"Last time, on Total Drama Reloaded..." Chris began the recap, walking down the Dock of Shame towards a jet ski. "Our campers took to the skies today, initially being an obstacle course challenge before switching to an emergency operation to take down Heather. Caleb crossed Beebee by swiping the smoke machine she earned in the first part of the challenge, so Beebee crossed him back by blowing it up! Vanessa and Dawn's flying machines both failed on them thanks to some goat attacks and Heather's projectiles, leaving Staci to be the one to actually take Heather out! As to be expected, Vanessa was voted out for her previous actions, but not before spilling the beans on Dawn! Spicy!" Chris recapped, then sat down on the jet ski.
"You've been watching Howard, Staci, Dawn, Caleb, and Beebee make their way to the final five! It's been a long three weeks for them, so we decided to give them the day off to contemplate how far they've gotten and try not to die on the campgrounds. But what happens to the campers that receive the toxic marshmallow and ride the Hurl of Shame? What are those losers up to and where are they now? And just what do they think of the final 5? We're about to get the inside scoop, and you don't want to miss it! Right here, on Total, Drama, Reeeeeeeeeeeeeloaded!"
Intro Sequence:
The rock tune of I Wanna Be Famous started up, with old dingy cameras with spiderwebs on them popping out of various places. First near some trees, then in the cafeteria, then out of a toxic waste barrel, and finally out of a hole in a tree with a tentacle holding it. A movie clapper then came in and closed, letting the full shot begin.
Dear Mom and Dad, I'm doing fine, you guys are on my mind
The camera zoomed past the campgrounds, where Chris was sitting on a large log being carried by the interns Philip, Irene, Ted, and Josh. Going over the massive 1,000-foot high cliff, the camera dove into the water where Cameron was currently choking underwater while piranhas surrounded him. A fish hook grabbing onto his shorts and pulled him up to safety.
You asked me what I wanted to be, and I think the answer is plain to see
Shane and B were sitting in a canoe in the lake, with B trying to fix the machine that was pulling Cameron up. Shane reached over to try and help, but sparks flew out of the machine and it began to malfunction, sending Cameron flying into the distance.
I wanna beeeeeee famous!
Cameron landed on the ground in the forest next to Mitzy who was currently sketching a scene in the forest. Dawn was meditating on a tree stump and Howard was setting up a trap when Cameron landed, and the loud noise caused a mutant gopher to rise from underground and scare them all away.
I wanna live close to the sun
Mike, Vanessa, and Monica were riding in a canoe together, with Monica glaring at Vanessa as she talked to Mike. It soon went over a waterfall though, making them all scream as they plummeted.
So pack your bags cuz I've already won
Lightning was doing reps with a log, lifting it up and down while standing on another log in front of the waterfall. Mike, Vanessa, and Monica all plummeted behind him, and he was soon knocked off balance and fell with him when Abigail threw a water balloon at him.
Everything to prove, nothing in my way, I'll get there one day
Scott was leaning against the confessional watching them all fall, laughing to himself until the door opened up to reveal Brava inside, staring at him coldly as she stepped out. Going inside the cafeteria, Chef was trying to cook, but Felix was currently pestering him with advice.
Cuz I wanna beeeeeee famous!
Over at the counter, Anne-Maria was spraying herself with spray-tan while Petunia was spraying the counter with her disinfectant spray. Their fumes collided, making the two both go into a coughing fit. At the dining tables, Caleb was playing a game of chess against Lucien, but Lucien was taking forever to make his move, infuriating Caleb.
Na na na nana, nananana, nananana
Out on the beach, Jo had run onto the sand just before Brick, beating him in the race they had. Over by the water, Sam was currently playing on his Gameguy, before Beebee jumped up and snatched it out of his hands. Sam ran after her afterward to try and get it back.
I wanna be, I wanna be, I wanna be famous!
Panning to the Dock of Shame, Dakota first kissed the camera before doing several poses for the paparazzi after she texted them. A bucket of water was dropped down on her by Chris, but Arin swooped in at the last second and grabbed it, striking a heroic pose once she landed on the ground, taking the attention away from Dakota much to her dismay.
I wanna be, I wanna be, I wanna be famous!
One of the flashes from the paparazzi transitioned to a shot of the moon, which panned down to show Caleb and Jo glaring at each other sitting in adjacent seats. Staci popped up between them to break the tension, which now directed both of their anger towards her instead. Zooming out, the rest of the cast except for Beebee and B were shown whistling the final bits of the intro, with a sign of the season name on a wooden plank being visible once the whole cast was. The song ended, and the intro faded out.
After the intro ended, the episode began with Chris pulling up to what looked like a beach resort while riding his jet ski. There was a dock here as well, but the property itself looked much nicer than Camp Wawanakwa did. "Welcome to Playa Des Losers!" Chris greeted the audience, soon stepping off his jet ski and onto the dock.
Various shots of the resort were shown, although the resort had clearly seen better days. Most of the tropical plants that had been brought here were wilting, and the wood of the dock was rotting badly. "This is our all-inclusive resort where those that have been brutally eliminated spend their time as losers!" Chris introduced the location as the shots were shown.
Felix and Lucien were relaxing on lounge chairs side by side, drinking some kind of fruit punch together. Monica walked past them, looking around angrily. "Spending time here allows these losers to reflect on their time in the game, and of course acknowledge their fate as reality show has-beens!" Chris added, although it was clear some were handling it better than others.
Dakota was at the top of a diving board, wearing her swimsuit and sunglasses. She dove down, landing in the water and quickly surfacing. "Nice dive Dakota!" Sam praised her dive, sitting at the edge of the pool.
Sam had his Gameguy, although he had it in a plastic bag while he played just to make sure it wouldn't get damaged by the water. "Thanks Sam! Do you wanna try? I'm sure you'd do great!" Dakota called to Sam, pointing to the diving board, about 20 feet above the pool.
