I don't own Naruto or High School DxD

Obito gazed lazily out the window of his class. Thanks to his genjutsu he has acquired enough information that he could easily get a doctorate in damn near any field. He wandered onto a college campus a few days ago and just had a day of using his sharingan to copy knowledge from college professors.

He has even gone back a few times into the Dimensional Gap but nothing of interest happened while he was exploring. All in all, in the couple of weeks since he has killed Riser everything has returned to a sense of normalcy. Well, as much normalcy as there could be with supernatural beings wandering about. After all the excitement the normalcy just seemed boring. Even the constant contact from Azazel wasn't enough to break the boredom.

The more he talked to Azazel the more he thought the guy didn't care about leading his faction. He seemed more interested in looking into things that caught his attention. At the moment that was Sacred Gears. Thankfully he was learning a lot about the Fallen Angel side of things and learning more about Sacred Gears. Kuroka had a lot of knowledge, but it was nowhere near the wealth of knowledge Azazel has.

He's also spent some time training Issei, the damn pervert struggled a bit at the revved-up training but now the guy was getting stronger quickly. Even Asia wanted to be trained, of course, her training wasn't near the level of Issei's. He now knew a bit of training magic thanks to Kuroka, so he was able to give them pointers that helped them. Mostly he has been helping them with their taijutsu, by increasing their speed and strength.

On taijutsu alone he could gage Issei at mid chunnin level while Asia is sitting at mid gennin level. Even with the two sparring him at once, they couldn't touch him. He didn't even use Kamui. He's even been able to increase their reaction time.

At first Asia was scared of hurting him by accident, but after an hour of explaining to her that she'd had a long way to go before that could be a worry, the kind girl was able to throw a punch at him. Since then, she's found that despite her semi pacifistic nature she has enjoyed the training. Though Obito thinks that has to do with her being able to be around Issei more.

It was an annoying thing to watch. The two would flirt around before Asia would get too embarrassed, and Issei would berate himself for putting his perverted eye on the sweet nun. He's even told Issie to go for it, but he's ignored his encouragement. He figured at some point he'd talk to Asia to see what was holding her back. He was sure it was just embarrassment, but it was safe to know. He wanted the two to be happy and it was clear they'd be happy together.

He didn't really know why he was invested in them getting together. His prevailing theory is that they remind him of Rin and him. Asia was kind of like Rin, but more easily embarrassed and innocent. While Issei was like how Obito used to be, except with high levels of perversion.

The theory right after is just that it was annoying him so much that he just wanted the two kids to make a move all ready. I mean how much can they dance around their attraction? It was incredibly infuriating.

Another thing that was annoying him was the constant presence of Rias at his house. After everything with Riser ended, she decided to move in as well. He found out she was using some kind of magical genjutsu to convince his adoptive parents. Which pissed Obito off, but she explained that she was trying to get the entire peerage under one roof. She proved that the day after she moved into the Hyoudou's small house it was converted into a mansion that expanded into the lots that use to have other houses. She then both Koneko and Akeno had moved in. He didn't know if she offered Kiba to move in.

The house was big enough where he could avoid all the new residences, but Rias seemed to find her way into whatever room he was in. Except for his bedroom and bathroom.

Their mansion was five floors including a basement. The basement held a gym, pool, laundry room, and two large training rooms. The first floor held a living room, a den, a gaming room, a kitchen, and two large hot spring-like baths. The second and third floors were four large rooms that lined each side along with a bathroom at the end of the hall. And the fifth floor had two incredibly large VIP guest rooms.

His room was on the second floor the second door on the left. Issei's was the first door. Asia took the room right across from Issei, which was the first door on the right. Akeno took the one next to Asia, while Rias took the one next to him the third door on the left. Koneko was next to Akeno right across from Rias. His adoptive parents were in one of the VIP rooms.

He's tried to spend time in some of the new rooms but the only place he could get some time to himself was in his own room. He couldn't use the training rooms because he'd end up destroying the entire mansion. He didn't swim so the pool was out of the question. He didn't use the gym since the weight seals he wore all day held more weight than any of those iron weights. He didn't have a chance to use the kitchen because Rias, Asia, and Miki were always cooking meals. He even tried to play some of the games in the game room, but he found them tedious and boring. The only room other than his own he enjoyed was the baths. Thankfully they were separated between male and female ones.

