Author Notes: After a very, very, very long absence- I'm back to writing this fanfic due with the news that the Bleach final arc will return.
As I begin to link up characters and events to match up with the Bleach Rinse storyline, I also have added some of the Bleach Can't Fear for Your World light novels as they seem to be generally an interesting addition to the Bleach mythos.
Chapter 36: Ghost of My Tool
Ichigo was punched through another set of buildings.
How am I gonna get past that ghost guy...he hits me while I can't avoid the blows...Wait...this is my mind...why do I have to play by their rules in my own world.?!..why am I letting myself get hit by my own buildings that I made with my mind..., Ichigo thought as he then calmed himself and phased through the buildings.
The three looked astonished as Ichigo seemingly vanished.
He then rose up behind Ashil, Damayaji, and Anahol, who turned around in panic.
"It's like fighting air...and you're in my mind...of course I wouldn't losing...or at the very least, forced to play your game...," Ichigo explained as Damayaji summoned his Crab Spirit to become a shell armor, Siegfried manifesting its physical form to guard Ashil and Anahol summoned a winged sphinx.
Ichigo's Zanpakuto briefly manifested a white faced, snout-less kitsune face snarling with blue sclera eyes as Ichigo unleashed a silver blast that managed to phase through the trio's defense, with the slash phasing through the spirits and hitting only their owners, causing a gash diagonally down each of their chest from a left angle.
"What did you do?!," Ashil shouted as he stomped in childish anger.
"I don't know..., but I know there's weird Ghost...and I can see them no matter how much they hide now...," Ichigo said as his eyes glowed with a blue light.
Then to their dread, someone burst out of one of the windows, having cut the glass to do so.
The eye-patch wearing Kenpachi Zaraki who raring to fight.
"That guy's made of rule breaking bullshit anyways.," Ichigo grunted.
Kenpachi's enthusiasm dropped when he saw the trio...
"You must've learned through sheer instinct alone from what took years for us to master, but this doesn't mean...," Anahol said confidently, sure of his superiority.
"You get lost...I'm not good with numbers, but I'm good with letters...if you're an F-...I'm A++++...," Zaraki said with no concern, as he slashed his sword, cutting Anahol's nose before the latter even noticed.
The latter then healed himself once he saw blood dripping down his suit, repressing his fear..., but his nose was now normal length due to the panic disrupting his concentration to get his healing process to repair the damage.
"You ruined my clan's glorious schnoz! You must die a thousand deaths!," he said angrily.
"Whatever...," Kenpachi said back as he rolled his eyes.
Ashil then realized with horror they were in the middle of two very combatants...that would swat them like flies.
Xcution Base
Riruka awoke after being thrown by the Royal Guard member, but observed the base...was wrecked with several holes blown into it and pieces of rubble on the group. There was smog from a fire, likely started in sef-defense to whatever attack.
She then saw a sight that hadn't ever expected.
Almost of the Full-Bringers they had gathered had their throats slit or were being forcibly stuck into a disgusting eldritch like design that was gradually forming into something humanoid and smaller. Screaming as they did so, but unaware of their surroundings.
Looking at the sight was an incredibly beautiful young woman, with short black hair which was longer on her left side, wearing a black business-style suit with a white scarf around her neck, and a golden, X-shaped lapel pin on the chest. This was Aura Michibane, one of the newer recruits of the army.
What shocked him to her core was seeing a slender man with green eyes and medium length, unkempt, dark-green hair, except for a tightly tied braid along his left side of his head. He wore a loose fitting, black Soul Reaper uniform over which he wears a white haori. He wielded a green handled katana with a tsuba with a hollow diamond within a hollow sqaure shape.
Riruka through Kūgo being inside her, knew who he was.
"Tokinada!," she shouted as he drew Kūgo's long broadsword out with the intent to kill the man.
"That's what I always like to see from you filthy humans playing Soul Reapers...Soul...Crushing...Despair.," he said with mocking politeness.
"What the fuck are you doing Aura?! Why are you with him?! Where's the others?!," Riruka shouted.
"Some got away, but the rest were transmuted and merged with some nameless Soul Reapers, Hollows and Quincy survivors into this little guy.," Aura explained as the figure solidified into a child like shape.
"Well, I revealed the truth about how the true ruler of existence and almost all of them gladly went along with the plan...though others needed forceful negations...and some had already left knowing they couldn't defeat me...," she added.
"What truth...?," Riruka asked, with her eyes twitching.
