So I need to clear something up, the last few post are coming off of my Tumblr, I'm converting them to fit this sight since on my blog their written like transcript.

He struggled on the bullhead, trying to keep it together. To hold back the bile rising in his stomach.

'Thump! Thump! Thump!'

However, at least he wasn't the only one, after all the rest of the students seemed uneasy too. Leaning against walls, faces pale. He guessed he wasn't the only one with motion sickness. Still maybe he was having a worse fit of MS than usual cause he could swear the Bullhead was shaking.

'Thump! Thump! Thump!'

"Hmm?" He looked back and paled when he saw the cause of the noise.

Oh Crap Baskets!

He reached behind grabbing his tail… Yes, his tail. He, Jaune Arc was a Faunus. With a thick leathery tail. One he apparently needed to keep a better eye on. As he struggled against his nervous appendage the Bullhead finally made its stop. He rushed out to escape the flying death trap. Running to a garbage can leaning over it and letting out his stomach's contents. His throat burned upon finishing and he fished through his pockets for his mints.

Finding them he smiled, unwrapping the dispenser and downing three. He chewed on the minty delight, feeling the intense cold rush his mouth as the small dust fragments broke between his teeth. Blowing out a breath of small sprinkle of chilled mist pushed out. He smiled before an explosion rung and he turned to see two girls in a dust cloud both smelling absolutely delectable. Licking his lips he walked their way, the metal trashcan behind him warping from the intense heat within as its bottom was melted through.

The first thing he noted was the very pretty Snow Angel of a girl who seemed to walk off in a fit. She smelt nice, lightning, fire, ice and gravity. Oh crude, he was drooling. Wiping at his mouth he closed in on the other girl. Sitting in a crater looking like an adorable lump of sadness was a brunette, the smell of rose petals and activated charcoal surrounding her. Tickling his nose, his tail thumped.

Ruby was not having a good day, she was at Beacon, which was awesome! But her jerk of a sis abandoned her, which was less awesome… Then she exploded… even less awesome than that?.

Then the crabby snow lady began to scream and be mean… A girl came between them and for a second she seemed ready to speak up before her bow twitched. Like a lot and her eyes widened and face paled. Next thing she noticed the monochrome-themed teen was running for it leaving her to her mean Schnee-infested fate.

Yeah, today was just not her day. And then as if enough bad turns hadn't happened she noticed a shadow over her. Like a Big Shadow, with spikes and everything! She looked up not sure what she'd see and was surprised when she met eyes, deep nice blue eyes.

Oh, he had spikes alright, dozen of dorsal fins running down the spine of a custom hoodie and unto a long, thick, leathery tail. But other than his frankly awesome Faunus trait he looked like anyone else. Sure, maybe a bit taller, and buffer, and maybe even kinda sorta handsome… He reached out a hand to her, offer it.

"Hey, need a hand?" She smiled taking the offered limb, finding it big, calloused and strong too as he effortlessly lifted her.

"Thanks." He smiled.

"No problem, names Jaune by the ways. Short and sweet, ladies love it." She giggled.

"Do they?" He dunked his head.

"No not really, they actually tend to just stare at y'know" With a slight blush he gestured to his tail, the large limb hitting the floor.

Except for Faunus, they always just run away…

"Oh well… Um?"

Crude! Think Ruby Think! Something to talk about!

When all else failed go to what you know, for Ruby that was weapons.

"I have this!" Abruptly she whipped out her baby Crescent Rose. The weapon mecha-shifting into a scythe, its heavy edge burying into the concrete below. The blow stepped back his eyes narrowing as he took a stance. His tail rose, curling as if ready to be swung while she could swear the tips of his spikey fin things were… Glowing?

However, after a second of silence, he blinked seeming to realize she wasn't trying to do anything before he blushed.

"S-sorry, so… Is that a scythe?" She grinned nodding.

"It's also a customizable high-impact sniper rifle!" Jaune couldn't help but find her sudden enthusiasm endearing.

"And that means?" She beamed.

"It's also a gun."

"Oh… Neat." Of course awkward silence came to the pair.

"So… What do you have?" Jaune scratched the back of his head.

"Oh I'm a hand-to-hand fighter, and these are Beowulf." Ruby listened to the telling shift of gears, seeing as Jaune's armored gloves and boots changed to clawed gauntlets and greaves.