He let out a sigh which alerted the girl who sat to his right. Another annoyance in his life. Kiryuu Aika. Aika was the female version of the Perverted Trio, and her current target was Obito. Unfortunately, the young man who once sat there was moved to a different class to help fill out the class rosters. Which gave Aika the perfect opportunity to move up right next to him.

She leaned over trying to puff out her modest breast, "if you're bored Obi-kun, I'm sure the two of us can find a way out of class and have some fun." She licked her lips looking him up and down.

At her words and actions, Obito wanted nothing more than to Kamui her into a volcano, "no. I'm good. I'd rather sit here and pretend to enjoy this lecture."

Aika pouted, "Aw, Obi-kun you're no fun."

"Uchiha-kun, Kiryuu-kun, do you two have something to add to the current equation?" Nakamura-sensei asked, a tick mark above his right eyebrow.

"Uh, not really just you forgot the decimal after the 3 on the fifth equation," Obito answered, garnering another tick mark on his sensei's large forehead.

"Thank you Uchiha-kun, now quiet down and continue to follow the lecture."

Obito nodded, while Aika grew a flirtatious smirk, "Kami you're so smart and sexy."

Obito returned his gaze to the window, watching the clouds crawl across the sky. Kaguya you can come and kill me again.

The bell released a large body of grateful students who were happy the school day was over with. Obito was definitely one of them. He currently led both Issei and Asia towards the Occult Research Club.

"Man, Kiba has had a weird attitude since he saw that picture of that boy I used to hang out with when I was a kid." Issei grumbled.

"I'm sure he is just worried that you were so close to a Holy Sword, Issei-san" Asia responded.

"Why I wasn't even a devil then!" Issei exclaimed.

Obito sighed, "did you ever think to ask him what was bothering him?"

Issei frowned, "no. I guess I was just annoyed by his evasive attitude. Since it reminded me so much of you Nii-chan."

"Oh, I don't think Obito-san has an evasive attitude, I think you just annoy him Issei-san," Asia commented.

"Listen to the nun Issei, she is correct," Obito added.

"I'm not that annoying, am I?" Issei asked.

"You spent two hours last night explaining to me the perks of smaller breast, even though you prefer big ones. The entire time I was thinking of all the horrible ways I could torture you." Obito responded.

"You like smaller breasts, Issei-san?" Asia asked glancing at her own.

"Hell yeah, I do! I like all breasts no matter what size!" Issei exclaimed.

Obito noticed the small blush on Asia's face, that Issei was oblivious to. These two really were hopeless, weren't they? They made their way up the stairs of the old school building reaching the club room they went inside.

Rias and Koneko were sitting on the furthest couch from the door. Akeno was standing behind them. Kiba was leaning on the wall on the right side of the door. Two women sat on the couch across Rias. They both had large white cloaks over them, two large, bandaged objects were on their backs. Clearly, they were swords.

There was clear tension in the air that even Issei noticed as soon as he walked in. Issei stepped in front of him and Asia, "whoa what's going on here?"

Rias moved her head to see around the woman with chestnut hair tied into twin tails, "oh, good you guys are here. We have some guests from the church, please come join us."

Obito and the other two made their way to stand in front of the window next to the two couches. Asia stood on Issei's right side, hiding behind him a bit. Obito was on his left his arms crossed. He now was able to get a good look at the two guests, the girl with the chestnut hair had big violet eyes. The girl to her left had chin-length blue hair with a dyed green fringe on the right side and brown eyes.

Rias gestured to the three, "let me introduce you to Asia-chan, Issei-kun, and Obito-kun. Asia-chan and Issei-kun are members of my peerage."

The chestnut-haired girl leaned forward and waved, "hey Issei do you remember me?"

Issei thought for a bit, "um no I don't. Sorry."

Obito turned to Issei, "she is the girl in the picture that Kiba was interested in."

"Eh? Wait I thought she was a boy!" Issei exclaimed.

"You thought I was a boy?" The girl pouted.

"Enough Irina we have business to attend to." The blue-haired girl ordered.

"But Xenovia, Issei-kun thought I was a boy!" Irina defended before clasping her hands together and bowed her head, "please Lord forgive Issei-kun's ignorance." Immediately once her short prayer started the devils grabbed at their heads. Obito just smiled, he was human he didn't have that unfortunate side effect from prayers.

