Author's Note: Heya guys - Sorry. This chapter was meant to be posted on time on the 24th Feb but I felt really sick and queasy so I just went to bed without finishing it. Then, I just got super unmotivated over the course of weeks. But, it's here and all done. Hope you like it. Next chapter will be posted 31st March and it shall be a Gar & Rae specific one, just to give you a small hint.

Also, this hasn't been 100% proofread but it's good enough to be posted for now. I'll go over it properly tomorrow or something. It's also a little repetitive but that obviously can't be helped, given the concept of this chapter.

Side thing for readers; thanks for suggestions of videos etc. I see the comments but don't take it personally if I don't like... do your idea immediately. I might do some, I might not. I have a whole list of stuff I'm planning to do anyway. But, I'm grateful for the suggestions. There's been some really great ones but, please don't DM loads of ideas etc or ask why I haven't done an idea or that. I already have the fic planned; any suggestions are just extras I'll try to slip in, if i want something different.

Note to any 'Counting The Days: Bound' readers btw; if you head over to my Tumblr which is just: nightglider124 'and then . tumblr . com (without spaces)' - The pinned post on there is explaining what I am planning to do with Bound. I'm not abandoning it or anything but I've decided I want to have it be more solid before I start posting it again. Hope you understand. It shall come but it just might not be as soon as we thought.

Who Knows Who Better? (Gar VS Raven)

Uploaded by Gar Logan

24th February 2021

Length: 00:39:44

Gar beamed up at the lens of the camera, as he grappled with the device, holding it at arm's length but trained on his face. There was a flash of the kitchen behind him, the cabinets and counters peeping out from behind his form.

"Whaaat's up, guys! It's me, ya boi, Gar and welcome back to my channel!" He cheered, shuffling across the room slightly to reveal the two he was with.

Raven and Vic appeared in shot, just over Gar's shoulder and they both glanced up at the same time. Vic grinned and saluted the camera whilst Raven just offered a small, polite smile and moved her hand until it rested on her hip.

"As you can see, I'm at home with Vic and Rae today!" Gar pointed out, "And we're gonna be doing something… a little different."

He cleared his throat and rolled his shoulders back, his grin broadening so much, it was a wonder if he ever did not smile.

"So, recently, it was Valentine's Daaay." He sang, taking a few steps backwards and wrapping an arm around Raven's shoulders to tug her to him, "I hope you guys all got the lovin' you wanted or deserved or whatever. Tell them what we did, Rae."

Raven allowed a small bashful smile to creep across her face, "Gar bought me a book of poetry I'd been looking at over the past few months. He also got me chocolates and a special herbal tea collection. Then, we watched a horror movie on Netflix with Taco Bell."

"And what was it you called it?" Gar prompted, clearly proud of the date he had set up for their Valentine's day.

She minutely shook her head at her boyfriend and playfully rolled her dark eyes, "The best date I've had."

Gar leaned away and pumped his fist into the air, "BOOM! Yeah it was, babe. You are so welcome, having me for a boyfriend."

Raven crossed her arms over her chest but smirked, nonetheless whilst Vic watched the two of them and Gar's antics with an amused smile teasing his own lips.

His arm slid away from her but his grin remained in place as his eyes focused on the camera once more, "So, since it was Valentine's Day, I had an idea for a video. It's obviously a little later but it's here anyway." Gar paused and pressed the palms of his hands together, "As a couple, I like to think we know each other pretty dang well. And, with that in mind, I had an idea for a 'Who Knows Who Better' type of thing or like a… 'Mr & Mrs' type of quiz. The aim is to ask questions and then hold up an answer each to see if we both got it right and then see how well we scored together at the end."

Gar shifted slightly and leaned into Vic's side, "And since I can't be the judge or question master of mine and Raven's questions, Vic has agreed to hang out and do it for us."

Vic smirked and lifted his index and middle fingers to salute towards Gar's viewers, "I also happen to be the only other person in the house. And, I'm not doing anything so…" He chuckled,

"We appreciate it, either way." Gar shrugged before he quirked a brow towards the camera, "Okay, so I'm gonna go and get the tripod and get the camera all set up. I'll be back in just a sec, with Raven and Vic."

With that, Gar cupped a hand over the lens and sent the image into darkness.

Gar smirked and waved his hand in the direction of the camera, from where he was sat on a high stool on the outer side of the kitchen island. The camera was completely still and was clearly suspended high enough up that it would capture all of their interactions to come.

"There we go; we are all set up and ready." Gar announced, flashing a smile at Vic who was perched on the stool beside him, effectively sat between the couple. Raven offered the camera a small smile in response from where she was sitting at the end of the trio's line.

Behind them, the rest of the kitchen could be seen, including the huge dining table that sat in the middle of the room, with all the matching chairs tucked in around it.

The daylight from the kitchen windows poured into the room, basking everything in the winter kissed sunshine. It illuminated the kitchen, as well as the hallway through the archway, revealing a small portion of the main room and the staircase as well.

