Chapter 24: Goodbye Amy

Sonic was at wits end with Amy. And now Manic. He had been brought back to life almost two and a half years ago, and now, here he was shacking up with Amy. But Sonic had more than a feeling that Amy was only with his brother to spite him.

Throughout the year Amy Rose tried her damndest to get him to fall in love with her and he couldn't. Chronologically he was six years her senior. Biologically 3 thanks to the ring of Acorns. She would show up on missions, even if she wasn't wanted around or there was no room for her. Somehow she always found him. And sometimes she would get captured on purpose so he could save her. She made any female uncomfortable with him, including his sister. There were times she'd ask for dates during times of great stress or when he was too busy or too tired to answer clearly and then hold him up to it. It was always something. She terrified him. And she wasn't mature at all about things. Cream had more maturity at six years old than she did.

He didn't trust that her love was true. She would always post about a date she and Manic went on and would ALWAYS tag Sonic in it. When they kissed she would always open her eyes to look Sonic in the eyes while she was doing it. She was always at his place all the time, and now she lived there.

Manic lived with Sonic and Sally in the palace. Now Manic was never smart, but Sonic wished he would catch on. He has been angry since he started dating her, after he told him about all her shit she did and his own brother retaliated against him with his fists and feet.

He, by now grew tired of her presence, as their wedding was coming soon. Sonic just couldn't believe that this was reality.

She would marry his brother. Live in the palace with him and his family. And Sonic would never be rid of her.

He ate breakfast that morning watching as Manic and Amy snogged for most of it. Sally herself seemed to look moderately annoyed. Today, several friends would be coming to meet them today, and after the meal, he prepared for his royal duties and for time with his friends.

Since he wasn't fighting Eggman anymore, and almost all the villains retired and were now married with kids, Sonic became bored. Of course he had a baby himself and would take care of her, but he longed for something exciting. So today he took a run right before all the guests came. It wasn't long but it was refreshing, and he had just enough time for a quick stroll around town. A bakery was nearby and he decided to visit it.

It was one of the few times he could be free for once, and that Amy wasn't around. At least, so he thought. In the bakery he enjoyed the smell of fresh breads. When suddenly Amy appeared almost out of nowhere and swaddled him in a suffocating hug.

"Sonic!" she squealed. "I knew I'd find you here!"

"Don't you have a boyfriend!" Sonic retorted pushing her off.

Amy looked sad and said, "I'm here looking for a present for your brother."

Sonic knew that was a lie. Manic never had an interest in baked goods. He was more interested in Metal Rockband shirts, or, oddly enough, vintage glass figurines.

"No he's not." Sonic sneered. He stood there with gritted teeth as Amy made a million excuses and tried to garner conversation.

"I have to go." Sonic said as he dashed back to the palace before Amy could say anything else.

At the palace he ran into Sally and kissed her. "How was the run?" she asked. "Amy." Was all that Sonic replied. Sally's nose wrinkled up in dismay.

"Anyways," Sally began, skipping the topic of Amy. "Shadow and N.I.C.O.L.E. are coming, as well as Jet, Nack, and their spouses." "That's great, should we get some stuff running for them?" Sonic asked. "Maybe somewhere less Amy oriented," Sonia spoke. "Besides we all need some space away from the castle anyways." She continued.

"Yes, we do." Sally agreed, but before she could say anything, a plate crashed against the castle walls, and a familiar voice could be heard.

"Grow up Amy!" Jet shouted. He himself grew tired of Amy skulking around and stalking Sonic like a middle school girl. She was fucking 23. This behavior got old when she was like seventeen. And then her attitude around him and Nack. They knew what they did, and they had worked diligently to make sure that their past would not haunt them forever.

Amy NEVER let that go. Afterall, she had to protect "her Soni" from the likes of him and Nack. Then again, she tried to climb on top of Nack once while he was drunk, even brought in a video tape, and was stopped promptly by Jet himself. Thank the Star Gods for Nack's Whiskey Dick, Jet had an inkling that her trying to climb him like a tree and taking videos was either another idiotic ploy to make Sonic jealous, or a way to get rid of Nack for good by claiming him a rapist.

The only reason nothing was done was because Amy was tipsy herself, Nack would have had to file charges and he's too scared because of his villain status, and the fact that Nack keeps cameras all over his house and room, so perhaps he may not have remembered that one being his as well as Royal Law. Manic would have had to swung the sword on that one, and he wouldn't because, "Only men are rapists" and "She's the love of my life."

She was always starting trouble for him and Nack, and so was Sonic's ex-best friends, Tails and Knuckles who were very very bitter at Sonic. The whole relationship ended with those two for Sonic when, instead of killing Nack like he originally set out to do (not that Sonic could actually kill anyone) and just not having anything to do with Jet, and instead of doing that, he rehabilitated him and Nack. Tails and Knuckles had a talk with Sonic, and then basically abandoned the friendship, and then were angry when they were not the best men at his wedding.

Sally wasn't exactly overjoyed with him and Nack either, but she allowed Sonic to do his thing. She still hates Nack, but didn't really know Jet at all, and was less harsh with him. But Jet could place a bet and win that Nack was far more welcomed than Amy.

Sonia gave a dejected sigh, Sonic staring off and wondering, "What next?", Sally turned tail and walked away. "I'll fix this." Sonia said.

"No," Sonic rejected. "It's fine." "No, Sonic. Obviously, it could make things worse, how 'bout I do it." Sonia offered. And she peeled away to deal with the screaming match between Amy and Jet. Espio, her husband, slipped from the shadows and watched. He stood beside Sonic, who took notice and took five steps away from him.

Sonic would never forget the fact the moment Sonia told Espio she was pregnant, he ran for the hills. If not for Sonic, Sonia would be a single mother of three simultaneously.

Just as Espio undid his team, Sonic panicked all the time if Amy would be the undoing of his. Espio watched as Sonia tried to undo all the fighting and tried to calm things down.

This was as much madness as the time Sonic gave every man, friend, foe, or neutral, a restraining order away from his sister and the fact the courts allowed it! So many people in court that day. So many people confused.

