Many thanks to those who read and reviewed this fic. I am really happy and this inspired me to bring in the next chapter, and here Class 77 and 78 will team up to try and reinstate Naegi and Natsumi as main course students, and they are going to need a careful planning…

Ch. 43: Mafia teitaku-nai de no mītingu

At a snack bar, Class 77 and 78, Jin Kirigiri and Koichi Kizakura are discussing about what to do next, as Naegi spoke and said that telling his parents about his situation might complicate matters as he feared that his parents would throw a fit and attract the media should they learn of what happened to him, and in turn might tarnish the reputation of Hope's Peak Academy.

While Jin said that it might happen, he reiterated that the Naegi parents must be aware of what happened as he cannot let the Steering Committee get away with this, though Kizakura adjusted his hat and said that they still need to consult SOMEONE before making a decision, which Jin asked if he is sure about this, which the now-deposed scout secretly drank a small bottle of whiskey and said that he is definitely sure about this.

"Yup."

"Kizakura…"

"It'd be better if we wait for our contact. He will offer an insight before we make our next move."

"…"

"So for now, we'll have to wait, Jin."

"I…see."

"…"

"…"

By then someone arrived which the two sections stared in surprise at seeing who just came, and it turns out to be Kazuo Tengan, and he took his seat and greeted both Jin and Kizakura, which the two nodded in reply, which Jin asked Kizakura if Tengan is the one he is referring to, which Kizaura smiled and said yes.

Tengan then asked Jin what happened at Hope's Peak, glancing at the two sections who are here right now, and there Jin told Tengan about the situation, which the elderly man raised an eyebrow as he glanced at Naegi and Natsumi before speaking to Jin, having been told of the two students' plights and that Kyoko was unjustly suspended.

"I see."

"That's what happened, Tengan-san."

"Hmm…this is a problem."

"We really want to retaliate, but we could not risk bringing scrutiny at the…"

"I understand, Kirigiri."

"Sir…"

"Calm down, and we will come up with something."

"…"

When Tengan asked if Naegi's parents are informed, Jin said no due to Naegi's reluctance as he feared that if his parents were to find out about this they might lobby a complaint which might attract the media and cause unwanted scrutiny and tarnish the image of Hope's Peak Academy. Tengan nodded seeing the Luckster's apprehension and said that he will talk to the Naegi parents about it and ask them to stay their hand.

Naegi asked Tengan if he is sure about this and the former headmaster assured to him that things will be okay, stating that he will see to it that the Naegi parents won't be provoked to challenge the corrupt Steering Committee members.

"Relax, Naegi-kun."

"Um…"

"Leave it to me."

"Really?"

"Yes."

"…"

"I'll talk to your parents."

"…okay…"

Natsumi watched in silence seeing that Tengan is starting to help Jin and Naegi in solving the matter and there Tengan began to give her assurance and hope that she would be reinstated as student alongside Naegi, which caused her to be taken aback.

By then Fuyuhiko came back and told everyone that they are going to his house where he has something important to announce, and as Natsumi asked her elder brother what he is saying, he told her that he would rather tell it at their house so as to have privacy and to prevent prying ears from getting information at his hands.

Natsumi asked why not tell them here, but he told her to trust him in this.

"Trust me on this, Natsumi."

"Eh?"

"We will discuss this at the manor."

"Are you sure?"

"Yes."

"…"

"Be patient."

"Fine."

Seeing the seriousness of her brother's eyes, Natsumi nodded, and there everyone stood up and are getting ready, and Fuyuhiko was quite surprised to see Tengan, as Jin tells the SHSL Gangster that Tengan will be helping to getting Natsumi and Naegi back to Hope's Peak Academy.

Tengan smiled and Fuyuhiko slightly nodded and soon everyone left the snack bar and are heading to the Kuzuryuu manor, where the SHSL Gangster will tell everyone what he intend to tell them once they are inside.

On the other hand, Tengan, Jin and Kizakura took their leave as they intend to attend to other matters while Jin asked if this is okay, which Tengan said it is, as he intend to let Fuyuhiko handle the affair for now whilst Tengan himself will personally handle another matter, namely the Naegi parents, as they need to be informed about the current situation.

"Yes, Jin…we will let the kids handle the matter for now."

"But…is this really…?"

"Being the Super Highschool-level Gangster, Fuyuhiko Kuzuryuu has the Intel resources to help him out, so it's okay."

"I suppose…"

"Besides. We have other things to attend. The Naegi parents. They need to be informed about what befell their son."

"Is this really the best…?"

"Yes it is, Jin."

"…"

Kizakura agreed, and assured to Jin that Tengan will be the one to do the talking so as to keep things grounded and not let the situation spiral out of control.

Jin appeared reluctant but Tengan smiled and promised that everything will be okay.

"Don't worry, Jin."

"…"

"Leave everything to me."

"…"

"Things will turn out fine."

"…"

"Trust me on this."

"…"

At the Kuzuryuu manor, the Class of 77 and 78 were awed at seeing how quite lavish the Kuzuryuu place is, but at the same time felt quite apprehensive seeing the armed men glancing at the students; some are armed with machine guns and the like, others carrying swords and the like, which Soda and Hanamura hugged each other in fear.

Likewise, Hagakure hugged Yamada in worry as some of the henchmen who served Natsumi were glaring at the SHSL Fortune Teller as they have not forgotten what Hagakure did to Natsumi, and the men reluctantly stayed their hand as this was Natsumi's order for now as the two sections are here for an emergency meeting.

Natsumi's men did not like leaving Hagakure alone and wanted payback, but were forced to relent.

"Look…"

"The guy with the hairdo…"

"He has the guts to come here…"

"I want to kill him…"

"Natsumi-sama says he paid her already…"

"Yeah…I heard…"

"What now?"

