With Inigo's outfit finished, he and Lucina left with Morgan as she led them to a different inn than what the royal siblings were planning on staying at. Due to the inn in question being the only one that had staff members who speak Ylissean to some proficiency, the inn Morgan had in mind was going to result in communication issues.

However, Morgan had a plan. She always had a plan (except for when she didn't).

In short, Morgan would write on one side of a card a word in Ylissean, and on the other side would be the same word in Chon'sinese. With enough cards, Inigo and Lucina should be able to speak a broken form of Chon'sinese that, while possibly humiliating, worked for the purposes of basic communication.

"Do you really think this will work Morgan?" Lucina asked, evidently concerned with this plan.

"It'll be fine Lucina, the cards are as good of a solution as any for now."

Though there was an issue. Morgan only had time to write a limited number of cards, and this basically meant that Lucina and Inigo may not be able to communicate effectively while Morgan was gone. In Morgan's mind, this was not an issue, as all she had to do was get to them before they got hungry and left for breakfast.

Or Inigo decided to get flirty and leave, with Lucina then following after to make sure he doesn't do something too stupid.

With that thought being the last in her head, Morgan waved goodbye to her friends and went home.

The following morning, Morgan did her routine of sleeping later than intended, waking up realizing what time it was, hastily begin throwing clothes on, and getting Ka'me to do her hair and tell her anything her parents may have planned for the day. She may not cut the most royal figure, but it was a system that worked, in some sense of the word.

"[...And finally, your parents plan on going out with you to make sure nothing is wrong for the coronation and to give a tour of Shi'ma to Exalt Chrom and his family, beginning after breakfast.]" Ka'me noted in a monotone voice.

"[Yeah, uh-uh, wait, what was that last part?]" Morgan said, voice filled with the feeling of missing a crucial detail that should have been very obvious.

"[It is customary to give a tour to visiting nobility, particularly if they happen to be close to the imperial family. Also, the families are close and haven't seen each other in a while, and so wish to spend time with one another.]"

Morgan began to think about the consequences of this situation given her plans with the Justice Cabal, but decided that it shouldn't be a concern, so long as Lucina and Inigo stay at the inn, which they should, given that they cannot communicate with anyone besides the now visiting Shepherds. Nothing to worry about at all.

"And here is the town square, or circle I guess," Robin said, arm out in order to help show off the grandeur of the squa-circle.

Said cir-square was paved with stones, with small ruts in the ground for wheels and rain to go in. The outside of the circle was lined with a variety of shops and stalls, including Hat'su's, selling their goods. In the middle of it all stood a statue of a man on a horse with a bird perched atop the thin crescent moon on his helmet, standing tall as though it were watching over the square.

Looking up at the statue, Olivia asked, "Who is that a statue of?"

Say'ri, very prideful of her people and their culture, responded, "That would be Da'te Ma'sa, the man who united the territory that is now recognized as Chon'sin, and began the imperial dynasty."

"Ah, a venerable ancestor who you try to live up to, understandable," Chrom said, knowing the weight of having a great ancestor.

Meanwhile, Morgan had gotten slightly distracted as she already knew this and was surveying the stalls to see if there was any food to her liking. In doing so, she saw some familiar blue hair at one of the stalls, and began to internally panic.

"Father, I'm going to get some food, if that's okay?" she asked, barely hiding her internal panic.

"Sure, just be back quickly," Robin responded, though still was going to keep an eye on her.

Morgan ran over to the stall in question with Ka'me and said in a painful attempt to be casual, "Hey Lucina, what's up, why did you leave the inn?"

Lucina, not seeing Morgan's internal panic, said, "We were just wanting to see a bot of the town, get food, and see the statue of your ancestor. Though we still are having trouble communicating."

She then held up a large sign on a stick to the store owner to ask how much for the food, and the store owner said, "[20 gold]". "I have no idea what he just said," Lucina said.

"Right, forgot they need to be able to talk back, also it's 20 gold," Morgan said, with Lucina handing the money over to the store owner.

