Just as she was trying to understand what that intense emotion could possibly be, she felt Darcia enter the room where she was. Feeling him stop when he was close enough to touch the glass. "You miss him don't you Cheza? Don't worry, I'll get your wolf for you so the two of you can be together again." Her heart squeezed hearing that, she feared what would happen when the man in front of her found him and the pack Kiba had. She wanted to speak up and tell Darcia to leave the her chosen wolf alone. "Don't worry too much, he will be in good condition and safe. My only hope is that he doesn't try to fight back."
'No, Kiba! Please, be careful.'
"When the time is right, I'll get my Harmana back and the two of you will be able to leave. I will not fail this time."
Desperately Cheza reached through her connection to her chosen wolf, 'Kiba, avoid him. Please, don't go with him. Find this one your way. You must.'
Now:
Kiba watched as Quent fixed a part in his van, "What seems to be wrong with this part of the car?" The man looked at him with a raised eyebrow, "I don't know the name of the part you are working with."
The human laughed amused and pulled him over, "It's called the engine, it makes the car run."
Blue eyes looked at the man, "I thought that was the gas that did."
"It is part that helps the car run. There is the mechanical parts that are also part of it. Are you interested in hearing about it?"
Kiba raised an eyebrow and shook his head choosing to ask instead, "What got you into wanting to work on cars in your free time? It doesn't feel like a you thing, and my memories of you don't show you working on one."
"Well, there was a time when I didn't work on cars, yes. However, when it came time to pay someone to fix a car issue I found out I could fix on my own easily. It was then that I knew that it was time that I start to learn how to do it myself." Quent went back to fixing the issue he had found as he continued to talk, "It has come especially helpful when Detective Lebowski has come to me with questions when his own car is having issues."
Just from the explanation itself the wolf had an idea that it definitely had something to do with their past life. "I see, why not just use you own feet to get places? It's what we have them for."
The human chuckled, "Sometimes we are trying to get someplace faster than out feet can carry us."
Mark (1) and Blue trotted into the garage and went to a corner that Quent had as a safe place for the half wolf to go when he was using tools and what not. Once there the two of them laid down and watch the two at the car carefully. "I see, I guess that makes sense."
"Any reason you sought me out in particular or were you just looking for company?" Quent asked as he leaned back and looked at the engine to see if there was anything else that needed to be fixed. He was fixing the vehicle up so that when the group left they would all be able to fit in. He had used it a couple of times so the guards knew he had it and that he used it when he was going from one dome to the next when ever he needed to. This was of course before he knew that Kiba had a small pack coming with him it would have fit him, Cher, Hubb and the wolves. Now that there were extra wolves the group had to find a different way to get out since trying to pile seven humans and eight dogs into the van was going to look suspicious to anyone watching. That was the last thing they as a group needed.
The illusioned wolf gave a small smile, "Just looking for company honestly."
Quent chuckled amused as he closed the hood of the van. "I have a game in one of the closets if you want to try that with me."
The young man shook his head as he replied, "No thank you. I kind of want to get out of the house to be honest. I've been cooped up inside for too long."
"Then it will have to be around my house. Lord Orkham's men came in yesterday and it sounds like they will be around for a short time. I try not to be around any of the noble's soldiers if I can help it. I'm not a big fan of them, even in my past life." The human finished with a whisper.
The two of them watched as Mark walked off as the younger male asked, "What if we went to Hubb and Cher's place. We wouldn't have to deal with them at their home."
"Nope, Cher has to work today and Hubb is on call. If he gets called in I see him dropping your friends off here before he heads into work." Quent went about cleaning up the small mess he had with Kiba helping him out, "Even if he doesn't get called in I don't want to risk how I act when I see those soldiers. I'm finding it hard enough to not drink myself stupid without their help."
The teenager made a face when he recalled a particular memory of the man when he smelled like he had had too much alcohol to drink. "I understand." He wondered to the side of the house where he sat on the ground and pet Blue while he smelled Mark off somewhere else on the property that the man owned.

Moving a ball around with his nose the black wolf made his way over where he smelled Tsume laying in wait for him. The other's scent told him that the grey wolf was worried about something. "What seems to be the issue?"
