Jessica's Point of View

When Ariel didn't show up several hours later, I became worried and went to tell King Triton that Ariel had left again. I found a surprising sight in the throne room. A purple octopus with black tentacles and white hair was holding the trident. "Ursula, no! I didn't want this!" Ariel exclaimed.

"Why not? Aren't you tired of following your dear daddy's orders?" The octopus, who I assumed to be Ursula, asked. I summoned my keyblade, ready to attack as Ursula continued. "Oh, yes. We had a deal, didn't we? Time for a little journey- to the dark world of the Heartless!"

I was about to charge when something an eel said caught my attention. "We cannot find the keyhole." I wondered what a keyhole did and if it had anything to do with my keyblade.

"The keyhole is not here," Another eel added.

"What?" Ursula gasped. I couldn't wait any longer. I swam at Ursula and swung, but she blocked me and knocked me back. I saw Sora, Donald, and Goofy swimming into the throne room. "Why, we have company. I'm afraid you're all a little late." Ursula disappeared in a cloud of ink.

I swam up to Ariel and King Triton. "Daddy," Ariel gasped.

"The trident... We must get it back," King Triton said.

"Come on, let's go!" Sora urged. He began to swim away, and Donald and Goofy followed him, but Ariel swam directly in front of him, blocking his path.

"Wait, I'm going with you! My father is hurt, and it's all my fault. I have to stop Ursula!" Ariel decided.

"I will also go," I added.

"That's right. I'm right behind you," Sebastian agreed.

I followed Sora and Ariel. I didn't know where we were going, but I assumed they did. "So, what's this Ursula business about?" I wondered.

"She's the sea witch. She was banished a long time ago. She found me and said that she would take me to other worlds if I gave her the trident," Ariel explained.

"Other worlds? That's nonsense, Ariel. She clearly just wanted the trident for power," I scoffed. On the inside, I was burning with curiosity on who this Ursula was and what she knew about other worlds.

"Yeah, I know. I really wanted to believe her," Ariel sighed.

"But there are-" Sora started. Donald covered Sora's mouth. I raised an eyebrow but didn't say anything as Sora elbowed Donald away from him.

Along the way, we ran into some Heartless. I summoned my keyblade, ready to fight. Sora, Donald, and Goofy fought, too. Goofy used his shell, Donald used a staff, and Sora summoned what looked like a keyblade. It had a silver body and handle with a yellow hilt. Its end was shaped like a crown, and it had a keychain comprised of three circles. When the Heartless had been defeated, we stared at each other. "Was that what I think it was?" I inquired.

"How do you have a keyblade?" Sora questioned.

"A key-what?" Ariel piped up.

I had forgotten that she had been there. "Nothing, Ariel. Let's keep moving," I replied. Ariel didn't need to know about that sort of thing. If she asked more questions later, as I knew she would, I would cross that bridge when I came to it.