"Oookay, so now that everything is all set up and ready, I can explain this to you guys a little more. Vic is gonna ask us 15 questions in total and the questions will either be about mine and Rae's relationship or questions about each other as individuals which in theory, the other person should know. I should point out that the questions are randomly selected from a hat and Vic pulled out 15 before we started recording." Gar mentioned, pointing towards the small plastic bowl full of folded paper slips that was placed right under Vic's nose.

"So, when Vic reads a question, Rae and I will both have to give an answer. We'll do that by writing it down on these little whiteboards we both have." Gar continued, waving his small board up in the air to demonstrate, "We'll write the answers down in secret and have some kinda faith in the other person that we get it right."

Raven pressed her lips together and idly tapped her purple dry wipe pen against the edge of the counter, passively waiting for this little game of theirs to start.

"Hopefully that makes sense to you guys at home." Gar paused and glanced between Raven and Vic as well, "Does that make sense to you two?"

His girlfriend nodded whilst Vic yawned, "Yeah, think so. I read a question, you two write your answers and then show me and I tell you if ya'll are right or wrong."

"Exactly."

Vic gave him a thumbs up and smiled broadly, as if sarcastically, "Then I got it, man."

Gar nodded and reached for the whiteboard in front of him, as well as the green pen, shooting a daring smile at Raven who followed suit and picked her board up as well.

Clearing his throat, Vic tugged the bowl full of questions closer to the edge and dug his fingers into it, drawing out the very first question but not before muttering, "You two ready for this?"

"Sure." Raven replied,

"We're gonna ace it." Gar boasted, whilst Vic snorted and shrugged his shoulders as if to say, 'we'll see about that'.

"Alright… first question… What is your partner's middle name?"

He lowered the scrap of paper and lifted a brow, looking between the two of them.

Raven immediately started to scribble something upon her whiteboard, the poker face she wore giving nothing away to either boy.

Gar's brows knitted together for a moment in what appeared to be confusion before he shrugged and picked his whiteboard up as well and scrawled his answer in thick, green ink.

When the two of them placed their pens down on the counter but held their whiteboards to their chests, Vic smirked, "You both wrote down your answers?" He queried, earning a nod from each of them, "Okay, let's see em'."

Raven turned her board around first, revealing she had put down, 'Mark'.

Gar grinned and blew her an air kiss before he spun his board around to show, 'She doesn't have one! :) '

Laughing to herself, Raven nodded and shrugged her shoulders, "I mean, he's right. I don't have a middle name."

Vic smirked and noted down their first win on the notebook sitting at the edge of the counter, closest to Vic's broad chest.

"Good start, lovebirds." He teased but his forehead creased and he peered at Gar, "So… do I score you guys individually or as a team then?"

"As a team. So, we gotta depend on knowing each other enough to get the point. Like, if I got a question right but Rae got it wrong-"

"Unlikely." Raven snorted,

"- then we don't get the point. See what I mean?" Gar clarified as he shot his girlfriend a playful look.

Vic nodded in understanding and popped the pencil he was using down beside the notebook as he prepared to read another question aloud.

He rummaged around in the bowl of questions and slipped one out and unfolded it, "What is your partner's favorite food?"

Raven chewed on her lower lip and seemed pensive on that question, lightly tapping her pen against the whiteboard as she mulled her answer over in her head before committing to it and writing it down.

Gar paused for a single second before he hesitantly started writing his answer down, staring at his words for a long stretch of time, even after he had put his pen down. Nodding to himself, Gar looked over at Raven, waiting for her to finish.

Raven smiled slightly as she stared back at Gar, seemingly trying to decide on something. She exhaled noisily and dragged her pen across the board to write out her answer.

"Ready?" Vic asked as Raven drew her pen away and held it between her fingers.

She nodded whilst Gar gave him a jovial thumbs up, apparently confident in his answer.

"Ite. Turn ya boards around." Vic requested, looking between them to see who would show their answer off first,

Gar twisted his around and winced as his board displayed the answer, 'Waffles' which he now seemed to be questioning the wisdom of.

Raven blinked once before she smiled and nodded her head, "I do love them, yeah."

Vic narrowed his eyes, "But are they your favorite?"

She gave him a bland look, "Vic, you see me eat waffles almost every day."

"It's mainly the berries and other fruits you shove on top of the waffles, actually." Vic protested,

Raven lifted her shoulders, "I've got to add healthy in there somewhere."

"So, I'm right… right?" Gar checked, his eyes hopeful,

She smiled, "Yes, Gar. Your answer's right."

"Woo!" He cheered, scrubbing it off of the board with the back of his sleeve.

"Your turn, baby doll." Vic prompted,

Raven inhaled a deep breath and turned her board to show what she had written being, 'Tofu'. Her dark gaze was intense as she directed it towards Gar, hoping she was right on this one.

