After the events on Homeworld, the Crystal Gems were at the house with Blue Zircon waiting on the arrival of the Diamonds. They were waiting on the porch watching the sky in silence. It was something they had never expected to happened in their lifetime. They never had thought they would invite the leaders of their old home to the planet they had been protecting from them.
"Are you sure it's ok to invite them here?" Pink Pearl asked quietly to Pearl.
Pearl swallowed hard and smiled, "Yes."
Pink Pearl didn't say anything.
"They just want to visit and take a break from the roles they have on Homeworld."
"Ah ok."
"Trust me... After everything... We're good now."
"I think that's good," Steven says with a smile."
"I think so too," Pearl said.
"Oh look! Here they come!" Steven says pointing towards the sky.
The white head of White Diamond landed onto the beach first then Yellow Diamond's arm then Blue Diamond's. The three of them emerged from their ships with uneasy smiles on their faces. It was definitely new territory for them. They stepped onto the sand and gave everyone a small wave.
Blue Diamond smiled at Blue Pearl, "How are you doing?"
Blue Pearl looked at Steven but he smiled back at her to reassure her everything was ok.
"I'm doing fine."
Blue Diamond smiled and looked at Pink Pearl, "How are you? Are you doing well?"
"I'm doing great," Pink Pearl said with a smile.
"I suppose we should make ourselves smaller," White Diamond said, "We could not doing anything in this size."
"That's true," Yellow Diamond said.
The three Diamonds glowed brightly until they started shrinking. They managed to take themselves down to seven feet tall. They looked at each other unsure of their height since they have never been that small.
"I think you three look great," Jewel said offering them a warm smile.
"That's good. I was worried about shrinking," Yellow Diamond said looking at her hands.
"What did you have in mind today, Pearl?" Blue Diamond asked turning to Blue Pearl.
"Whatever you're up to trying," she answered, "There's lots of things you could do here on Earth."
"Take me away then."
Blue Pearl smiled.
"We can divide up and make sure our guests have fun," Pearl said with a smile, "Everyone can pitch in fun ideas to do."
Everyone agreed and split off.
Soren, Amethyst, Pink Pearl and Blue Zircon followed Blue Pearl who went with Blue Diamond. Pearl, Onyx, Jewel, Peridot followed Yellow Pearl who went with Yellow Diamond. Steven, Lapis, Garnet went along with White Pearl who went with White Diamond.
White Pearl lead White Diamond into their beach house with a welcoming smile on her face. She looked around taking everything in. The place looked so weird. It wasn't plain like her ship and it wasn't just one color. She walked up the stairs and into Steven and Lapis' bedroom.
"We sit here."
White Diamond arched an eyebrow.
"Why?"
"This is how you watch movies in a bedroom. You can sit or lay down. You can prop yourself up against the pillows. A movie is a prerecorded show that people make to entertain others. You can't interact with the characters in the show like you do on a live video feed."
"Ok..."
"I promise it is worth giving it a try."
Garnet, Steven and Lapis returned with a bowl of popcorn, soda and a movie called Lonely Blade. White Pearl gave Garnet a slightly worried look but she gave her girlfriend a thumbs up and a smile to let her know she's doing fine. White Pearl blushed and smiled back.
"This is the movie we are watching," Garnet said handing over the DVD.
White Diamond took it and read the cover and flipped it over reading the description.
"What is this?"
"It's mostly a lot of action," Garnet said.
"It's a great movie!" Steven said with a smile.
White Diamond made her spot against the pillows like White Pearl had suggested. Lapis and Steven sat together on the floor holding hands. White Diamond watched as Garnet took White Pearl's hand and give her a kiss on the cheek. She frowned at first but said nothing to protest the action.
The movie started and Steven offered her some popcorn. White Diamond took a few pieces and gave it a try.
"Not too bad."
Some time through the movie, White Pearl offered her some soda. White Diamond took the can and inspected the design of the can.
"What is this?"
"Soda."
"Ok..."
"It's orange and carbonated. It's fizzy and bubbly."
"Alright."
White Diamond opened the can and took a drink. She made a weird face but smiled.
"I like that."
White Pearl smiled and nodded handing her old Diamond some popcorn.