Why did it matter to Sonic how promiscuous Sonia was? And half these people didn't even know who Sonia was, or if they did, had never met her. Sonia herself had to testify against Sonic, in favor of many men. Who she slept with, who she didn't, if she even knew who they were and not only did it embarrass her, but also left a bad mark on her family, Espio, the Royal Acorn family and the Freedom Fighters as a whole.

When he and Lightning were on court, on the same day, Espio thought maybe Sonia was banging Lightning too, as the lynx was semi-promiscuous himself. Lightning however, had a bad habit of stalking and harassing girls if they break up with him, obsessing over them, doing insane things to get their attention, and eventually murdering them for getting restraining orders on him. He swore up and down there was something not right with Lightning and it wasn't physical, it may have been more mental. Then it came out that he hadn't been sleeping with Sonia, just his blue hawk friend who admitted it in court that it was more a drunken mistake than anything serious.

They caught up, and then when Lightning's name was called, he left with a remark of, "If I had known you were playing with peanut butter, I'd have told you to wrap up your bread. You should go do that." Lightning had always warned Espio of the dangers of not wrapping it up, and Espio blew him off repeatedly. They may have been rivals, but the lynx did occasionally try to help.

Did all these men get restraining orders? No, these cases were cut and dry. Basically laughable, but the court hearings still commenced due to Sonic's pull as a hero.

By the time Sonia broke up the argument, it was time for Manic to push through and shower Amy with kisses.

"I heard yelling, my dudes." Manic said. "Yeah, you're…. fiancé being a prick." Jet snarled.

"Why should I believe a thief?" Manic stated rudely, and then proceeded to disregard Jet and kiss his woman. Sonic's eyes did 360s from the hypocrisy.

"I was coming to see Sonic when this crazy ass decided to yell at me." Amy said.

"That's a lie!" Jet protested.

And it went in one ear and out the other of Manic's.

Just as things became heated, Nack and his wife, Daria, walk in. They were dressed rather formal.

"I see you brought your internet bride." Manic scoffed. He and Amy looking Nack and Daria up and down snidely.

"I ya vizhu, ty privel svoyego rozovogo nasil'nika." (And I see you brought your rapist) Daria sneered in Russian. Mocking the actions.

"What did your whore say?" Amy nickered.

"What did you call my wife?" Nack argued back, his temper rising. Sonia immediately stood in between and stated, "We have some cookies and desert waiting. Would you guys like some?"

"No thank you," Nack replied. "Seeing rotten garbage ruined my appetite." His eyes were deadest narrowed on Amy.

"Well guys, I think I'm going to go and train." Espio added.

"No you won't," Sonic said, tightening a death-grip on Espio's arm. "You're gonna stay right here and make sure no one breaks out into violence."

"I think you should go, Manic and Amy." Sonic said sternly.

"Fine brother, just don't want you taken advantage of by a lowly thief, a traitor, and a harlot. I've heard so much about them." Manic said, smiling at Sonic, but he cast a sideways glance back at Daria, Jet, and Nack, and sputtered off with his soon-to-be-bride.

"You shouldn't worry as much about them as others." Sonic's voice rattled.

"Why do you put up with this?" Espio gasped as soon as Manic and Amy were out of earshot.

"Because she's my friend, and he's my brother." Was Sonic's only reply.

Later that day…

Sonic and his friends, including Shadow and Espio, were enjoying the summer sun. They had generally enjoyed small sports like miniature golf and frisbee throwing and a dainty lunch.

Espio eventually had to leave for his detective duties, and Sonia stuck around. N.I.C.O.L.E. went to go help Sally with the baby, and when they came back, that's when Amy- in Sally's old outfit- and squaled when she seen Sonic having a good time with everyone else.

"How could you invite all of those bastards and not your best friend," Amy Squealed. "What makes them better than me, Tails, or Knuckles."

Sally's baby, who had just been put to sleep, woke up crying.

"Amy, you know that story about Knuckles and Tails." Sonic acquiesced.

"I can't believe you're nicer to Espio than me, and let's not forget he was the one who wanted to leave your whore sister after he knocked her up." Amy reminisced, pointing at Sonic.

Sonia balled up her fists and left without a word, and Sonic just stared on.

"You look like a bitch in heat!" Amy insulted N.I.C.O.L.E. as soon as she noticed her.

"Enough!" Sally yelled. Everybody stopped in their place.

"Why are you here?" Sally then demanded. She placed her baby with N.I.C.O.L.E. to comfort, and walked up to Amy and stood face to face with her.

"I'm Sonic's best friend and I think it's high time I started getting invited to events." Amy snarled.

"And I think it's high time you learn how to take a hint when you aren't wanted around." Sally glared at Amy.

"It's such a shame you would choose traitors like Nack before humble heroes like me, Sally." Amy admonished, her nose high up in the air.

"Leave." Was all that Sally growled.

Amy, hmphed and pushed her way past Sally and off on her way somewhere else.

Sally was tired of these random outbursts. What was she hoping to accomplish from that?

"The one time Manic isn't around." Sonic stated.

"You should start recording this shit." Shadow sneered.

They would, just one problem: It was the early 2000s. Most of them had been born in the mid 70s early 80s, and most were keen to keep to themselves. Besides, it wouldn't have mattered given what Amy did during Sonic and Sally's wedding was aired on live, international television. Sonic was beginning to think that Manic didn't really care what happened, and he himself saw that disastrous wedding, and didn't have the gall to come to the second, nor end things entirely with Amy.

Sally stood there lost in thought. Seeing Amy in her old blue vest made her absolutely fume to no end. It brought back basically war memories of her and Sonic's wedding. The half-assed, bed bug ridden, passive aggressive baby shower gifts and her recording Sally the whole time at her hen-do with passive aggressive presents.

Sally remembered her trying to upstage the wedding by wearing a dress exactly identical to hers and sobbing loudly enough and causing enough tension that they had to postpone the wedding. Sally had no clue why Sonic still remained nice to her, but he did.

In fact, they ALL remembered that wedding day:

*Flashback*

Sally had just gotten ready for her wedding day, and finished the final touches on her outfit. She wanted to honor her mother's memory by wearing her mother's wedding dress. She reoutfitted it to fit her and made sure all the age was steamed out of it, and she loved it, veil and all. It also fit the vintage theme of their wedding.

Sonic was putting on his wedding gear, and outside, the guests were gathering and final arrangements were set up. People were coming in and settling down for the Royal Wedding. Some of the ex-villains like Bean and Bark had decided to attend to.