Obito glanced around the room as the devils began to recover from the sudden headache when he felt it. Chakra. A large amount of chakra that could almost rival Naruto's near-infinite reserves standing somewhere on the athletic field.

"Rias-san, you said the former nun and Issei were part of your peerage. Are you sure this boy should be part of the discussions that will be taking place?" Xenovia asked.

"I have no problem with Obito-" Rias started.

"No, it's fine I have something I have to look into. Issei will just tell me what has been said." Obito interrupted.

Rias turned to him a semi-surprised look on her face, "are you sure?"

Obito nodded, "yes, I'm sure." Obito turned to face Issei, his back to the two church members he activated his sharingan and put a quick genjutsu on Issei so he can talk to him without speaking out loud. Don't pull a you and overreact, but there's somebody who just appeared in Kuoh. I don't know who it is, but they have the same kind of power I do. I have to go and check it out, don't worry I'll be sure not to get into any trouble. Don't tell anyone, I think you guys are going to have your own set of problems to deal with, especially because of those two. I'll be back shortly.

Once Issei nodded his understanding, Obito left the club room stopping at the base of the stairs, he quickly Kamuied a small black backpack from his dimension. He wanted to know what those two church members were up to, but the person he sensed was the first time he sensed chakra from someone since he has been here. And that piqued his interest more.

Obito threw on a long dark grey hooded cloak, the hem falling to just above his ankles. He then took out a familiar orange mask. A feeling of nostalgia washed over him. With a smile, he set the one-holed swirling mask over his face. He raised the hood, to fall over just above the opening for his eye.

The devils met the alter ego he created to hide his identity while here. One thing he wished he did when in the Elemental Nations was preserve the persona of Tobi. It always helped lure his enemies into a false sense of superiority, before he ended them. Given he wouldn't have been able to declare war and be taken seriously without using the name of Madara. In the end, Obito just enjoyed surpassing the underestimation.

This time, however, he had a plan for his personas. Instead of one man showing two different personalities he was going to be two different people, wearing a different mask. The two personas will help keep his identity hidden the more he has to deal with the supernatural beings of this world. It will keep his adoptive family safe. And keep himself as Obito from garnering any more attention. Something he has allowed to happen long enough.

He was fine with a select few knowing he was the person who killed Riser. That persona he was going to name Akatsuki, in honor of those he betrayed. That persona will always display what he's shown to people as Obito. The power of Kamui.

He didn't think he'll let people know he was also his Tobi persona. A persona he planned to only have use jutsu and his physical strength. That will accomplish two things. One it will help him continue to test his abilities against the people in this world, and second, it will bring that level of underestimation that Obito enjoyed.

Obito exited the old school building and with one leap he landed on the roof. Pushing chakra into his legs, he turned his body to the athletic field where the large chakra signature was coming from. With another powerful leap he launched into the air. He slowed his descent with a burst of chakra and landed on the top of one of the soccer goals that littered the field.

"Hello there!" Obito exclaimed happily at the man who stood alone in the middle of the field.

The man turned to him, staring at him with dark orange eyes through the long strands of black hair that flowed down his forehead. The rest of his hair stood tall over the rest of his body. He wore a long-sleeved white shirt under a dark red light Japanese-styled armor that came down past his groin almost like an apron. He also had on puffy white pants that ended right before the top of his red boots. A katana was also strapped to his side.

To Obito he looked lean, not overly muscular or too thin to be considered a twig. He looked like his body was built like many of the shinobi he once knew. He looked like a true warrior. And with the chakra Obito was sensing from him, he knew he was just as he looked.

The man smirked, "you have incredible chakra. I can tell you are not a yokai, but you're not one of the gods either. I know all gods in the High Celestial Plain."

Obito turned his head sideways to show confusion, "chakra? Tobi didn't know he had chakra." Obito suddenly moved his body to feign worry, "is it poisonous? Is Tobi going to die?" Obito fell off the soccer goal, hitting the ground, and began rolling around, "no. no. no. Tobi doesn't want to die! There a many things Tobi has to see! Don't let it be true!" Obito wailed.

Even through his antics, he saw the man sweat drop. With a confused tone he said, "it's not poisonous."