"…"

As the two sections settled down, Natsumi ordered one of her maids to prepare food and drinks for the guests, while one of the henchmen asked Fuyuhiko why did he not have Hagakure captured or have him executed, reminding him how Hagakure scammed Natsumi out of her money.

Fuyuhiko responded, saying that Hagakure has already paid Natsumi's debt and hence he owes nothing, and he instructed his henchman not to do anything unless Hagakure did something threatening or anything else, which the henchman nodded.

"Tell the others to behave themselves."

"Yes, boss."

"Do not act unless I say so."

"Yes, boss."

"Until I say so, behave."

"Yes, boss."

"Got that?"

"Yes, boss. "

Everyone were at ease as Fuyuhiko began a meeting to discuss about what to do, as he intends to expose the corrupt Steering Committee members for being the pig that they are, and to have Natsumi reinstated as a main course student, however, Natsumi asked her elder brother why Naegi is not mentioned since he too was unjustly expelled, and he tried avoiding the subject much to Nanami's dismay.

This caused a scene as the Kuzuryuu siblings began to PHYSICALLY argue as she realized that Fuyuhiko is uskng this opportnunity to take a jab at the Luckster, and she demanded that he help Naegi, which the SHSL Gangster refuses to budge, reiterating that he rather see Naegi expelled than hanging out with her.

"I say no!"

"Just do it, nii-san!"

"I won't!"

"Why not?"

"Rather this than letting that hentai with the ahoge go near you!"

"Naegi is well-behaved!"

"That's just for show!"

"Naegi is not like that!"

The rest sweat-dropped as they watched the siblings pick on each other out, and Naegi sighed as he wondered why Fuyuhiko hates him so much that he went this far, but then the Kuzuryuu parents arrived, and both Fuyuhiko and Natsumi stopped, and after greeting their parents, things went peaceful for a moment, which lasted for over a minute.

Mr. Kuzuryuu loses his composure when told of the situation, and planned on sending his men to invade Hope's Peak Academy, but Kirigiri stood up and tells him to calm down, stating that they are planning a way to expose the Steering Committee and reinstate Natsumi and Naegi as main course students, as well as to reinstate Jin as headmaster.

Mr. Kuzuryuu then asked the SHSL Detective what she meant by that, and she said that they are making steps to set everything right, and urged him not to do anything rash or this would make the Steering Committee members as martyrs, as well as letting them use this opportunity to unjustly expel Fuyuhiko, and this made Mr. Kuzuryuy relent.

"Please, Mr. Kuzuryuu…"

"…"

"Do not let rage dictate your actions."

"…"

"It will only worsen the situation."

"…"

"Let us come up with a solution…something that violence won't necessarily be the way to get answers…"

"…"

After that calm was restored and things started to go back to normal as Fuyuhiko is about to resume the meeting when one of his henchmen came and said that a group of bears are loitering around, and there Fuyuhiko tells Tanaka to have the bears go somewhere and not cause a problem.

Tanaka nodded and he said that he will send the bears home immediately and promised that they won't cause any disturbances here inside the Kuzuryuu manor.

"I will send the bears home."

"Please do, Tanaka."

"I will."

"I do not want them to cause my men to panic."

"I shall see to it that they will not cause any disturbance."

"Yeah, yeah…just get them out of here."

"I shall."

"…"

As Tanaka left, things went well and the discussion is about to commence when something unexpected occur, as something appeared behind Naegi, which the SHSL Luckster blinked his eyes upon seeing his schoolmates backing away.

What Naegi did not know is that the bear appeared behind him, in which he appeared obese-looking, and is wearing a huge shorts with two-sided colors, boots, elbow pads, knee pads, a towel draped over his shoulders and wearing a crewcut-shaped wig and looked very grumpy.

The bear is cosplaying as WWE wrestler Samoa Joe, and the bear grabbed Naegi from behind, performing the Coquina Clutch, and pulls Naegi with him to the ground, and the Luckster screams out in pain, tapping his hand on the ground repeatedly, causing quite a commotion which attracted Tanaka's attention, and upon seeing it, Tanaka approached and urge the bear to let Naegi go.

"What...? Joe!"

"..."

"Stop! Joe!"

"..."

"Let go of that boy, Joe!"

"..."

"Joe!"

"..."

After over 90 seconds the bear reluctantly let go, and Naegi was helped up, looking like he got beaten up as he clutched his arm and neck in pain, and Tanaka apologized for what happened, and as the grumpy bear is about to be escorted out, Fuyihiko grinned as he whispered to Joe, telling him something and gave him a jar of honey.

The bear nodded and grabbed Naegi from behind, performing the Coquina Clutch again and the living room got noisy again, which Natsumi glared, seeing that Fuyihiko bribed the bear into beating up Naegi, and after the bear released the hapless Naegi, the Class 78 members checked on the Luckster, who is sprawled on the floor, eyes spinning, and is knocked out.

Though the Class 77 members berated Fuyihiko for his antics, the SHSL Gangster appeared to be very unrepentant, and took pride in it, and this earned Natsumi's ire as she took out two jars of honey and directed the bear to beat up Fuyihiko, and the bear did so, wrestling the SHSL Gangster silly, using suplexes, body slams and an enzuguri.

Now Fuyuhiko is knocked out and the others wondered if they should step in or not.

Hope you liked this chapter, and while there is no action showed here, other than the two sections joining forces and are planning a way to expose the Steering Committee and have Naegi and Natsumi reinstated as students…

The second half of this chapter showed some comedy…and the comic relief moments make up for it, as one of Tanaka's bears cosplayed as a WWE superstar and beat up Naegi…but the SHSL Gangster got payback as Natsumi turned the tables on her elder brother…
