Hello all Storm here with a new chapter! And it has been a while since this was updated, sorry for that and thank you to everyone who's stuck around waiting for new chapters, as now we'll be kicking off the Konoha Crush. But not with the fight between Naruto's group and the rookies against Gaara and ROOT, instead we'll be starting off with a different fight, one that's familiar but with some changes and a very different outcome. So, without further ado.

The moment the explosion went off in the Kage Box, Hiruzen's head snapped towards the Kazekage, who hadn't reacted to the sudden explosion engulfing them in smoke.
"Kazekage-dono?! What is this?!" Hiruzen demanded, with Orochimaru merely looking at him expectantly.
"Do you truly require an answer, Hokage-dono? I feel it's obvious, what's happening." Said Orochimaru, making the Sandaime's eyes widened in realization before turning to Raidō.
"Hokage-sama, we must get you-" Raidō said, only to grunt in pain when two kunai were thrown through the smoke into his chest, before being thrown against the wall as two more stabbed him, much to Hiruzen's shock as he shot up from his seat.
"Raidō!" Said Hiruzen, concerned for his guard.
"Hokage-sama…you must flee…escape now…" Said Raidō before collapsing to the ground.
Though before the Hokage could do anything, Orochimaru was immediately behind him wrapping an arm around his neck, holding a kunai close to his face as well. With the disguised Snake Sannin then jumping up to the roof of the Kage Box, taking his former teacher with him. Once they were in the center of the roof, Sakon, Ukon, Jirōbō, and Kidōmaru emerged from their own disguises as Suna Ninja, jumping to the four corners of the roof.
'Oto Ninja? So it's not just Suna, but Oto as well.' Hiruzen thought remaining calm despite his current position, taking the chance to assess the situation and what he could do.
"Do it!" Orochimaru ordered, seeing an Anbu squad rushing to save the Sandaime, with the Sound Four quickly going through handsigns before holding their hands out in front of them.
"Ninja Art: Four Violet Flames Formation!" Said the Sound Four with a purple barrier rising up around Hiruzen and Orochimaru, the Anbu stopping just before they hit the barrier.
Unfortunately, one Anbu wasn't fast enough in stopping, resulting in them hitting the barrier and being consumed by flames immediately after. The sight making Orochimaru laugh wickedly, knowing there's no way they'll be able to get through the barrier, while the Sandaime grit his teeth.
"Kazekage-dono, I can't believe this…Sunagakure would truly betray Konohagakure, your own allies. Why?!" Hiruzen said, wanting to know why the Kazekage would break their treaty.
"The treaty between our villages was simply a trick to make you let down your guard. Though I'll admit, it's truly a shame we won't get the chance to see young Naruto and Sasuke face-off, I'm sure it would have been quite the battle. But these games are coming to an end. From this point on, the course of history will change." Said Orochimaru, fully believing that no matter the outcome of this invasion, great changes will be coming to the Elemental Nations.
"What are you saying? That you're going to start a war?" Questioned Hiruzen, not believing that this entire invasion was just to start another war.
"That's right." Orochimaru replied, fully intending to plunge all of the nations into a war after destroying Konoha.
"Armed conflict resolves nothing! We should seek a resolution through negotiation! You still have a chance to end this, Kazekage-dono!" Hiruzen said, preferring if they ended this now before more conflict and bloodshed was unleashed.
With Orochimaru looking at him before chuckling lowly, amused that even now his former teacher still tried seeking a peaceful solution.
"You're right, I do have the chance to end this. And I'll start by finally ending you…Sarutobi-sensei!" Said Orochimaru, making the Sandaime's eyes widen in shock.
"You, Orochimaru!" Hiruzen said in shock, not believing this wasn't the Kazekage, instead being his former student.
"You've figured it out, Sarutobi-sensei. It's quite funny, you know, I intended to capture Sasuke during his match with Gaara, letting the Ichibi run wild and grab Sasuke in the confusion. But you know how some things never go according to plan." Orochimaru said, with Hiruzen gritting his teeth.
"So, that was your plan, Sasuke and the village were your targets. Destroying Konoha and getting Sasuke's Sharingan. Is that it?" Demanded Hiruzen, only for Orochimaru to laugh.
"Ha! It's always the village with you, Sarutobi-sensei. You think it's so important, but destroying Konoha is merely my secondary goal, Sasuke is the main target. But perhaps I'll take another Genin, after all, perhaps young Naruto and I have more in common than just how our summons. Though that's neither here nor there at the moment, now it's just you and me. Your own stubbornness and incompetence have allowed me to out-maneuver you. I've won." Said Orochimaru, with Hiruzen remaining unphased as he glared at his former student.
"Nothing is decided until the very end. I taught you that years ago, didn't I, Orochimaru?" Hiruzen retorted, the Snake Sannin narrowing his eyes at his former teacher before reaching up and tearing the Kazekage's veil and face off, revealing his own showing his dark and eager smile for what's to come.
"I knew this day would eventually come." Stated Hiruzen while closing his eyes, having known that one day he'd have to face his fallen student again and it would end in one or both of them dying.
"However…you're not going to defeat me that easily!" Hiruzen said, opening his eyes and glaring at Orochimaru, knowing that no matter what, he'll make sure to correct his mistake.
"You really should have picked the Godaime Hokage by now. Because Sandaime Hokage, right here, right now, you're going to die." Orochimaru declared, his smile growing as he looked out over Konoha, seeing the Suna and Oto forces attacking the village, along with his Snake Summons in the distance tearing down the village's walls.
Even more as he felt several Chakra signatures on the ground, recognizing a few as Naruto, Sasuke, Kakashi, Gaara, and several others. Though the Snake Sannin was annoyed when he also sensed the familiar signatures of ROOT Anbu as well.
'I'll deal with Danzō once I'm done here.' Orochimaru thought, refusing to have that Warhawk interfere any more than he already has.
But seeing the chaos and destruction unfolding before him, it was enough to bring tears to his eyes, feeling truly awake and alive at the sight of it all.
"Are you actually crying because you're so happy? Or is it that, inside your heart, there's sorrow? A feeling of unhappiness you can't shake as you contemplate killing your old sensei?" Hiruzen asked while smirking, with the Missing-Nin smirking evilly.
"Hmhmhm. Not at all." Orochimaru replied before raising the kunai closer to the Sandaime's face, making Hiruzen tense and prepare to escape his grasp.
Only to be shocked when rather than try stabbing him, Orochimaru instead stabbed the kunai into his own hand, before yawning and rubbing his eyes.
"I was feeling so sleepy, but now it seems I'm finally awake." Said Orochimaru.
"Yes, that's exactly what I was thinking." Hiruzen stated, wondering just how much madness has consumed his former student, before Orochimaru suddenly released him and walked away.