Gar's whole face brightened and he grinned, "Ey! Yeah, Rae. You got it!"

"I couldn't decide between Tofu or like… salad…" She confessed, rubbing her answer away with her sleeve.

"We're doing amazing, babe." Gar stated,

Vic snickered and eyed Gar, "You're 2 questions in, man."

"And we ain't got none wrong so far!" Gar countered,

The older man smirked and tilted his head to the side, "Mmkay… next one's coming up…" Vic paused, "What color is your partner's toothbrush?"

Gar burst into laughter, his shoulders shaking with mirth, "What? That's honestly the question?"

Vic nodded as he dropped the slip of paper he had just read from, right beside the bowl of the other ones.

"I know yours." Raven taunted, giving him a look to challenge whether or not he knew what color her one was.

With that, she started scribbling down her answer, a picture of smug as she hid the side of her whiteboard with her answer against her chest and let the pen clatter against the countertop. She smirked in Gar's direction, her eyes scrutinizing him and what he was going to write.

Gar squinted his eyes at her, as if willing himself to know the answer just by staring at his girlfriend's face. After a moment, he pursed his lips but slowly wrote down an answer on his board before he too, dropped the pen onto the countertop, without saying a single word.

"You done?" Vic asked, directing the question more so towards Gar, since he finished writing last.

"Yup. I'm done." Gar answered, refusing the urge to smile even though the corners of his lips kept quirking upward slightly.

"Turn em' round, guys." Vic instructed,

They both did as asked, with Raven revealing her answer just a fraction of a second before Gar did, which read, 'Green'.

Gar chuckled, "Yeah, it's green."

Raven smirked, "I know, since it sits there most of the time."

"I forget sometimes, okay?" Gar responded, "And besides, at least if I'm in a rush, I swig the mouthwash. Also, there is no point in doing your teeth before breakfast. It makes no sense."

Vic blinked at the two of them and scoffed, "I can tell this is a recurring conversation between you two."

Raven giggled quietly, "More than you would think, actually."

Gar waved his hand dismissively, "Alright, alright…"

He turned his board around to show what he believed was the color of Raven's toothbrush and her eyes lit up after seeing, 'Black' scrawled across the thing.

"That's right." Raven approved,

"For a long time, I thought it was blue but then I thought back to last night when you came outta the bathroom, brushing your teeth and you listened to me talking about the new controller I ordered."

"That's such a weird time for you to notice but… I'm not complaining. It means we got another point."

Vic nodded and scribbled the point down in the notebook before he pinched a folded slip of paper from the bowl and opened it up to read the question.

"Alright… next one, guys… How old was your partner when they had their first kiss?" Vic parroted, dropping it into his pile of previously read questions.

Raven's eyes fell to her whiteboard as she considered her answer.

Gar, on the other hand, was fairly vocal in his confusion, "Oh man, I can never remember how old you said you were. I've got like… two ages in my head."

She smiled as she picked up her purple marker and started writing down the age, she believed to be Gar was when he had his first kiss. Raven hid a yawn behind her freehand before she used it to lean on, against the counter as she waited for Gar.

He bit down on his bottom lip, his brows furrowing together as time ticked on. Gar tilted his head left and right, clearly trying to decide what he should put down.

Gar groaned as he scooped up his green marker and scratched a number down upon it, his expression apprehensive as he lifted his chin to look between Vic and Raven.

"Have you got your final answer there, Gar?" Vic asked, smirking and taking immense joy in Gar's nervous state.

"I really wanna get the point, man." Gar murmured, tightly gripping the edge of his whiteboard,

Vic chuckled and looked at Raven, nodding to her since she was the first to get her answer down on the board. She turned it around to show it to the boys and waited for Gar's confirmation of his age.

Her board read, '13'.

Gar slowly nodded his head at her but took a brief moment to comment, "I'd like to point out, I just about class that as my first kiss. It was at a school dance and I had a dance with this girl who like… mashed her lips against mine." He shuddered and pouted his lips, "I'm so glad that your kisses are 10/10, Rae."

She laughed and shook her head, wiping the number from her board with her fingertips, "You're welcome. Now, turn your board around."

He swallowed and did as she asked, spinning it around to reveal his answer, '16'.

Gar squirmed, "Is that… right?"

Raven tilted her head to the side before she gave him a simple shake of her head, "Sorry, Gar. We don't get the point."

"Ah, shit!" He cursed, laughing a little, "Was it 14?"

"Mhm." She replied, watching as he scrubbed his answer away.

"Damn it. I was between 14 and 16." He grumbled, letting his head fall back against his shoulders, "My bad."

Raven smiled, "It's okay. We've got other questions to answer."

He matched her expression and nodded, turning his head towards Vic, "Next one, Vic?"

His best friend dipped his hand into the bowl of papers again and pulled one out, "You got it, man." Vic replied, unfolding the paper to read, "Where was your partner born?"

Gar beamed, "Oh! This one I definitely know."

