Well, I didn't think I would go back to this story after a long time, but I think I got an idea for this one that might work! So, here we go!

Fry gave a huge sigh of relief as Amy were driving around the icy planet of Europa as Amy gave a small smile towards the orange haired boy. Fry then turned to Amy as he said, "You know Amy, I'm glad I didn't make some huge mistake like, say, breaking up with you."

"You almost did, though." Amy raised an eyebrow.

"Yeah, but I was just being an idiot!" Fry gave a sigh of relief. "And I want to say, again, I'm sorry for thinking you would ever-"

"Fry, hey. You already said your piece yesterday and I'm already giving you a second chance. Spleesh, what more can you possibly ask?" Amy gave a small grin as she looked in the back. "Still, can't believe Zoidberg stole the picnic basket behind our backs."

"Yeah, that was just extremely odd..." Fry blinked.

"Oh well... at least the drive is good enough, right?" Amy giggled.

Fry gave a smile as he put his arm around Amy, who gave a small smile as she looked ready to lean against the arm, before shaking her head. "Uh, Fry, would you mind not being romantic right now? I'm driving to focus on driving."

"Oh, uh, sorry." Fry gave a sheepish grin as he retracted his arm back as Amy nodded, putting her eyes back to the road as she drove around a huge mountain of ice.

"There we go. I almost hit that mountain." Amy gave a frown. "Do you have any idea what would happen if I hit that thing? Not only would my parents complain about losing more money on their insurance, but you might have almost lost your life! Or, have your head attached to my body!"

"Is that a thing?" Fry said in surprise.

Amy gave a small shrug. "Well, I've heard about this happening before. Some idiot let one of his friends drive their car as he wanted to talk with his girlfriend. The friend broke the real and rammed straight into the mountain. The head was fine, but the body was another story. So they had to rush him to the doctor to attach his head to the girlfriend's head."

"Well... would it be bad if it happened to me?" Fry asked. "My head attached to your body, I mean?"

Amy paused as she thought about it. "Well... I suppose it would be all right after a while, but then we might have some... talks and we may argue and... if it was just for a couple of days, it would be no problem, but for the rest of my life? Like, I don't think I can handle it. Anyway, you busy tomorrow? I have two tickets to the big ape fight."

Fry looked genuinely interested. "You mean, the one on Planet Monstrostalis?"

Amy nodded. "Yep! It wasn't easy, but I managed to secure those tickets."

Fry gave a big grin as he said, "I'm more than down for that, Amy! I just have to get my ape merchandise all set up!"

"No need." Amy grinned as she stopped the car and put her hand to his. "We can always sneak out of work if we need to and spend the night at a local hotel on the planet before going to the big fight."

"Ooo... sneaky and devious." Fry gave a small smirk as he put a hand towards the Martian girl's hair, making her laugh and smile. "Just the way I like you."

"Fry, please. What if I was still driving?" Amy giggled, but she couldn't stop laughing as Fry started tickling her as she and him were going down... once again making out.

Meanwhile, back on Earth, Professor Farnsworth was giving a glare towards Dr. Zoidberg as he was digging around his trashcan as he pulled out a futuristic broom. "Confound you, Zoidberg, get out of my trash!"

Zoidberg yelped as he started to started doing his crab-walk faster as he imitated the Curly Joe laugh, moving as fast as he can. Farnsworth then yelled, "And you better run!"

"Professor, you have a call coming from the Wong Ranch." Hermes was heard calling from the speaker as Professor Farnsworth gave a groan.

"Oh my, this is just getting a little too much for these old bones..." Farnsworth muttered as he looked up. "Just send the screen right down."

After a few minutes, a large screen came floating down gently as Leela was seen walking out of an office, looking quite ashamed that she had just gave six hundred dollars to Bender for a date. But that was another story for another time as at the moment, the screen came on as two Martian adults, looking almost like humans wearing cowboy clothes and having an Asian descent to their looks had come on. Farnsworth gave a smile as he said, "Ah, Mr. and Mrs. Wong, my student's parents. To what do I owe the pleasure of talking with you?"

"We would like to talk to daughter!" Leo crossed his arms.

"Yes, is Amy present? Or is she off wasting our days away not giving us grandchildren?" Inez crossed her arms with a frown.

"Oh, I'm afraid she's out at the moment..." Farnsworth started as Leo and Inez just scoffed, rolling their eyes. "...with a date."

Leo and Inez stopped as their eyes widened as both say, "Date?"

"You say daughter has date?" Leo said in surprise.

"With whom?" Inez raised an eyebrow.

"Well, it's actually my nephew... you may know him... probably have met him... all I know is he's... well... that is, he's a nice fellow, I could easily see him settling down with Amy... eh, wha?" Farnsworth paused as he stopped in confusion.

All of a sudden, Leo and Inez whispered to each other as they were suddenly interested. Leo gave a pause as he raised an eyebrow. "So... daughter found herself new beau, huh? Well, this does change things..."

"We would love to talk more, but we have things to do. Good-bye!" Inez said as the screen turned blank.

"Huh-wha? Oh, uh, good-bye then." Farnsworth said as he waved to the screen... before pausing. "Now, uh, I was doing something..." Farnsworth then turned and growled as he noticed the familiar crab doctor was back in his trash cans once again. "DAMN IT, ZOIDBERG, DON'T MAKE ME USE THE LASER BROOM!"

"You can't stop me from having a meal!" Zoidberg raised his claw as if defending his honor.

In Mars, on the Wong Ranch, as Inez pushed the button on the phone, she turned to Leo with a huge smile on her face. "Leo, you know what this means, right?"

"I know certainly well what this means!" Leo gave a smirk as both of them said in excitement. "FINALLY, OUR DAUGHTER IS SETTLING DOWN!"

"YES!" Inez pumped her arm up. "Now to wait and see if we can get that grandchild!"

"All we do now... is wait and hope." Leo gave a small smile.

And that is the end of that! And it looks like this plot is off to a roaring start! With Fry and Amy still going out together and Leo and Inez (Amy's parents) excited for their daughter potentially settling down, will these two plots manage to mix together? Find out next time!