Peridot, Jewel, Pearl, Onyx and Yellow Pearl were at Funland Arcade with Yellow Diamond. Yellow Diamond looked around at everything making a disgusted face. It was noisy, bright and filled with loud human beings. Yellow Diamond looked down at her old pearl with a questioning look in her eyes.
"I promise you it's not that bad. I know you like peaceful places but this is really fun. Besides... you are competitive and this is just the thing you would like."
"Alright then. What do we do first?"
"First off, we need coins to play the games. Let's get that and pick out something you would like to play."
"Lead the way then."
Yellow Pearl looked back at her lovers with a weird look on her face. Pearl gave her a thumbs up trying to reassure her she was doing ok.
"Let's try this racing game. It's similar to driving the ship but you have to race other people to make first place."
Yellow Pearl explained the wheel and pedals. She went on about the buttons. Yellow Diamond took her place in the hard plastic seat.
"Alright, the game is starting."
Yellow Diamond started playing and the others were around her cheering her on. A small smile crept across the galactic leader's face. The race didn't end well in her favor making her annoyed. Onyx tried to tell her that third place was actually pretty decent on her first try.
"You try this one Yellow Diamond," Pearl said.
"What is it?"
"You are one ship taking out all the enemy ships."
"So, I would be you."
Yellow Diamond looked over at Pearl with a mocking smile on her face.
Pearl laughed nervously, "I guess you could put it that way."
Yellow Diamond stared at the screen while the words flashed across the screen.
"Get ready," Jewel said with a smile, "I bet you can win this one!"
Yellow Diamond started playing and a weird smile crept across her face as she played. She kept going after five minutes, racking up a high score. Jewel and Peridot stayed by her side while other broke off and played their own games.
"This is going better than expected," Pearl said.
Yellow Pearl smiled, "I thought so too. I like seeing her enjoy herself."

Blue Pearl had decided to take her old Diamond to Funland. Blue Diamond was enjoying the sight seeing the people more than Yellow Diamond. They all were talking to her making her laugh and smile. She constantly gazed at her old pearl with a smile and looked at Pink Pearl lovingly.
"Where should we go next?" Blue Diamond asked.
"We can try the Ferris Wheel?" Amethyst asked looking at the others.
"I think that is a lovely idea. What's the Ferris Wheel?" Blue Diamond asked.
Blue Diamond, Blue Pearl and Pink Pearl climbed into one container together and Blue Zircon, Soren and Amethyst in the one below them. They were raised into the air slowly. Blue Diamond looked down at the ground staring at the people walking below. A sad look over came Blue Diamond's face.
"What's wrong?" Pink Pearl asked.
"I miss you both. Even though Pink isn't there, I would like you two to come back with me. It's not the same without you."
Pink Pearl and Blue Pearl exchanged saddened expressions.
"I do want you to come back. Both of you."
"I'm afraid I can't do that," Blue Pearl said with a smile, "I have Steven and Lapis. I now have Blue Zircon too. I couldn't leave everything behind. I have all these friends now. They're my family."
Pink Pearl nodded in agreement, "I have Soren and Amethyst now. Down here... We are free. Back at Homeworld... we can't even talk or be friends with you."
Blue Diamond looked down at her lap.
"I understand. I suppose that's why we are here too. To be free from the way Homeworld is. I don't think White Diamond would change the way we live. There are too many things that we would have to change and it may cause chaos."
"It would a slow process but I think you three could do it," Blue Pearl said, "Maybe once in a while we can visit you for old times sake and you can come back here too to visit."
Blue Diamond nodded.
"I'm sorry for trying to get you to leave your friends and family. I shouldn't have done that."
"We understand though," Pink Pearl said with a smile.
"We could fix the Homeworld warp! We could use Robonoids to fix it."
Blue Diamond smiled and took Blue Pearl's hand.
"You were always understanding. I could never find a better friend than you."
They smiled and Pink Pearl stood up and hugged her. Blue Pearl got up next and hugged them both. Once the Ferris Wheel stopped, everyone got out and rejoined. Blue Diamond hugged Amethyst, Soren and Blue Zircon. They were more than happy to return the hug back.
They returned back to their fun around Funland.

Everyone had met up and gathered on the beach by the Crystal Gem's house. Yellow Diamond and White Diamond waved to the group of ex rebels while Blue Diamond hugged everyone before she boarded her ship. They had so much fun and they would rejoin them once again when they were free to do so.
"Once I return, I will send the Robonoids!" Blue Diamond called waving.
White Diamond's ship left first then Yellow Diamond's. Blue Diamond's left last leaving them on the beach waving good bye.
"Well... I'm glad all that is finally over with," Garnet said looking at Pearl.
"Me too. It lasted a long, long time," Onyx said putting an arm around his wife's shoulders.
"So now we wait for the Robonoids," Peridot said, "It won't be too hard for us to get them to the Galaxy Warp."
Pearl smiled at her daughter.
"Mom, can we wait up?"
Pearl nodded, "We could have a late night outside and watch the stars."