"And I was also thinking you weren't the kind of person, who would hold a grudge. So it seems you have neither a goal nor a motive." Added Hiruzen, never taking his eyes off the Sannin, with Orochimaru sighing at his words.
"Huh, I guess…well I guess that I do kind of have a goal. Let me see if I can explain it. I find it very interesting to watch things in motion. I get no pleasure when the world is still." Orochimaru replied wickedly, knowing that's what he truly desires, to keep things in motion.
And if the world ever became still around him, then he'd force it to keep moving, no matter what he had to do. Whether it was starting a war, attacking a village, or simply killing someone, as long as it put things into motion for his enjoyment.
"Like a windmill that isn't turning, I suppose some might find it beautiful, even if it's immobile. But to me, such a thing is truly boring." Said Orochimaru while tossing aside the Kazekage's hat.
"So now, I want to put things in motion, myself. The first step is crushing Konoha." Orochimaru declared, knowing once that's done, then everything else will fall into place and chaos will be unleashed.
"Hmph, I see you haven't changed at all." Said Hiruzen while glancing at the Sound Four, only to see them putting up barriers around themselves as well, preventing him from taking them and the barrier out.
"And it seems like neither of us are getting out of here." Hiruzen added, knowing that the only way the barrier would come down now, is when one of them is dead.
"Of course, we can't have the fun ending too soon, can we. It'd be such a bother if someone came in here and got in your way, wouldn't it?" Orochimaru said, refusing to let anyone interfere in their battle.
Smirking at this, the two stared each other down before immediately rushing towards their opponent.
"Roof Tile Shuriken!" Said Hiruzen, going through handsigns before the roof tiles rose up and flew towards Orochimaru, being reinforced and made stronger thanks to his Chakra.
"Try harder than that, old man! Hidden Shadow Snake Hands!" Orochimaru said, jumping into the air to dodge the tiles, before his tongue turned into a snake and lunged at the Hokage.
The Sandaime having no time to get away as the snake bit deeply into his neck, only for Orochimaru to scowl when "Hiruzen" was revealed to be an Earth Style: Shadow Clone. With the real Hokage reappearing behind Orochimaru when he landed on the roof.
"Earth Style: Earth Flow River!" Hiruzen said, turning the roof beneath Orochimaru into mud, sending the Sannin sliding away and towards the barrier.
"Is that really all you have, Sarutobi-sensei?!" Orochimaru taunted while going through handsigns.
"It's only the beginning! Earth Style: Earth Dragon Bullet!" Retorted Hiruzen, creating a dragon's head at the top of the mud river, with it shooting a barrage of mudballs at his former student.
"Now for Fire Style: Fire Dragon Bullet!" Hiruzen said, unleashing a stream of flames, igniting the mudballs as they rushed towards Orochimaru.
The Snake Sannin screaming in pain as the flaming projectiles slammed into him, engulfing him in fire before the mud river washed over him. Though the Hokage knew that wouldn't be close to enough to take down his former student.
"You can stop your little act, Orochimaru." Hiruzen said, knowing he's only pretending to have actually been hit, with Orochimaru laughing as he emerged from the roof.
"Alright then. But fair's fair, it'd be foolish to underestimate me. Did you seriously think that you could kill me with such pitiful Jutsu?" Orochimaru replied mockingly.
"Hn, falling back on taunts because you can't defeat me." Hiruzen retorted, not falling for his tricks.
"Oh, don't be angry with me. Difficult students are all the more rewarding to teach, right, Sarutobi-sensei?" Orochimaru said, making the Hokage scowl before schooling his features, knowing he had to maintain his focus.
"No more games, no more tricks, this ends now Orochimaru." Stated the Sandaime, with the Snake Sannin smirking at this.
"I couldn't agree more. After all, this isn't an Academy class. It's time for the real fun to begin." Said Orochimaru, making Hiruzen smirk while grabbing his hat.
"Heh, yes, you do have a point." Said Hiruzen before throwing off his Hokage hat and robes, revealing his grey Shinobi battle armor, the sight making Orochimaru's smirk widen.
"Well now, look at you, already dressed up for your funeral. Did you foresee this, dying this way?" Questioned Orochimaru, with the Hokage getting into a stance with a deadly serious expression, the Snake Sannin throwing off his own robes, showing his usual attire.
Neither of the two made a move before the roof tiles suddenly began cracking around them, both renowned Ninja slowly releasing their Chakra. With the Anbu outside the barrier being shocked and amazed at the power the Hokage and Snake Sannin possessed. The broken pieces of the tiles floating up around them, while Orochimaru smiled in excitement and Hiruzen's expression didn't falter.
"Hmhmhmhm, don't think I'll go easy on you just because you're old and doddering." Orochimaru stated, eager for the coming battle and the surprises he has in store for his former teacher.
"I wouldn't want you to. Now, depending on how good your Jutsu is, I might send you back to the Academy." Replied Hiruzen, making Orochimaru's smirk grow.
"At least try to make this an interesting fight. Killing you wouldn't be as fun if I didn't actually work for it." Said Orochimaru, wanting the Hokage to try his best and see how far he's surpassed him.
All the while their Chakra continued flaring around them, with the air growing heavier from the pressure they were releasing. Before without warning, Orochimaru and Hiruzen rushed towards each other, the Sandaime throwing a shuriken at his former student before they both began going through handsigns.
"Shuriken Shadow Clone Jutsu!" Hiruzen said as his shuriken soon multiplied into dozens of shuriken, all rushing towards Orochimaru.
"Formation of Ten Thousand Snakes!" Said Orochimaru before opening his mouth wide open, with an innumerable amount of snakes shooting out into the air, soon forming a wall of snakes between him and the Hokage.
With the shuriken slicing through most of the snakes, until they opened their mouths with sword-like blades emerging that deflected the shuriken. Before the snakes then rushed towards Hiruzen, who quickly jumped back to avoid being stabbed or bitten by the snakes, while going through handsigns again.
"Earth Style: Mud Wall!" Hiruzen said, slamming his hands down on the roof, causing a massive stone wall to rise up, blocking the snakes from reaching him.
"Earth Style: Earth Flow Spears!" Said Hiruzen, going through handsigns again before slamming his hands on the wall, with stone spikes shooting out the other side and tearing through the wall of snakes and towards the Snake Sannin.
Only for Orochimaru to have already jumped to the other end of the barrier after releasing his snakes, smirking wickedly as he clapped his hands together.
"Now! Summoning: Impure World Resurrection!" Orochimaru said, causing the Sandaime's eyes to widen in shock before quickly jumping out from the behind the wall, seeing three coffins rising up from dark purple portals, two of which were already fully risen
'No! For him to use that technique and those he summoned…I must stop at least the third one!' Hiruzen thought, going through handsigns to prevent the third coffin from rising.