"Everything that Yhwach believes to be his past including his original name...the organization of the World's Sword- the Soul Society Branches...your past...the being known as Andromalius being the one who supposedly killing Ichigo's mother...all of it was a fabricated lie created by Kajiya's Owari no Hon (Book of the End)...You sure as hell didn't found this organization that's over over 200 years old...maybe should be in your early sixties, but that's being modest...," she explained to her fellow Full-Bringer.
"That doesn't explain you being with Tokinada. He's the one who killed your father!," Riruka shouted.
"Oh...Tenshiyo Agata...I did have my men kill him...," Tokinada explained, but Aura didn't show a reaction.
"My father kept me in a cell with only food to comfort me...then I lost that joy when I gained my powers for the first time upon his death...turning it to ash in my mouth...I had no purpose until Tokinada showed up...and provided me with the opportunity to create this fellow.," Aura said with a lamenting tone of voice.
"You bastard, you took advantage of her.," Riruka snarled.
"We're partners from the very start, I didn't offer her a choice to be spared...she joined this group with the intentions of demolishing it from the inside... As for being a bastard...I'm actually pleased...I know the Original Sin of the Soul Society...knowing this revelation- why wouldn't I be a bastard and pretend to be otherwise to the ignorant?! I always doubt the altruistic intentions of others- knowing them to be lies to comfort the dull masses.,"he explained.
Tokinada then drew his blade.
"Let's end this now! Revere Enrakyōten-," Tokinada said before an emaciated, man wearing a white lab coat over a Soul Reaper uniform, wearing round glasses that obscured his eyes and had short silver hair that parted in the middle of his forehead. His actual face was obscured, leaving only the glowing eyewear to serve as his sight.
"Your accomplice? No, you look not too happy to see him.," Riruka noted, hiding her own dread from the ominous Spiritual Pressure he was emitting.
"Enmā Nārākū...the head of the Nārākū Clan of the founding Nobles of the Soul Society...what're you doing here?!," Tokinada said with a negative tone of loathing.
"We were just here to keep this...children's attempt of getting attention from getting too rowdy.," he said ominously to the dark green haired man.
"...Let's end this. Head of the Tsunayashiro household of the Noble Houses...from this day forward by the order of Abeseimei...the Full-Bringers will cease their rebellion and aid in the Great Soul War against both Barragan and Yhwach for the sake of the preservation of the Worlds.. by the way, Ishakyōki is very interested in your unique body..," he said with a creepy and dramatic tone of voice.
He then pointed to a very large man behind Riruka, one with light blue dreadlocks with rounded ends that reached his back, resembling a jester hat. He also wore black lipstick, black half-circle markings on his cheek, a blue, round nose, wore skull with crossbones earrings, as well as a dark neckband with a no symbol around the Shiba Clan symbol. His outfit consisted of a white doctor's coat with a black eye symbol with wings on the the eye symbols ends over a purple turtleneck sweater, brown pants with black tied shoes and a pair of triangular, pink rimmed glasses. His silver iris, frantic eyes looked down on the girl.
That individual had been there the entire time and it was only when Enmā had caused her to pay attention to the clown that she even notice that he was there.
How'd he be there without my sensing it...wait, The Senseless Surgeon...Ishakyōki Kurotsuchi! I thought he was executed for his extreme methods during the last Quincy War using the 4th Squad techniques in such a bastardizing way that he was stripped of his title...even Mayuri found him to be a monster- and Mayuri's a psycho..., Riruka thought with alarm.
"I died with my 4th Squad role...now I'm one of the Jūrokūtenn'ō (Sixteen Heavenly Kings)...the Physician of the Seirei Ten'nō (Soul Emperor).," explained the clown who switched from sounding low and raspy to bombastic and guttural.
"What's the Seimei Ten'nō?! Jūrokūten'nō?! What does that even mean?!," Riruka demanded as she swung her sword, but the clown nosed man dodged it in a manner that felt like a flowing praxinoscope like motion.
"Above your pay grade...even when one of you was working with us...how dull...you're a parasite houser...I've studied literally 5 trillion of those during my time in my office.," Ishakyōki answered dismissively.
"How's Mayrui...?," asked the clown to Enmā, brushing off Riruka.
"He should be around here...," said the silver haired captain before he noticed the distorted object that Aura was making, had been forged into a much smaller vessel.
It had formed into a dark-skinned, androgynous young child with short dark hair, which then proceeded to open their wide red iris eyes.
The child then saw Aura and said,
"Mama..."
It then proceeded to hug Aura.
Riruka fell to her knees as all of the Full-Bringers, ones that her comrades had all celebrated the previous night with, had gotten drunk with, told stories of their pasts, played games with, bonded with, etc- all gone into this thing...a ghost of a tool...
