Third Person Pov

What Percy saw could only be described as madness. It was like he couldn't really make out the shape because of the sheer massive size on the being. It was a swirling dark red mass whose sheer size was bigger than even his wildest imaginations.

As it approached or seemed to approach closer the planet was slowly disintegrating and being sucked by this being. The bodies of the people were also disintegrating.

It was like this being was literally a universal vacuum cleaner. Percy felt the being trying to consume him. It felt like his body was being ripped apart. He knew he had to leave as soon as possible. So he tried teleporting to the nearest place he could. But his body was already weakened by trying no to get eaten by the unknown being.

His attempt failed but all of a sudden everything stopped and the destruction of the planet just stopped even the being stopped moving.

It seemed that his attempt at teleporting had attracted the attraction the being. The mass stopped swirling and was absolutely still and then all of a sudden a few of the crystals that made up the mass were ejected and landed right at the ground a few meters away from Percy.

Percy counted a total of five crystals. At first the crystals just buried themselves in the ground and Percy did not understand what exactly was happening. But then out of each crystal five creatures grew.

They were some of the most horrifying beings Percy had seen. Each was made of the same swirling red mass as the main being. They were each around nine feet tall. They had no face but had a human shape. Each of them carried a sword made of red crystals.

Percy readied himself for a fight a summoned riptide. Both he and beings charged at the same time. The first creature swung his sword Percy ducked under the strike and then immediately jumped to avoid a low strike by the next creature.

They had made a circle around him. There was absolute stillness for a minute or so. Then the creatures charged, Percy managed to dodge the attacks and then seeing a opening stabbed one of the creatures in the stomach.

Riptide created a huge hole in its stomach but the red crystals seeming multiplied and soon covered the hole and the creature was healed. Then all of a sudden one of the creatures attacked from the back so Percy raised riptide to parry, but as soon as riptide and the other sword clashed there was a huge burst of energy.

Percy and the creatures were soon thrown back Percy got back to his feet dazed and saw what had happened. The creatures were still struggling to stand. What he saw shocked him. On the ground was riptide broken in two pieces.

It seemed the clash between the two swords had broken riptide and all the swords energy had been dispersed all the blessings from primordials all gone. Percy was very sad but he didn't have time to mourn his sword because the creatures were slowly getting up.

Percy Understood that normal weapons would be use less against creatures like this. So he then came up with a plan worth of only Percy. He saw one of the crystal swords lying near him so he grabbed it. As soon as he grabbed it he felt immense pain in his hand. He felt a presence trying to enter his mind. He gritted his teeth as he tried to fight it as the creature got onto their feet.

Percy sent a tiny part of his godly energy into the sword, it seemed the crystal readily absorbed the energy and from red turned to a bluish hue.

Percy grinned on seeing this and charged the creatures. The creature whose sword Percy had taken had already generated a new sword. He once again dodged the clumsy attacks of the creatures. Then twisted his body and stabbed a creature in the mall of the back. This time instead of healing the creature this time vibrated and then all the crystals just fell to the ground dull.

Seemingly the red energy had left them. The four remaining creatures seeing their comrade die became more cautious and this time didn't just blindly charge but waited and observed Percy for an opening or some type of weakness.

Percy purposely feigned letting his guard down to attract one of the creatures and just as he had hoped one of the creature charged at him. He side stepped the strike and stabbed it in the neck. Just like his comrade the crystals fell to the ground.

The rest of the creatures were easily dealt with by Percy being the better swordsman. As he finished with the last creature he felt good but then the exhaustion took over and all of a sudden the crystals he was holding starting wildly vibrating he could feel a heavy presence trying to crush his mind.

The darkness overtook him and he felt himself falling.

ON EARTH

Jason was sitting in the Greek camp and all of a sudden felt himself grow weaker as he felt his connection with Percy as his Champion break. The link breakage was very violent and painful. Not being able to bear it Jason keeled over and puked and soon after a few minutes of excruciating pain fell unconscious.

Primordial Throne Room

Chaos and the other primordials were having a meeting all of a sudden the throne room shook violently.

After it stopped shaking Tartarus said

"What the fuck was that!"

Chaos had his eyes closed as he was listening to something then opened them and sadly said

"It seems that young Perseus has faded."

With Percy

Percy opened his eyes to see he was floating in pitch blackness he had no idea where he was.

Then a heavy voice said

"Perseus Jackson I have been expecting you."