Diving down towards the whiteboard in his hands, Gar scribbled down his answer in lightning speed, earning a small bashful smile from Raven as she too returned her attention to the board she held and wrote her answer.

"Wow, you two both went into writing mode super quick." Vic chuckled, placing the slip of paper with the question on into the used pile of paper, "You guys ready to share?"

Gar nodded and took the initiative to turn his board around first, revealing, 'Azarath'.

"Do you remember where Azarath is?" Raven asked, smirking slightly,

He matched her expression and playfully narrowed his eyes at her, "Of course. It's on the outskirts of India. You were born there but your mom moved to Gotham when you were still a baby, then you grew up and met us when you moved again to Jump."

Raven's pale cheeks filled with a pink tinge, surprised that he remembered that so well.

Vic chuckled and gently nudged her shoulder, "Rae? Your answer?"

She spun her board around to show them where she had written, 'Africa'.

Gar gave her a teasing grin, "Do you remember exactly where I was born?"

Raven narrowed her eyes at him and straightened up in her seat, "You were born in Congo while your parents were doing research work in that part of the continent. Then, when you were 6 years old, your parents moved you back to America and you've lived in Jump since."

He beamed, "Raaae! We know each other so well."

She laughed and shook her head as they simultaneously rubbed their answers away whilst Vic scratched another point down on his notebook, "You guys have 4 points so far, by the way."

Gar nodded, "So, 10 more questions then."

Vic dropped his chin, affirming what Gar had said. He reached into the bowl of paper and withdrew a small folded up slip. He opened it up and stared down at the words,

"If your partner could only take one thing to a deserted island, what would it be?"

Gar blew a raspberry and rolled his eyes, immediately putting his pen on the whiteboard and scrawling his answer. Raven smiled and copied his actions, minutely shaking her head as she dragged the pen around the board to write.

"Okie doke guys; show yer boards." Vic told them, drumming his hands against the edge of the counter,

Raven spun hers around first, revealing that she had written, 'Probably his Switch + Zelda/Mario Bros'.

Gar's cheeks puffed up as he held onto his laughter before it poured from his throat and he placed a hand on his stomach, "Dude! How'd you know!?"

"Because I know you." Raven retorted, "But, it begs the question, what would you do once the battery dies? Deserted islands don't exactly have power sockets."

"Duh, I would have built a coconut raft to get home by then, Rae."

She rolled her eyes, "Right. Obviously."

"Your turn, Grass stain. Spin it around." Vic prompted,

Gar did as he asked and twisted the board around to show his answer reading, 'A Book'.

Raven smirked, "A Book?"

"Mhm. Am I right?" Gar laughed,

"Yeah. I'd always take a book." She admitted,

Gar punched his fist into the air, "Woo! I knew it!" He poked the notebook sitting open in front of Vic, "Note that point down, good sir."

His best friend did so, laughing at Gar's enthusiasm every time they both got a question right. Vic scribbled down another point on the paper.

Setting the notebook to one side, Vic dug his hand back into the bowl of questions. He sifted through them, trying to mix them all up so he could pull out a good one for them.

Vic cleared his throat as he unfolded the slip, "What is the name of your partner's mother?"

Raven picked her pen up and moved her wrist to start writing her answer but she faltered, seemingly caught between what she was going to write.

Gar poked his tongue out in concentration as he carefully wrote his answer down with his bright green pen, against the whiteboard in his hands. He bounced in his seat as he clutched the board to his chest once he was done.

His girlfriend pressed her lips together into a thin line as she pondered her answer. Soon enough she shook her head and hunkered down on her board, swiftly writing her own answer with her purple pen.

Vic gave Raven a few more seconds before she looked up and nodded to him.

"Alrighty guys, turn the boards around and let's see if you're right." Vic stated, lacing his fingers together as he leaned his elbows against the edge of the counter.

Gar proudly rotated his board around to show them both what he was put down. 'Arella' it said.

Raven gave him an appreciative smile and when prompted by a look from Vic, she slowly showed her own board which read, 'Marie/Rita'.

His smile was soft and Gar tilted his head slightly, "We should get bonus points there."

Raven appeared sheepish, "Well… I couldn't decide… since…"

Gar turned his attention towards the camera, "For any of you guys watching that are super confused. Marie was my biological mom but she and my dad passed away when I was around 9 years old." He paused and smiled brightly, "But, then my adoptive parents - Rita and Steve - came along and for some reason, they took me in."

Vic smiled at his tone, "They must've been outta their minds to adopt a brat like you." He teased,

Gar grinned, "I know, right!?" He took a breath and addressed the viewers one more time, "So, yeah, I technically had two moms which means, Rae, we definitely get the point."

Nodding his head, Vic lifted the notebook up and slashed another line across their tally of points.

Bouncing on the spot, Gar smirked and rubbed his hands together after cleaning the board of his previous answer, "Oooh, we're on fire, Rae!"