"Too late! Sound Wave Jutsu!" Said Orochimaru, creating a burst of soundwaves, with Hiruzen grunting and covering his ears from the high-pitched sound, allowing the third coffin to fully rise up.
"What will you do now, Sarutobi-sensei? When you aren't just fighting me, but them as well." Orochimaru said evilly as the coffin lids fell down, revealing who was inside all three.
"Orochimaru…I can't believe you would summon them." Hiruzen said while glaring at his former student, knowing this is where things really got difficult as he saw the three people in the coffins.
The first was an adult man with messy, auburn hair, dark eyes, two creases on the sides of his mouth, and a stern expression on his face. He wore a simple black jacket, matching black pants with mesh armour underneath, black Ninja sandals, and carried a small canister strapped to his hip.
The second was a fair-skinned man with silver, shaggy hair, red eyes, and three red markings on his face, one under each of his eyes and one on his chin. He wore blue armor made of connecting metal plates with a distinctive white fur collar over a simple black suit. Beneath his shoulder armour he wore two extra shoulder guards on each arm. This clothing was accompanied by black sandals and a happuri with Konoha's emblem engraved on it.
And the third is a tall man with tanned skin and dark eyes. He had waist-length black hair typically styled in a center-parted fringe that framed his face. He wore dark red armor made up of several plates worn over a simple black suit with black sandals, and a Konoha headband tied around his forehead.
Though one thing the three men all had in common were their black sclera in place of the normal white color.
While the Anbu outside the barrier looked at the three in shock, recognizing them as Hashirama Senju, Tobirama Senju, and Rasa. The Shodai Hokage, the Nidaime Hokage, and the Yondaime Kazekage.
"Tell me, what are you going to do now, Sandaime Hokage?" Orochimaru asked with a dark gleam shining in his eyes as Hashirama, Tobirama, and Rasa slowly came to their senses and stepped out of the coffins.
"We're…alive again. No, this is that technique of yours isn't it, Tobirama." Hashirama said, looking at his brother with a frown, with the Nidaime looking down at himself.
"So it would seem. And it looks like we've been brought back to fight you, Hiruzen." Said Tobirama, seeing their old student and how old he now looked.
"Is that really you, Saru?! You've really gotten old!" Said Hashirama, smiling at his old student despite the circumstances they were now in.
"Tobirama-sensei, Hashirama-sensei, I never thought I'd see the day I'd have to face against the two of you in such a manner. And Rasa, I now see what fate has befallen you for siding with Orochimaru." Hiruzen said, looking at the deceased Kazekage, with Rasa scowling before turning to the Snake Sannin.
"A mistake I've now come to regret. Orochimaru, you bastard! Betraying and killing me wasn't enough, now you seek to use me as your own puppet?!" Demanded Rasa, angry at the betrayal and his murder, along with now being brought back to fight for Orochimaru.
"Funny that you of all people would speak of betrayal, Rasa, when your entire career as a Kage was built upon betrayal. Using everyone around you, basing them on what they were worth and when their worth ran out, or if they had the potential to become a threat to your rule, regardless if that was actually their intention or not, you'd eliminate them. Like with Pakura, one of the strongest Ninja Sunagakure had produced, and how you sent her to die against Kirigakure, then cast the blame on Iwagakure. Then you betrayed your own wife and child, sealing Shukaku into your son before he was even born, killing your wife in the process, then sending your brother-in-law to his death against his own nephew. You were even willing to betray Konoha and join me to destroy it. Really, is it any surprise that after all your own betrayals, you've now felt its bite as well? And it's your own fault, trusting a snake not to bite you." Orochimaru said, with Rasa glaring murderously at him, while Hashirama and Tobirama frowned at this.
"It seems that no matter how much has time has passed, there will always be conflict and betrayal." Hashirama said sadly, having hoped that peace would eventually be created after his death.
"It's an unfortunate fact that there will always be those who seek conflict and destruction, brother. Hiruzen, no matter what it takes, you must stop us and hold nothing back." Said Tobirama, feeling that while they weren't at their strongest, they were still powerful enough to kill their successor.
"Yes, Tobirama-sensei, I'll ensure you three are returned to your rest." Hiruzen replied, before Orochimaru chuckled darkly before pulling out three kunai with three red talismans attached to them.
"Enough of the reunion, it's time to begin, and to make sure you three behave, here's something extra." Orochimaru said before shoving the kunai into the heads of Hashirama, Tobirama and Rasa, making the three Kage tense before gaining neutral expression as they were placed under the Snake Sannin's control.
"Now then, are you prepared Sarutobi-sensei? Prepared to face your own senseis, to either kill them yourself or die at their hands? Let's find out!" Said Orochimaru, making a handsign, causing Hashirama and Tobirama to begin walking forward, while a large amount of Gold Dust began flowing out of Rasa's canister.
"Gold Dust Drizzle!" Rasa said while making a handsign, causing the Gold Dust to gather together into dozens of small golden needles that all immediately shot towards the Sandaime.
With Hiruzen quickly jumping up into the air to avoid the golden needles, only to grunt as he raised his arms to block a kick from Hashirama. Before grabbing his former teacher's leg and throwing him back towards the roof, with Hashirama landing on his hands before flipping back onto his feet. While Tobirama immediately launched himself at Hiruzen, who tensed and prepared to block his attack.
Only for Tobirama to flip over Hiruzen, rushing to strike him in the back, with Hiruzen managing to turn in time and raise his arm, blocking a striking from the Nidaime. Blocking a second strike before ducking under a spin kick from Tobirama, moving back when he threw his leg out. Hiruzen grabbing Tobirama's leg when it was over his head before spinning the resurrected Senju around and throwing him towards Hashirama and Rasa.
"Alright, let it begin! Fire Style: Fire Dragon Bullet!" Hiruzen said going through handsigns before releasing a powerful blast of fire at the deceased Kage, consuming them in the flames.
"Water Style: Water Formation Wall!" Said Tobirama, making a handsign and forming a massive amount of water that swirled around him, Hashirama, and Rasa, blocking the flames.
"As to be expected from the Nidaime Hokage, your Water Style Ninjutsu truly is unrivaled." Orochimaru stated, seeing how easily Tobirama could create such a large amount of water without an existing source, before the two Jutsu soon cancelled each other out.
"Water Style: Water Colliding Wave!" Tobirama said, clapping his hands together before water began gathering together from the air and swirling around the resurrected Kage, until a giant vortex of water formed around them.
The Nidaime Hokage giving a shout as he directed the water into a massive wave, crashing down towards Hiruzen, with the Sandaime quickly going through handsigns at the sight of the wave.