"Oh Neat! Do they do anything? Dust Blades! Turn into Guns!? Oh Oh, do they have a Grapple hook feature!? Jaune smiled proudly.

"Even better, they're made of Tantalum Carbide. Nothing will melt them." The Reapette was a bit stumped.

"Okay… And that's important why?"

"Oh… right… Um, so I can superheat them, y'know so they cut through things easier…"

I mean… I'm not technically lying…

"Oh That's Awesome! So they're like super-heated blades! I bet they cut through Beowulves like butter!"

Roll with it.

"Y-yeah, that's the reason I heat them, super intention…"

Smooth Jaune…

He struggled for an out to this conversation only to then notice something.

"So hey… Where are we going?" Ruby blinked.

"I was kinda following you…" Jaune blinked before his tail stopped its wagging entirely.

"Oh…"

-Auditorium-

The pair rushed through the door, Jaune almost breaking the large doors off their hinges with his strength. But that was neither here or there at the moment.

"We Made It!"

"Oh thank Oum!" Jaune gasped and wheezed, what could he say he wasn't exactly a light fella and dragging his huge body around was a lot of work!

Man I'm starving!

"Hey Sis, saved ya a spot… Who's the Faunus?" Jaune rose a hand in greeting before looking up to find a fellow blonde. She smiled back waving herself shooting the Arc a playful wink.

"What up, lizard boy."

"Yang, no being racist!"

"Oh C'mon, that wasn't racist… Right?" He chuckled rubbing the back of his head awkwardly.

"Maybe a little, but my family would vacation in Mistral so I'm sorta used to it…" The blonde brawler's smile stiffened at the nice but not denial of her fault.

"'Heh' My bad… Um, what's your name again blonde stuff."

"Oh, Jaune, also I'm not a lizard Faunus… I think?" That made his fellow blonde raise a brow.

"You think?"

"'Heh' Well… Truth be told I'm the only Faunus in my family." Both just stared at him confused, he could tell this would be a long talk…

'Sniff Sniff'

Something smells delicious!

"YOU!"

"Eep!"

Oh it's the nice smelling little angel.

-Later-

Blake shook in terror, absolutely, undeniable fear coursing through every vein, cell and hair of her body, the reason laid there. Beneath a sheet, large, sharp dorsal fins tearing apart the blanket over it, a thick and heavy tail that could crush bones with the smallest swing curling around it's large imposing and definitely predatory form.

She couldn't sleep, could barely think as it laid there, waiting, for what? Well obvious for her to fall asleep, to be open, to be vulnerable. Then it would end her, kill her, CLAIM HER! No! Not the last one…

Then again if it did take a liking to her it wouldn't eat, maim or kill her… Right? It worked for Adam.

She shook her head, what was she thinking!? This was ridiculous! He was just a Faunus, like her… But not afraid to show it, though she doubted he could hide such obvious traits but that was besides the point. Point was they were Faunus, Not Animals! So her actions were ridiculous and needed to stop!

Move Damn You!

Which made the fact that her body refused to do anything besides cower under the covers much more shaming on her part. For all her talk she could do little more than breath and experience a cold fearful sweat with each large snore of the gigantic threat to her safety. This Sucked! This monster proved all those racist right!

That she was little more than an animal bound by her instinct which were currently screaming at her to be bred by the monstrous Faunus as to not become his prey!

-Next Morning, Cafeteria-

Nora Valkyrie considered herself a connoisseur of the Pancake Arts, and yes! That was totally a thing no matter what Renny said! She new everything there was to know about the battery cakes of fluffy goodness! Every berry, sweet you could bake into it, every topping and cooking method there was! Which was why the sight before her simply couldn't exist!

Sitting there on the floor, a busted chair under his butt was a blonde Crocodile Faunus with anti-piggyback spikey growths on his back. But that wasn't important! What was important was what he was chewing! Pancakes! Thick, mountains of fluffy goodness… But with a topping she'd never seen before! Her! The Queen of Pancakes! And whatever it was looked good if his wide toothy smile was any indication.

Must Have!

Renny noticed of course, and even tried to stop her, but she was just a bit too fast for him. No sooner had she zipped by her mark, the Faunus noticing her, turning his thick neck to look to her. She smiled shooting her widest toothiest smile.