People were collaborating and catching up, as some of the groomsmen attended to some last minute things. Everything was going fine and dandy, and then Bunnie and Nack saw it. Amy Rose in the same damn dress!.

Several people in the crowd looked at each other and murmured to themselves. Nack and Bunnie looked at each other worriedly. They nodded and worked hard to try to usher Amy out, but she went around screaming Sonic's name and ignored them.

More people were walking in, and while some were taking their seat, others were leaving. The Mobian Press and paparazzi magazines were hanging around and salivating at this golden opportunity for drama.

Shadow and his wife were walking in to attend the wedding. As soon as Shadow seen Amy in the wedding dress he immediately turned to leave, N.I.C.O.L.E. grabbing him. She herself was floored with awe at the sheer audacity of Amy. "Why can't we leave?" Shadow sighed.

"Because Sally may need us more than she realizes." N.I.C.O.L.E. stated. "This is going to be really uncomfortable." Shadow thought to himself. He and his wife took a seat to the very edge of the back.

As the minutes ticked by for the wedding to happen, things started becoming more tense. The atmosphere was beyond uncomfortable enough that several people actually left. Even the paparazzi started to feel it in their shoulders.

Amy had gone around, trying to perfect the wedding, and hoping that this would be her last chance to woo Sonic. He would see her in the dress, and immediately dump Sally for her. She already had both that stupid cyborg and purple traitor try to usher her out, so she threw her drink in their faces and it ran them off.

The Mobian Press and the paparazzi was eating it up, and asked her questions about her relation to the bride and groom. "Oh, Sonic's been cheating on me with Sally Acorn." Amy announced as she struck a pose.

Amy then saw a familiar face- Blaze! That fucking whore just salivating over Sonic all the time. She probably only married Silver because he looks like Sonic. Amy marched over and made her presence known standing uncomfortably close to Blaze. She looked up at Amy, her husband, Silver, looking at Amy with curiosity. "Come to win Sonic back, Whore?" Amy sneered.

Blaze flinched. She was taken aback by this. "I'm married." Was all that she said.

"That'll change." Amy snorted, her nose high up in the air.

"What the hell does that mean?" Silver growled. "Tell your wife she looks better with her legs closed." Amy retorted, marching off somewhere else.

Behind them sat the Chaotix, who listened to the whole ordeal, with Charmy commenting, "What the fuck," looked mildly disturbed. They gave the couple their condolences. Silver immediately went to the bathroom to calm down.

Vector sent Charmy after him to make sure he didn't do anything stupid. Blaze couldn't move at all. She was petrified in embarrassment not only for herself, but also for Amy.

"Amy! What are you doing?" Knuckles said in astonishment. Tails had followed right behind him.

"Amy, this is crazy, go home before Sonic sees you." Tails added.

"Sonic loves me, I know he does. He's just been playing games, so I fucked his brother out of spite." Amy replied.

Tails and Knuckles shared a glance and stared at Amy.

"Amy, don't you think if Sonic intended to marry you he wouldn't be marrying someone else?" Knuckles asked.

"Well, he loves to play hard to get." Amy's eyes rolled.

"Sonic doesn't like you Amy. He runs away from you, and he is afraid of you, and frankly, I am too." Tails said.

"If he's afraid of me, why does he invite me on missions and be nice to me?" Amy asked.

"You kinda invited yourself," Tails said, Knuckles, yeahing in agreement. "And if you can blatantly threaten him in front of peers, what will you do behind closed doors? And that was a thought from Sonic himself."

"Then Sonic is wrongly mistaken about me," Amy blasted. "You guys don't think I'm crazy, after all, we are friends right?"

"No, I quit being your friend after you kept stalking and harassing Sonic and us, and after you put the Master Emerald in grave jeopardy allowing yourself to be caught so Sonic could save your ass, and then got caught again on purpose when it was Tails who saved you and not him." Knuckles stated blandly.

"I stopped talking to you when I became old enough to understand what you were doing was stalking and harassment and wrong." Tails answered earnestly.

"Some men you are, I figured you would have admitted this years ago to me instead of telling me this now." Amy spouted indignantly.

"Once again, if you were brave enough to threaten your "crush" with a hammer in front of your peers, what would you have done to us?" Tails reiterated.

"You're delusional." Amy insulted.

"You're the one standing here in a wedding dress, at a wedding that isn't even yours, believing that your obsession is only getting married to make you jealous. Meanwhile, you're shagging his brother in revenge." Knuckles stated, looking at Amy in annoyance.

"The wedding will be starting in about half an hour, I suggest you go home and change, and salvage whatever dignity you have left." Knuckles said after a long pause.

"I have far more dignity than half the people in this room." Amy waved away.

Tails and Knuckles, realizing they were getting nowhere, shared a hard blink and half-hearted goodbyes and sat back in their seats.

"When Sonic sees this." Tails told Knuckles. "Oh, I know." The red echidna replied.

Meanwhile, Silver was telling Bunnie and Nack what had just transpired, and they had begun their search for Amy. Bunnie found Amy first, indulging in some red wine. As Bunnie approached Amy, praying she wasn't inebriated, Amy looked her way. Before Bunnie could say or do anything, Amy poured a full glass of red wine down Bunnie's baby blue bride's maid dress. Bunnie let out a yelp loud enough that a lot of people turned to look.

Several people left after seeing what had transpired, and Bunnie ran off to get a new dress or fix hers. Amy just sat there with a smile.

Sonic had been alerted to trouble and had to make a premature debut. He had no idea what was happening, but he was tipped off that it had something to do with Amy, just what exactly.

Bark, Bean, Wave, and Storm were only there briefly before they left and Amy made a scene about how they were welcomed and not her. They were literally doing nothing, just sitting around and mingling, as they are supposed to do, not causing problems or anything. In fact, Bean and Bark haven't started a fight since they were in their early twenties, and there Amy was, hurling petty insults and being passive aggressive, despite all four of them trying to be nice to her.

"Maybe you should let Bark speak for himself!" Amy snubbed.

"Bark can't speak, and you know this!" Bean argued.

"Look, it's Sonic! Stop fighting." Storm said, trying to settle things down.

"He's probably here to have us arrested." Wave's eyes rolled.