"Earth Style: Mud Wall!" Said Hiruzen, spitting out a line of mud in front of him, that instantly shot up into the air as a giant stone wall blocking the wave.
Only for Tobirama to direct the wave of water around the wall, forcing Hiruzen to jump up to the top of the wall to avoid getting swept up by the rushing water.
"Water Style: Water Blade Jutsu!" Rasa said, going through handsigns and creating a column of water that formed into a high-pressured water blade, until it then transformed into the shape of a javelin.
The Kazekage grabbing the water javelin before throwing it straight at Hiruzen, with the Professor jumping out of the way, grunting when the water javelin managed to cut into his shoulder.
'I can use this!' Hiruzen thought, swiping his thumb across the cut before going through handsigns, just as Hashirama went through handsigns as well.
"Wood Style Secret Technique: Nativity of a World of Trees!" Hashirama said, with large roots bursting out of the roof and the stone wall, forming large trees and roots rushing to grab Hiruzen.
Hiruzen's eyes widened at the sight of the roots speeding towards him, knowing if he's grabbed then he's good as dead. With the Sandaime jumping up into the air to put some distance between him and the roots, jumping through the trees growing out of his Mud Wall. Moving fast enough before they can grab him until he manages to get back to the top of the wall and slam his hand down on it.
"Summoning Jutsu: Monkey King Enma!" Hiruzen said, creating a puff of smoke as he summoned his personal summon, the Monkey King Enma.
Enma's body and tail is covered by white fur which protrude from his sleeves and pants. He has long unkempt white hair that reached his back and long sideburns and a goatee. He wears a black suit with mesh armour underneath, over which he wears a sleeveless kimono-shirt with white fur trimmings, and markings reminiscent of tiger stripes on it, which is held closed by a red sash. Enma also wears a Konoha forehead protector.
"Hiruzen, why have you summoned me this time?" Enma said, looking at his summoner only to see their current surroundings before narrowing his eyes at Orochimaru, down on the roof along with the resurrected Kage.
Before Hashirama and Tobirama charged forward jumping into the air towards the two of them, with Enma letting out a roar before leaping at the Senju brothers. Blocking a punch from Hashirama while using his foot to grab Tobirama's leg when he tried delivering a spin kick to the Monkey King. With Enma then using Tobirama as a platform, along with sending the Nidaime crashing back down onto the roof. While grabbing Hashirama and propelling himself towards the stone wall, embedding the Shodai Hokage into it.
Only for Enma to quickly jump out of the way to avoid a wave of Gold Dust launched at him by Rasa, the Kazekage not taking his eyes off the summoned animal while directing his Gold Dust at him.
"Gold Dust Fists!" Rasa said before shaping his Gold Dust into several large fists which he launched towards Enma, forcing Enma to keep dodging, knowing he couldn't risk being touched by any of the Gold Dust.
"Earth Style: Earth Flow River!" Hiruzen said while jumping down and slamming his hands onto the roof, turning the ground beneath Rasa into mud and breaking his concentration, allowing Enma to rejoin his summoner.
"So, you have finally come to your senses and will at last kill the snake." Stated Enma, with Hiruzen nodding.
"Yes, it's finally time I corrected my mistake and I need your help old friend, the Adamantine Staff, quickly!" Hiruzen replied, needing his weapon to have a better chance at beating these four.
"Right! Transform!" Enma said, jumping into the air before being engulfed in a cloud of smoke, with the Adamantine Staff falling down into Hiruzen's waiting hands as he stared down his former student.
"Well now, it seems you've made things more interesting, Sarutobi-sensei." Said Orochimaru before stretching his mouth wide open, with a snake emerging and opening its mouth to reveal a sword hilt.
With his Kusanagi sword shooting out of the snake and into the air, the Snake Sannin catching it and smirked at the Sandaime.
"Be careful, Hiruzen. Even with my durability, a cut from the Kusanagi will still hurt." Enma warned, knowing that even in his current form the Kusanagi could still injure him.
"Of course, now to finish this! Let's go, Enma!" Hiruzen said before charging Orochimaru, with the Snake Sannin doing the same.
The Sandaime quickly jumping into the air, aiming his staff at Orochimaru before extending it straight towards him, with Orochimaru jumping out of the way as the staff smashed through the roof. Spinning around his staff, Hiruzen used his momentum as he retracted it, launching himself at Orochimaru. With the Snake Sannin raising his blade to block the strike and moved around his former teacher to slice him across the back.
Only for Hiruzen to spin his staff around, blocking the sword, before spinning the staff again to move the Kusanagi out of the way, slamming the Adamantine Staff across Orochimaru's face. The Snake Sannin grunting at the strike, before gritting his teeth when Hiruzen extended his staff again, slamming it into his chest and pushing him across the roof. Orochimaru's eyes widened when Enma began emerging from the staff, slashing his claws across the Sannin's body.
"I'll tear you to pieces, once and for all!" Enma roared as he began repeatedly striking Orochimaru only for the Missing-Nin to dissolve into mud, showing it was just an Earth Style: Shadow Clone.
With Orochimaru rising up from the roof behind Hiruzen, smiling wickedly before his blade rapidly extended to impale the Sandaime in the back. Before Hiruzen flipping up into the air, sensing his former student behind him, dodging the Kusanagi's blade before it could reach him.
Though before he could extend his staff to strike Orochimaru, Hiruzen grunted when Tobirama leapt at him and slammed his foot across his face. The resurrected Nidaime raising his arm and blocking the Adamantine Staff, when Hiruzen swung it at him before making a one-handed handsign.
"Water Style: Water Bullet Jutsu!" Tobirama said, releasing a blast of high-pressured water that slammed into Hiruzen, sending the Sandaime crashing into the roof and knocking the Adamantine Staff out of his hands.
"Gold Dust Shurikens!" Said Rasa having his Gold Dust form numerous shurikens he sent speeding at Hiruzen, with the Sandaime acting fast and dodging the projectiles.
Before jumping up into the air and going through handsigns, only to sense Hashirama appear behind him, the Shodai going through handsigns as well
"Wood Style: Smothering Binding Jutsu!" Said Hashirama, holding his arm out as it turned into wood before extending out towards Hiruzen, ensnaring him in multiple tree branches before he could dodge.
"He's mine to finish!" Orochimaru yelled, leaping towards his former teacher with the Kusanagi held above his head, intent to finish the Sandaime off himself.
Only for the Snake Sannin to be stopped when the Adamantine Staff flew through the air, striking him in the back before spinning around towards Hiruzen. The staff shattering the wooden bindings and freeing Hiruzen, who quickly reclaimed his staff.