"Hi."

"Um, hello? Can I help you?" She eyed his pancakes, her smile growing wider, noting this he panicked before pulling the plate away.

"I wouldn't recommend these, there a tiny bit… Volatile." Volatile! That was one of her favorite words! Right behind sloths, explosive and broken legs!

"Pretty Please!"

"Sorry but they're dangerous, you see this." He rose the plate to her, showing off the odd topping, sparkling yellow powder, and then she noticed. The familiar smell of ozone, the tingle as her hairs begun to stand on end.

Lightning Dust!?

She really couldn't help it! After all the draw of Lightning Dust was too appealing, who even put Dust on Pancakes, let alone the only type that wouldn't hurt her! She had to know how it tasted, it was a sign!

And so she moved, faster than the blonde could keep up with she grabbed an unattended plate of fluffy, battery goodness and scarfed it down, she chewed, and chewed and felt the sparks go off in her mouth. Coils of electricity surging through her jaws, down her throat, seeking to turn her belly into a maelstrom of vile plasma. To any other person they'd be in need of serious medical attention, to Nora though.

"WHOOO! I FEEL AWESOME!" Said Valkyrie leaped on the table, lighting arcing off her frame leaving Jaune to stare in wonder and joy and Ren to look in horror.

"Wait! You can eat Dust too!"

I thought I was the only one!

Ren looked to the scene with abject horror.

"What have you done…"

-Later Locker room-

"So, Pyrrha, have you given any thought to whose team you'd like to be on? I'm sure everyone must be eager to unite with such a strong, well-known individual such as yourself!" The spartan forced her most amicable smile towards the Schnee heiress.

"Hmm… I'm not quite sure. I was planning on letting the chips fall where they may." Weiss seemed to take that in stride as she acted out contemplating her next words.

"Well… I was thinking maybe we could be on a team together." Internally Pyrrha groaned, but she was raised better then to act on first impressions.

"Well, that sounds grand…"

"Great! Then I'll-"

"Um, excuse me?" Icy blues eyes turned towards the intruder, Weiss having little patience for those with the intent to interfere with her plans. And then she saw it. standing there was a Faunus, a very big one with a disturbing trait. She became guarded, weary knowing most of their lots reaction to her. Her eyes narrowed as her face adopted a very displeased nature.

"And what do you want Faunus?" The blonde paused in surprise, usually one would've called him Lizard of Croc-boy.

Oh whoa, she's nice.

He smiled, genuinely happy. The spartan beside the heiress on the other hand…

Oh… So she's one of those type of people…

There were few things Pyrrha disliked, however among them what stood higher than all others were prejudice and bigotry. Especially towards those who'd done nothing to warrant it.

"Oh well, I think you guys are in front of my locker is all." Said heiress crossed her arms.

"Hmph, a likely story."

"Uh, yeah… It is, cause it's right behind you. 636…" Sparring a glance they did in fact see those three numbers represented on the storage behind them. Pyrrha of course acted reasonably.

"Oh, we're sorry, by all means." She stepped aside for the blonde, Weiss however…

"Hmph, isn't there something you should be saying?"

"Oh right, excuse me." Icy orbs narrowed.

"I meant an apology."

"Um, for what?"

"For what? You rudely interrupt me and Pyrrha, interpose yourself in our space and no tell us to-"

"I really more asking-"

"'Tell Us To' make way for you, and you really can't see how a proper apology might be warranted, were you raised in a jungle?" Pyrrha was shocked, completely and utterly, of course she'd heard of Atlas Stereotypes, heck she was Mistrali, it wasn't as though they were the picture of racial acceptance towards the Faunus but still even she'd never seen someone so overt with their prejudice. These obvious racist insinuations though just seemed to go over the blonde's dense head as he recalled his mom always telling him to mind his manners.

"Right, sorry miss? Um?" She blinked before deadpanning.

"As if you don't know, I'm Weiss Schnee, heiress to the SDC."

"Oh, cool, my names Jaune."He turned then, his blue honest eyes meeting Pyrrha's own as he smiled.

"And you?" She blinked.

"Do you… Not know me?" Fresh hope filled her chest, hope she'd long since given up on.

"Should I?"

"That's-" A somewhat shrill now voice cut her off as Weiss interjected herself between the pair.