"It's the noble in the area. I can't be captured by Quent while they are here. If it is the wrong noble they might recognize me." Tsume replied as he looked around to make sure that he wasn't being followed, "Did you happen to hear what noble it was that has their men here?"
"Quent said that his name was Orkham. Is that one of the nobles you guys met in your past life?" The black wolf asked looking at the other with his red eyes.
"No, but it still might be too big of a risk if I get captured while his men are still here."
"Tsume, you said it yourself. It is too risky for you to be out there anymore. If the wrong person grabs you all us wolves are in danger."
"I know but that doesn't change the situation." The two wolves eyes locked onto each other, "If any of those men were from Jargara or Darcia's group from the past life they might have a chance to still remember me. Right now this is a risk I might have to take."
Mark groaned, "They are planning on searching the woods either tonight or tomorrow. You could still be recognized there."
"Did Quent say that?"
"No, but I did over hear some of the guards yesterday. They were saying that they were happy that they were going to get some help searching them. You won't be safe there." Mark replied as he picked up the ball and looked over his shoulder, "Just think about it. The guards are nearby I can't stay over here too long or they will figure us out." The black wolf ran off from the other and went to his best friend who was sitting on the steps of the back door.
Kiba smiled and took the ball from the black furred wolf and threw it causing Mark to run after the object. The guards walking by chuckled and watched the teenager with his 'dog' for a short time before continuing on their route. When Mark got back to Kiba the illusioned wolf took the ball from his mouth and pet him happily on the neck. "Good boy, Markus." The 'dog' gave a bark and Kiba threw the ball again. From the kitchen Quent watched the two wolves playing their parts with a wide smile; he could tell that the guards had no clue that either was a wolf. The two were flawless in their act and he was thankful for that. He wondered how Tsume was going to do since he never really had any experience playing the part of a dog before.
Letting out a light sigh he went back to washing the dishes and replied to his own 'dog's' worried expression, "I'm okay I'm just worried how Tusme is going to act when I get him."
Blue looked amused as she replied, "Don't worry about him, he will be fine. He's got Mark and I as examples as well as the fact that he has to act like a wild dog that just got captured. You have no need to worry."
Letting his hand fall to her head the man gently pet the she-wolf, "I know, but it doesn't stop me from worrying. I'm still going to be watched by the guards once I do end up catching him. They will find some kind of excuse as to why they can take him away."
"We'll be gone before they can even think to try. You, Hubb, and Cher have been planning this for a few years. We can do this, and you are almost done with the van."
Quent smiled, "While that is true we will still need to be careful." Hearing a noise outside his house he looked out of the kitchen and saw one of Lord Orkham's men walking by. Eyes narrowing he went back into the kitchen and kept an eye on Kiba just in case one of them tried to talk to him. Whispering under his breath he said, "Blue, go get Markus and Keith inside. I'll let them play outside more later." Blue instantly listened and ran off to go do what he had asked. Quent barely trusted the normal military walking around his house; he was not going to let Lord Orkham's men talk to Kiba without him deciding if they could. Kiba was technically under his parenting so to speak.
As he watched through the window he saw Kiba getting up and making his way inside with Mark not far behind him. Walking into the kitchen the teenager asked so only he could hear, "What is wrong?"
"That is some of Lord Orkham's men that went by the house." Quent replied walking over and patting the kid on the shoulder seeing the worried expression that took over the illusioned wolf's face. "Let's get some food made."

Tsume watched as Kiba went inside the house feeling thankful that Quent had sent Blue to get him. In the back of his head he thought about the issue of him getting caught. Seeing the soldiers caused him to want to do two different things. One was staying hidden so that it didn't cause the military to question Quent but the second was getting caught by the same human so that he could help keep Kiba safe. Letting out a huff he waited for Lord Orkham's men to move so that they couldn't see him then bolted over to the forest not far from Dome City.
