Marinette and Chloe along with there Biology class were on a field trip to see a butterfly garden, the teacher Mr. Bruce, who had black messy hair, blue eyes wearing glasses ,black pants, a blue short-sleeved polo shirt, and black shoes, who said "Before we enter I'd like to thank the person who pulled some strings and made this trip possible, volunteer at the garden, our own Lydia Nymph, he called to a girl with long blond hair with two piece up in high pig-tales with butterfly clips, had blue eyes, wearing a green sweater, blue jeans, white runners and a silver butterfly necklace around her neck. She said "Thank you Mr. Bruce, I'm happy that we could come here, while I do volunteer here I like showing the beauty of butterflies."
Not far behind were Alya and Nino, Nino asked "So why are we following Marrinette again?" Alya said "Because Nino, lately the acumatized people go to this school, so I figured if we follow Marinette we can find something good for the blog." And maybe see if Marrinette has calmed down Alya thought. Nino said "But what if she sees us?" Alya said "She won't."
As the class Marinette asked Lydia "So what do you do when you volunteer?" Lydia said "Mostly I plant flowers that attract butterflies. But they at times give me eggs to look after and raise till they become butterflies" (I don't think it's a thing they do, but in this story it does) Lydia then showed a container with cocoons. She let everyone see it."
Alya saw this girl with a butterfly theme and suddenly said "That has to be Hawk-moth." Nino said "I don't think so." Alya said "Are you kidding me, look at that butterfly theme, and you heard she volunteers at a butterfly garden, perfect place for her to make akumas." Nino said " Well liking butterflies doesn't mean she's..." he sees that Alya is headed for them and says "And there she goes."
As the students were seeing the cocoons, Alya ran up to them and swatted the container from Lydia's arms. Marinette yelled "Alya what are you doing!" Alya said "Exposing the villain Hawk-moth!" Chloe said "You think this girl is Hawk-moth that's udderly ridiculous." Alya said "Look at her, the whole butterfly theme, she has to be Hawk-moth.!"
Lydia wasn't really paying attention, she was focused on the cocoons, she grabbed the container and ran. Lydia ran to a bench sat down and cried, not realizing Hawk-moth sent an akuma which fused with the container. Hawk-moth said "Mariposa, I am Hawk-moth, I'll help you give butterflies the respect they deserve, in return I want you to fetch Ladybug's and Cat Noir's miraculous." Lydia said "Yes Hawk-moth." Lydia changed.
Back with the students, they continued arguing when suddenly many butterflies stared appearing headed straight for them and they attacked. Suddenly a sphere of butterflies appeared and when the butterflies dispersed a girl with black hair antenna, purple butterfly wings, wearing a purple dress where the skirt had a monarch butterfly patter on it, carrying a butterfly container. Someone questioned "Lydia?" The girl said "I was Lydia, now I am Mariposa." She turns to Alya and say "So you think me liking butterflies makes me a villain, well then a butterfly villain is what you got." She hold up the container and suddenly thousands of butterflies appeared. Marinette and Chloe ran and found cover to transform.
After the fight Mariposa, changed back to Lydia. Ladybug and Yellow Jacket changed back. Marrinette then went to Alya angry. Marinette said "I can't believe you, I know you jump to conclusions before checking your facts, but this was terrible." Alya said "She volunteers at a butterfly garden, she could have been Hawk-moth.." Marinette was looking for something on the internet and found it. It show the image of Hawk-moth during the Stone heart attack. Marinette while listening said "Funny, Lydia doesn't sound a bit like Hawk-moth." Chloe said "And the fact you based your assumption was she likes butterflies is even more ridiculous, news flash, girls have liked butterflies long before Hawk-moth showed up." Marinette said "This is worse than when you thought Chloe was Ladybug, as a journalist its your duty to have all the facts, and because you assumed someone who likes butterflies was Hawk-moth an innocent girl was akumatised." The students left Alya afterwords to check on Lydia.
Suddenly Lydia noticed something in the container and yelled "Everyone, come look!" Somehow the cocoons were fine and hatched into beautiful butterflies, Lydia opened the container and the butterflies flew out. Everyone was in awe.