"How can you not know who she is!?" Pyrrha winced at the heiress's sudden intervention.

"This is Pyrrha Nikos! Four-time region champion, my gods, you really must've been raised in the jung-"

"Miss Schnee." Weiss stiffened as she turned to find the spartan walking past her towards Jaune, her eyes conveying not hate but indifference. Stepping before him Pyrrha presented her hand to Jaune, a small but sincere smile on her features, one nobody'd seen but her mother.

"Pyrrha Nikos, just your fellow student, now then Jaune how about we go and prepare for Initiation?" Jaune spoke up then confused.

"But what about Weiss?" With a smile she spoke, not a hint of guilt in her tone.

"I'm sure Miss Schnee could use some time to herself." Moving she begun to strike up a conversation with the blonde, he would've interrupted, needing to get his gear but no sooner than he begun did his locker begun to rumble before being abruptly lifted by an unseen force and followed them. And why he and the no abandoned heiress were shocked Pyrrha was merely content smiling.

Weiss stared as her plans slowly came to ruin, as her ideal partner walked away with that large oaf.

"What, what just happened?" Yang moved right beside the petite heiress a smile spreading across her face as her and Ruby had just gotten a front row seat to the whole scene.

"You just got rejected, Ice Princess." Weiss turned to the brawler, glaring.

"I Did Not! Who Even Are You!?"

-Emerald Forest-

There were Faunus who could fly, bats, birds, even flying squirrel Faunus when they got those awesome wings or flaps. Jaune was no such Faunus sadly… Nope, he had a tail with Dorsal fins that ran up his back… Sure it made him pretty strong, I mean who wouldn't be when they dragged a good extra hundred pounds everywhere but sides that it didn't do too much back make swimming easier.

So when that psychotic nutcase, 'Ahem' Headmaster announced he'd be launching them off a cliff he felt he was warranted on his private little freakout. Then it was his turn to be launched… And when the pad didn't launch him (Cause again he weighed a good extra 150 pounds) The Deputy Headmistress had been 'Kind' enough to use her magic power thingies… He thinks they called them Semblances or something, well yeah, she chunked him off the cliff and sent him flying.

He panicked, he was gonna die! Until he wasn't. cause a spear came flying at him, aimed at his hood… In another life it might've pinned him. In this one its edge shattered when it struck one of his fins. Good news was it changed his direction so instead of eating dirt and going splat his back hit a tree… And by back his a tree he meant his spikes stabbed into said try sticking him to it….

So here he was, pinned to a mighty oak, left Oum's will, didn't help that he was pretty wedged in there, he'd definitely need some help… Weiss had come… And gone, he was starting to think she wasn't so nice?

"Jaune! There You Ar-" Pyrrha froze in place, staring up at Jaune confused.

'Crunch, Crunch!'

"Are, are you eating Dust?" He chewed, his canine breaking apart a large fragment of the spicy red flaming hot crystallization of superheated power.

"I'm a nervous eater…" And now Pyrrha was giving him that look that everyone did… Like he was weird? Well, except Nora, she was cool, Normal really… Somehow that felt wrong.

-Several Minutes Later-

Nature was a cruel mistress, she cared little for the plights of man and Faunus alike and took every opportunity to strike back. Today's manifestation of such an indomitable will took the form of a stray branch Pyrrha had pushed coming back with a vengeance and the will of all plant-based lifeforms it struck his face.

"Ow! Son Of A-!"

"Oh no, Jaune, I'm sorry." He waved his hand shaking his head.

"No no, it's fine Pyrrha, it was an accident… Excuse me one second…" He squatted the smallest bit and no sooner did his tail rise, Pyrrha watched as he shifted his waist and no sooner did his tail follow slamming into the tree responsible, she watched wide-eyed as the old oak toppled. His tail's form marked upon it's where it struck.

She stared in disbelief as Jaune smiled, seemingly pleased with himself, the way his giant reptilian tail wagged almost made it cute… If one could forget how said limb just achieved a horrifying feat of strength that'd make a Beringel blush…

After several awkward moments the pair began to move, looking for the relics…

Ruby Rose was not afraid of height! She wasn't! But… She had a healthy weariness of danger, especially of the falling persuasions. Looking back while getting a ride on a Nevermore was awesome it also didn't help her not face such a predicament. And the ground was getting closer!