Reaching the forest he jumped of a trap trigger and landed on the other side continuing running when his paws hit the ground. He could hear one of the military men complaining but instead of focused on them he continuing to run. He had gotten used to their traps so he knew where to predict them to be. He knew he had to be careful since he also had to worry about Orkham men's traps as well. Slowing down to as stop he sniffed the ground then looked up at one of the dome's military men. Tilting his head, something he had seen Blue do several times, he let his tail sway.
The moment he did it the man groaned and he trotted off to a different path. The wolf could hear the man's helmet hitting the tree he had been hiding in. Amused he continued on his way carefully walking at an even pace. Off to the left he could see one of Lord Orkham's men leaning against a tree. Letting himself stop near the edge of a tree that was nearby him he locked eyes with the man as his ear swiveled around listening carefully to the area around him.
The way the man looked at him let him know how much he was aware of how intelligent he was. Letting out a small huff Tsume again tilted his head curiously. The man continued to look right at him daring him to move. Tilting his head the other way his willed his ears to move in a way that didn't alert the man behind him that he knew he was there. He only moved when he heard the slightest rustling behind him and bolted the way that he came into the forest. Speeding through the forest he dodged a trap that tried to drop onto him, his legs carrying him as fast as they could as he heard it falling to the ground.
He reached the edge of the forest faster then he had anticipated and continued on to the city. Seeing a man in the way of his normal hole he ran took a sharp turned to the left making the men following him curse angrily, especially when he again dodged another net that was thrown at him. His paws pounded on the ground as he carried himself forward. In the background he could hear the men talking about getting the cars. Not about to let that happen he ran toward a hole that he didn't go to very much. It was well hidden and so far none of the humans had ever seen him using it.
Reaching the mentioned hole he squirmed his way in and looked round before crawling out from behind the barrel that blocked the hole and made his way through the back allies. He needed to make his way to Quent's as a 'dog' it was the place that he was the most comfortable due to the man always taking care of him However, if he couldn't get there then he could then he would need to make his way to one of his other hiding spots. Ears moving he listened carefully to the area around him. Sniffing the air he picked up on where several of the men were and gave a small growl of irritation when he realized that they had blocked his most direct path to get to where he wanted to go.
Letting out a soft irritated growl he turned right and down the alley way there to take a more indirect route back. Walking past a couple of cats that were in the area hear heard them laughing at him as he made his way through telling him that he was going to be found out and killed. Ignoring them he continued on his way at a careful but brisk pace. Stopping at a corner he smelled that one of the men was near him so he went back the way he came and shuffled behind a couple of barrels. He had just settled himself in time when he saw the same men walking not moment later.
Waiting till they were out of sight he resisted glaring at the cats as he made his way out and froze seeing a man stop and look at him. The fact that he had the dome's military garb did not sit well for him. The man too froze and stared at him but it was not in the way that the other military men did so he was slightly confused as he took in the man's features getting a weird feeling that he had seen the man before. The man looked over his shoulder shortly before kneeling down and holding his hand out causing Tsume to growl and back away. "Everything's okay boy, I'm not going to hurt you."
Again the voice the man had pulled on his mind, he could have sworn that he had heard it before and his scent was strangely familiar though he couldn't place it. The man pulled his hand back and pulled off his glove after checking again to make sure that no one else was coming down the alley way. Putting his bare hand out he once again tried to get Tsume to walk up to him, "Come on boy, you don't want to get caught by them do you." The wolf let out a huff and backed away another step hiding further behind the barrel. He hated the fact that he was hiding, it was not a feeling that he was very fond of.
The man seemed to think carefully before he stood up causing the grey wolf to hide once again behind the barrels fully. "Commander, any sign of the dog."
"No, keep looking around the perimeter he must have made his way out by now." Tsume's ears stilled hearing the reply and curiously peeked out when he hear the other men run off. To his surprise commander spoke directly to him as if he knew that he understood more than he should, "Any direction leading up to Yaiden's place has been blocked off and will get you caught. Find a safe place to hunker down tonight. You don't want to be caught." Giving a small smile the commander looked in the opposite direction give a soft 'go' before wondering off.
Tilting his head Tsume watched as the man walked off in the direction he had misled his men and disappeared. Walking out from behind the barrel the wolf made his way the way he had intended and went to find a safe hiding place to stay at for the night.
