It had been a few days since UA shut down for repairs for the month but the online learning continued. Shouto and Izuku shared one laptop while they listened to Aizawa talk and teach them every subject since it would be too hard to change rooms online and teachers. Izuku and Shouto could see Katsuki in a tiny square at the bottom looking bored. Izuku hated to admit it but he was a little bored hearing Uncle Shouta talk. Learning just wasn't as much fun on the computer like it was in person.
It could be because he was half asleep and dozing off on his home desk with his coffee maker and mug right by him. A few other students looked just like he did and a few were actually sleeping. The only alert one was Iida and that wasn't surprising.
"You ok boys?" Toshinori asked coming around the corner.
Izuku blinked and nodded. Shouto looked up from his notebook and gave him a thumbs up.
"Is he asleep?" the pro hero asked looking at the computer screen.
"Kind of. We're all a little bored honestly," Izuku said.
All Might waved Izuku from his seat and sat down.
"Hey everyone!"
Some of Class 1A shouted in delight. Aizawa woke up a little bit and rolled his eyes.
"You know, it wouldn't be so bad to go to the park."
Shouta arched an eyebrow.
"I guess you can call Nezu. We can do it in a few days. Everyone do an essay on your favorite hero. Why they're great and why they're not... Midoriya... You do an essay different than everyone else... Do an essay on the rise of heroes. That should be more difficult for you. Bye."
The online room shut down. The two boys looked at each other with smiles. Finally some social interaction...

The history on heroes wasn't really that hard but Izuku made sure he had six pages by the time he finished. He had planned to let All Might read it and Shouto to check the spelling. It just wasn't the same like regular school. He left his desk and headed for the kitchen to see Shouto sleeping with his head in his arms.
Awww how sweet.
He reached over and brushed the red and white strands of hair from his face.
He's so perfect. How'd did I get so lucky to have two great boyfriends?
"Oh? Did he fall asleep again?"
Izuku only nodded.
"He was up late last night. He kept coming out of your room looking at me but he wouldn't say anything. I guess he's having problems adjusting or something."
The freckled boy frowned, "He's been here for a week already."
All Might shrugged, "I gotta leave. Got things to do."
Izuku followed his hero/father out the front door.
"Let me know you're ok."
All Might gave him a weird smile. It was enough to cause Izuku immediate concern.
"Is there something wrong?"
Toshi leaned against the railing. He gave Izuku a sad look.
"Every night I leave, I'm afraid I'll come back and you ran away again."
Guilt just poured into the young boy's heart.
"I'm sorry Dad."
"I'm proud you can fight but you shouldn't fight alone. I don't want you to drag young Shouto and Katsuki into it... Unless it was necessary. I just don't want to lose you again. I had wanted a family but was too afraid to get one of my own. I don't want to lose you."
Izuku opened his mouth then closed it.
"In no way am I banning you from being a hero. I wouldn't do that to you."
"I'm sorry."
"Don't be."
The two of them stood there for several minutes before the pro hero held out his arms.
"I'd like a hug from you."
The teenager smiled big and threw himself into his father's arms.
"Thanks."
Izuku went back inside after the pro hero buffed up and took off into the streets. He closed and locked the door behind him. He lifted his head some hearing the ring tone of his phone sounding in his room. He rushed hoping it was Katsuki or maybe even Shinsou. He wanted someone to talk too and he didn't want to bother his sleeping boyfriend.
The ringing ended before he grabbed it. He picked it up and it read :
Katsuki's House
Izuku called back but no one answered. He sighed. He just made his way into the hallway when his phone began ringing again. He groaned impatiently and answered as fast as he could.
"Hello?!"
"It's about fucking time. What are you two doing?" Katsuki snapped.
Izuku smiled.
"Shouto is napping at the kitchen and All Might just went to work."
"Damnit. Mom would only let me go over when he's there. She's convinced someone is trying to kill me and I might die on my way over there. Fucking crazy broad."
"She loves you. What did you say back?"
"I told her my boyfriend was almost as strong as All Might and beat a super villain but she didn't give a shit. She said she didn't care if I had six strong boyfriends- the answer is no."
"Awwww. I understand though."
"I DON'T! Dad won't even defend me either! If Shouto was with Endeavor then yea she would because she would be worried about Shouto. She is glad he is somewhere safe and she would want to have dinner with All Might and you to get to know you when he's fucking home."
"O-oh. Dinner?"
"She wants to freaking know how I managed to get two young men when she couldn't even get a boyfriend in high school."
"Oh," Izuku laughed into his cell phone.
"I told her if she was a little fucking nicer then she would've had more than just Dad. She was lucky he even wanted to sleep her in the fucking first place."
"You two are very um... open?"
"I'm tired of this place."
"It's been a week."
"I didn't want to be home at all. I was glad for the fucking dorms."
"We can video chat you once he's awake. All Might gave me money to order Chinese for dinner. We can watch the news later."
"What the fuck? We aren't old people. Why the hell would I want to do that?!"
"Because All Might might be on there and I know he'll be ok."
"Fine, whatever. I'll order Chinese too then. Let me know where you're getting it."
"I sure will."
"I um... love you."
Katsuki hung up making Izuku chuckle to himself.