She smiled, "Mm… you've likely just jinxed us though. And, we still lost that one point from earlier."

He waved his hand dismissively, "Nah, it'll be fine still."

Vic plunged his hand into the bowl, drawing another folded piece of paper out from it, "Y'all ready for the next one?" He paused and saw them both nod their heads before he continued speaking, 'How long have you been together?'.

Gar chuckled as he and Raven immediately raced one another to get the answer down first on the boards. Vic looked between the pair before he smirked at the camera and minutely shook his head at their apparent competitive streaks.

"Got it!" Gar yelped, throwing his pen down and triumphantly grinning at Raven,

She narrowed her eyes at him but couldn't stop the smirk that crept onto her face. She sat up straight and gently laid her pen down on the counter, turning her head towards Vic.

"Okay, since you obviously both know… turn yer boards on three… ready?" He paused, "One… Two… Three! Turn!"

In unison, Raven and Gar spun their boards around, maintaining direct eye contact with each other as they grinned and revealed their dual answer of, '5 Years'.

Gar burst out laughing and leaned back on the stool, using his t-shirt to wipe it off after a long moment. Raven smirked and did the same but she used a paper towel instead,

"That would have been interesting if one of us had gotten that one wrong." Raven murmured, raising an eyebrow at her boyfriend,

"I mean… I woulda been hella shocked if either of us did get it wrong." Gar agreed,

Vic snorted, "I woulda thought Gar would be the one to get it wrong outta the two of ya."

Gar's mouth dropped open and he looked offended, "Why would I have been more likely to forget?"

His best friend shrugged his massive shoulders, "I dunno; girls seem to have a knack for remembering relationship lengths."

Raven lifted a dark brow and turned her attention to Vic, "Do you remember how long you and Karen have been dating?"

His expression dropped and he appeared nervous, "Uh… yeah…"

Gar smirked, "Oh, really? How long-"

"Anyway… we should probably do the next question…" Vic stammered, fumbling in the bowl of paper slips to continue, ignoring Raven and Gar as they snickered at him. He cleared his throat and unfolded the piece of paper, "What was the name of your partner's first girlfriend/boyfriend?"

Reaching for his whiteboard, Gar made a huff sound, as if displeased with the question. He picked up the green pen and scribbled down a name before he sat back and waited for Raven to write her answer down.

Raven pulled a face at the memory of her first boyfriend as well as the memory of Gar's first girlfriend. She delicately held the purple pen between her fingers and wrote a name down.

"Who's turning first?" Vic asked, his eyes shifting between the two of them.

Gar exhaled and sat forward, lifting his chin to signal himself, "Yeah, me."

With that, he twirled the board around to reveal his answer, 'Malchior'.

Raven narrowed her eyes and leaned over the counter a little more, "What did you draw beside his name?"

Gar glanced at his handiwork before he returned her gaze with a devilish smirk, "It's a pile of poop cos' he's shit."

She smiled and tilted her head, "Ah, I see."

Vic snorted and offered Gar a high five which was gladly accepted almost immediately before Gar started wiping the pen away.

"And if I'm not mistaken, that douche was indeed your first boyfriend, right Rae?" Vic checked,

"Mhm. A chapter in life I'd sooner forget." Raven grumbled as she rolled her eyes at the thought of her younger self.

She took the moment to turn her own board around, revealing the name, 'Terra'.

Gar eyed the answer she had put down and he chuckled, saluting towards his girlfriend, "You and me both, babe."

Vic chuckled, "Now, I also know that that answer is correct. So, y'all get the point."

Raven smirked to herself over another win as she rubbed the letters away from the whiteboard and lifted an eyebrow at her boyfriend who inclined his head to catch her eye, "No commentary for my answer?"

He chuckled and rubbed the back of his neck, "We all know it was a train wreck. Do you want to delve into Malchior?"

She grimaced, "Not particularly."

Gar smirked and turned to Vic, "What's the next one?"

In response, Vic filtered through the bowl again and withdrew another piece of paper, unfolding it and narrowing his eyes to read what it said.

"Ooh… interesting… Who said 'I love you' first?" Vic asked, smirking,

Gar rolled his eyes and smothered a grin, biting down on his lower lip. He fumbled for his pen and popped the cap off, scrawling the answer in big letters across his whiteboard.

Raven watched him with a knowing smile for a few moments before she calmly picked her own pen up and wrote down her answer as well. She held onto the board once she had finished and tapped her fingertips against the edge of it.

"You both finished?" Vic asked, earning simultaneous nods from the couple, "Okay, Rae… you turn first."

She did as asked and she flipped it around and a small smile sprung to her lips as she revealed her answer as, 'Gar'.

Vic raised an eyebrow and snapped his head towards his best friend, "And your answer, man?"

Gar turned his around and leaned his chin against the top of the board, smiling as his response became visible on camera with, 'Meeee :)'.

