Prologue
Buffy is in the hotel room with a few others holding Spike's hand as Cordelia helps her give birth with angel and dawn, Wesley, and others watching since she split from the Scooby's and Giles, they have been her only family including Drusilla, who is happy to be a grandma to her grandchildren. She is in a relationship with angelus while Cordy and Doyle who came back from the dead as a gift from the powers that be and soul mate to Cordy.
A few mins later they heard a wail from a baby after buffy pushed one more time. The baby had green blue eyes everyone was shocked when they sensed she had slayer blood but also vampire in her. And started wailing hungry. Cordy cut the cord. Handed the baby girl to the proud parents who had names picked out for her.
One of their friends asked, "well what is her name guys?"
Buffy and Spike looked at each other with a smile and spoke,
"her name is Isabella Joyce Anne Summers Pratt."
"that's wonderful you guys she is beautiful I take it she is part of both of you a slayer and a vampire?" Doyle said
"yes she is mate, and we can not be happier!" Spike said with a smile on his face
"can I hold my grandchild?" spoke a sane Drusilla
"yes you can Dru!" spoke Buffy
She handed her daughter to Drusilla who showed her vamp face which made the baby laugh and giggle like Angel did with his son Connor. Who is being raised by him and Dru with their own values. Who they hope will be a good friend and cousin to Isabella when she grows older.
After spending time holding her she handed her off to Angel who got to hold her. Who handed her to Cordy and Doyle, than Fred, Gunn, Wesley, and Dawn who then handed her back to her parents. Which Spike put back in her bassinet and rocked it to make sure she went back to sleep before it became feeding time for her to be fed by Buffy to feed her.
