Chapter 5: Plans Set Into Motion

A/N: So back at ya guys again with another chapter for ya. Sorry for the longer wait on this one but I've been kinda sick recently and was actually actively looking for a beta for once lol and my very good friend KD aka iamthenerd, agreed to beta for me. After the five days were up, only three other teams had made it to the tower. Of those three, only seven of them were able to compete, bringing the total for the finals to ten people.

Naruto smirked seeing that his 'brother's' team wasn't listed there. They hadn't been good enough and had been taken down in the first five minutes of the second exam. So much for Konoha superiority, not a single team from Konoha had made it due to their weak training.

Naruto was snapped out of his musings as Minato came up and started to talk to the audience and other Kage. Oh yes just you wait Minato. You'll get yours, Naruto thought viciously holding so much hate in his heart. That hate even frightened Kurama, which was not easy to do being a big ball of hate for his enemies.

Minato thanked everyone for coming and congratulated the 10 genin for passing this part of the exam. He explained that the next part would take place a month from now in the main Konoha arena. It would be a standard bracket tournament to showcase everyone's fighting abilities.

Naruto was only half paying attention and half listening to his anbu in his ear. He was being told that they had successfully replaced some of Konoha's Anbu. Even better they were the reserve members of Minato's personal guard. All they had to do was when the time right, was make sure the main guards fell ill and they had their in.

Naruto had a devilish smirk on his face, thinking of the payback that was long overdue, it was finally coming his way. It wasn't enough for him that economically and socially he had almost burnt Konoha to the ground, no. He needed to do it physically as well. Naruto hated this place with a searing passion unlike anyone had ever seen in someone.

To others he had always put on a face of not caring about what happened but in reality, it hurt more than any boy should ever have to feel. To know that every move you made was looked down on as the worst scum by your own family, hurt so much. He had told Minato that he wouldn't move against him but that was a lie.

Naruto had carefully laid plans to teach Minato a lesson that he would never forget. He wouldn't kill him, oh no, that would be far quicker than what he deserved. Naruto wanted him to feel the pain that he felt as a boy. The pain of having people he thought he could trust be against him.

Naruto was almost drooling at the thought of what his face would look like twisted in anguish and misery learning that the last ally he had left betrayed them. It was inevitable of course. Naruto was a loveable guy to those who deserved it. He was an excellent judge of character that way.

He could still remember the time he had first me the Tsuchikage Onoki of the two scales. The old man had attacked him out of the blind rage mistaking him for his 'father' but Naruto didn't fight back. He merely put up a defensive barrier and spoke to the old man.

Flashback 4 years ago

Naruto was encased in a red chakra barrier while Onoki glowered heavily on the other side.

"What's the matter Konoha brat. Too scared to face me? Your father wasn't scared when he slaughtered thousands of us," Onoki spat bitterly.

"First of all I come in peace as cliché as that is. Second as you may notice I wear an Oto head band not a Konoha head band. And last of all I have no love for my so called 'father'. He is scum and not worth the dirt beneath my feet." Naruto finished all calm except for a slight raise in aggression at the last sentence.

"And why should I believe you?" Onoki asked skeptically. Naruto responded by pulling off his shirt and showed him the extreme scarring all over his body.

"Because this is what that man, Minato did to me. I came today to offer an alliance with Oto on behalf of the first Otokage Orochimaru of the Sannin who was falsely accused by the Fourth Hokage Minato Namikaze. I like the drive you have master Onoki. Please consider my proposal," Naruto finished sitting in a mediating position waiting for the response.

"I accept your offer," Onoki replied after a few minutes of consideration pondering the boy.

End of Flashback

Naruto smiled thinking on his friend and ally Onoki. Then his thoughts began to wander to his other allies and friends. To the Mizukage Mei Terumi and her awkward attempts to flirt with him after he had helped save her village from Yagura. Or of A, Bee, and Yugito after he had helped bring down the corrupt father of A and Bee's silly rapping.

And of course of his newest friend and ally the Kazekage, and a very scary dude sometimes. Gaara of the sand.

Naruto was thankful that everyone outside of Konoha had taken so fondly to him. It was like his large family of the clans that had supported him in the beginning had grown to encompass so many now. The only thing really left to do was purge the hate. He couldn't help but feel that the world would truly be a better place without this rotten cesspit they call a village, blotting the earth with its venomous roots.

Minato had finished his speech and dismissed all of the teams to their senseis. When Naruto's team had gotten back to him he smiled brightly at them.

"How was that sensei? Did we look convincing? I hate playing genin it's so troublesome," the Nara groaned.

"You guys did amazing. They won't suspect a thing next month when their whole world comes crashing down around them. Now you all know your assignments for this coming month? Place the traps and make sure you're not discovered. I don't want to have to resort to plan B. It's not as fun as A," Naruto questioned.

"Hai Otokage-sama-sensei," his team responded then ran off to begin their tasks.

Most of what they were doing was placing explosives and the likes. Some of the plans though were creating hidden entries for their shinobi to get in. During the finals only civilians were allowed near in case of any funny business but this way Naruto could have his whole armada inside, rampaging in seconds.

All things were going exactly as he had planned for the upcoming invasion and nothing was gonna stop him now.

A/N: Well there ya go guys another chapter out and done. How was it? Good? Bad? Ah who am I kidding ya'll don't answer me anymore. Sadface. But seriously how did ya like the whole extremely evil Naruto? I really wanted to break away from the norm here with this story and I got some big plans for this one so stick around awhile I think you're gonna like it.