"Did you, really?" Vic asked, his tone one of surprise,

Nodding, Gar retrieved the board and wiped the pen away with his sleeve before he put it down and reached for the soda can just sitting on the counter at the edge of the shot. He gulped a mouthful down and held up his index finger, indicating that he would explain in a second.

He swallowed heavily before he exhaled, "Yeah, I said it first. I mean… I liked Rae when we were friends anyway… it just took me a little while to do anything about it."

Raven smiled and blushed a little, the pink tinge coloring the high points of her cheeks, "Do you remember when you actually said it?"

Gar's face flushed with a similar shade as Raven's cheeks but delving into a deeper red, "Dude, are you kidding? I was so embarrassed."

The dark haired woman gave him a smile full of sympathy, "I'm still sorry about it… and I've told you I love you a lot since then."

He rolled his eyes, "Yeah, I guess."

Vic lifted an eyebrow at them, his lips pursed as if about to ask about their shared memory.

Raven paused and looked at their friend, "We were out at the park… after dating for about 3 months?" She took a moment to look at Gar who nodded in confirmation, "And were just talking and then, Gar sorta… blurts it out… and, I don't know… I was not expecting him to say it… at all. So, I looked at him and with probably the straightest face ever… told him, 'Oh… thanks'."

Snorting, Vic lifted a hand to cover his mouth, "Oh my God… no you did not."

She sighed and appeared sheepish, "I did. It just… came out."

"And then, so I said… 'You're welcome' because really… what else was I supposed to say to that?" Gar chortled, shaking his head and shrugging his shoulders,

"It was… really awkward but I did say it back to him like a day later. It just… really shocked me in the moment." Raven snickered,

Gar pulled a sarcastic expression before he burst into chuckles, "I mean, it worked out alright since we're still together years later."

Raven nodded and smiled, "True."

Vic laughed and shook his head, "I can't believe you guys have never told me that before."

"I think I told Kory back when it happened… again because when we left the park, I felt so bad and I needed to speak to someone about it."

Slipping his hand into the bowl of questions, Vic scoffed and plucked one out at random. He opened it up to rattle off the next question, "Hmm… Who is the better driver?"

Raven snorted and immediately reached for her pen and board, leaning away from the kitchen counter to squiggle her response down, consistently throwing Gar a number of playful scowls.

Gar returned the looks she gave him, scrawling across own board, leaving streaks of green pen in the wake of his hand.

Vic snorted and folded her arms across his chest, sitting back to observe the two of them, "Alright… since I'm pretty sure I know what answer both of you have put… turn the boards on three… one… two… three!"

With that, the couple simultaneously spun their boards around, revealing that on both, the only word on there was, 'Me'.

Gar's mouth dropped open before he scoffed and planted his hands on the kitchen counter, dragging himself across it a little to get closer to his girlfriend, "Say what?!" He paused and shook his head, "Rae, we both know that I'm the better driver."

Raven sniffed and shook her head, rolling her eyes at his rebuttal, "Yeah, says you. I wouldn't exactly call you a fair jury, considering you'll always say your driving is better than mine."

"Hey, there's nothing wrong with your driving, babe."

"Oh, really?"

Her tone held a level of challenge in it, as if taunting him to comment or expand on why he thought he was the better one behind the wheel.

"You're a little… slow for my taste but… otherwise, you're fine."

Raven snorted and laced her fingers together on top of the counter, "Right, as opposed to screeching out of the drive every single time, just waiting to get wrapped around a tree."

"Gotta go fast."

"No, you don't."

Raven narrowed her eyes at him and waved her hand, looking towards Vic, "We likely won't get any point for that one, since we can't really even agree on the truth."

Gar threw his hands up, "I'm telling you, I'm the most amazing driver there is."

"Okay." Raven scoffed, cleaning the whiteboard until nothing else remained on it,

Vic puffed up his cheeks and lifted his shoulders up to his head before he let the breath come out in a long whistle, "Oookay, so you didn't get a point at all in that one, guys."

Gar clicked his fingers together and cursed whilst Raven merely stared at him with a brow raised.

"You guys want the next one?" Vic queried, sifting through the few paper slips that remained inside of the bowl.

Gar grinned, "Yup. We're ready. That last one was a fluke wrong one. We're not gonna get any more wrong. I know it."

Vic snorted, "Uh huh. Sureee."

Raven smiled and rolled her eyes, turning them to Vic afterwards, "What's the question, Vic?"

Her friend sat up a little straighter to enable him to project his voice more, "Who is messier?"

Gar blinked a couple of times before he burst out laughing and reached for his whiteboard; green pen already in his other hand and at the ready to begin scrawling.

Raven smirked and wrinkled her nose slightly before she leaned forward and picked up her board and purple pen as well. She clicked the cap off of it and placed the tip against the surface.

"I think we'll definitely get this one right." Gar snorted, as he swirled the pen to finish off his answer with a decorative flick.

"You wanna turn first, Grass Stain?" Vic asked, propping his arm back behind the backrest of the stool.