Sam chuckled, shaking his head. "Uh, no thanks! I've got some dailies to grind through, and I'm kinda already checked out for physical activity today, hehe." Sam turned the idea down, then went back to focusing on his Gameguy.
Dakota swam up to the edge of the pool, looking at what he was doing. "Aww c'mon Sam, you've been playing all day! Even I take a break from my phone from time to time." Dakota pleaded, putting her hands on his shoulders.
Sam blushed, but he shook his head again. "Hehe... Dakota, you're way better at diving, swimming, and just look better than I do." Sam complimented her, chuckling afterward.
"Alright, well I suppose it makes my stills look perfect for promos if I swim alone! No offense Sam." Dakota told him, then stood back up to take another dive.
"None taken." Sam replied, watching her make her way back to the diving board.
-Confessional: Sam-
The confessional was just the bathroom inside the resort building, although it was much nicer than the outhouse at Wawanakwa. There was a shower on the side, towels hanging on a rack on the wall behind Sam, and an actual door to the left. The camera was positioned on the mirror of the sink, with Sam sitting on a stool in front of it. "It's really nice getting to spend time here with Dakota. It's still kinda crazy to think about honestly, never thought I'd be able to date someone, let alone someone as cool as her."
-End Confessional-
Further down the pool was a bar, although alcohol wasn't being served at all. Mitzy, Arin, and Shane were sitting on the seats there, with Mitzy and Arin having their little chatter. "So, are you doing good with your comic Mitzy? I haven't gotten to take a look at it for a good while now." Arin asked, then took a sip of some grape juice.
"Sam really helped me with some of the monster designs, and some of the things that happened recently helped me actually shape out the villains, those are the big things!" Mitzy answered, leaning back on the bar.
"How come you don't work on it out here? I'd love to see it! You make some pretty cool heroic action scenes!" Arin questioned, since Mitzy didn't have her sketchbook with her.
Mitzy giggled for a moment, then pointed down at the water. "Really don't wanna risk getting it wet. It's easier to brainstorm and draw when we're inside anyway. Kinda like when we were in the nice cabin back at camp." Mitzy answered.
"Ohhh, right. Have you made any progress on it since you've gotten here then?" Arin asked her, then went to lean back against the bar the same way Mitzy was.
Arin leaned a bit too quickly, and fell off her seat into the water. Both Shane and Mitzy were splashed, with the former getting a bit irked. "A real hero you are. Great landing." Shane remarked sarcastically, then took a sip of some cola.
Arin surfaced quickly, frowning at Shane. "Yeesh, it was just a splash! What got you so grumpy huh? Oh no, it's not an evil backstory is it?" Arin asked him as she climbed back onto her seat.
"I shouldn't even be here, that's what! I got cheated out of winning!" Shane complained, crossing his arms as he looked at the two nerds.
Mitzy scratched her head, not sure what he meant. "Uh, I haven't been here for long, was there something I missed?" Mitzy asked back, looking to Arin for an answer.
"Dunno what he's talking about. It does sound like something that could lead to a villainous turn though, so I'll look into it." Arin told her, then hopped off her seat again and swam away.
-Confessional: Shane-
Shane had his arms crossed, glaring at the camera. "I shouldn't be stuck here, and no one even cares! It's like they all forgot I had a ton of strategies ready! Jo used her idol to get rid of me, and she still got booted! That could be me in the final 5 right now!"
-End Confessional-
Over in the hot tub, Anne Maria and Lightning were relaxing together on one side, while Cameron watched on the other. "As you can see, our ex-campers have made themselves comfortable here at the resort! Some more comfortable than others." Chris narrated, with the shot focusing on Anne Maria and Lightning.
Both of them were in their swimsuits obviously, and both seemed to be enjoying themselves. Anne Maria more so than Lightning. "Aww yeah baby, guess who landed themselves a fiiiine man!" Anne Maria greeted the camera, wrapping one arm around Lightning.
"And Lightning sha-scored!" Lightning added, pumping a fist into the air and accidentally punching Anne Maria in the face.
Anne Maria resurfaced and punched him back. "Hey! Watch the face!" Anne Maria yelled at him.
"And you watch the Lightning! I mean seriously, just look at these guns! Sha-boom!" Lightning flexed his muscles, then began to kiss them.
Cameron watched their exchange awkwardly, then raised one finger. "You two don't exactly share much chemistry, you didn't even spend time together on the same team. Lightning voted you off too. Why are you trying to date?" Cameron pointed out all the obvious issues, very confused by them.
"It's called settling kid. You'll learn what that is when you're older." Anne Maria told him bluntly, then went back to rubbing Lightning's muscles.
"We're the same age." Cameron stated, deadpanning at both of them.
Felix and Lucien were hanging out by some palm trees on lounge chairs, although it seemed that Lucien had fallen asleep entirely. "You know, I forgot that we would be able to just hang out here after the competition at first. A vacation here is a nice consolation prize." Felix commented, looking up at the clear sky.
He didn't hear a response.
Felix raised an eyebrow, then looked over at Lucien. "Sir? Are you awake?" Felix asked him, unsure if Lucien was actually asleep.
There was still no response, so Felix just assumed he was asleep. "Wow, he falls asleep easy." Felix said, a little more quietly since Lucien was asleep.
Scott was walking by, and he overheard Felix. "Yeah, that's what made him so easy to boot off too." Scott told him, whittling something out of a small chunk of wood. It wasn't clear what it was though.
Felix frowned at Scott, now sitting up a bit. "Was that was also made it easy for him and the others to beat you up when you got here?" Felix joked, reminding Scott of his arrival to the playa.
Scott smirked though, taking it in stride. "Nah, Brava did all the work there. You think Lucien or Cameron actually did anything? Blame me for losing a fight to a trained assassin, props to Dawn for revealing that for us." Scott remarked, snickering afterward.
A hot dog bun was thrown at his head with extreme precision as he laughed though, knocking him to the background.