"He better not." Bean growled, his fists clenching. He swore that if he was arrested for something that wasn't his problem, he would blow the place up and not give a single damn.

He turned and faced Sonic, a smile graced his and Bark's lips as they took submissive stances.

"Hey Sonic." Bean waved cheerfully.

"Hey guys," Sonic smiled back. "What seems to be the problem?"

"Wave and Storm were picking on Bark and Bean decided that Bark had no place to talk. I was telling Bean that maybe he should let Bark speak for himself. Maybe he might learn how to talk." Amy stated.

Bark literally growled at that statement.

"Actually," Wave interrupted. "We were sitting here minding our own business, when she came over and started insulting us."

Sonic took a mental note and looked around and briefly ended the dispute with a, "Amy I think you should leave them alone. Let's all just have a good time." And Amy took that as an insult.

"I can't believe you would trade me for riff raff like that." Amy acquiced. She glanced hard at Nack and Jet across the room, and soured her face at Bark, Bean, Wave, and Storm. Wave was glaring at her as Storm and Bean stared on. Bark looked on the ready if he had to fight.

"They're good guys now Amy." Sonic said to calm her. "Really, is that why you threw out Knuckles and Tails as your groomsmen and replaced them with trash!" Amy yelled.

"I had my reasons," Sonic defended. "Can we move past this. Come sit down and enjoy the wedding." "Fine," Amy relented after a long pause. "Anything for you Sonic."

She hoisted her nose up and pushed between Bark and Bean. As she walked, she stomped on Storm's foot enlisting a stoic reaction, and then telling Wave her dress made her look like a cheap tramp. Wave sneered and Sonic cringed. Eventually she disappeared somewhere into the crowd.

"The Star Gods above," Wave exclaimed. "Why'd you invite that bitch?" "She's a friend." Sonic answered sheepishly, his voice lowering. Wave stared in amazement and annoyance at him. You could hear Bark scoff and roll his eyes.

"I wish you and Sally luck, but I'm gone." Wave snarled. "Sorry Sonic, I'm going with her." Storm apologized. "We're gone too," Bean stated. "It was a lovely wedding though."

And like that all four of them left. Sonic was just glad that these people had grown up, as Wave and Storm would have flattened her for that and Bean and Bark wouldn't have hesitated either. Wave still had some sauce and Bark still had fight in him. Had he not intervened they probably would have sent her to the hospital. He had an inkling they only kept a calm composure because this was his wedding. At least she didn't know that Sergeant Simian approaching with his wife with a gift to Sonic. He showed in good graces as he was considered a hero over in Africa.

As he walked towards the pair of gorillas, he thought about Amy's dress and how it looked awfully white for a wedding. He hoped she wasn't about to upstage the wedding.

"It's more tense than a battlefield Sonic, what happened?" the gorilla asked. "Just dealing with drama." Sonic answered, sweating.

"I can only guess from Amy, as I heard Wave talking about it as she left."

"Yeah, she's a little emotional over the me and Sally getting married."

"Why did you invite her?"

"She's a friend." Sonic said the word friend like it was poison. Simian stared at him hard. "Okay," he answered at last. "I came to give you a present on behalf of me, my wife, and the Destructix." "Speaking of them, where are they?" Sonic questioned. "I don't think that they wanted to cause much of a scene or be rude and crash the wedding."

"How would they have done that?" Sonic asked in bewilderment. Last he heard the other three had families and jobs. Hell, Sonic himself received PCAT tutoring from Predator Hawk himself.

"Ya, know, with being serial killers and all, some people might take offence to their presence." The words clunked out of Simian's mouth.

"I thought they stopped doing that shit long ago." Sonic sighed.

"So did I." Simian tried laughing it off, but it came off as more as a, "I can't believe that they're still doing this" than a hearty joke.

One long, awkward pause later, and Simian saw Amy dressed in a wedding dress following Blaze and Rouge to the bathroom. "Congratulations on your marriage to….. Amy?" he sounded confused. "I'm not marrying her, she just came dressed like that." The ape stared at him even harder, then looked up and stared for a few minutes, then looked at his wife then back at Sonic. "Good luck Sonic." Then he abruptly turned around and left.

"Why are you leaving?" Sonic asked.

"I think you know why." Siman stated before he left at last.

Sonic figured he would have stayed, based on him and his wife's apparel, but he saw Amy and felt the tension and left.

Simian was never one for drama. And he felt relief for not taking the Destructix with him. He had an inkling Amy was there to crash the wedding, and had she said something to Flying Frog or Lightning, she would have been murdered. Predator Hawk probably would have ignored it, or maybe not. You could never tell with him.

In the bathroom, after Amy had finished her business she walked out to see Rouge reapplying some pink lipstick. Amy, bitchingly, frumped it out of the bat's hands. Rouge did not say a word. She simply glared at Amy, her fists balled, and stared. Her ears were flattened.

Blaze exited the bathroom, a small flame burning in her hands, and said, "What the fuck do you want now?" Rouge just grabbed Blaze's hands and marched out of the bathroom. "She's not worth it baby." Rouge told the cat.

Eventually, Nack's voice was overheard as he announced that the wedding was about to commence. He disappeared as he was the groomman. Everyone filed in their seats, and Amy took her seat behind Blaze, and started sniffling and sobbing. She put her feet up on the back of Blaze's seat and began to tap.

"Can you please stop that?" Blaze asked.

"Mind your own business twat!" Amy bashed.

If not for Sally coming out to the marriage theme, Silver would have said something. Vector scooted his chair far away from Amy. Amy started crying.

"This is the worst day ever!" She moaned loudly.

As Sally walked down the aisle, Bunnie, having to wear a cheap white gown behind her, Sally noticed Amy at the end of the aisle, and noticed her dress looked familiar. As she passed by Amy, she looked at her and saw that she had on the exact same damn dress!

Sally wanted to honor her mother's memory and here comes Amy in a cheap knockoff ruining it. She wanted to say something, but she couldn't. It was her night not Amy's. She kept walking.

When Sonic peeled out to meet his bride, he was happy enough that he ignored the pink menace crying like a baby. He practically danced down the aisle. Jet and Nack slowly followed behind, afraid he would notice Amy in that dress.

