"Ruined... it's all ruined..." Chris McLean muttered, seeing the polluted island coming up in the distance while he and Chef rode on a luxurious boat towards it. The Dock of Shame had chunks missing, plenty of trees had fallen, the cabins were pretty much destroyed, the dining hall was split in half by some creature and was also in ruins, and the whole atmosphere was much grimmer than before.

Chef rolled his eyes, not surprised to see the island in this condition. "Chris man, it's cuz you rented the island out to that toxic waste disposal company! What did you expect?" Chef yelled at Chris, but the host wasn't in the mood to be told why he was in the wrong.

The boat got closer to the Dock of Shame and soon ported in front of it. Chris and Chef stepped down first, soon followed by four interns in their new uniforms. "Do you know just how much of the budget is going to have to go towards fixing this place up!?" Chris complained, worried more about the money side of things than the island itself.

Chef went along with it, looking down at Chris. "How much?" he asked plainly, just waiting for Chris to finish complaining.

"More than your whole salary! That's how much!" Chris shouted, crossing his arms angrily. One of the planks he walked on gave away, breaking and falling into the lake. "The Dock of Shame is now a shame to look at too! This is the worst!" he further complained, continuing to walk towards the island.

"That ain't much then..." Chef mumbled, although bringing up his pay would probably start off a whole other tangent, so he didn't say it directly to Chris.

Just as Chris and Chef stepped onto the island itself, they heard some loud crashes in the lake, and soon the water was splashed everywhere. "What the heck is going on!?" Chef yelled out, looking for what was making the water splash.

A massive tentacle quickly emerged from the water as soon as he asked, and then smashed down onto the Dock of Shame and taking out a section of the dock as well as the interns standing on it. Chef was left horrified at this sight, stepping away from the dock. "Chris man, I don't think we can use this place, it's too dangerous!"

Chris on the other hand was horrified by the sight, instead growing a grin on his face. "It's... it's perfect! This is the danger the network wants! This will for sure boost the ratings! Scratch the repairs, we're using the island as is! We can sort out the deadly stuff later." Chris declared, laughing afterward.

Chef looked at Chris with worry, although he still wasn't going to object. "What about the contestants? The guys we got ain't gonna agree to this!" Chef brought up, hoping to change Chris's mind without directly asking.

Chris brought a hand to his chin and thought for a moment, before getting another idea. "Then we don't need them! We'll get an all NEW cast for this season! And some interns too... since we kinda just lost ours." Chris stated, looking at the broken part of the dock where the tentacle had taken them out.

Chef wasn't sure how to change Chris's mind, since he seemed set on this now. "Fine then, but we're still fixing my kitchen! You call the producers and wrangle up a new cast, got it!?" Chef told Chris harshly, before storming off towards the ruins of the cafeteria.

While Chef stormed off, Chris pulled out his cell phone and flipped it open to call the network, bringing it to his ear. "Yeah, it's Chris! So, the place is actually perfect as is! There are some uhh... minor damages, but the interns can easily patch them up. Can we get a few more of those by the way? The island is a lot bigger, so four just isn't enough. Oh, and we're gonna shake things up with a new cast this time! So just whip up some ads for applications and air them. It'll probably build up buzz for the show too. Get to it! McLean out!" he ordered, not even giving the person on the line a chance to speak.

Chris soon hung up, closing the phone and putting it back in his pocket. He turned towards the island, soon seeing one of the trees fall down. Then another. And another. A loud roar was heard after this, making Chris's grin grow wider. "This'll be the best season yet... I just know it." he said to himself confidently, walking away to go help Chef afterward.

Hoi, TDFan2077 here, and I've been thinking over this concept for a while. After talking about it with a few others in Discord and seeing what they thought of it, I'm putting it out finally now that my other SYOC Total Drama Fanfiction All Stars is coming to an end. Check it out if you want, you'll definitely enjoy it if you've been reading TD fanfics for a while! But back to this fic, this story will be an expanded version of Revenge of the Island that combines the canon cast with an OC cast created by you guys! The original challenges will all be present as well, just spread out across the span of 26 episodes rather than the original 13.

Another thing about this fic, is that it'll be the start of my universe of fics. Later SYOCs I do will be connected to this one, and so on. I'm confident enough in my skills to get this started now, so I hope you'll enjoy this ride with me!