Goodbye cruel world, hello endless cookies and weapon modifications… Unless she went to the bad place, then it was Brussel sprouts as far as the eyes could see. Thankfully she had a knigh-Hmm? Really more a dragon she guessed in shiny… Scales? Who slammed into her… Owie.

Ruby struggled not to cry as everything, literally everything hurt!

"Ugh…. I can't feel my tail…" Jaune didn't look much better either.

"What was that? Did I get hit by a Bullhead…"

"Nope, just me…"

"Oh… Thanks for saving me."

"Ugh, Anytime…" Yang sighed in relief before she noticed a certain someone acting a bit funny beside her.

"Um Blake, you okay?" Yang blinked as her new partner hid behind her, her body shaking but face usually red as she stared at…

"It's the Alpha…" Her brow rose at her partner's words.

"The what? Wait? Do you mean Jaune?"

"So that's its name…." Yang's eyes narrowed on the brunette.

"Okay 1, he's a person, please tell me you're not a racist like the ice princess." That seemed to get Blake's attention as she looked to Jaune appalled.

"What No! How could you even say that! To be compared to a Schnee of all things!… Oh, Oooh…. Oh…" Something seemed to click in the brunette's head as Yang visibly saw her eyes widen in some sort of realization.

Sheesh, and they say blondes are dumb.

"I'm not a racist, I'm just concerned, after all he's clearly vicious, threatening… sexy."

"Okay, how was that not racist? Also, sexy?

"Forget I said that! And I'm Not Racist!" Thankfully for the 'very' confused Faunus in disguise fate handed her the king of all distractions in the form of a DeathStalker the size of a Bullhead crashing through the forest line hot on one Pyrrha Nikos's trail.

"Pyrrha!" Shaking off his confusion Jaune moved towards his partner, chopping down on some fire Dust he felt the heat rise in his mouth and opened his maw to breathe on his clawed hands, Beowolf's talons glowing red hot from the sudden heat before it vanished.

Remember Jaune, don't grab its tail again…

While the others were calling each other's name for some reason he rushed to his partner, he moved as fast as his legs would let him, charging headfirst towards her. Pyrrha met his gaze and saw how he began to shift.

"Pyrrha! Jump!" She blinked before nodding, leaping up just as he twirled, his tail came forward and slammed the shit outta the poor Grimm bug! The Death Stalker gave a series of desperate clicks and squeals as it backed away, it's left claw punctured where his tail hit. The exoskeleton caved in. However, it's other claw was just as fast swinging out towards him, Jaune rose his arms's Beowulf taking the hit and sending him flying. He rolled several yards before slamming into a tree.

"Jaune!" Said blonde moved, getting up staggering, some blood dripping down his mouth, his eyes narrowed, it was then Pyrrha noticed. Seeing his cheek, unhealed and realizing it, not once had she'd seen his aura.

It couldn't be…

Her thoughts were cut was cut off though when a cry could be heard and she and everyone looked up to see Weiss falling. Of course, the first to move also happened to be the most injured, Jaune moved with purpose, he moved as fast as he could and leaped managing to grab the white-clad girl before curling in on himself and leaving the both of them to roll in the dirt.

Weiss coughed, looking up ready to say something to the Faunus, whether positive or not undecided. When she looked up though she saw it, his broad spoked back as he stood before her, his eyes trained on the Nevermore that hovered above.

It was instinct as much as it was his choice that made him stand before her, that made him shield the weak frail girl behind him from the big bad monster. Not far away Blake felt a shiver run up her spine as Jaune saw the two giants close in. They gave a mighty cry and shriek and finally just as naturally, he returned the booms of power with his own voice.

A roar leaving his mouth, Weiss had a front roar seat to it, to the undeniable war cry that left the Arc, saw how his dorsal fins seemed to glow and light with a pure white light. Slowly but surely.

"Weiss, get to your partner." The Heiress shot him a warning look.

"Who do you think you are, giving me orders?" His response was his tail slamming down into the dirt, kicking up sediment and leaving the heiress to close her eyes, but as they opened again she saw it, how the light of his fins glowed so brightly now. And slowly that light-filled her, burning itself deep into her form and kindling her own aura. Ren spoke first in realization.

"A natural awakening…" He exhaled again, and with each breath, his Dorsal fins seemed to glow that much brighter. Ruby moved beside him her scythe drawn as she smiled his way.