Knuckles and Tails were pissed beyond belief that two damn villains were in their place. But Sonic had his reasons as Tails and Sonic had a falling out and Knuckles basically told Sonic he would let his kids die for the Master Emerald as well as the Nack and Jet incident that caused their inevitable split. Jet felt that Sonic was in his right and wondered why those two, including Amy, were even invited in the first place. When he and Nack walked past those two, they glared heavily at them.

Everyone took their place, as the royal photographer and the tabloid vultures took pictures of them.

During the vows, everyone remembered a loud wail being emitted by Amy. Not even Nack or Jet could hear the damnable vows over her wailing and sobbing and they were standing right beside Sonic! The wedding was already uncomfortable for them because Sonic chose them over Knuckles and Tails, why did Amy have to make it unbearable?

When Sonic said his I Dos, Amy fell out of her seat screaming bloody murder. A loud shriek that would make Banshees curl up in embarrassment. By now everyone was silent and staring at her as she had a conniption. Was she having a mental breakdown? After several minutes she stopped screaming and started crying, asking Sonic about how could he do this? How could he murder her like this? Asking why he lead her on like this?

By now Sally was fuming. Smoke billowed out all her orifices. What everybody around Sonic had been trying to stop was about to happen. Noone was looking forward to pulling apart a fight.

"Just go!" Sonia, who had been silently watching as everything went to hell, spoke up. "Why? I'm Sonic's best friend?" "I doubt that," Sonia scoffed to herself before speaking up. "You have ruined my brother's night. Please leave." "I don't want to," Amy whined. "Soooooooonnnnniiiiiiiiiiccccccc!" Sonic didn't know what to say, or what to do, and Sally was so mad she was speechless.

"I'll handle it." Sonia said, touching Sonic and Sally. She walked down the steps, picked up Amy, and walked her out. Sally's fists were clenched and she looked ready to dart out and attack Amy anyways.

This was her wedding! Why did that pink stalker have to ruin everything. Th engagement party was her acting snooty and passive aggressive, she barged in on Sonic's bachelor's night with a camera hoping to catch him with strippers, and all she caught was a picture of him and his friends at a poker table. Sonic was never in love with her and tolerated her for various reasons. Sally herself would not have been as kind.

It was also at this time that Sonic noticed that the white dress Amy was wearing was not an overly fancy ballgown, but a duplicate of his wife's dress! This absolutely infuriated him. What did she think would happen? That he would leave his wife for her if he saw her in that dress? He had never loved her. In fact, he was TERRIFIED of her. It's just that everyone around him thought her little antics were cute and police don't take battered and harassed men as seriously as they do women. Had Amy been a guy and he a girl, it would have been a very different story in the eyes of those around him.

Hell, even the villains, including Eggman and Drago the Wolf, sympathized with him. In fact, he believed that some time ago, Knuckles had pointed out the same thing with the police and everyone feeling sorry for him.

Sonia had grabbed Amy by the arm and yanked her up and spoken some words to her. Whatever she said, angered Amy, as Amy kicked Sonia between her legs and marched off. At least she left. Sonic ran to attend to Sonia, as well as a few others, the tabloids just eating this up. After Sonia was removed the middle of the aisle by Knuckles and Tails, Sally dismissed all the appalled people.

People left by the yachtfull. The last people to leave were Blaze and Silver because they were always terrified of a lot of social attention. They wanted to leave but felt as though being front row guests and leaving would make them look bad.

Cleanup took forever, and when Sonic saw the wedding cake, he noticed a couple of holes all over the cake. Opening it up, two pills fell out. A box laid under the red table cloth. "Laxative." Said the box. He wondered who could have done this? It definitely would have gone unnoticed as the laxative was the same color as the beads on the wedding cake.

*End Flashback*

Sonic remembered the wedding, and his brother still wanted to marry her after all that. They even had half her antics on tape. Blaze and Silver were so mortified they skipped out on the redo marriage ceremony. They had to make it one of those crappy courthouse weddings where you showed up in semi-formal attire, signed papers and were declared husband and wife. He envisioned a nice wedding party with all his friends. He knew that friendship was over. Amy had crossed the line and would pay for it, little did she know.

Sally still had some of the pictures. None of them looked right and you could see the tension and anger in everyone's eyes. Bunnie had to wear Sally's backup wedding dress because Amy threw wine on her bridesmaid dress. Most of the pictures of Nack and Bunnie were of them scowling half the night because of those antics. There was also Sonia rolling around in the floor after Amy kicked her in the crotch. Nobody had any idea why that was photographed. They also shouldn't forget the tabloid pictures as well. They were all over Mobius in different languages, with people looking angry, Sally looking furious, Amy posing proudly, and in bold words on the front: Wedding Day Drama! Sonic's Secret Mistress! And The EXCLUSIVE Interview!

The magazine had other parts detailing Amy sobbing over being lead on and an exclusive interview detailing Sonic's secret love affairs behind Sally's back. Names of girls Sonic hasn't spoken to in years were in that paper. These same girls still receive death threats to this day, Amy included. In fact, Sonic's previous girlfriend before Sally Acorn, Sally the Fox, actually called him and cussed him out saying that her marriage was on the line and that they haven't spoken since they were fourteen and to leave her out of his mess. Sonic never told Sally Acorn about Sally the Fox for fear that Acorn would interpret it as her being a stand in for Sally the Fox (as since they both shared similar names and were both of noble backgrounds and similar ages). And that didn't start a bad fight, but Sally had questions.

Many people asked Sonic why he put up with her any longer, or even allowed her at the wedding. Some people knew she had a penchant for inviting herself whether wanted/needed or not, and truth be told, the only reason he allowed Amy to pull all the shit she did, was that he was hoping Manic would see it in some way or another and leave her. Plus, it was his brother, who was finally revived after all these years. He was his gift from Eggman to make up for all that he did. He wanted to be happy for him. But his happiness was Sonic's hell.

He remembered the aftermath:

*Flashback*

Sally stayed in her room, furiously throwing things and breaking them. Sonic came in to make sure no one was hurting her, but he was rushed out by the guards and by Sally's brother. "I want her executed!" Sally demanded. The only other person was a handmaiden and Bunnie Rabbot, and both were trying to calm her down to no avail.