Gar nodded his head in earnest, vibrating on the spot with bare concealed excitement. Vic waved his hand, as if signaling to go for it.

Twisting the whiteboard around, Gar gave Raven an extremely knowing look as he revealed his answer as being, 'Meee.'

Raven's smirk grew until both dimples in her cheeks appeared against her pale skin. She placed her pen down on the countertop and didn't wait for very long before she twirled the board around to show off her answer as well which read, 'Gar…'.

Dropping the board down onto the countertop, Gar beamed and threw his hands up in the air, "Eyyy! Another point!" Gar cheered, whilst Raven erased her answer to prepare for the next question.

Vic chuckled and leaned over his notebook, scratching his pen against the paper to record an additional point for the couple.

"We didn't even really need to think about that one." Raven mentioned,

Gar smirked and began rubbing his answer away, "It was just so obvious."

Vic cleared his throat and his eyebrows rose at the amount of paper slips left in the bowl, "We've got three questions left, guys." He told them,

"Ooooh. We're getting close to the end." Gar grinned, rubbing his hands together.

Swirling his fingers between the remaining slips, Vic chose one at random and pulled it forth. He unfolded the paper and lifted his chin, peering down at the question.

"Who is better with kids?"

The couple paused and stared at one another, as if both were carefully considering their individual answers.

Soon enough, Gar picked up his pen and took a brief moment before he slowly wrote out his answer on his whiteboard.

Raven watched him and chewed on her lower lip for a short time, hesitating in what she was going to put down. She held her pen between her fingers, tapping it on the edge of the counter as she mulled her answer over in her head.

Hesitantly, she pressed the tip of the pen to the whiteboard and started to scribble an answer, just as Gar finished writing his and put his pen down on the counter, holding the board to his chest.

Vic absently danced on his seat, as he waited for the two of them to be completely ready to reveal their responses.

Once Raven had placed her pen back down, Vic halted his movements and placed the palms of his hands down on the counter, "Alright… who wants to turn their board first?"

"Should we just turn them at the same time?" Raven suggested,

"I'm down with that." Gar replied, nodding to his girlfriend.

"Okay… on three… one… two… three." Vic counted,

Gar turned his board around just a millisecond before Raven did, showing both of their answers were, 'Gar'.

Vic grinned and immediately marked another point down on their tally count, bopping his head in approval.

Gar's face brightened considerably and he kissed the air in Raven's direction, "Babe! We're doing great right now."

Raven smirked, "Well… I paused since… I don't think I'm bad with kids-"

"No way; you're great with kids." Gar instantly interrupted, "I kinda paused on it too. I'd say it's definitely pretty close."

She smiled softly and nodded her head a little, "I just think you're more likely to be approached by little kids and stuff…"

"It was close. I kept going between us 'til I just put my name down." Gar explained, scrubbing the pen off of the board in preparation for the next question,

Vic raised his head and looked between them, "Ready for the next one? It's the second to last one."

Raven nodded in his direction, "Mhm. What's the question?"

He paused for a moment as he withdrew one of the two remaining slips of paper. He pulled it out and opened it up, holding it tightly between his fingers.

After reading it, Vic snorted, "There's a spider in the house; who deals with it?"

Gar joined Vic in his laughter, "That's such a random one to put in there."

"Hey, you put the questions in the bowl." Vic countered,

"I didn't read them, though."

Raven smirked and immediately got started on writing her answer down, glancing at Gar several times to see if he would put the same thing as her.

Gar playfully narrowed his eyes back at her, as if trying to determine her thought process without verbally checking. He kept his forest eyes trained on her face as he slipped one hand beneath the whiteboard before him and plucked the pen up from the counter, with his other hand.

Vic hunched his shoulders and moved until his chin was just above the counter and he rapidly shifted his cobalt eyes from left to right, "Ooh… it's gettin' intense, y'all."

Raven giggled at Vic's tone and soon, settled her pen back on the counter, clearly finished with writing her response to the question.

Gar followed closely, dropping his pen onto the counter but he paused for a moment, staring at what he had written, as if begging to doubt himself.

Vic eyed his best friend, "You ready, man?"

He nodded, "Yeah, think so. I just… don't wanna be wrong." Gar chuckled,

"Rae, you wanna turn first since you were done pretty quickly?" Vic asked, looking at the dark haired woman,

Raven slowly turned the board around towards the two of them, revealing her answer as, 'Either of us.'

Gar's grin filled his face, the corners of his mouth lifting up enough to reach his eyes and he flipped his own board around immediately, showing his answer, 'Either'.

"Heck yeah, Rae!" Gar boasted, "We're awesome!"

Raven smirked, "Well… both of us would probably get rid of one. Or… Silkie would come and eat it…"

Gar cringed, "I hate when he does that."

Vic gave them a low whistle, his hand moving across the notebook to make a note of the point the couple had just earned from the previous question.