"Thanks for saving my partner." He spared her a glance, looking into those silver eyes and she looked back into quite literally glowing azure eyes.

"Hey cool, your semblance makes your eyes glow like Yang's too."

"Semblance?" He looked to himself then and noted it, the glow that emanated off him, he could feel it all, a power deep inside. Yet unawakened until this moment…

Ozpin watched from the cliffside, smiling as he saw his dumbfounded deputy beside him.

"What… What is this?" He took a sip of his coffee.

"A entire biological system made to utilize aura… Quite the Faunus trait wouldn't you say." Her gaze snapped on him.

"You knew?"

"I had a gut filling… Now then, Let them fight."

Jaune didn't know what to do, so instead he let his instincts take the reign and they demanded action, so he stomped down his foot and roared once again. The beastial cry so much louder than before. The Deathstalker skittered back slightly leaving the Nevermore to cry out before flapping its wings and letting loose a barrage of pinons on him.

Not hesitating her shifted his weight, turning and his tail swung, slapping away the spear-like feathers, Ruby took aim firing at the avian Grimm protected by the Arc. Finishing his spin his stomped down on the ground and glared at it. The Nervermore shrieked and the Deathstalker complied charging forward towards him.

A low growl left his lips and Ruby turned to aim at the scorpion.

"Don't, I'll handle it." She looked to him and he roared, an unknown confidence surging through him, a king arrogance, or an alpha's nature yet to be seen.

"You all, take the Nevermore." Stern eyes glared at the approaching insect.

"This one's mine." He didn't wait for a reply instead moving, his steps loud, his charge fierce, any signs of the goofball blonde gone as he roared again. The Deathstalker stared shooting its tail forward, the poisonous limb missing its mark as Jaune skirted to the side, closing in deep. Eyes met, sickly soulless ambers meeting azure orbs that burned with primal, soulful energy.

His hands shot out, burying into two of its many eyes, the creature shrieked and then he dove forward, maws opened wide, closing down on the carapace between. Death that could break apart dust shattered the Grimm's armor and deep miasma spewed out. The Abomination shook about in pain claws closing in, clamping down on the Faunus, but unable to break its aura.

It's stinger bared only for the blonde to stomp, his body beginning to further light and before he roared out and a wave of light filled the area, a shockwave following an unrelenting force pushed against the Grimm, its armor cracking against the unseen power.

Slowly light left his form but remained in his maws, his dorsal fins glowing brighter than ever before as a low almost inorganic rumble began to steadily grow louder. He felt power surge in his body yearning to be unleashed, and he obeyed opening his maws, letting loose a blast of aurically charged breath.

The superheated plasma imposed against the hard shell, making it glow red almost instantly before it gave melting, allowing the destructive breath to penetrate its armor. It tried to back away but his clawed hands, still buried in its eye's sockets grabbed whatever flesh they could.

The metal of Beowulf superheating as his near-atomic breath turned it's insides into a furnace. A final pitiful stab of its tail was given and to it's surprise he moved avoiding it before swinging his own tail, the sharp dorsal, still superheated with auric power digging into and tearing through the limb, separating it.

The soulless monster already dissipating corpse tried to back away even as it faded, but he'd not even allow that as he dug deep resurrecting that same primal power and unleashing another auric breath. The ground beneath melted into magma as the creature receiving it crumbled to nothing and finally faded away.

Several of the others stared in shock but not for long as the Nevermore circled above, unleashing hell upon them. Jaune glared and readied for another blast but felt a sudden fatigue hit him, his colossal reserves diminished from his previous onslaught of auric attacks.

He glared up at the beast as it fired down upon his friends, his body craved rest from the toll of it's sudden awakening… Sleep water, food… Eyes widened as a thought occurred and he turned to the heiress.

"Weiss, Dust!" The Schnee looked to him confused as he gestured his o-pen palm to her ready to receive something. Thankfully she was an intelligent girl and could piece together his meaning. Her eyes narrowed as a stern look was given.

"Don't order me around… Jaune." She tossed something his way, a vial, bright, red and refined, he smiled.

"Thank you Snow Angel." She readied to retort him and his ridiculous nickname before shock filled her as he bit down on the vial, shattering it, pouring the deadly substance down his mouth.