Sonic had had many fangirls and stalkers but AMY. She hated her. And Amy hated her for being with Sonic. She was in the way of a fantasy that would never happen. Amy just did not know when to quit, and she wasn't the first crazy to pull antics to win his attention, EVEN when he was with someone else.

There was Mina who only took a bullet for her because she believed that Sonic would find it heroic and leave Sally for her. Even Nack overheard her talking to herself about it, and it was something she could believe. She also couldn't leave Sonic alone and would cling to him, even when Sally was feet away.

Mina did a lot of things, but Amy was on another level. Mina eventually grew out of her infatuation and grew into a love for drugs, fame, and some weirdo who introduced her to that shit, but not Amy. Amy didn't understand that she needed to leave well enough alone.

A lot of people were uncomfortable with Amy in the first place, but her behavior was appalling. There was the Blaze incidents she remembered Sonic telling her about and the Sonia incident.

The Blaze Incident was several, but most involved hostility from Amy. Amy had always had it out for Blaze for some reason. Granted, there's always that one person who wouldn't like you no matter what you did, but this was on another level. One day, Blaze came in to invite Sally and Sonic to the engagement party. Amy was there, and Blaze handed an invitation to Amy as well. Amy gave her a look, but congratulated her. Blaze was handing out invitations in person while Silver fucks up the past. Blaze knew she shouldn't, but she had made an invite especially just for Bean. As well as one for his wife.

Everyone knew Bean and Blaze had a highly sexual/romantic relationship and that Silver did not like Bean at all for 'stealing his woman.' They really loved each other, but the relationship ended when Bean got tired of her hopping between him and Silver. Dating one boy for a few months, then breaking up for whatever reason, and going back to the other. But mostly, she found herself with the duck, until, once again, the duck wanted more certainty, something Wave could provide. Had it been any other way, the invitations would have been for Bean and Blaze's wedding, not Silver and Blaze's.

Blaze had asked Sonic to personally deliver it, as being the ex-girlfriend, she didn't think it appropriate to deliver it to the ex's family in total. So Sonic delivered it to him. And Amy let Silver know immediately by text. The man all but materialized and tossed a psychic wave at Blaze, which she dodged. "You bitch!" he screamed as he started fighting his fiancé. When Sonic tried to stop the fighting, Silver turned to him. He was PISSED that Bean was invited.

"I figured you'd crawl back to him eventually!" Silver screamed. "And you helped!" Sally remembered him yelling. She also remembered vividly him telling Blaze, "I never want you around Sonic again without me, or I'll kill you!" They left almost immediately, leaving the pile of invites in the palace halls. Sally would go to send the rest out, and Blaze was never seen alone with Sonic again.

Sally had suspicions it was Amy and had Tails look at her phone diagnostics and it was true that she did tell Silver. When confronted, Amy's excuse was that Silver had a right to know that she was going behind his back. When told it wasn't her business, she pretty much replied that she believes Blaze still carries a torch for Bean and that Silver shouldn't have to be miserable because his soon-to-be wife is a liar. And she then went on to insinuate that there was possibility that they were cheating with each other and threatened to let Wave know. Sally pretty much held her against the wall and threatened her if that happened, she would find herself buried alive in the palace gardens. Bean did decline the invite, but Wave went in his stead.

The Sonia incident was something in which Sonic was reunited with his sister after being apart for years and had finally begun to form a sibling bond, so he took her out for a fancy dinner and all was well and then Amy walked in and saw him sitting across the table from Sonia, tore through the restaurant screaming that Sonic was "her man" and essentially dumped her hot plate of dinner all over Sonia and finished it off with a bitch slap. When Sonic told her that it was his sister, she became all cutesy and nice and started cleaning her up, in which Sonia pushed away and went home.

There was a time that Rotor developed a crush on her, and she dated him for a bit, but wouldn't leave Sonic alone. Rotor tried and tried, but Amy eventually broke things off the moment Sally and Sonic broke up to pursue him. Amy even admitted that she only dated Rotor out of boredom. The walrus would also go on to date several batshit insane men and women before settling down with one of Sonic's obsessed fangirls that nearly succeeded in raping Sonic, had her cousin, Rouge, not stepped in.

She demanded Nack appear immediately, and he did without hesitation. "What's the roughest, meanest prison out there that would eat someone like Amy up!" she barked. Nack scuttled to an answer: "Devil's Gulag."

"And what do they do in there? I've heard rumors, are they true?"

"They are very true. Women and men all together in a cell, a group cell. It's dirty and disgusting. If you aren't raped and killed first, disease or being murdered by guards will do you in. Nobody really cares what happens and the guards are apathetic to prison rape and murder. The way they see it, it's one less bastard on their watch."

"Will they kill Amy?"

"I don't believe right away, but if you give the guards a few coins or a good blowie they'll make her life hell too. Keep her alive long enough to make her beg for death and allow suicide." Nack finished. Sally looked satisfied with the conversation.

"Sally," Bunnie piped in urgency. "This is batshit insane!"

"Batshit insane was showing up to my wedding with an intent to ruin it and succeeding, as well as possibly ruining all respectability and friendships I may have with people." Sally regurgitated coldly.

"Sally, is right Bunnie," Nack included. "She looks like the laughing stock of the kingdom if Sonic's known stalker was able to basically ruin things and get away with it. But I do have to say something though."

"What?" Sally howled. "The Destructix destroyed Devil's Gulag." Nack finished. "How the fuck did they accomplish that?" Sally sneered. Nack shrugged his shoulders.

"Then again Bean and Bark, the biggest clowns on Mobius, was able to take them down with ease, so what should I expect?" Sally sneered.

"I wouldn't call the guys with the rarest and most dangerous powers on Mobius clowns." Nack admonished.

"Bark's power is rare?" Bunnie whispered in confusion. "You guys know Mighty?" Nack asked. Bunnie and Sally nodded. "So he, like Bark have strong powers, but they are a rare branch in which they are powerfuller than Knuckles. He can't pick up the Master Emerald, but Bark can? Mighty accidently stomped a hole to the center of Mobius once. And they both easily stop devastating blows from even the strongest people. How do you explain that?" Nack explained.

"It doesn't matter," Sally waved away aggressively. "If those two idiots were powerful, why did they lose to us? And why petty theft and Eggman?" "Because it was fun to them and was also a way for them to put food in their bellies, afford a nice place and go on exotic vacations." Nack replied blandly.