And even when she was fully capable of doing so, she couldn't just erase this newborn just for existing.
It was a complete loss.
The rain began to downpour.
"Master Abeseimei should be scolding Hao for his insolence now...," Ishakyōki noted.
"Wait, he's coming alone?! He's someone that only meets with the Five Noble Families, the Head Captain and the Royal Guard...and the leaders of the other Branches in his citadel in the heavens...Why has he come down alone?!," Tokinada asked with startled surprise.
"He's with Genjō Sanzō, another of the 16. He's here because someone's cheating the Reincarnation cycle...," Ishakyōki said with a giggle.
Urahara Shop
Hao and his other followers rise up from the ground into the main candy store entry room, rose up to see Kisuke sitting down, awaiting his arrival along with Tessai Tsukabishi, a tall, muscular, lightly tan-skinned man with black hair that was cornrowed and had a large handlebar mustache, which connected to his long sideburns. He wore a pair of rectangular-shaped glasses, a white muscle shirt with regular pants and a blue apron. The latter beginning a quiet chant for a powerful Kidō spell.
"It took a while to pay for the damaged goods. The Logos should be pleased for now and the Soul Emperor should continue to tolerate us...,"
"I'm mad...I just got back from taxation dues..., which is already a nuisance...and now there's several uninvited guests...You guys really need to get out before somebody spanks...you...," Kisuke said with uncharacteristic, tranquil tone of fury before he paused as he saw something unnatural.
Hao turned around as did his followers to understand what Kisuke was so upset about.
In the entryway, was a tall, physically fit humanoid with golden skin, clad in dark golden clock themed samurai armor with sundial shoulder guard, an hourglass abdomen guard, hourglass arm guards, watch-clock knee guards, clocks in the center of his sandals, the kanji for "King" in the center of his chest armor and the Kanji for "Time on his thigh/leg guards and a helmet with a yellow crescent with a stream of yellow feather protruding from the back of the helmet. His most unusual feature was his face that was shaped like an anthropomorphic yellow clock face with the hands serving as a mustache to a round nose, and sharp orifices of a steep inward slant; from which emerge small, round red eyes eyes without sclera, with pronounced eye sockets that possess fragmented pupils in the pattern of a 12 hour clock. In the center of the crescent was a smaller identical face with darker hue of gold. Both were in a constant state of perpetual rage and repressed fury.
"You're supposed to be in Hell awaiting for your next rebirth- without memories of your past life...Hao Asaskura...your time hasn't been fully served yet and aberrations need to be dealt with...," said the figure with a slightly less tall, obscured figure clad in shadow behind him.
"Abeseimei...I'll show you how my Omnyōdō has outclassed yours since the last time we met...," Hao said confidently.
"...No, Master Abeseimei...you cannot fight so soon..," said a voice behind the large figure, walking forward.
"No, Genjō, your assumption was wrong...it would be trifle for an emperor to directly fight an upstart.," the figure said to the man behind him.
This statement made Hao irritated.
The figure revealed himself to be a young man in a white suit with a black eye symbol with wings at each tip, with black chin-length hair with straight-cut bangs covering his forehead.
"I don't want to fight the lackey-," Hao said casually before the black haired man spoke over him.
"I am Genjō Sanzō...and you will pay for your hubris.," explained the man as he pulled out a blue clothed katana with a keyhole like guard and an unusual blade- shaped like a golden key.
"Oh, I know you... it's the perpetual young man who's even older than Ichibē and Yamamoto...so smalll...," Hao remarked as he gathered red flame like Reiatsu.
"I am small compared to Master Abeseimei...but, you're insignificant in comparison to the heavens.," Genjō said as he generated a pure, yellow Reiatsu.
"Tessai...we should go and watch Ichigo's training...this ifht is bigger than the both of us-," Kisuke suggested.
"You will be placed in your future confinements as well, Kisuke Urahara...you didn't pay that 15% charge for your taxes...you money grubber.," Genjō said as he noticed the hat wearing man sneak away.
Kisuke sighed as Tessai looked concerned.
"Then again...I really have the most beef with old grandfather clock...I'll get a few swings to get under his skin...That should make my day.," Kisuke said as he looked directly as Abeseimei, but decided his attention lay with Genjō first.
Hao then summoned his Spirit of Fire's hand to grab Tessai.
"Don't forget about me...," Hao said with a casual hubris.
The fight between the three men would begin now with Abeseimei phasing into the ground.
There's only one reason for why he's here- do to Ichigo what he failed to do years ago...isn't that right, Mother Killer..., Kisuke internally spoke himself.