"Are You Insane!? That'll. Kill… You." She saw it, just like the rest of them, how his Dorsals begun to glow once more, but no longer a bright white but a radiant red. Crimson spiderweb-like veins spreading across his body. The air around him distorting from the sheer heat of his new Burning Form….

A foot stomped down as he glared up at the Nevermore, his teeth parting and an unrelenting inferno letting loose its way. The Grimm maneuvered to avoid his beam of burning plasma its feathers slowly burning from so closely dodging and avoiding the following beam.

No words were needed as the three redheads of the group somehow seemed to catch unto the Arc's intent. Ruby shooting the path Jaune was trying to lead the Nevermore in while Pyrrha did much the same. Nora cheered as she let loose e bright pink explosions, cutting off many of the beast's escape routes while simultaneously blinding it.

Yang roared as she pulled back her fist letting loose a devastating blow at point-blank on the Grimm. The giant bird pulled back its brain rattled as stumbled. Weiss and Blake moving to its sides tearing into its wings, effectively clipping the now completely useless wings.,

Blake readied to slit the monster's throat only to freeze as she felt its presence, a shudder ran through her as she saw it, deep fierce eyes that glowed violet, stained crimson from it's new burning form. Jaune stepped upon the giant beast's back, crushing and cooking its spine simultaneously. The Nevermore begun to fall forward only for his tail to launch out, curling around it's neck and pulling back making it look skyward, it's crimson eyes meeting his.

She gave a single deep threatening rumble, a futile attempt at intimidation, he reached out then, his clawed hands still red hot from his heated form. He gripped its long beak and then slowly, but surely pried it's mouth open, that same inorganic rumble growing louder, faster, and stronger as his dorsals begun to light, his chest glowing a deep hellishly red crimson. Finally, he pulled, the jaw snapping open before he faced it down and opened his own maws.

A final blast of crimson energy was let loose, straight down it's maws and down it's throat.

The others and those watching through the camera feed watched as it's head melted apart form it's body, all the while he continued to let loose an undaunting blast the begun to glass the ground beneath.

His body slowly returned back to its natural state as he gave all his excess energy to the blast, his shirt none existence as it burnt apart form his form and his pants in crispy rags. And yet as he stood upon the fading husk of the Grimm non would mock him.

Not a single one didn't look at him in shock, none more the Blake, whose heart hammered in dread and submission in equal measures, well… all except.

"That. Was… AWESOME!"

-Auditorium-

"Ruby Rose, Weiss Schnee, Blake Belladonna, Yang Xiao Long *Motions over the four as they stand before him* The four of you retrieved the white knight pieces. From this day forward, you will work together as Team RWBY, led by… Ruby Rose!" Ruby looked absolutely shocked and honestly it made him chuckle as much as it seemed to make Weiss glower. She must've heard him cause no sooner did she glare his way, before blushing, he couldn't blame her. It must've been embarrassing to look at him he was topless after all.

Besides it's not like she was the only one, everyone seemed to be staring at him, and honestly he sorta got why… He'd already been sent the video from his sister Saphron, showing him melting off the Nevermore's head the title of her message reading 'Explain!'.

Was it just him or were the Faunus students staring at him extra hard, oh and Blake, especially Blake, which was weird, cause she was the only human who was blushing like the Faunus girls for some reason?

"'Ahem' Jaune Arc, would you mind gracing us up her on stage any time soon, or must I call you again." He blinked before he noticed Pyrrha, Nora and her totally not-not Boyfriend up there.

Oh crap baskets!

"Sorry headmaster." He rushed up feeling all eyes on him and hearing the student body whisper, upon standing with his friends though the old fox of a teacher just smiled slyly before nodding to himself not seeming to mind in the least.

"Nice of you to join us mister Arc." The blonde rubbed the back of his head chuckling.

"Y-yeah, sorry…"

"Think nothing of it, now then, unto business, Jaune Arc, Lie Ren, Pyrrha Nikos and Nora Valkyrie, The four of you retrieved the white rook pieces. From this day forward, you will work together as Team JNPR.

"Whoo-hoo! We Did it Renny!" The Valkyrie leaped capturing the poor lie in a bone-crushing hug, smothering him in her chest, honestly, he didn't know if he felt bad or envious of the Mistralian.

"Led by Jaune Arc."