"I won't die so easily, Orochimaru!" Stated Hiruzen as he began rapidly spinning the Adamantine Staff above his head, while extending both ends of it outwards.
The rapidly extending staff striking Rasa in the side, with Enma's arm appearing out of it and slapping an Explosive Tag on the Kazekage's back before he was sent flying across the roof. With Hiruzen then shrinking one end of the staff and slammed it down onto the roof, propelling himself into the air.
Flying through the air, Hiruzen raised his staff, blocking an uppercut from Tobirama and stomping his foot down on his former teachers face, placing an Explosive Tag on his neck as he did so. Before kicking off of Tobirama, dodging a kick from Hashirama as he did so until the Shodai began going through handsigns.
"Wood Style: Great Spear Tree!" Hashirama shouted causing several, massive and thick roots to burst out of the roof, all of them charging towards Hiruzen to impale and rip him apart.
"Fire Style: Fire Dragon Flame Bullet!" Said Hiruzen, tossing the Adamantine Staff into the air before going through handsigns.
With the Sandaime then expelling a large amount of flames from his mouth, which took the shape of a serpentine dragon, before dividing into three separate dragons. All three of the dragons roaring as they descended down towards the large roots, crashing right through them and incinerating the roots as they did so.
Before Hiruzen grabbed his staff once it fell back down towards him, having it rapidly extended behind him at an angle. The staff impacting the roof and launching Hiruzen straight towards Hashirama, spinning around his staff to dodge a strike from the Shodai. With the Adamantine Staff's other end rapidly extending and smashing into Hashirama's chest, sending the Senju flying up and slamming into the top of the barrier where he burst into flames.
The Sandaime then made a handsign, detonating the Explosive Tags on Tobirama and Rasa, destroying parts of their bodies and incapacitating them. Before he landed back on the roof, being forced to dodge a slash from the Kusanagi.
"Hidden Shadow Snake Hands!" Orochimaru said with snakes shooting out of his sleeve to bite the Hokage, only to be stopped by Enma's arm appearing from the staff and grabbing them.
With Enma's other arm appearing and wrapping around Orochimaru's throat, the Snake Sannin grunting as he tried breathing. Before quickly raising his sword back up to impale his former teacher, only for Hiruzen to grab the blade, grunting as it cut into his hand.
"I'm going to choke the life from you once and for all, Orochimaru! This time, there will be no escape!" Said Enma as one of his eyes opened on the Adamantine Staff and glared at the Snake Sannin.
"That is if I don't end the old man's life before you can." Orochimaru hissed while forcing his sword closer to Hiruzen's chest, the Hokage grunting as he tried holding the blade back.
Hiruzen glancing around at the resurrected Kage, gritting his teeth at seeing their bodies were already reforming from the damage done to them.
'I can't just destroy their bodies to end the Jutsu, they'll just keep reforming and they won't run out of Chakra either! I may not have a choice; I'll need to use the Reaper Death Seal!' Hiruzen thought, knowing that may be his only chance to defeating not only the three Kage, but Orochimaru as well.
But also knowing he'll only have one chance at it and will need to grab all four of them at once, if he had a chance at succeeding.
Though suddenly, Hiruzen and Orochimaru's eyes widened before their heads snapped towards outside the arena. Both of them sensing a large amount of Chakra being built up, which they recognized as Bijū's Chakra, which they sensed was coming from both Naruto and Gaara. Only for them to soon sense another energy, one that seemed much darker and wicked than the Bijū Chakra.
Followed by sensing dozens of Chakra signatures being wiped out an instant, surprising them even more at what could be happening. With the distraction giving them both a chance to break off from their stalemate and catch their breath.
"Orochimaru, what have you done?!" Hiruzen demanded, sensing how close Naruto and Gaara were, feeling that the latter seemed close to unleashing Shukaku as well.
"I'm afraid I can't take credit for this, Sarutobi-sensei. While I did intend for Gaara to unleash Shukaku, it was supposed to be only after he was outside the village, ensuring nothing would interrupt our fight. But it seems this is due to someone that's a thorn in both our sides, one you've had more than enough chances to deal with." Retorted Orochimaru, annoyed at how Danzō's interference could result in both Shukaku and the Kyūbi being unleashed.
"Danzō, I should have known he'd have a hand in this." Said Hiruzen with a scowl, swearing if he somehow survives this battle he's going to kill the warhawk once and for all.
"Yes, another problem I'll be dealing with after you. Sakon, Ukon, create an opening the barrier! Rasa, go deal with your wayward offspring, now!" Orochimaru ordered, knowing Rasa is the only one fully capable of restraining Gaara at the moment.
While also being sure that the Shodai and Nidaime Hokages would be more than enough to deal with his former teacher.
"Hai, Orochimaru-sama!" The twins said as they created an opening in the barrier, which Rasa flew through on a cloud of his Gold Dust, heading towards where he could sense Gaara.
But before they could close the barrier again, Danzō himself suddenly appeared and charged through the opening, along five ROOT Anbu. The sight making Hiruzen's and Orochimaru's eyes widen in shock, the former being even more shocked at the sight of Danzō's exposed right arm. Seeing the Sharingan implanted within it and Hashirama's face on his right shoulder. Along with the fact he had a Sharingan in place of his right eye, one with a Mangekyō Sharingan design that Hiruzen was quite familiar with.
"Danzō…what have you done?!" Hiruzen demanded, realizing he really should have killed Danzō years ago.
"I am doing what needs to be done for Konoha! Kotoamatsukami!" Danzō said, casting Kotoamatsukami on both Hashirama and Tobirama, breaking Orochimaru's control over them and placing them under his own control.
With the Senju brothers eyes widening as they regained some awareness of themselves, only to see another one of their former students, before seeing the eyes in Danzō's head and his right arm.
"Danzō? What…what is that? Where did you get those eyes?! What have you done to yourself?!" Said Hashirama, sensing his own Chakra flowing through his right arm, knowing that his own DNA was inside it from his face on Danzō's shoulder.
"Is this truly what has happened in our absence?! Experimenting on yourself, stealing the eyes of one of Konoha's founding clans, taking the DNA of the Shodai Hokage?! Is this what is considered necessary for Konoha?!" Tobirama said, scowling in anger at the sight of Danzō's arm and the stolen eyes.
"I have always done what's necessary for Konoha! I have followed your will, Tobirama-sensei! I now possess the power to control the Kyūbi with the Mokuton and Sharingan! And ensured that the Uchiha Clan could never threaten Konoha again, manipulating their own Clan Heir to becoming my willing pawn, ever since his days in the Academy! Controlling his decisions and rank, it was my doing that had the Uchiha Clan wiped out! And soon enough, the last Uchiha within Konoha's walls will be dead as well! This is the will you passed on Tobirama-sensei, to protect Konoha from all threats!" Retorted Danzō, making Tobirama's scowl intensify, while Hashirama looked at his brother with narrowed eyes.