This bun came from the buffet area, where Brava had just thrown her bun at Scott. "Woah, how did you knock him down with a bun? I thought those were soft." Abigail asked, impressed by her aim.
"Years of training, that's how. Anything can be a weapon if you try hard enough." Brava told Abigail coldly, then grabbed another bun from the stack on the table so she could serve herself a hot dog.
Abigail was already eating hers, sitting on one of the folding chairs. "Anything can be a trap if you try hard enough too! I laid out some traps around the resort, I wonder if anyone has set them off..." Abigail pondered, looking around.
B was sitting off by himself near another row of palm trees in a planter, sitting in a folding chair while jazz music played from a CD player on a folding table next to him. Seeing that the crew was in front of him, B gave a quick two finger wave to the camera.
Since he couldn't say anything, he pointed at himself, then at the CD player. He made an OK sign with his hand, having a pleased smile on his face.
Vanessa walked up to him and sat down, looking very annoyed. "Hey B. You're not gonna pester me over my love life are you?" Vanessa asked him.
B just stared at her, looking just a tad bit annoyed. He pointed to the CD player, then made a zipper motion along his mouth.
"Oh you want me to turn it off?" Vanessa asked, thinking that's what he meant.
B shook his head though, then pointed at Vanessa. He made the zipper motion again, and Vanessa realized what he meant. "Oh, just chill and enjoy the music? I can do that. Better than dealing with the naggers." Vanessa replied, then sat down in the chair on the other side of the table.
B turned his chair away from her a bit and closed his eyes, just tapping his finger on the arm of his chair to the backbeat of the song.
Going inside the resort building now, the interior was like most hotels, albeit much cheaper. Everything had a blue and teal color scheme, with some browns mixed in as well. Very Chris. All the amenities of any resort hotel were there, but they weren't maintained the best. Petunia was sitting inside, dressed in normal clothes for the time being.
She didn't look the best, as her mutation hadn't been reversed in the slightest. Her tail she didn't even bother trying to hide, with it just cushioning her a bit now on the wooden bench in the lobby. "Oh, hey. Can you guys not focus on me please?" Petunia asked the camera crew, seeing that she was now on camera.
Petunia was reading a magazine at the moment, which she tried to hide her face behind. The crew wasn't going away though, so she lowered the magazine and just sighed. "This place is nice, relatively. Certainly better than Wawanakwa, but it's still filthy! I try to avoid the outdoor pools and such, since they're heavy chlorinated. Do you know what chlorine does to the skin? Blisters are inevitable, but pulmonary edema is a very common side effect! It builds up in the lungs, and can cause all kinds of diseases!" Petunia explained, as if she was scared of it.
Petunia flipped a page in her magazine, then gasped. "Oh you gotta be kidding me! They used me on a panel of Star Stocker magazine! Great, now the whole world knows I'm a freak. Some scientists are probably going to check the heck out of me when I get home." Petunia threw the magazine onto the coffee table, then just shoved her hands into her hoodie pocket miserably.
Also inside the resort building were Brick and Jo, although the two of them were using the gym. "Hey G.I. Jane, spot me will ya?" Jo called to Brick as she laid down on a bench press.
"You got it, but can you stop with the nicknames? It's disrespectful to the troops!" Brick requested, standing over Jo.
Jo had put 80 pounds on each side of the dumbbell, and soon began to push up. While she pushed, Brick waved to the camera. "I am slightly ashamed of being the first person eliminated from my team, but I brought it onto myself, so I am content. If I ever get the chance to compete again, I won't let my team down!" Brick vowed, putting one fist on his heart.
"Eh, you just got booted for my turf war with Shane, dude was trying to get you on his side, and I did not need that happening." Jo corrected him, much to Brick's dismay.
Brick shook it off though, still carrying a smile. "Petty or not, I still failed our team, and I deserved to go. You were a valuable asset to the team, so I was glad to see you last to the merge. Makes me proud." Brick told her, confusing Jo a little.
After doing another rep, Jo paused for a moment. "Are you trying to flirt with me right now?" Jo asked him skeptically.
Brick shook his head immediately. "Of course n-not! I was just saying I was proud. I always respect those that are strong willed! You held your ground for a long time!" Brick commended Jo.
"Yeah yeah, but I still got blindsided, so what was it worth in the end? Nothing, that's what." Jo dismissed his praise, still bitter about her elimination.
"I say it was a good run. You made some friends while you were there too. It was surprising to see that side of you." Brick replied, trying to look at the positive.
Upon hearing this, Jo set the weights down and got back up. "No, I didn't make friends, I made allies. The game is over for me, so I don't need them." Jo sharply spoke, then stormed out of the gym.
-Confessional: Brick-
Brick scratched the back of his head for a moment, before putting his hands on his hips. "This resort is much higher quality than our sleeping arrangements back at camp, but I gotta say, I enjoyed camp a bit more than here. Reminded me of the summer boot camp I went to, good times. If I had to pick one person I was rooting for, it would have been Felix, real standup guy, but that didn't quite work out."
-End Confessional-
Also in the common area of the resort building was Mike, sitting on a couch and aimlessly flipping through channels on a TV while Jo stormed by to head outside. Mike saw that the camera was on him now, so he turned and waved to it. "Hey. This place is umm... pretty sweet right? They've got air conditioning, pools, it's all you could ever ask for." Mike greeted the camera, chuckling afterward.
Mike finally found a channel to stop on, just being reruns of The Workplace, a sitcom at an office. "Man, I used to watch this show allll the time. Tim and Pan were my favorite characters." Mike commented, leaning forward a little.
Mike had a smile on his face as he watched, just relaxing. He grabbed a can of soda on the coffee table in front of him and cracked it open, then took a good long sip and set it back down. "Yeah, everything is going fine." Mike told the camera, then just tried to focus on the show.
Back outside, Monica continued her angry search, soon coming across Vanessa sitting next to B. "THERE YOU ARE! You couldn't hide forever!" Monica yelled at Vanessa, clenching a fist.