"Also, where is-" Morgan's question was interrupted by the answer as Inigo walked into the room with a red hand mark on his face, which looked dejected.

"What did you do?" both Morgan and Lucina asked.

"I was chatting up a local village girl when I decided to move in closer to seal me into her heart, and then she slapped me!"

"Yeah, that was a bad move Inigo, people like their space, also did she understand you in any way?" Morgan asked.

Inigo opened his mouth to respond, raised a finger, closed his mouth, and then said, "I saw a pretty face and forgot the language barrier."

Lucina sighed and responded, 'Well, at least you learned something, I think."

After the distraction that was Inigo was wrapped up, Morgan then gave Ka'me a note, and turned to the siblings saying, "Well, since you two have your food, why not go on a tour of the city, get to know it a bit better."

Inigo asked, "Well, my dear Morgan, would you be willing to-"

"No! I mean… me and my parents are currently entertaining foreign diplomats and I need to be there to help them out," Morgan said, not technically lying, the best way to lie.

"Well, do you happen to-" just then a knock came from the door, and-

"Prepare for trouble from the skies"

"From beyond time, a welcome surprise"

"To fight an evil old as the galaxy"

"Sent back to fulfill our destiny"

"Plus, there's me!"

"To announce the goods of truth and love"

"To extend our justice to the stars above"

"Cynthia!"

"Owain!"

"And Morgan are the names!"

"Anywhere where there is a blight"

"The Justice Cabal"

"Will be there"

"To make everything right!"

Ka'me in the background, despite not at all knowing what was said and only having the dramatic movements to go off of, had her head in her hands at the absurdity of it all. And after a moment or two of awkward silence Inigo broke it with, "You three have been working on this for a while now, haven't you?"

Owain responded,"Of course, do you know how hard it is to set up a routine you can do at any moment while also keeping it amazing."

"The wording alone took us a month to work," Cynthia said, remembering the piles of discarded mottos.

"Yeah, this was a long time coming," Morgan said, pride showing in how well they did, "In any case, do you two mind taking Lucina and Inigo on a tour of Shi'ma?"

"Aren't you the-" Morgan cut off Cynthia with, "I'm on a very important diplomatic mission today, so I need to be elsewhere." She then moved in close and said, "Currently, my parents are taking Chrom and Olivia on a tour, so I need you guys to keep Lucina and Inigo away from them. Clear?"

"Clear as a crystal ball," Owain said, Cynthia following up with,"Yeah, we can manage that."

"Great, I need to get back to the meeting, so I hope you four have fun. See ya." And with that, Morgan heads back with Ka'me to continue touring the city.

After a bit more discussion on Ma'sa and his contributions and exploits across what would become Chon'sin, the group of six decided it would be good to stop for lunch, which Morgan was happy to go with. After all, she had just avoided the biggest obstacle to her plans yet, so thought it would be a good reward for her efforts.

As such, they went to a reputable sushi place located on a different street from the plaza, and due to the fish not really being cooked, it didn't give off as strong of an aroma, but what was there was still incredibly pleasing.

"Isn't eating raw fish a health concern?" Olivia asked concernedly.

"Under normal circumstances, aye. But the fish is prepared so that it is safe to consume," Sayri responded.

Robin followed up with, "It is quite good, though… nevermind."

"Robin, what were you about to say?" Chrom said, leering at his former tactician.

Morgan was distracted at the thought of possibly trying to see if bear meat could be used in sushi when she then saw a pair of familiar blue hair, along with heads of white and orange hair, also a purple hat, sitting at a table on the other side of the room. "One sec, need to use the restroom."

After heading into the restroom, taking off her cloak and doing her hair in a different style (aka actually doing her hair), Morgan walked out and headed to the table with her friends.

Upon arriving at the table, Inigo said, "Hello beautiful, your eyes are positively-"

"Inigo, it's me, Morgan. You already used that line on me before."

"Ah, yes, well it couldn't hurt to try it again," Inigo said, thankful Morgan seemingly didn't realize he thought she was a different person.

"So, why are you guys here?" Morgan asked, again stressed due to her plan being in jeopardy.

