Chapter 5
Toothless and Midnight were walking along the lake.
"So, what did you want to talk about?" Midnight asked.
"I was wondering if you and the other Night Furies can come with me to the Hidden World." Toothless said.
"Toothless, we're safe here. Ivy hasn't found us in three weeks. What if she finds your home?" Midnight asks.
"She won't. I promise I will keep you all safe." Toothless said. He had a firm look.
Midnight sighed. "Okay. You convinced me. But how are you going to convince them?" Midnight referred to the other Night Furies.
"I'll just try to convince them." Toothless ran towards the Furies.
"Um, excuse me. Everyone!" Toothless said. All Night Fury eyes were on him.
"Listen. I know you are scared. Ivy is after you, I know that. But you can all trust me. Trust me to keep you safe. Trust me to be your alpha."
The Night Furies were unsure of this.
"Listen to him. I know he will be a great alpha. Why? Because I believe in him." Midnight gave him a smile. Toothless smiled back.
"So will you join me." Toothless said.
At first, they were hesitant. But one by one, they all rose up into the air, hovering in place. Toothless rose up and hovered as well.
"Thank you all. Now follow me." Toothless flew back with his family, Midnight, and the Night Furies right behind him.