Vanessa rolled her eyes, standing up from her chair. "Ugh, can you just leave me alone? He's all yours if you wanna go for him." Vanessa requested, pointing to the resort building.
"Have you even apologized to him yet!? You're awful!" Monica continued to yell, getting closer to Vanessa.
Vanessa shook her head, crossing her arms. "I just got here yesterday, we haven't even seen each other yet. I don't need to apologize to him anyway. He lied to me for the whole season just to try and get with me. We're even. Now back off and let me enjoy some jazz. B just started a Dixieland Jazz CD, so I'm not in the mood for this." Vanessa replied, keeping her cool.
Monica didn't back off though, instead punching her in the face. "You deserve every atom of that punch. I could have been with him, but you wasted all our time!" Monica stated, then stormed off.
Vanessa rubbed her face, before sitting back down next to B. "At least that's over with. Talk about holding a grudge." Vanessa remarked to B, but he just looked at her with a disappointed frown.
Now cutting back to the pool, Sam waved to the camera, seemingly having been asked a question. "What did I learn from my time? Uhh... I guess you can make it further than you would expect just by making friends." Sam answered, scratching the back of his head.
"Now that I think about it, I came in there thinking I'd get cut 5th, 6th, or maybe 7th, but I ended up getting cut right before the merge. Kinda crazy isn't it? Arin and Mitzy were super cool, everyone on the team was honestly." Sam reminisced, gaining a smile.
Dakota swam over when she saw that the camera was on Sam, then sat down next to him. "Hey Sam! What did they ask you?" Dakota asked him, since she missed that part.
"We were just asking everyone what they learned from their time." Tess said from behind the camera.
"Oh! I learned that Chris is a real jerk! And interning is way harder than I thought it was!" Dakota answered, looking disgusted for a moment.
Sam nodded his head in agreement. "Yeah, Chris is way less cool in person. Also, that interning might have been tougher because it was Chris, hehe. Glad you made it through that." Sam added, smiling at Dakota.
"Wouldn't have made it out of there alive if it wasn't for you of course!" Dakota told Sam, with the clip of him saving her in his last episode playing on screen for the audience.
In the hot tub, Lightning and Anne Maria were making out, so Cameron turned to the camera to answer the question. "Hmm, that's a tough one. But I would have to say that the real world isn't as scary as I thought it was! For the time I had, I did pretty good! If Scott and Dawn didn't target me immediately, then I think I could have gone a lot farther. I'm just happy to not be in my bubble now." Cameron answered proudly.
Panning to Anne Maria and Lightning, the Jersey girl moved away from him to look at the camera. "What'd I learn? This show is a load of crap, that's what. Way too much focus on votin' and all that garbage. I was kickin' butt until Caleb got the guys to kick me off!" Anne Maria complained.
Lightning nodded his head in agreement. "Yeah, the Lightning was dominating! Then Caleb stole my win got me booted! He's a sha-traitor!" Lightning added, also despising Caleb.
Petunia was sitting down with Mike now, watching The Workplace with him. "What did I learn? I mean, look at me. But other than the obvious, I learned that friendship comes from the weirdest places sometimes. Staci? Jo? B? I never would have expected to be good friends with them by the end of all this." Petunia answered, then took a sip of some soda.
Mike looked to the camera once Petunia was done, thinking for a moment. "Hmm, what did I learn... I guess just that you never know where life will take you. Sometimes it can be nightmarish dream, where you're just falling with nothing to hold. Other times I'll feel flustered, or just... lost. It makes you wonder what's really worthwhile. I've been doing more thinking recently about it all." Mike answered.
Petunia patted Mike on the back. "I feel you there. I've had some rough thoughts too." Petunia tried to comfort him.
Mike had a smile though, just giving a wave of dismissal. "Don't worry. All of my friends let me go on, they let me know it's all in my head you know? Like, everything will be fine in the end." Mike said hopefully, then turned the volume of the show up as he set down his next soda can.
Back at the bar, Jo had now joined them in her swimsuit, but she was sitting on Arin and Mitzy's left, since Arin had now returned. Shane was on their right, glaring at Jo. "What did I learn? I mean, I got some really cool monster designs for my comics! But that's probably a bad thing." Mitzy told the camera, giggling afterward.
"I learned that trying to be the hero can be pretty costly sometimes! It's what got me kicked off after all. But I think it was worth it! I'd rather go down a hero than live long enough to see myself become a villain!" Arin declared, having a proud smile.
"So basically what happened to Dawn." Jo remarked, facing the bar.
Mitzy raised an eyebrow upon hearing this. "Huh? Dawn is a villain? You left right after I did, she seemed super kind to me! She was like the only nice one left besides Staci." Mitzy questioned Jo.
Shane shrugged. "She's just playing the game. Can't fault her for getting her head in the game as it comes closer to the end." Shane reasoned.
"As long as it isn't actual villainy, I'm fine with it." Arin stated.
"Believe what you want then. I learned that it doesn't matter how hard you play, if you lose, it was all meaningless. I already knew that going in though, but I got more experience on just how much it sucks." Jo told them, then addressed the camera.
Shane smirked, then looked to the camera as well. "And I learned that all of your work can be undone out of nowhere. I don't know why Chris introduced idols this season, felt pretty unfair to me." Shane answered.
"That's because you lost to it. If you used one, you'd be singing it's praises." Mitzy pointed out.
"And? I learned how unfair they are by being at the receiving end of one. That's what I learned, and that was the question they asked. Just stick to your comics instead of comments." Shane told Mitzy, annoying the artist.
By the buffet table, Abigail was keeping a watchful eye on certain spots while Felix was flipping burgers and getting them ready for everyone. "I learned a good amount from my time here, I feel like I just got unlucky. I ticked someone off without even knowing it. Had that not happened, being the camp cook probably could have carried me to the final 5." Felix answered, continuing to flip the burgers.