"The beef and broccoli is one my of my favorites," Izuku said, dumping some soy sauce on his food.
"Won't that be a little salty?" Shouto asked watching him.
"It's ok. I really like it."
"You're a fucking dork."
Shouto snorted into his cup. It was really weird having a dinner date with a laptop.
"I have my news on, turn on yours already."
"Ok, ok," Izuku said grabbing the remote.
The first five minutes of the news was the hero ranking like every night. All Might of course was still number one but underneath was Endeavor. Izuku had admired the flame hero when he was younger only because their quirks dealt with fire but it seemed he wasn't any better than a criminal in the streets hurting the weak and old. It was rather disappointing.
"I hate that asshole."
"Same," Shouto said as he shoved an egg roll into his mouth.
The next five minutes rattled off the mundane good stuff regular people did. Then someone got arrested for robbing the bank on the edge of the city which had been hit for robbery five times already. Then the lady named May Sinturne came on with All Might in the background helping out at UA in rebuilding it. The school was looking pretty good. It made Izuku feel a lot better seeing his favorite pro hero alive and well.
Good, he could only think.
Shouto and Katsuki stayed really quiet during the news. As much as Katsuki bitched about it, it was interesting to watch when it came to the hero stuff. It was 6:22PM when the news flipped over to the anchorman in the middle of All Might's interview. Shouto frowned and leaned forward as he put more food into his mouth. A weird sinking feeling overcame all three of them at once.
"This just in! A villain murdered five civilians and left a burning message on a building at the mall on Sea Drive!"
The Tv flickered over to the scene with the blue flames licking burns against the mall's brick walls.
"Oh no."
"What the fuck-
The TV sounded out the screams and yelling of people afraid. Heroes were on the scene yelling at each other and people. It was complete chaos and the cameraman couldn't keep his camera still. Izuku no longer felt hungry as the scene became more chaotic and intense. It was unlike anything he had seen in a while.
"LOOK! The flames are out! What does it say!" the camera man yelled.
Izuku and Shouto were plastered together on the couch both feeling anxious.
"Fucking hell..."
The three young heroes read what was clearly left on the bricks. Blood was spattered around the burnt brick making it worse and more eerie.

"I think that left a clear enough message for you."
All for One only smiled.
"That little green haired shit is strong."
"He's being trained by the best."
"Don't you think it's weird he wasn't in the UA dorms? He didn't come out of there," Dabi said looking a little thoughtful as he pulled off his burnt leather jacket.
"Hmmmm."
Dabi tossed the garment into the dumpster and stretched his sensitive, sore arms.
"Do you think he ran away?"
"It's possible."
The sound of police sirens made them both turn around. They weren't exactly hiding but the alley way was a good place for the moment. Dabi made sure the scene at the mall was as chaotic as possible to keep the heroes busy and out of their way.
"I suppose if he did, he did for a good reason but he's returned. I don't think he would run away again. Maybe in that teenage mind he thought we would go looking for him and stay away from his friends."
"He's not a stupid kid after all."
"I think that says something... He would be willing to flip if it meant the safety of his friends..."
Dabi wrinkled his nose.
"That is good for us."
All for One just grinned and disappeared into the darkness with Dabi lagging behind him.
Sorry for the long ass wait everyone. We needed a little time. I got tested for COVID at the beginning of oct and I still have it apparently so I'm stuck out of work. I was only sick for 5 days and after that I'm fine but what can I do? lol the chapters are coming at a slow pace and I apologize but they are coming! Have a great night everyone!
