After the wedding, Marinette and Chloe came back to school, and things were thought to be back to normal when Laura came to them.
Laura said "Are you ready for Veggie-fest!" Chloe said "Is that this week? I've been so busy with the wedding I forgot!" They were talking about a vegetarian festival that Laura and the people from the environment club were planning to promote eating more vegetables and less meat and money from entry will go to farmers improve on productivity (I think that is something for farmers). Laura said "That's alright, the environment club has been busy, and for entertainment some students with special talents have agreed to volunteer and preform, I hope you can still come."
Back in Paris Alya had been fuming she didn't get an interview, and Marinette still won't call or admit she is wrong about Lila, and decided to go to her. Alya told Nino and he decided to tag along, but he was afraid things were going to get messy.
On the weekend Alya and Nino took a long bus ride and found Marinette and Chloe walking out of school and to a park where Veggie-fest was taking place. Both were enjoying tasty treats, Marinette said "These are great tasting veggie burgers." Chloe said "Well these noodle' aren't to bad either, I still can't believe they made this out of cucumber."
As they were enjoying the food, Alya said "I'm going to talk to her." Nino said "I'll wait around here, and check out some grilled veggies."
Marrinete saw the "The Daring Danial" was preforming and told audience he needed an assistant and asked Marinette on make stage, as he asked her to lay down and after saying some magic words she seemed to be rising, Alya not caring about the show went to grab Marinette and pulled her down, but as she did it, the curtain came down showing Marinette was on a lift. Danny angrily ran off stage. Marinette went to go after Danny when Alya pulled her arm saying "We are talking about your issue with Lila, like it or not." Marinette angrily said "You ruin the Daring Daniel's magic act, and your still about Lila, well right now someone needs me!" she pulled her arm free and went to find Danny.
As Danny was pacing in a clearing angrily, Hawk-moth scenced his anger and sent a akuma to evilize him, the akuma fused with his top hat and Hawk-moth said "Abra-Catastope, I am Hawk-Moth, I'm giving you the power to be the ultimate magician, but in return, I need you to collect the miraculous." Danny said "It will be the ultimate show-stopper." And he transformed.
Marinette tried looking for Danny, and followed saying "Your letting some silly guy that pulls rabbits be more important." Marinette was about to answer when suddenly chains appeared and coiled around Alya, and then in a puff of smoke a boy with a white top hat, white mask, white suit, with white cape and black dress shoes appeared. Marinette said "Daring Danial?" The boy said "I was "The Daring Danial" now I'm Abra-Catastope, and this young lady" pointed to Alya, and continued "Will be the assistant to her first and last magical performance." And then the dissappeared.
Skip to when Ladybug changes things back to normal.
Abra-Catastope caged back to a confused Danny, and as Ladybug changed to Marinette, she went to Alya. Alya said "Now that that is over, let's talk about Lila." Marinette said "You know what Alya, I admit I've been avoiding talking to you about it, but this has to stop." Alya said That's great girl, I'll just call Lila,, you apologize and..." But Marinette cut her off saying "That's not what I'm talking about, when Lila came back, you gave her my seat without asking me about it!" Danny cut in asking "You just gave her, Marinette's seat?" Alya said "Lila has tinnitus, it was for the right good cause." Chloe said "But to you, not good enough to give up your own seat." Alya said "Your telling me about good causes, you little..." Marinette interrupted again saying "This isn't about Chloe, I have tried to be a good friend, but when a girl you barely know came waltzing around with so many amazing stories, and I'm pushed to the side, and now you came all the way here just to talk about Lila and ruined Danny's" points to Danny and continued "Magic show and you never apologized for it. If you think that makes me over-reacting clearly I can't be friends with you, so take the next bus to Paris and don't call me again, actually," Marinette grabs her phone and after a few seconds say "Your blocked. Good Bye." They left leaving an upset Alya behind.