"Yeah, I got unlucky too!" Abigail chimed in, waving to the camera. "My own team kept getting hit by them, so that was a 50/50 I kept losing. I still had fun though, and I learned that this whole thing gets pretty serious!" Abigail elaborated.
Felix raised an eyebrow. "Wait, you weren't taking the game seriously? I mean, I let loose sometimes, but I tried to keep my head in the game. I'm just a little sad I didn't make it to the cooking challenge, I would have rocked it there." Felix gave his own input.
Abigail just shrugged. "Yeah, I was just here to have fun you know? I made it a decent bit far too! But I watched some of the later episodes, it got pretty cutthroat!" Abigail explained herself.
"True. I feel bad for Howard. He had to toss his friendships to stay in the game. I can't imagine being in his position." Felix agreed, then closed the grill so the steam could make the patties nice and juicy.
Monica was walking along the side of the pool to make her way the bar, still looking cross. "Great, a question? I learned that Vanessa sucks, Anne Maria is okay, and Mike deserves better. Aside from that, don't trust anyone trying to give you strategy talk, it'll just bite you in the butt. If I ever compete again, I'll definitely play a lot differently." Monica answered the question firmly.
Just as Monica passed by one of the planters though, she stepped through a tripwire that set off a trap, dropping a bunch of coconuts on her head. "OW! Abigail! Can you cut it out today!?" Monica yelled, already knowing who it was.
Abigail was watching from the buffet table, giggling at Monica falling for her trap. "It's 24/7! Gotcha!" Abigail taunted Monica, but ended up taking a coconut to the face thanks to Monica.
Brava had just arrived at the buffet table when this happened, and quickly helped Abigail back up. "You should have expected that." Brava told Abigail sternly.
Brava then noticed that the camera was on her, so she quickly thought of an answer. "What'd I learn? This show isn't worth the effort. Simple as that. I look forward to going home after the finale." Brava answered simply, then went to refill her cup with some punch.
Over by the palm tree planters, Vanessa opened her eyes when she was asked her question. "Oh? I wish I could say I learned something actually useful, but I just learned that this place operates on cancel culture. I did nothing wrong, so cope." Vanessa told the camera bluntly.
The camera panned over to B, who just shrugged when asked the question. He gestured to Vanessa, then twirled a finger near his head, making a crazy expression. B skipped a few songs, and suddenly a Carl Carlton song started. "She's a bad mama jama~" the voice from the speaker played.
B gestured to the player next, nodding his head in agreement with it. Vanessa rolled her eyes, then just went back to closing them and relaxing. "Whatever softie, you got eliminated before I did." Vanessa shot back.
Scott was sitting on the chair Felix used to be sitting on, whittling away at his wood chunk, which was resembling a head of some kind. Brick had left the resort building, now acting as the lifeguard in his swimsuit. "Hey general, you ain't needed here. The water ain't that deep." Scott reminded Brick.
Brick shook his head though, keeping an eye out on everyone. "Negative, someone could still get hurt and need my help! Better safe than sorry." Brick replied dutifully.
Scott rolled his eyes, then looked at the camera. "You wanna know what I learned? So many people here are complete spazzes. Really didn't come into this expecting to be the normal one. Guess Pappy raised ol' Scotty right!" Scott joked, then grabbed a rock from the planter and threw it at Lucien.
Lucien was hit in the shoulder, waking him up and making him rub his eyes groggily. "Huh... oh. A question. I learned to not sleep during the challenges I guess, lest this guy take advantage of it." Lucien answered the question, gesturing to Scott.
"You got outplayed, what can I say? Shake my hand." Scott mocked Lucien, holding hand out to shake.
Lucien reached to shake it, but Scott yanked his hand away. "Outplayed again! Man, I am good!" Scott told himself.
Lucien and Brick shared a glance with each other, before Brick turned to face the camera. "If I may answer the question, I will say I learned just how important it is to remain loyal to your team! I failed them, and I was eliminated because of it. It's everyone's duty to contribute to their team!" Brick gave his statement, then went back to watching the others.
Lucien got out of his chair now, walking up next to Brick. "Well what about the merge. What would you do then?" Lucien asked drowsily, having just woken up fully.
"Play fairly, no sneaky alliances or sabotage. That's against the cadet code to cheat!" Brick answered firmly.
"More power to you if you ever get that chance. I'd just try and lay low." Lucien told Brick then walked away to head to the buffet table.
-Confessional: Lucien-
Lucien yawned, then leaned on the sink a bit. "Really not sure what you want me to say. When I first got here, it was dead. Perfect for naps and studying. The more people that get here, the less quiet time I get. Once Shane and Monica arrived, it got really bad."
-End Confessional-
Cutting back to the bar, Shane had left, leaving Jo, Mitzy, and Arin as the ones hanging out there. Chris and Monica walked up to the side of the pool though, waving to the ex-campers while Monica sat down where Shane once sat. "A question for all of you, who do you want to see win the season?" Chris asked them.
Arin scratched her head, trying to decide in her head, as was Mitzy, but Jo had an immediate answer. "Staci. I didn't carry her to the end of the game just for her to get booted off this late." Jo answered.
Arin had her answer next. "I'll say Dawn. She's the most heroic out of any of the final 5. I think she deserves it honestly." Arin gave her input, getting a skeptical look from Jo.
Footage of some of Dawn's best moments played, showing her helping the mother mutant beetle by giving her child to her in the ice challenge, soothing Beebee in the moon challenge, and making a perfect quiche in the cooking challenge.
Mitzy nodded her head in agreement. "Yeah, definitely Dawn. If Dawn loses, then probably Beebee! I didn't really get a ton of time to know Staci or Caleb. But Staci was cool to bounce ideas off of and Caleb was annoying, so I'd definitely prefer Staci over Caleb." Mitzy gave her take, with Jo still skeptical.
"You guys didn't watch the recent episodes at all have you? Caleb is definitely the worst one still in the game though, I'll give you that." Jo told them, at least respecting some of what Mitzy said.