"This is what you have done after my death, Tobirama? Filling your students heads with suspicion and paranoia of the Uchiha Clan?! And they have been all but wiped out?!" Hashirama said, angry and disappointed to learn the Uchiha Clan was basically gone, at the hands of his brothers own student.
"That was never my intentions! Only that they were meant to be watched should they become a true threat to the village! But the Uchiha Clan was necessary to protect Konoha from within! Not to…not to be wiped out by one of their own." Tobirama said, feeling ashamed of what his actions and prejudice have caused.
Having only desired to ensure another Madara wouldn't rise up, that didn't mean he wanted the entire Uchiha Clan wiped out. Knowing they still helped ensure Konoha was kept safe, and should the worse have happened, they would be capable of subduing enemy Jinchūriki that attacked the village. But he had ensured his students would still keep a close eye on the Uchiha Clan, to be prepared for a hint of treachery.
Only to now see and experience the results of his own actions, with him and his brother now being victims of them.
"If I'd known would you do, Danzō, what you would become…I would have taken your head, myself!" Tobirama said, glaring furiously at his former student, making Danzō scowl at what he perceived as his sensei betraying him.
"It would seem death has made you soft, Tobirama-sensei. No matter, once I've dealt with these traitors, the both of you shall once again serve Konoha under my command!" Retorted Danzō before turning towards Hiruzen and Orochimaru.
"Earth Style: Shadow Clone Jutsu!" Orochimaru said creating four Earth Style: Shadow Clones, that all rushed towards the corners of the barrier.
"Your four, deal with the Anbu, now!" Said Orochimaru, with the Sound Four quickly swapping places with the clones.
"Hai, Orochimaru-sama!" Said the Sound Four, charging towards the Anbu.
"Kill them now, then deal with clones!" Danzō ordered, with his ROOT Anbu rushing the Sound Four as well, while Orochimaru jumped over beside Hiruzen, who looked at him warily.
"What are you planning, Orochimaru?" Hiruzen said, not sure if he'd be able to fight Danzō, Orochimaru, and the first two Hokage at once.
"The enemy of my enemy is my friend, isn't that right, Sarutobi-sensei. And right now, I want that decrepit mummy dead far more than you, right now." Said Orochimaru, knowing they'd need to work together to defeat the three of them.
"As much as it pains me, the snake is right, Hiruzen. If there's one person you should have killed more than him, it's Danzō." Enma said, hating that Orochimaru was right, but knew if they were going to survive they'd need to work together.
"Very well, together then, one last time." Hiruzen stated, getting into a stance, with Orochimaru doing the same.
"Wood Style: Wood Dragon Jutsu!" Hashirama said, going through handsigns before a massive wooden serpentine dragon burst out from the roof and charged towards Hiruzen and Orochimaru.
Jumping up into the air, Hiruzen aimed his staff at the dragons head before extending it, smashing right through the wooden construct. With Orochimaru landing on top of the Adamantine Staff before running along its length, with Tobirama jumping up onto the Wood Dragon and running towards him while going through handsigns.
"Water Style: Water Severing Wave!" Tobirama said as he unleashed a high-pressured stream of water at the Snake Sannin, slicing right through anything in its path, with Orochimaru quickly jumping out of the way before making one-handed handsigns.
"Wind Style: Sword of the Wind Count!" Orochimaru said while channeling Wind Chakra through the Kusanagi before swinging it, unleashing a sharp wave of compressed wind towards Tobirama.
"Fire Style: Phoenix Sage Fire Jutsu!" Said Hiruzen, going through handsigns before expelling multiple mini fireballs that hit the wave of wind, strengthening their power.
"Water Style: Water Formation Wall!" Said Tobirama releasing a large amount of water, forming a wall in front of him, Hashirama, and Danzō.
"Wind Style: Vacuum Sphere!" Danzō said, inhaling deeply before expelling several small blasts of Wind Chakra in multiple directions, managing to cut through Hiruzen's fireballs and disrupt Orochimaru's wave of wind.
With the Water Formation Wall completely extinguishing the fire, only for it to reveal that shuriken had been hidden within them, shuriken that were covered in Explosive Tags.
"Wood Style: Wood Locking Wall!" Hashirama said after getting in front of Danzō and Tobirama, going through handsigns with roots shooting up on either side of them, forming a wooden dome.
The shuriken impacting the dome before detonating, with the dome managing to hold against them until the Adamantine Staff suddenly smashed right through it. Allowing Hiruzen and Orochimaru to rush through the dome, the Snake Sannin bending backwards to avoid a kick from the Nidaime. Before he then swung the Kusanagi, cutting off Tobirama's leg and smashing his foot into Tobirama's face, sending him flying back.
While Hiruzen flipped over a punch from Hashirama, blocking a kunai from Danzō with his staff before grabbing Hashirama by his armor and throwing him against the warhawk. Aiming the Adamantine Staff at them, Hiruzen immediately extended the staff, slamming it into Hashirama, pushing both him and Danzō back.
"Formation of Ten Thousand Snakes!" Orochimaru said opening his mouth wide open, unleashing a massive amount of snakes that rushed towards the resurrected Hokage and Danzō, opening their mouths with blades extending out of them.
"Fire style: Fire Dragon Flame Bullet!" Said Hiruzen, going through handsigns before expelling a large amount of flames into the air, which took the shape of a single massive dragon that dived down towards the trio.
With the three of them being trapped as the wall of snakes fell down towards them and the fire dragon diving down from above.
"Wood Style Secret Technique: Nativity of a World of Trees!" Hashirama said, making Hiruzen's and Orochimaru's eyes widened before gigantic roots and trees burst out from the roof, turning the inside of the barrier into a miniature forest.
"Adamantine Prison Wall!" Said Enma, quickly cloning himself multiple times, forming a lattice box around Hiruzen and Orochimaru before they were crushed by the trees.
"Thank you Enma, if not for you, we'd likely be dead now." Hiruzen said.
"Tsk, it won't do us any good to be trapped in a box without a plan." Retorted Orochimaru, with one of Enma's eyes opening up and glaring at the Snake Sannin.
"Then why don't you release that accursed Jutsu to send the Shodai and Nidaime back the Pure Lands?! Then it will just be Danzō and you to deal with!" Enma said, eager for the chance to just have Orochimaru and Danzō left.
"Wonderful suggestion, except I can't! He used Kotoamatsukami on them both, breaking my control and the Jutsu! It hasn't been perfected yet, which is why I required the talismans to control them, but the moment Danzō interfered he broke the connection. Now the only way to defeat them is sealing them away." Orochimaru said, making Hiruzen frown at this, since it now really did leave them with just one choice.