"Will they k-" "They are the farthest thing from killers as you can get." Nack interrupted.

"Sally, you'll regret it! How will this look on you?" Bunnie stated wildly.

"Amy's mysterious suicide?" Sally asked. "Everyone will figure out either you or Sonic caused this "suicide" eventually." Bunnie stated. "And Royal Law." Nack inserted.

Sally stared at them all before slamming her hands on her vanity screaming, "Fuck!" There would be a long talk with Manic tomorrow.

*End Flashback*

Sally remembered there being an extra charge to her treasury for wedding things, but brushed it off because Amy was engaged, and as the fiancé of the prince, she must be catered to.

With that memory, Sally stated that she needed Sonic and Manic to talk again. "I can't watch a disaster happen and do nothing." Sally stated. "You've said that for years now." Sonic brushed. "I mean it now, just go talk to her, talk to your brother, I don't care." Sally demanded. And it was done.

At The Meeting…

The meeting between Sonic, Manic, and their friends, minus Amy, had begun to devolve into nothing but arguing.

"For years Amy has been a thorn in my side!" Sonic's bellows echoed throughout the castle.

"I think her devotion was cute." Manic interrupted.

"Cute," Sonic choked. "Let the roles have been reversed and her be a man and I a woman and see how cute it would be."

Sonic had been talking about that for years. He had asked several women he knew what would happen if a man stalked them, and did half the things Amy did, and they immediately stated that they would get a restraining order and win, he would probably be in prison and a support network would form a shield around the girl in question to protect her from the man in question. Sonic was for sure that if he done what Amy did, he'd be in the back of a cop car in cuffs in minutes.

"I've never had a girl so obsessively devoted to me. It's nice to feel wanted." Manic smiled.

"Yeah, sure," Sonic huffed. "It's super convenient that she starts dating you after her millionth rejection by me."

"And you and Sally are a terrible couple anyways," Manic retorted. "She's a bitch in sheep's clothing and you two are so on and off again."

"At least I know she loves me." Sonic stated. "You still could've gave Amy a chance!" Manic growled.

Sonic stood aback for a moment just blinking at the stupidity of his brother. He was never the sharpest tool in the shed, but he's not listening at all. "What if you had given her a chance?" Jet piped up. "It would have failed because of how possessive she was." Sonic answered.

"And I fucking guarantee she's the type of person who would wind up 'accidently' pregnant if she was with you!" Nack included. "Watch you fucking mouth you fucking traitorous scum!" Manic insulted. "You're the one porking your brother's stalker!" Nack reeled back. "And you also betrayed my brother years ago and many others. I still am royalty and I should have you killed, and your whore wife too!" Manic yelled.

Nack stood silent for a moment before a crazed look filled his eye and he lunged at the green hedgehog, only to be held back by Elias and Jet, who dragged him away, kicking and screaming, "I'll fucking kill you!"

Allowing the silence to settle, Sonic rehashed everything Amy did, including the box of laxatives he found that mimicked the beads on Sonic and Sally's wedding cake.

"The laxatives were my idea," Manic revealed. "I thought it would be a funny prank."

Mouths were held agape.

"You mean to tell me, giving more than 300 people the atomic shits on my wedding day would be a good 'prank.'" Sonic's teeth were gritted. "Well nobody looked to be happy at your boring wedding." Manic stated. "Because of Amy and her bullshit," Sally argued. "Did you even watch the wedding?" "No, because watching the wedding of two piles of shit who tormented my fiancé wasn't worth my time." Bunny saw a fight brewing.

"Maybe you should watch the wedding, or let me give you my copy of the Mobian Scandal I received the next morning." Sonic stated. "I already saw it, and maybe Amy did all that for karma." "Karma?" Sonic slated. "Yeah, for treating her like garbage and leading her on." "I was never interested in her to begin with!" "Suuuuurrrreeee." Manic stated incredulously.

Sonic just looked on. "You're a lost cause, or have you lost brain cells since you've been brought back to life?" Sonic insulted. "No, I just realize what I have without the "will they, won't they" agony associated to it."

"Suuuuuurrrrreeeee!" Sonic mocking what he said earlier with an eye roll.

Later That Evening….

"Sonic, we need to talk." Nack said. He stepped into Sonic's room looking much older than earlier. He obviously had a lot on his mind, and a tough conversation was about to begin.

"About what?" Sonic asked in concern.

"I think if all this keeps up, I want to end the friendship."

"What? Why?" Sonic said, alarmed by these words.

"I can't take it anymore! Having that fucking stalker around every time, trying to ruin things. Its dead fucking obvious she's only with Manic to be around you and make you jealous. Between my near rape and this stupid Royal Law business, I'm getting fed up. Plus, my wife, I can take many jabs at me, as I know I have many people who will never see me in the same light again, but my wife! I don't want to have her insulted anymore, especially not a past she was forced into. I nearly lost my temper, and had I my gun on me, I would had pulled it. I can't stand the fact that she has done so much to you and to others and the fact you won't cut her off bothers me. Tremendously." Nack's words hung in the air and stuck in Sonic's throat, as if he were the one speaking them.

"The only reason I do this is because of an old Royal Law, and the fact that it's my brother. He loves her, I can see that, and I have no doubt Amy is likely using him as a pawn, but I just got him back after him being dead for years. I don't want to lose him, and if I have to put up with Amy for the rest of my life so he can be happy for once, so be it." Nack actually stared wide eyed at him as if he had spoken another language.

"Sonic, if I was in your shoes, and someone was using Nic like that, I would put a bullet in the man's head, or I would try to reason with her first. She may be initially mad at me first, but she's never been one to not see reason. I would have been protecting her more than harming."

"Oh Nack, I am deeply angry with Manic for dating Amy in the first place, and I did try to warn him, but it did me no good. I didn't want to alarm you and Jet, but that broken arm I had awhile back was from the fact Manic broke it during a fight me and him had." Sonic admitted. Manic had broken his arm almost an entire year earlier over another stupid fight over Amy.

"Why didn't you tell us?" Nack asked.

"Because you two would have done something," Sonic stated. "And at the time, your and Jet's temperament would have spelled trouble."

