"Great. I'm always looking for new friends. Introduce us," Graham said.

"She's not quite here yet, but I'll let you know the moment when she gets here. She'll want to avoid making a scene. Trust me. It's a long story," Varric said, and left before anyone could say anything else.

Josephine got her pen out, and dipped it in the inkwell attached to her clipboard, "Well, we're ready to move on both of these matters."

"I know one thing. If Varric has reached out to who I think he has, Cassandra is going to kill him," Leliana said.

"Hawke?" Graham asked, raising an eyebrow at her. His expression was almost unreadable.

"You don't think he would be that foolish?" Cullen asked.

"It's not foolish if she's the one who has answers. Cassandra is deadly, but a demon army is worse," Holly said.

"Barely," Cullen muttered.

"For Varric maybe," Holly said.

"Well, he's not going to confirm who this mystery woman is until she gets here, so let's focus on contacting the imperial court, and fixing this," Graham gestured to the rubble, "Those are things all of you can do."

"You're right," Cullen said, "I'll get back to helping the soldiers get things cleaned up."

"Leliana and I will look into contacting the imperial court."

"More and more of the rebel mages are arriving. I'll be helping direct them all to where they need to go," Holly said.

"Great, um, what should I be doing?" Graham asked. Holly was impressed that he had the courage to say that straight on.

"I know there are several people waiting to congratulate you," Holly suggested.

"And we're not expecting you to get the hang of things right away. Use this time to get used to the title, and continue to recuperate," Josephine said, before nodding to Leliana, "We should get to work."

Leliana nodded, and followed Josephine to her new office. Cullen suddenly realized the conversation was over, and awkwardly mimicked Leliana, and walked back out into the courtyard.

"He was staring at you," Graham said once Culllen was out of earshot.

"What?"

"He was staring right at you. He didn't even notice me staring at him ."

"Is there something on my face?" she asked, rubbing at her cheek.

"Really?" Graham asked, not sounding particularly impressed.

"What?"

"Holly, he was staring at you like how you stare at him."

Her face felt like it was being held to a flame. She cleared her throat, "I don't know what you're talking about."

"I'm not an idiot."
"I've already admitted that he's handsome, what more do you want?"

"Right… keep lying to yourself then."

"Lying to myself?" she yelled before catching herself, and quieting down, "What about you and Dorian? Then."

That caught him off guard, and he almost stumbled backwards when he said, "I- what?"
"Oh, please, you look like a love sick puppy when you're around him. You might as well have love hearts in your eyes."

His face looked like it had turned into a tomato, and he was looking at everything but her. She would've sworn he was sweating enough that it would've been enough to soak through his coat.

She started laughing "You look like that one time you got into the jam when we were kids, and you had it all over your face, but still told mother you didn't. Graham, have you realized you like him?"

"Are you going to laugh if I say no?"

"No, but I'll think you're a little thick in the head."

"Like you aren't?"

Holly was incredibly glad that Cullen was long gone. Josephine and Leliana could probably still hear them, but if Graham had noticed, they most likely already knew. She had already admitted she thought he was handsome. She didn't like him any more than a friend, did she? Sure he could be charming at times, and there was something so intensely genuine about him when he let his guard down, and he always had a way of making her feel like all his attention was on her, and… oh, she did, didn't she?

She cleared her throat and squared her shoulders, "So, what if it's true?"

"I don't want to deal with you two pining over each other over the War Table."

She scoffed, "So, what? I just stop."

"What? No. I'm just saying that I don't mind if you two end up together, and since I'm the only person who now outranks you, take that as you will."

"Thank you for your blessing," She said sarcastically, and rolled her eyes.

"That's what I'm here for, or part of what I'm here for."

"So, are you going to admit to you and Dorian, then?"

"There's nothing to admit!"
"Uh-huh," she said, sounding very unimpressed.

"He is just… very charming."

"Right."

"Fuck," he said as he ran his hand over his face, "I do like him, don't I?"

"It certainly seems that way," she chuckled.

"Don't tell him, please," he begged.

"What? Why would I do that?"

"I don't know, just please, don't mention it to him."
"I won't, though, from the way Solas describes him, that Cole boy… spirit… person, is the bigger worry."

"I- spirit?" Graham asked, completely caught off guard.

"You didn't know?"

"No!"

"Uh, well, I guess you have your first official duties as Inquisitor. You should go talk to Solas."

"Yeah, I should go talk to Solas," he said, staring out the massive hall doors.

"But before you go do that," she said, holding out her arm to keep him from walking away, "I wanted to say I'm sorry. I should have told you we were thinking of making you the Inquisitor."

The confusion, and slight worry disappeared from his face, "Don't be. You were busy making sure we didn't all die, and I'm honestly surprised it took you all this long. I may not know what I'm doing, but I'm just glad that people have something to call me besides 'Herald.' If anyone should have told me beforehand, it should have been Cassandra."

"Well, I'm glad to see you're taking this so well."

"I kind of have to. We're doomed if I don't."

"That's… wiser than I expected."

"I'm going to pretend that wasn't a backhanded compliment, and I'm going to go talk to Solas."

"You do that," she said as he walked back out of the great hall. She stared at the rubble around them. They had a lot of work ahead of them, but for the first time since the beginning of all of this, Holly felt hopeful. She brushed her hands off on her cloak, and headed back outside.

She saw Thia standing in front of a large group of mages at the front gates of the keep. Holly walked down the steps as quickly as she could without running. Thia seemed to relax when she saw Holly walking up to them.

"There she is!" Thia said, "Enchanter Holly, many rebel mages have recently arrived, as you can see."

"Yes, I can," Holly said to Thia, before clasping her hands together and addressing the crowd, "Hello, Everyone! Allow me to be the first to welcome you to the Inquisition! I am Enchanter Holly Trevelyan. I am one of the Inquisitor's advisors, and it is my job to lead you, though, occasionally you may be answering to our Commander or Spymaster. Are there any questions?"