"Then there is only one thing left to do. Danzō! It's time this finally ends, I will bury you and your wretched beliefs once and for all!" Declared Hiruzen, grabbing the Adamantine Staff as the replicas vanished.
"The only ones who shall be buried are you, Hiruzen! You and everyone else who betrays Konoha! Wind Style: Vacuum Blade!" Danzō said, infusing multiple shuriken with Wind Chakra increasing their size and cutting power, before throwing them at Hiruzen and Orochimaru.
"Earth Style: Mud Wall!" Hiruzen said, going through handsigns before spitting out a line of mud which rose up into a large stone wall.
"Earth Style: Earth and Stone Dragon!" Said Orochimaru, slamming his hands onto the wall, causing a large stone dragon to burst out the other side, smashing through the shuriken and charging towards Danzō, Hashirama, and Tobirama, forcing the three to get out of the way.
"Now, I'll finish this! Shadow Clone Jutsu!" Said Hiruzen, making a handsign and creating two Shadow Clones, mentally cursing that he could only create two to still have enough Chakra.
'Between Orochimaru and Danzō…Danzō is the bigger threat and must be eliminated at all costs.' Hiruzen thought, knowing between the two, Danzō would be the one who'd bring more ruin to the world instead of Orochimaru.
And at least this way, he'd know that Konoha would be free from the biggest threat within its walls.
"You've truly grown old, Hiruzen, wasting your Chakra on Shadow Clones." Danzō stated, believing his old rival cost himself the battle.
"No, I've merely done what's necessary to ensure your permanent end." Hiruzen said before he quickly began flipping through handsigns, the combination of which shocking Enma and Orochimaru.
'Is he really going to use that?!' Enma thought, realizing the Jutsu Hiruzen intended to use on Danzō and the resurrected Kage.
'You were planning to use that on me, weren't you, Sarutobi-sensei? Well I suppose Danzō's interference is good for something, after all.' Thought Orochimaru, relieved he'll be spared such a fate, knowing that Danzō was the priority at the moment.
"Prepare yourself Danzō, I may die this day, but nothing will stop me from bringing you with me! Dead Demon Consuming Seal!" Hiruzen said as he and his clones clapped their hands together, before everyone felt a cold a chill going down them.
While the Sandaime heard an inhuman screech and laughter behind him, making him glance behind him and see what he'd summoned.
A translucent, gaunt specter with a demonic visage. It is much larger than an average human, possessing long, shaggy, white hair, from which two red horns protrude, as well as purple-colored skin. It is draped in a large white kimono and carries a set of prayer beads in its left hand. Along with having a tanto in its mouth, which was filled with sharp, jagged teeth, and a very long, almost serpentine tongue.
'The Shinigami, the very thing Minato summoned all those years ago, visible only to the one who summons it.' Hiruzen thought, the Shinigami seeming to hear his thoughts and looked right at the Sandaime.
"Whatever you're planning to do Hiruzen, it won't work. This battle is over and I have won, Konoha will be mine and soon the rest of the world will be under my control!" Danzō declared, only for Hiruzen to look at him with a determined expression.
"You're forgetting one thing Danzō, Konoha is my home! And as Hokage, I am entrusted with its protection to all those who'd threaten it! And you Danzō, have been a threat I have left alone for far too long! If you seek to bring Konoha to ruin, then it will only be after I lay dead on the ground!" Retorted Hiruzen, refusing to let his old rival destroy Konoha and the rest of the world in his mad pursuit of power.
"Bringer-of-Darkness Jutsu!" Tobirama said, making a handsign before the entire area was covered in complete darkness, with Hiruzen and Orochimaru tensing and looking around, unable to see anything in the empty, black void.
"Many Hidden Shadow Snake Hands!" Said Orochimaru, throwing his arms out, unleashing dozens of snakes from his sleeves in every direction to try and keep the trio back.
Only to grunt in pain when he was struck in the back, Hiruzen having similar difficulties as he raised his arms to block the strikes coming at him.
"Foolishness Hiruzen! You have only ever been an obstacle, getting in the way of Konoha was truly meant to be! Konoha was created to stand above the rest of these insolent fools that dare to challenge its might! To rise higher than any other, becoming the sole power in the world! That is what Konoha was always meant to become and I will see that it achieves that purpose! You will become little more than a footnote in the history that I will carve out in this world, forming the all-encompassing Konoha Empire!" Danzō declared, as Hiruzen and Orochimaru were struck repeatedly by their hidden opponents.
"Hmph, you never understood that it's far more than some "power in the world". It is a place where every year, Shinobi are born, raised, grow old, fight, and die to protect their home." Hiruzen said, grunting as he blocked the strikes, while remembering and thinking of everyone he's known and experienced.
His teammates and teachers, his own students, his successor and his family, his son and grandson, becoming Hokage, and every Ninja he's seen born, grow, and train to protect Konoha. Even those he failed and the mistakes he made, refusing to stop Danzō when he had the chance, letting Orochimaru escape, not seeing what Jiraiya was becoming, not doing more to help the Uchiha Clan and Itachi. And failing to do more for Naruto, to help him when he needed it, only to push the boy away.
He thought of everything that he's experienced, fighting in two wars, raising a family, becoming Hokage a second time, and now willing to give his life to defend everyone and everything he cares for. The Sandaime remembered all of it, knowing he wouldn't be able to fix all of his mistakes, but wouldn't give up now, not when he still had to protect him home.
"These people are precious to me. We share a home, we share a life, and though we may not share ties of blood…they are precious to me! They are my family!" Declared Hiruzen, panting as he grew more tired with each strike, but refused to fall.
"I am only one of a long line! I carry this title in trust for those Hokage who came before and those who will come after! I am the Sandaime Hokage! Even if you kill me Danzō, I will never stop until my home and family are safe from those that would destroy them!" Hiruzen shouted, with Orochimaru looking at his former teacher in disbelief and even slight amazement.
'Sarutobi-sensei…' Orochimaru thought, only to sense something about to reach the Sandaime.
"…You're truly a fool Hiruzen." Stated Danzō, appearing right behind Hiruzen with a kunai coated in Wind Chakra and prepared to stab his old rival in the back.
Only for both of them to be shocked, when Orochimaru actually got between them and was stabbed through the chest by the warhawk.
"Orochimaru?!" Said Hiruzen in shock and disbelief that the Snake Sannin would protect him, with Orochimaru turning to look at him.
"Tsk, don't think this changes anything. Unlike you, I can survive this, and no one gets to kill you but me you old fool." Orochimaru retorted, only to gasp as his eyes widened when Danzō suddenly slammed his palm onto his chest.