Cynthia was the first to answer with, "Well, we needed to get food at some point, so we thought it would be a good idea to give Lucina and Inigo a taste of local cuisine."

"And this is one of the best sushi places in Shi'ma, and given how close it is, it makes total sense to come here," Owain boasted.

"Well, this may lead to… a political incident since my parents are entertaining the foreign diplomats from earlier," Morgan said.

"Wait, weren't they giving a tour to.." Morgan immediately turned to whoever was saying that and, "Gen'an, what are you doing here?"

Gen'an was sitting at the end of the table and Morgan had sort of overlooked him when seeing her friends at the restaurant. "Lady Morgan, your friends needed help translating, and I was only doing some paperwork regarding vendor approvals, so I was glad to help."

Morgan only somewhat processed Gen'an's response, as she was trying to figure out a way to keep the two groups from interacting, and then noticed something in the background. She then moved three paper room dividers around the table the five were sitting at, gave a bit of money to some nearby staff for the trouble, and said, "Now please be quiet, as I need to prevent a diplomatic incident," before running back to the restroom and changing back into her normal outfit and meet back up with her family.

After a few minutes, the other group of five were seated, and it was right next to the room divider with Chrom and Olivia having their backs to it, great. But, Morgan thought, so long as none of us are loud, it should be-

As she was thinking, drinks were being served and then Chrom lifted a cup, saying quite loudly, "A toast to the betrothed couple and their daughter!"

Right. Chrom. He can be loud. A lot. Also, he banters a lot with Father.…Fuuuu-riiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiick, Morgan thought.

Luckily for Morgan, Say'ri responded to this with, "Can you not be quite so loud, it may be annoying to some other patrons."

"Sorry, got a bit carried away, my bad."

Given that she didn't hear anything from the other side of the divider, Lucina and Inigo should not know about Chrom and Olivia being here, and so all she had to do was make sure that if the others were to leave first, Chrom, Olivia, and her parents didn't notice them, which given the dividers and the way the shop was laid out was going to be a bit of an issue, but hopefully she would be able to come up with a strategy out of this,

During her thoughts, Morgan and the others at the table were eating sushi with chopsticks, with Morgan and Say'ri handling them easily, Olivia surprisingly made only slight mistakes, Robin had learned from after he first arrived and, while was still dropping his food, could get it to his mouth before that happened about half of the time.

But then there was Chrom, who was having as much trouble with the chopsticks as Robin initially was, and may have been growing a tad exasperated by the whole thing. After a few more attempts, Chrom placed his hand down onto a chopstick with more force than he should have put into it, which had a piece of sushi on top of it. In doing so, he had sent it flying over his shoulder and crashed into the paper room divider, causing it to fall over. Morgan knew what was coming and some part of her was screaming internally.

"Oh sorry for knocking that over, I can-" "No worries, it's not a prob-" Chrom and Lucina locked eyes for a moment after they both started to get the room divider up, and hearing her daughter's voice, Olivia turned around and locked eyes with Inigo, who attempted to hide in his seat.

A/N: Okay, hoped you enjoyed this chapter. Sorry for being away for, yikes, two months. Yeah, so Master Duel, college, Elden Ring, college, Triangle strategy, and college ate up most of my time over the past few weeks, and combined with a minor writers block that was honestly unnecessary because the point of that section was ultimately pointless and existed to purely fill time because I wanted to space out events a bit. But that didn't really make much sense, so I just cut that entire section. It had like one purpose, and I have better ways of doing that one thing. But yeah, so I am going to say this. Until summer break, which for me is about a month and a half away, I won't make any promises about uploading chapters, I'll do what I can, but don't really expect much. After that, I'll try to stick to at least once a week, but we'll see what happens. Above all else, however, I do promise this, I will not leave this fic unfinished. It was the only thing I definitely promised myself when I started this. I understand why some people can't finish their fics, but I will not let my work be unfinished. Sorry for the long author's note.

TL/DR: Can't make promises in regards to an upload schedule, but will finish the fic no matter what.
