...I'll be honest with you all. I had a good idea with this story. I really did. But there is one thing that Irks me, that makes me… 'soft', as a writer. And that is trying to please an entire crowd of fans who love and appreciate their respective shows, anime, manga, and novels alike. And try to please an entire crowd by trying to stay close to those 'realities' as I can, while also trying to create my own spin to the story. But I know that that having my own spin is all about having to write your own version of that world, but I don't think that I can really push that ideal onto this one. that, and there will always be the one group of people who will stand up from the crowd and point out things that I didn't really foresee in the future of the story.

Not just because of the fanbase of the Rising of the shield hero, but that is a small part of it.

…Ok, a slightly bigger part of the reason why I made this decision, but it is not the only reason.

The more I think about it, the more of a headache I get from thinking about it, and I get more distracted and procrastinate on many other things. So I am going to end it there.

But do not be distraught just yet! For I have one final gift to those who wanted to know my 'future plans' for this story. And I will tell you about them, though some parts are a bit incomplete, and unpolished.

So, lets get started with the one that you are curious about the most…

The Sealed Jester God

He was going to be a bit chaotic in nature, as a maddening voice in Isaiah's head. But is also there to help him make decisions that Isaiah would be otherwise too much of a coward to do by himself. A bit controlling, but he would be there when Isaiah need him.

I also had this part where the Jester becomes a powerful summon, at the cost of half of Isaiah's HP or more, he is able to summon an Incarnation of the God that would add a jittering Jester like being to fight alongside him for a few minutes, depending on how much HP was spent, he would last a few more seconds longer, and would make his first appearance in the VS Glass episode as one of his trump cards. He would be a 'blood summon' where not only HP is sacrificed, but also a good portion of his blood. This is a powerful summon after all, and would turn the tides of battle in Isaiah's favor. But the balancing factor is that it is high risk, high reward, in a limited time.

As an idea, that would have so much potential for story writing. But it looks like it would have to be scrapped…

Now, for the followers, other than the obvious loveable Racoon that would make an appearance, would be the egg brothers, Azure, and Puck.

Azure

Azure would be a male blue dragon with a serious case of hoarding loot and jewels and getting more through any means. A dragon of greed, as the stereotypical fantasy dragon would be. But here is the thing about him that would make him a bit endearing. He has a dream of being a 'Dragon King' who rules all of the world, with his loyal butler Isaiah at his side, and his annoying egg brother pestering him, he would rule all the land as far as it would stretch.

Azure would be a bit stuck up, kinda like a spoiled, but more mature child, but would do as he is told when he is asked to. He would have a mindset like a leader and would handle the merchant business trade. Making his butler slaving away the menial tasks like counting stocks and cooking food, while he is counting the coins, learning new ways to make coin, and making deals.

Puck

Puck would be replacing Filo as the male filolial in this story. Puck would be the troublesome brother who would always get into fights, thinking with violence first, and questioning later. A meat head, one would say, and would always love to challenge Azure for a fight over the simplest of reasons… or he would just throw fists and just rough house with Azure or Isaiah on a few occasions when they were not traveling or doing anything important. He would also have pure hearted intentions when he isn't thinking of fighting, and just wants to help others out.

So what would the relationship between Azure and Puck? Well, at first it started out as an inborn hatred against each other, but sooner Puck would grow to respect Azure for his power over the small adventures, as does Azure does with Puck. Puck's respect would show after saving Azure's life from the first encounter from Filtoria by kicking him away, and to take the attack head on.

Heh, I even had planned out that Azure would have a little crush on Melty. Wanting to win her affections, he would try to show her how well versed he is, via skills and possessions (Yes, he would also claim that Isaiah is also a part of his possessions for comedic reasons). But Puck would gain the unwanted affections of Melty, to which Azure would then pick fights with Puck out of jealousy, to which Puck would greatly accommodate to fighting for 'unknown' reasons for fighting.

I would love to know how far I could get this story if it weren't so limiting 'Lore wise'. Many things that I would also have would break many of the laws of the holy weapons. And that is apparently bad for my imagination, because I just want to break the rules and call it a day.

But I do have respect for anime, and I love them for it.

Call me what you would, wasted potential on the story, and many ideas for many offensive weapons techniques I had in mind and a unique curse weapon series that would replace the fiery hatred with an icy cold one that would, upon overuse, would shut the heart of the person, like a cold person would shut out his close ones, and would have a slowness effect in combat. Kinda like sloth and rage combined, but I have been told that it wouldn't work for reasons that still remain unknown to me.

But in the end, I just want to put an end to this story and leave it with a reason to be un-updated. It's been a while since I last updated it, and I had wanted to see how far I would go with the story, but it wasn't as far as I wanted to initially. I wanted to at least make it to the spear hero fight, since that episode was my favorite, but I can't even make it there.

I once again apologize for disappointing those who were liking the story. The curtains will fall on this story with grief in my heart. A story, yet untold, but will always have a spot in my heart for inspiration for future stories.

This is RedTokyo95, closing the curtains of this story for a good long while.