"I had already spilled so much blood, that offing Amy wouldn't have sent many shocking waves." Nack responded. "No, but then you would have been wanted again." Sonic snorted.

"People view me for who I once was, not who I am now." Nack retorted. "Yeah, but Amy is also a hero." Sonic acknowledged.

"Pfft," Nack mocked. "She was only there when you were. She couldn't have given a damn about anyone else but you."

"But she has still done good."

"I didn't see her anywhere when it was Shadow taking the wheel or Knuckles and you were gone for some reason."

Silence spread between the two men.

"I don't think I won't ever stop being pissed at the fact that Amy took advantage of me, and nothing could be done." Nack said, looking off into the distance with a thousand yard stare.

"I know-"

"You don't," Nack snapped. "Many people still view me as a ruthless killer, a traitor, a bastard, and much more. Last thing I need is a rape charge so even more people can find a reason to kill me. I honestly feel like one day, some guy in the street, or old ex-friends are going to come around and kill me when I'm not looking."

"What about bounty hunters?" Sonic asked earnestly.

"Why would they bother with me if there is no money to collect?"

"Good point."

"But I have come a long way to who I once was. If I ever have a baby, I don't want them to be just like me at all. I want them to become a lawyer, or a doctor or something useful. I'll teach them to raise the gun in self-defense. I have lead a terrible life and found myself in some skeazy areas I wouldn't trust the biggest badass in Mobius to be in, and that's not going to be my children."

Sonic understood and he gave the weasel the sincerest apology over Amy's actions.

Later, Jet had also aired his grievances to Sonic as well stating that Rose didn't come around anymore because he didn't want Rose executed or Sonic to hate him because Amy ticked off Rose enough to make her angry enough to kill her. Sonic understood, and he also knew that Rose was a violent maniac who would have fit right in with the Destructix.

Sonic was sick of Amy at this point.

Years Later…

Amy and Manic's wedding had happened. When their wedding happened, Sally was tempted to get a barrage of her friends and do to Amy just as she had done years ago.

Bunnie offered to bring the reddest wine and toss it on Amy's dress. Bean offered to go around insulting guests and accusing them like Amy had. Wave wanted to call her a, "Cheap, hallway sized cunt." Jet mentioned putting laxatives in their cake.

But Sally and Sonic dismissed all the ideas. For they had a better one in mind and they would play nice until then.

The wedding was uncomfortable for any of them. All the guests that Sally and Sonic invited came, except for Silver, Blaze, Rouge, Knuckles, and Tails. Bark didn't come, but Nic took his place. The tension was thick, but vast majority of them did it for Sonic. Even with Jet and Nack as the best men. Yeah, Manic wanted to apologize by asking them to be best men. On Sonic's advice, they begrudgingly accepted.

To add insult to injury, the same dress she used to destroy Sally's wedding, she used as her own "original" design for hers. It was a mock wedding of her and Sonic's!

After all that magic and several kids later, Manic had finally seen her for what she is, and now Amy stands trial before them all.

At Amy's first trial, Sally demanded execution, but Manic swooped in and said that they couldn't as he was married to Amy, and thanks to an old Royal Law, they can't massacre the wife of a royal without said royal's permission. So Sally held trial to her character with personal testimonies from people all around. Few were good. Not even Manic's was good, and then Sonic delivered his stinging blow:

"I mean Amy, I'm going to be frank. I have never liked you in that manner. I have no interest in you because you are biologically six years younger than me, harass and threaten me, and I am scared of you. You are a kid, and even if that were not so, I had eyes for others that were not you. If I wanted to marry you, that wedding you crashed would have been ours. I would have been content just being your friend, and I do believe we would have had a lifelong friendship had you not stalked and harassed me or my wife. You really are a fiercely loyal person and that is admirable, but after all your acts, I seriously want nothing to do with you. At all." Sonic said.

"You preach loyalty and fear, yet Nack Fang stands by your side. You preach loyalty and fear, yet you congregate with serial killers, petty thieves, and various scum alike. You preach biology and you're married to a squirrel. You preach friendship, but where are Knuckles and Tails? Where is Rotor and Antoine? Vector, Espio, and Charmy? Why are your friends Jet Jason the Hawk and Nack Fang the Weasel? You preach friendship, yet you sing, dance, and celebrate with people like Storm the Albatross or Doctor Eggman? Did you forget who these monsters are? If I was your friend, why did you not attend the birth of your nieces and nephews, but attended the birth of Nack and Jet's bastards? Those two are not friends. Remember that Jet steals things and used to abuse his teammates. And many people can vouch for who Nack really is." Amy spoke.

"Because these people have changed, unlike you." Sally sneered coldly.

"So because they got married and jobs that excuses everything they have done? But my actions cannot be excused? Maybe next time I should commit mass genocide and treachery and then you would have fought hard for me." Amy sneered back.

"I have never swept their actions under the rug, but they have done countless actions to make up for it. And last I checked, Eggman hasn't done genocide in almost seventeen years." Sonic countered.

Afterwards, Manic presented his divorce papers. He gave Amy a copy and everyone in the room. Amy started to cry, clutching her belly. "Manic you know I'm pregnant! What will happen to our baby?"

"Sell it, kill it. I don't care. It's probably not even mine anyways, seeing how easy you tried to climb Fang like a tree!" Manic turned his back on her.

Amy sobbed harder, because now that Manic was divorced from her, she was at the mercy of Sonic and Sally.

"Now that you're divorced. I can do anything!" the bloodthirstiness dripped off Sally's tongue.

"I beg mercy of you!" Amy pleaded, sobbing as she did.

Sonic smiled at her, leaped from his chair and stroked her face. His eyes turned a nice silver hue, as his throat deepened and he growled. He stroked her face and said, "Well, I do wish to grant you some clemency." Amy smiled. "I hereby exile you. If you return to these lands, you shall be put to death upon your arrival. And for good measure I place a bounty upon you and you will be continually hunted. You have 72 hours to leave."

"This trial is adjourned," Sonic yelled out before Amy even had a chance to speak. "She will be formally exiled and a bounty placed upon her head. If she is not gone in 72 hours, you guys may do as you please with her!"

Amy fell down and sobbed loudly. She new she deserved this fate, but she had changed over the years. What could she do now.

What will I do now?

The End