Monica took a long sip of some orange juice before answering the question herself. "I want to see Howard win, he's the least weird one left, and he's kinda cute." Monica answered, then went back to tuning out the others.
Back at the deeper end of the pool, Sam and Dakota were now sitting together on the edge of the pool instead of inside of it. "Okay, I want Beebee to win!" Dakota told the camera, hugging Sam.
"Wait, why Beebee? I feel like she hasn't done a ton." Sam asked her, hugging Dakota back.
Footage of some of Beebee's best moments played, showing her kicking butt in the dodgeball challenge, seducing the mutant rabbit monster in the fashion challenge, then knocking out the mutant mime in one stomp.
"Because..." Dakota began, trying to think of an actual reason. "She's just a cute little bunny! I've always wanted one as a pet, so it'd be cute seeing Beebee win!" Dakota gave her flimsy reasoning.
Sam just accepted it though, nodding his head in agreement. "Can't really see a spot to disagree on, so I guess I'll say Beebee too. She was cool while we were on the same team anyway. Her, Dawn, or Howard, those are my picks." Sam decided.
Inside the resort building, Mike and Petunia were asked the same question. "Obviously Staci. She's such a wonderful person, and my girlfriend! I already can't imagine anyone else winning. She's really grown in the game, so I think she deserves it the most compared to the others as well." Petunia answered right away.
Footage of Staci's best moments played while Petunia spoke. Staci stealing the last bell at the last second in the motorboat challenge, Staci breaking up the argument between Petunia, B, and Felix, and Petunia opening the cage so Fang could scare the workers out of the cave. "She's started winning challenges for herself too, all on her own! I couldn't be prouder." Petunia added, having a big smile.
Mike thought for a moment, before just nodding in agreement. "Yeah. Staci was cool to talk to. Of everyone left, she deserves it." Mike answered plainly, then went back to watching his show.
"Plus, even after my mutation, she still stuck by my side. Now that's a real girlfriend, someone who loves you for you. She's the only one who didn't judge me at all." Petunia stated, with footage of Staci helping Petunia calm down during the moon challenge and the treasure challenge being shown.
"Yeah, that sounds nice..." Mike trailed off, putting both hands behind his head as he tried to get more comfortable on the couch.
Over at the hot tub, Anne Maria and Lightning were now bickering with one another again while Cameron had to watch. The question took his mind off the couple though, much to his delight. "If I had to select a winner in the competition, I would personally choose Caleb. I think he's earned his spot in the final 5, and him taking down Jo was satisfying to watch." Cameron answered.
Caleb's best moments were shown, with him finding all the correct graves in the night challenge, him organizing the guys' alliance, and him robbing Lightning and earning immunity for himself. "I can kinda admire how far he's come. He's used his intellect to make it this far despite his small stature." Cameron elaborated, actually smiling as he said this.
Lightning had the opposite feelings though, now turning the anger he had from bickering towards Cameron. "Oh you did not just say that little sha-traitor should win! He got the Lightning booted! Beebee should win, that's that." Lightning argued.
Anne Maria grabbed Lightning's arm as he began to focus on Cameron, pushing her chest against him. "C'mon, you ain't really thinkin' that the bunny should win. Why not Howie?" Anne Maria asked him.
Lightning just scoffed, sitting back down. "'Cuz Beebee has some serious dodgeball skills! She's the best at sports left, so she's got the Lightning's vote! For sha-real!" Lightning answered, resting his arms on the edge of the pool.
"Yeesh, settlin' is rough. Don't forget that kid. I'm gonna take a break from this hunk." Anne Maria told Cameron, then climbed out of the hot tub to get some alone time.
Brick was still acting as the lifeguard, with the sun starting to set now. Lucien was in the pool right in front of him, aimlessly floating on his back. "Hmm, choosing a winner is tough. They've all earned their places in the final 5 after all. I will have to choose Howard. I can respect his perseverance over all else." Brick answered confidently.
Howard's best moments were shown, with him bagging multiple animals in the cage challenge, Howard leading the others in the tug-o-war part of the girl scout challenge, and him taking out several people and his tie with Jo in the lightsaber challenge.
Lucien held up a thumbs up as he passed by, agreeing with Brick. "Didn't get to know any of them, so I'll just say that Howard should win. You guys can move on from me now." Lucien stated quickly, then just continued to float away.
The camera panned over to Scott, where it was now clear he was making a Chris head with his chunk of wood. "Which of these geezers should win? Dawn. That's who." Scott answered, chuckling afterward.
Shane was sitting in the chair next to him, and was surprised to hear that. "Wait, you want Dawn to win? She got you kicked off, literally led the whole team against you." Shane pointed out.
Scott just shrugged, continuing to whittle with his pocket knife. "Eh, I'm out, that's done. I'm liking her strategy though, kinda similar to what I would have done if I got to stick around. I just wanna see her get one over the others a couple more times. It's fun to watch." Scott explained.
Shane raised an eyebrow at Scott, before just looking to the camera. "Ohhhkay then. I'll just pick Howard to win. He seems pretty standup, and the others haven't had to work as hard as he has to make it this far." Shane gave his pick, then grabbed the glass of soda on the table next to him and drank it.
"Have you seen how hard Dawn has had to work? It takes serious work to manipulate for weeks on end. One slip up and she's out of there." Scott reminded Shane.
Shane narrowed his eyes at Scott, then shook his head. "No. I really don't feel like seeing a manipulator win. Howard is my pick." Shane told him, then closed his eyes to relax.
B and Vanessa were peacefully tapping their feet to hot jazz when the camera came back to them. Vanessa groaned when the camera came back to her, but she tried to keep a small smile. "Pick a winner? Ooh, that's an actual interesting one. I'll say Caleb. He's the only one that didn't turn on me for no reason." Vanessa stated.
B was skeptical of her words, but he didn't pay it much mind and waved to the camera with two fingers. He laid one arm flat in front of him, rested another arm on top of it, then raised said arm up like it was the sunrise.
