Chapter 3
Ivy was sitting down at the edge of a cliff. She heard wingbeats behind her and spoke. "Did you get to him?"
"No Ivy. We didn't. But some of our spies overheard that there is another Night Fury." Pago said.
Ivy narrowed her eyes.
"We may think there could be more out there."
"Then we will find these Night Furies and kill them."
Back in the Hidden World, all the dragons were huddled around the crystal or perched near it. Apparently, word has gone quickly throughout the island. All the dragons were busy talking to each other loudly.
"Everyone, quiet!" Toothless tried to say over the loud chatter. Then he roared his alpha roar. All the dragons stopped at once.
"So it seems like there are more Night Furies out there, somewhere. I am going to find them and bring them here where they can be safe." Toothless anounanced.
"I will leave you all in the care of my very close friends." Toothless pointed his wing towards Cloudjumper, Stormfly, Meatlug, Barf and Belch, and Hookfang.
Toothless turned his attention to Cloudjumper. "You will take care of them, right?"
"Of course." Cloudjumper answered.
"Great! We get to blow stuff up!" Barf said.
"Yeah!" Belch agreed.
"No one's blowing stuff up!" Toothless growled at them.
"Man, we never get to have any fun." Barf said.
"So, are we ready?" he asked Luna.
"Yes. I think we are." Luna said.
"Daddy! We're going to see more Night Furies!" Pouncer asked.
"I hope they're friendly." Dart said.
"I hope the flight isn't long." Ruffrunner said.
"We'll be back as quick as possible." Toothless told Cloudjumper.
"Good luck Toothless." Cloudjumper said.
"Thanks. I'm going to need it."
Toothless and his family flew out of the Hidden World in search of the Night Furies.