"How ironic, in the end even you were nothing but a sentimental fool, Orochimaru." Danzō said as he made a handsign, activating the seal he just placed on Orochimaru.
The Snake Sannin gagging as he fell to his knees, as he suddenly began feeling his connection to all of his Curse Marks be severed. Feeling the parts of his soul within each of them being destroyed, until finally the only piece left was himself.
'I'm…dying?' Thought Orochimaru in realization of what's happening, realizing that he's actually dying.
"I had this seal made just for you Orochimaru, ever since you began developing your Curse Marks and seeking immortality, I worked on a means that when the time came, I can finally eliminated you for good. You were a fine asset, but now you are merely a loose end that has finally been dealt with." Danzō said, before preparing to deal with Hiruzen.
Only for the warhawk to cry out and clutch his Sharingan Arm as he felt a sudden striking pain in it, before watching in horror as his arm began rotting away. Danzō immediately turned back towards Orochimaru as the Snake Sannin laughed darkly, while making a handsign.
"Oh Danzō…the only fool here, is you. You were so greedy for power, the power to control the Kyūbi, not caring where it came from, even from me. That was your last mistake, to be foolish enough to accept a gift from a snake, one filled with venom!" Said Orochimaru, looking up at the warhawk with a mad grin on his face, while Danzō's arm continued to rot away.
"I could have done this at any time, but I wanted to wait to see that look on your face. The horror, the shock, the despair as your greatest power withers away! Even better as you feel the poison spread through the rest of your body, until nothing is left but infected rot!" Orochimaru said eagerly, with Danzō's horror growing at seeing the rot was spreading over the rest of his arm and towards his body.
"No! No, no, no, no, NO! Damn you to hell Orochimaru!" Shouted Danzō as he quickly cut off his arm before it could infect the rest of his body.
"Hmhmhmhmhmhm, I would say I'll see you there, but where you're going…you'll wish for something as merciful…as hell…" Said Orochimaru before his body collapsed to the ground.
"Yes, he will." Hiruzen stated, lunging forward and grabbing Danzō before he could escape, with his clones soon managing to grab both Hashirama and Tobirama as well, dispelling the darkness around them.
"Release me at once Hiruzen, now!" Danzō yelled, thrashing around to try and escape, only to freeze in horror when he saw two ghostly hands covered in Curse Marks emerging from Hiruzen's clones stomachs and entering Hashirama and Tobirama.
"Wh-what is this?! What Jutsu are you using Hiruzen?!" Demanded Danzō, his horror growing as he saw Hashirama's and Tobirama's souls being extracted from their bodies.
"Thank you, Hiruzen, you've done well." Hashirama said, smiling at their old student.
"And please, forgive me for leaving you to correct my mistakes." Said Tobirama, smiling as well, with their bodies beginning to break apart.
"There's nothing to forgive, Hashirama-sensei, Tobirama-sensei. They were my mistakes, alone, to correct. It's I who must ask for forgiveness, for what I have done and must do now. Seal!" Hiruzen said as he sealed away Hashirama's and Tobirama's souls in his clones, leaving only Danzō.
Grunting as he felt the Shinigami's arm go through his stomach, Danzō cried out in shock, horror, and pain as he felt his soul being ripped out.
"NO! NO, STOP THIS NOW HIRUZEN! STOP THIS NOW!" Yelled Danzō, desperate to try and escape, with Hiruzen not letting up his grip.
"This is the end, Danzō. The both of us, we are part of a time that's long since passed, we've lived longer than most people in this world. But now it's time for us to go, to entrust things to the next generation." Said Hiruzen, with Danzō crying out only to soon fall silent as the last of his soul soon left his body.
The Sandaime grunting as Danzō's soul was sealed away within him, completing his contract with the Shinigami, and now it's time for the price to be paid.
"Hiruzen!" Enma shouted, transforming back and rushing over to his summoner, catching him before he hit the ground.
"Enma…it's done." Said Hiruzen, Enma nodding as he looked at the dead bodies around them, seeing that the Sound Four and ROOT Anbu had all killed each other.
"Yes, it's over Hiruzen, you've done it." Said Enma, making the Sandaime smile.
"Good…" Hiruzen said before looking at Orochimaru's body.
'We will meet in another world, my apprentice…' Thought Hiruzen before turning his gaze up towards the sky.
'Where the tree leaves dance…one shall find flames…the fire's shadow will illuminate the village…and once again tree leaves shall bud anew.' Hiruzen thought as he closed his eyes for the last time, with Enma bowing his head.
"A fitting end, for one who has mastered the way of the Shinobi." Enma stated, laying Hiruzen down on the roof before vanishing in a puff of smoke.
While Orochimaru's death resulted in his Earth Style: Shadow Clones melting away, finally getting rid of the barrier, allowing the Anbu to quickly rush in. Only for them to find the bodies of the ROOT Anbu, Danzō, the Sound Four, Orochimaru, and the Sandaime Hokage. The sight making them kneel down and bow their heads at the death of their leader.
"Let's gather Hokage-sama's body along with the others. There's still an invasion and we must defend the village." Said the Anbu captain, with his squad nodding in agreement.
Before the Anbu quickly gathered all the bodies and sealed them away, before rushing off the Kage Booth to deal with the remaining invaders. All of them unaware of what else had just taken place in another part of the village and what will come from it.
So, what did you think, good. Yep we see the Sandaime Hokage and Orochimaru facing off, with things going the same as canon up until Orochimaru brings out the Kage, succeeding in summoning not only Hashirama and Tobirama, but Rasa as well, leading to a much more difficult battle against three Kage and Orochimaru. Only for things to further change as they sense both Shukaku and the Kyūbi's Chakra, along with another darker power that's wiping several people out, leading to Orochimaru sending Rasa to subdue Gaara, which gives Danzō the chance to enter the barrier with his ROOT guards, taking control of Hashirama and Tobirama with Kotoamatsukami, with both of them expressing their disappointment in their former student at seeing what he's done. With this leading to Sarutobi and Orochimaru working together against the three while the Sound Four deal with the ROOT Anbu, until Sarutobi is forced to use the Dead Demon Consuming Seal to seal Danzō, Hashirama, and Tobirama. Finally we see Orochimaru also meeting his end thanks to a seal Danzō developed, using the Snake Sannin as a medium to destroy the soul fragments within the Curse Marks, though not before Orochimaru plays his own trick and destroys Danzō's arm robbing him of Izanagi, ending with Sarutobi sealing away Hashirama, Tobirama, and Danzō within the Shinigami's stomach before joining them. All the while another fight was taking place, one that will have even more shocking revelations and surprises. So, for those that like the story, thanks for your support.