"Gonna guess that means you want Dawn to win?" Vanessa asked him.
B nodded his head, leaning back in his seat. He held one palm flat, then moved it forward smoothly. He skipped a few songs again, and 'Go With the Flow' by the Weekends & Co. started up.
Over at the buffet table, plenty of people were now lining up for dinner from Felix. That being a burger with tomato, lettuce, onions, and cheese, some decently salty and well cooked french fries, and a soda. "There you go, enjoy! Just take one though, gotta leave some for everyone!" Felix told Anne Maria as she got her food.
Seeing that the camera was on him, Felix faced it and waved. "A winner pick? Hmm, I would say that Howard should win. He's a good fellow, the most respectable of those in the game." Felix answered, then got a meal ready for Jo next.
"Why not Staci? I think she should win, she's really nice." Abigail asked, sitting at the buffet table on a folding chair as she ate her dinner.
"I found her lies and rambling to be a bit annoying. Plus, Jo and Petunia helped her get super far, while Howard has worked more on his own." Felix reasoned, looking to Abigail for a moment.
Brava just shrugged, also eating her burger. "I'd give it to Beebee personally. Wish I could have that stature as an assassin, I could get some serious work done. I can commend her slipping through the cracks repeatedly in the game." Brava stated.
Chris showed up to the grill next, wearing a pair of sunglasses. "Yo! Special meet up at the front pool at 10, tonight! Be there!" Chris told them.
Chris then grabbed one of the hamburgers and took a bite. "Mmm, and make some more of these while you're at it!" Chris spoke with food in his mouth, then walked away, getting an eyeroll from Felix.
-Confessional: Brava-
Brava had her arms crossed, with a scorned look as she faced the camera. "Wish I was assigned to deal with Chris."
-End Confessional-
Later that night, 18 of the ex-campers had gathered at the pool right in front of the resort building. Lucien was floating on his back in it, and Cameron was sitting on a rubber duck floatie next to Lucien. Petunia and Mike hadn't arrived yet, which was what everyone was waiting for now. "Should I go drag them out of there? I know how to get Petunia out at least." Jo asked, not using a nickname surprisingly.
Brava shook her head, sitting next to Brick at the moment. "Those two have been cooped up inside every day since they got here. I doubt they'll come out now." Brava stated, not wanting Jo to force them out.
Chris just arrived at this time, doing a quick headcount. "Two missing? Not cool dudes, not cool." Chris greeted the losers, holding a can of soda.
"No, we're here..." Petunia chimed in, waving to the group as she and Mike finally arrived.
Petunia was in her swimsuit now, much to her embarrassment, and Mike was dressed for the water as well, having a white shirt on of course. "Took long enough." Vanessa remarked, crossing her arms as she watched them sit down.
Petunia sat down next to Jo, and Mike sat down next to Petunia. As soon as he saw Vanessa though, he tensed up and gasped. "Mike? Are you okay? Just try not to focus on her." Petunia asked Mike, waving a hand in front of his face.
Mike's hair flopped down for a moment, before he pushed it back up into place. "I'm fine! Just uh, a little shocked! What are we doing here anyway?" Mike asked, sounding cheery again.
Chris pulled out a clipboard, with each of the losers' names on it. "Thank you for asking Mike! Today, we're here for the most unexpected and also probably expected twist of all time! Tonight, you guys will be voting off the next camper in Total Drama Reloaded!" Chris announced, surprising many.
"Wait what? That sounds so unfair to the final 5!" Mitzy exclaimed, not too big of a fan of the idea.
Chris shrugged, pulling a pencil from his pocket and getting ready to tally the votes. "Don't really care, it's good for ratings! Here's how it's gonna work. I'll ask each of you who you want to see eliminated. Whoever has the most votes is off the island." Chris explained the short rules of the vote.
Chris looked to decide who to pick first, then turned to Dakota. "So, Dakota, who would you want to have eliminated next?" Chris asked her.
Dakota thought for a moment, then had her answer. "I vote for Howard, he was mean to me after the hunting challenge when it wasn't even my fault!" Dakota gave her vote.
Sam heard this a raised an eyebrow. "I uh... I vote for Howard too then, hehe." Sam gave his vote, just to agree with Dakota. Dakota smiled at him in return.
Anne Maria groaned, glaring at Dakota. "That's 'cuz you weren't paying attention at all! Howie didn't do nothin' to deserve a boot here. I vote for Beebee, that bunny hasn't done squat." Anne Maria argued.
Lightning groaned then pushed Anne Maria in the water. "You ain't votin' for sha-Beebs! The Lightning is voting for Caleb, he's not getting away with his crap!" Lightning declared.
Chris jotted down those votes, snickering as he watched Anne Maria surface angrily. "Okay, four votes done. Next, Felix!" Chris picked a person at random, looking to the chef.
"I'll vote for Staci. I don't think she's done as much as the others to make it here." Felix gave his vote plainly, getting a glare from Petunia.
Petunia raised her hand, ready to cast her vote. "If you're going to vote for someone who hasn't done anything, vote for Beebee! Right Jo?" Petunia gave her vote, then turned to her friend.
Jo shook her head. "As if I'd waste my vote like that. I'm voting for Caleb, four foot four eyes deserves to go." Jo cast her vote, disappointing Petunia a little.
Monica now disagreed as well, waving both arms to get everyone's attention. "I think we're forgetting that DAWN is still in the game! We need her gone! I'm voting for her, and the rest of you should too!" Monica tried to campaign as she cast her vote.
Chris wrote down their votes, then chose who would vote next before things could get out of hand. "Settle down people! Brick, who would you like to vote for?" Chris asked the cadet, who tensed up a little being put on the spot.
"I uh, I don't think it's right to eliminate someone this way. But if I had to choose, I would choose Staci. I respect will power and independence, and Staci doesn't really have that. She gets manipulated left and right." Brick gave his vote hesitantly.