"Good job, kiddos. That's another point." He paused and dropped the pen he'd been holding, picking up the bowl with the last question remaining inside.

He turned the bowl, letting the single slip of folded paper flutter onto the countertop. Vic picked it up and opened it up to read.

"Last question, guys. Are ya ready?" Vic queried, looking between the two of them.

Raven and Gar both nodded, with the latter grinning in anticipation to see what their overall score would be.

"Who is the night owl between the two of you?" Vic asked.

Gar's brows hit his hairline and his mouth fell into an 'o' shape, his eyes shifting back and forth as he considered his answer before he wrote it down too quickly.

He reached for his green marker for the final time and clicked the cap off, letting it momentarily bounce against the countertop. Gar drew it up to his small whiteboard and only took a brief moment of pause before he began scribbling down his response.

Raven paused and watched Gar for a minute before she narrowed his eyes and chewed on the inside of her cheek, deep in thought before her expression relaxed completely and she put her purple pen tip to the whiteboard.

"Okay… you guys ready to reveal your answers for the final question?" Vic challenged, threading his fingers together as he rested his hands on the counter, just before him.

"Yup; bring it on, dude." Gar returned, tapping his fingertips against the edge of the board in trepidation,

"Sure… let's get it over with." Raven murmured, pressing her lips together and waiting for the signal to turn her board around.

Vic sat up a little straighter, "Alright… on three… turn em'." He took a breath, "One… two… three!"

The couple did as he'd asked and on his uttering of 'three', they both spun their respective boards around to reveal their individual answers to Vic, showing that they had both put down, 'Gar'.

Gar immediately exhaled and sank into his stool, smirking at Raven, "Oh wow, okay… I thought you were gonna say you… I almost said you."

She laughed and shrugged, "We can both be night owls but… you tend to stay up longer cos' you're playing video games."

"True."

Vic noted down the last point on the paper, with a flourish before dropping his pen for the final time onto the countertop and planted his hands on the edge of the surface.

"Eyy… and that concludes all fifteen questions, guys." Vic announced,

Gar beamed and leaned across the counter as well as Vic, lifting his palm up to Raven. She rolled her eyes before she lightly tapped her own hand against his, accepting the offer of a high five.

"What'd we end up scoring out of fifteen, dude?" Gar asked as he settled back into his seat,

Vic cleared his throat and rolled his shoulders back, grasping the notebook he had been marking for the duration of the video, "Hm… so you guys got… 13 out of 15."

"Hey! That's not bad, babe!" Gar boasted, drumming his hands against the surface of the countertop,

"I mean, even if we had more wrong, I wouldn't think much of it." Raven murmured, leaning her elbow against the counter and pressing her cheek against her fist.

"We only really got the first one wrong because I got confused between 14 and 16. Then, the second we got wrong was just because we both are super confident about our own driving skills."

Raven smiled, "I'm still the better driver. Just saying."

Gar chuckled and hopped off of his stool, scurrying behind Vic until he was standing behind his girlfriend. He wrapped her up in his arms from behind, causing her to pull a face, betrayed by the small amused smile on her lips.

He inclined his head, just enough so that he could give her cheek a big, overdramatic smooch, along with a 'muah' sound, "Sure you are, babe."

"Idiot." She muttered but she made no move to break his affectionate hold on her.

Gar flashed the camera a huge, toothy grin, "She loves it." He confirmed, "Anyways… that's all of the questions and I think… we did pretty well, all things considered. We know each other pretty dang well."

"So we should after spending 5 years together, Gar." Raven interjected,

Vic chuckled, "I mean, yeah… it would have been bad if you guys only got like 2 outta 15 or something."

Gar laughed, "I would be super surprised if any couple got that and they'd been together for over 3 years. If they did, I think they'd need to have some more chats with each other."

Vic nodded and draped his forearms against the counter, leaning forward.

"This video was really fun to do and big thanks to Vic for being our question master. It was way more helpful than me having to try and awkwardly ask the questions and then write the answers. It felt more like a gameshow."

"Except we didn't win anything." Raven pointed out,

"We won the knowledge that we're a kickass couple, Rae."

"Oh yeah… how could I ever forget that?" She snorted, leaning back into his embrace,

Gar chuckled and turned his attention back towards the camera, "Guys, I hope you enjoyed this video as much as we did. Thanks again to Vic-"

Whilst he paused, Vic grinned and gave the camera a salute.

"- And thanks to Rae as well." He paused and snuggled her closer, earning a small smile from her, "But, otherwise, I hope you guys enjoyed watching this video and if you did, go ahead and smash the 'like' button down below."

He half released Raven, leaving one arm wrapped around her shoulders, "Don't forget to smash the 'Subscribe' button and with that… I will see you guys in the next one!"

Raven lifted her fingers and gently waved whilst Vic put both of his thumbs up and beamed at the lens of the camera. Gar lifted his free hand and put his index and middle fingers up and gave his viewers a wink too, "Peace!"
