't touch them," she looks at MIRROR as it defends MG before she says, "the mirror styled one is only defending while the Monachal one is the only one attacking."

Spiderman webbed MIRROR to the ground and punches MG who stumbled back to avoid the punches before MIRROR got free and took a punch to the jaw, Spiderman's face quickly turned in pain before he flipped back to avoid MG's laser. Spiderman rubbed his jaw as he took cover with the injured White Tiger and says, "That strange mirror guy reflects our attacks onto the person that did it, so?" Spiderman looks to the two Genma and says, "Stay in cover," before leaping out quickly and heading to attack MG, though when MIRROR got in the way, Spiderman used his web to catch it as MG started to blast Spiderman who moved MIRROR in the way of the attack. MIRROR remained unharmed as MG suddenly melted and burst turning into an GENMA EYECON. MIRROR got free and stood still in anger as Spiderman simply states, "You can't attack us, for the same reason we can touch you," with that Spiderman crossed his arms and says, "So there is no point fighting you."

MIRROR growls before returning to the top floor of the building as White Tiger shouts, "We know that but the others don't!" she heads to the ladder down only to realise that she could really injure herself if she releases pressure on her wound. Spiderman picks her up and helps her down quickly. Neither of the duo seeing the small chains collecting MG Eyecore.

Start of fight-with PowerMan and IronFist.

Powerman sumo pushes FUEL towards an off to the side as the some walls and doors start to burn. Powerman lifted FUEL into the air before IronFist managed to punch him out of Powerman's grip. IronFist then spoke, "This creature is most strange," he pause when he smelt his glowing fist and says, "It is filled with Gasoline."

Powerman sniffed his hands and asks, "Damn, your fist doesn't start fires right?"

"No," IronFist states as he goes around FUEL as he tried to douse IronFist in gasoline only to cover Powerman, causing him to cough at the gasoline that got in his mouth. IronFist punched FUEL in the back as it set's Powerman on fire which distracted him for a short period of time only to freeze from his fear and removes his glasses and realises that he only felt somewhat warm.

FUEL corners IronFist until Powerman grabs FUEL only for FUEL to combust while screaming in pain as it rushed towards a building and smashed out the window and burned to ashes leaving it's Eyecore to fall to the ground only to be caught by a chain. Powerman patted the flames that was destroying the top half of his costume before IronFist used a fire extinguisher to use the powder to stop the fire spreading further. Powerman frowns before saying, "Great, remind me to speak with Fury to make a suit just as durable as me." While IronFist continued to put out fires.

With Menma

Menma deflected some of FLAME's wild flaming swings as he protected himself. Menma swings to cut one of FLAME's arms only for nothing to happened besides heating up the SHADESLASHER. Menma jumps back when FLAME ignites itself setting fire to the whole floor causing Menma to jump onto the wall and roof, before Menma slashes FLAME quickly trying to hit FLAME's Eyecore.

After five minutes of slashing and dodging attacks before Spiderman returned leaving White Tiger out of harm's way, before he tried using his webs to catch FLAME. The webs unfortunately burst into flames before Spiderman had to dodge FLAME's angry counter attack. Spiderman shouts, "HOW DO WE TAKE THIS GUY DOWN? WITHOUT KILLING HIM?"

Menma dodged an attack before he shouts at Spiderman, "Then don't interfere! This thing was made to kill humans for it's master's goals. Just keep an eye out for more Genma!"

Spiderman avoided the flames before seeing a fire extinguisher and using his webs collected it before swinging it at FLAME who cut it in half which snuffed out its flames enough for Menma to slash FLAME actually causing damage until FLAME reignited quickly and knocked back Menma and Spiderman with the level of heat he generated. Menma skidded along the ground before reaching into his coat as he pulls out the Dark Rider Eyecon only for a blue energy beam that knocked out the flames off its body before FLAME groaned and was captured in a green orb capturing FLAME.

Agito arrived at the scene holding what appeared to be an ice cannon while Jupiter floated next to him holding s bunch of green marbles before rushing to Menma's side and asking, "Is everyone okay?" before hugging Menma.

Spiderman spoke up, "White Tiger was cut by her own claws, and Nova was zapped by his own energy by that reflective creature thingy."

IronFist and an almost naked Powerman returned with a pair of fire extinguishers to use on the FLAME.

Menma gets out of Jupiter's grip before placing the Kitsune and Dark Rider Eyecons in the Dark Slasher planning to destroy FLAME only for SHIELD to arrive and was captured in another green orb where he rolled towards the broken door to the fire escape staircase where he shouts as he is falling down stairs.

SHEILD agents arrived and extinguished the flames as Nick Fury arrived with a capture crew for FLAME. Spiderman quickly says, "Nick, White Tiger and Nova are injured."

A medic rushed over to where Tiger was stumbling in quickly before Jupiter rushed to her side in concern. Fury walked over to the contained FLAME and says, "You are under arrest," FLAME simply growls as he tries to reignite. Fury smirks and says, "Try all you want, the weapon we used disburses your flames for a full hour and by that time you will be a cell that will only let you smoulder."

Nick Fury turned around and started walking away when Spiderman asks, "What about Kitsune?"

"Let him cool off," Nick Fury stated as Menma would remain at the bottom of the staircase for three hours waiting for the bubble to burst.

Genma Base-That night

CHAIN returns holding the FUEL and MG Eyecores before placing them in it's body as WIND spoke with MIRROR and WATER. CHAIN hears the end of the conversation with MIRROR saying, "FLAME was captured as planned."

CHAIN simply says, "Good," before turning to WIND and asking, "And your plan?"

WIND appears to frown before saying, "I will need to find a scientific method."

CHAIN nods before saying, "Their hubris will be their end."