Since Brava was next to him, she spoke up next. "I vote for Dawn. Not really any other reason besides her being the only one in the final 5 that wronged me." Brava answered bluntly.
Chris checked Brava and Brick off, then looked to Vanessa. "Resident heartbreaker, who are you voting for?" Chris asked her, having a smug grin.
"Haha, very funny Chris. I vote for Dawn. She turned on me even though I literally helped her vote off Jo. Don't trust her at all." Vanessa gave a sarcastic laugh, then her answer.
Shane let out a small huff, then raised his hand. "So we're just voting for who booted us then? Aight, I vote for Staci, since it was Jo's alliance bs that got me kicked." Shane stated without hesitation.
Chris laughed as he got their votes, then looked to Scott next. "Scott, are you gonna vote for the same reasons?" Chris asked him.
Scott had finished whittling Chris's head now, tossing it back and forth in his hands. "Nah, I'm voting for Beebee. I wanna see if Dawn can make it to the end without her little sidekick." Scott voted, then tossed his wooden sculpture to Chris.
Chris caught it, then looked it over. "Nice whittling dude! I'd let you back in the game for something like this, but it's a bit too late for that." Chris told Scott, much to the farmer's annoyance.
Abigail raised her hand next, having just decided who to vote for. "Ooh! I'll vote for Caleb! He was so annoying! Plus, I need a short little guy for some of my pranks, and he's perfect." Abigail cast her vote, which got some laughs out of the others.
Chris wrote it down, stifling a laugh himself. "Cam, Lucien, what do you two think?" Chris asked them.
Lucien just shrugged, relaxing on the water still. "Howard I guess." he voted without really thinking about it, having no investment in the final 5.
Cameron raised a finger, having who he wanted to vote for already on his mind. "I'll be voting for Beebee. Realistically, any form of Lagomorpha should not have been allowed to make it onto the show in the first place. How did she even sign up?" Cameron raised an important question.
Chris snickered, knowing how that happened. "Funny thing, her owner auditioned and asked to bring her bunny, but we decided to just bring her bunny in because we thought it'd be funny. But you guys kinda just let her make it this far." Chris answered, getting a few upset looks.
"That's somehow more unfair than this vote." Brick commented, disappointed in Chris.
Chris didn't care though, tallying the two votes he just got before moving onto two more nerds. "Mitzy, Arin, who are you two voting for?" Chris asked them.
"Howard!" Mitzy answered right away.
"Caleb!" Arin answered just after her.
The two of them looked at each other, although Mitzy looked a little miffed. "Ah oof. I thought you would have voted Howard too. Caleb was part of the guys' alliance too, so that's fine with me." Mitzy conceded, not trying to start an argument.
"Caleb just seems the most villainous to me, sorry." Arin apologized, not taking her vote back.
Chris then turned to B, who was just vibing and watching everyone else. "B, you've been pretty quiet. Do you know who you're voting for?" Chris asked him.
B tapped his chin, then figured out who he wanted to vote for. He nodded his head to Chris's question, then made a hand talking gesture his with his hand. But he just kept having that mouth talk and talk. It quickly clicked who he meant.
"And another vote for Staci! That's 4 votes for Howard, Beebee, Caleb, and Staci, while Dawn only has 3." Chris read off the votes so far, revealing how close it was.
Eyes fell to the last voter, who had just been also sitting quietly and watching. "Mike? You there bud? Or is it another one of your 'friends' out right now?" Chris asked Mike.
Mike stayed still for a moment, before suddenly slapping himself across the face. "I'm... here. Phew. One of them took over for a moment, sorry if I did anything. What's going on?" Mike asked.
"We're voting for who gets eliminated next. The votes are pretty close, except Dawn has one less vote than the others, and you're the last one." Petunia told him.
Mike didn't like all the focus put on him, with even Chris leaning in. "So who is it Mike? Who will be eliminated next?" Chris asked him.
Mike closed his eyes, trying to block everyone else out. "I... uh... I vote for..."

"Beebee."
There were a few gasps, a few sighs of release, and plenty of confused looks. "Wait, why Beebee? Dawn voted you off." Felix asked him.
"I would have voted Dawn, but that would have just tied everything. Besides, Dawn took what mattered most from me, I'll take what matters most from her." Mike answered, not really that happy with this outcome.
"Pff, you did it to yourself by lying." Vanessa rubbed it in again.
Mike just stood up after hearing that, shoved his hands in his pockets and hurried back inside the resort building. Some loud crying could be heard after that, making the scene a bit awkward. "Yikes, that's rough. But who cares! Beebee has been eliminated!" Chris announced.
Cutting back to the island, Chef was carrying a squirming Beebee down the Dock of Shame while Dawn tried to stop him and the other 3 watched with satisfaction. "I'll win for you friend!" Dawn called to Beebee.
Beebee waved goodbye to Dawn, but she still looked very pissed off as Chef tossed her into the bucket of the Hurl of Shame.
Chef pulled the lever before Beebee could get out, sending the bunny flying into the sky. "Chris's orders. Now git!" Chef yelled at the now final four, who headed back to their cabin.
Back at the playa, Beebee quickly landed in the pool in front of the resort building, splashing everyone except for Chris, who had taken a step back to avoid being splashed. "And then there were four!" Chris declared as Beebee then resurfaced.
B picked Beebee up, whose fur was now soaking wet. He still set her on his lap though, trying to comfort the bunny. "Sucks to be you Beebee, but hey, you can thank your now fellow losers for that!" Chris laughed.
"Sorry Beebee, you just didn't really do enough to GAH!" Cameron began to apologize, but Beebee jumped off of B's lap and tackled Cameron, being able to push him off his floatie with her own strength.
Chris walked away from the pool as this happened, facing the camera now. "So that's the end of Beebee! Went further than I expected honestly. But now we're getting closer to the end! Who will take such a crushing defeat in the final four? Find out next time, on Total, Drama, Reeeeeeeeeloaded!"