Obito sat up, "really?!" the man nodded. Obito jumped up happily, "yay! Tobi doesn't have to die!" Obito stopped jumping in happiness, and lifted his head up placing his right index finger where his chin was, "if it's not poisonous, then what is this chakra? Maybe it's a type of food." Obito shook his head, "no, no, Tobi only has peanuts on him. Hmm, what could it be?"

The man stood watching Obito with his mouth agape, clearly not knowing what to do with the craziness Obito was exuding. Another perk of his Tobi persona, people didn't hide their emotions that much around him. They didn't see him as enough of a threat to do so.

"Chakra is the power that both the youkai and the gods of the Shinto pantheon use." The man explained.

"Ooooohhhhhh." Obito drew the word out to an annoying degree, "does this mean Tobi is a god?" Obito quickly turned to his right pointing to the floor, "hehehe, bow down to Tobi the god, puny mortals." Obito made his voice fall an octave, but still kept in the spirits of the high annoying voice of his Tobi persona.

"And then jump back up and," Obito began to do a childish dance, "start dancing! For I am the benevolent god of dance, Tobi!"

"I don't think you are a god," the man said interrupting Obito

Obito made his arms fall in front of him and his head dipped low, a cloud depression hovered over him, "Tobi wanted to be a god." He whined. Somewhere close to them a raven croaked loudly. "ahhhh!" Obito yelled before using a mixture of doton and kamui to create a hole and falling into it.

The man's face dropped, "what are you doing?"

Obito stuck his head out enough to where his eye was facing the man, he raised his right hand out the hole and waived for the man to come closer. The man confusedly walked forward stopping a meter from Obito.

"Is it gone?" Obito whispered.

"Is it what gone?" The man asked.

"The raven." Obito answered with a lower whisper.

"Umm, one second." Obito felt the man pulse out his chakra enough to make the raven fly away, "there it's gone now."

Obito jumped from the hole landing in front of the man, he quickly grabbed his right hand with both of his and began shaking it violently, "thank you, thank you, mister stranger, sir. Tobi hates ravens. They're just mean scary birds. Who stare at Tobi like they want to eat him."

"Okay, okay you can let go now." The man said tearing his hand from Obito's.

"Oh, Tobi needs to repay this debt. I got it!" Obito said slamming his balled right fist into his outstretched left palm. Obito then ran in awkward movements to the end of the training field where it connected to a forestry terrain. He quickly found what he was looking for and ran back to the man. "Here you go." Obito presented him with a small white petaled flower. "Thank you, mister…" Obito drew out the last word baiting the man to reveal his name.

"My name is Susanoo the god of storms," Susanoo said proudly.

Susanoo? Obito brushed over the information he learned about the Shinto religion when he took the knowledge from college professors. He didn't even make the connection that a few of the gods shared the same name of some of his techniques. He guessed it made sense that the pantheon that shared the names of his abilities would be able to use chakra, instead of magic.

"Listen, there is a reason I came here to where you humans dwell, I am in the need of help." Susanoo began, Obito just comically nodded furiously. "A giant dragon with eight heads and eight tails has been reborn. His name is Orochi. I'm unable to ask the other gods for help. So, I returned here to Japan, looking for strong humans who were like the heroes of old. That is when I sensed your chakra. Even though you are nothing like I was expecting will you help me, Tobi-san?"

Obito stared at him suspiciously, "how do you know Tobi's name?"

Susanoo blinked at him in surprise, "you've been saying your name this entire time."

Obito quickly rubbed the back of his head, "oh, sorry sometimes Tobi forgets he says his name."

The storm god waved off his apology, "will you help me?"

He wasn't sure about helping Susanoo; however, he was interested in learning more about the Shinto pantheon. The more he learned from the supernatural forces at play the better he can prepare for whatever problems that may arise. He was also curious to find out if any other of this world's religions are also going to prove themselves real. It was looking like that may be the case.

"Tobi will help! Tobi wants to punch the dragon." Obito answered throwing a punch into an imaginary enemy.

"Thank you. I do have one question; do you even know how to harness your chakra?" Susanoo asked.

"Um, Tobi knows how to make fire. And make things go boom!" he answered, throwing his hands up mocking an explosion.

Susanoo sighed, "guess I'll take what I can. Do you happen to have friends who can help?"

Obito began to dance again, "Tobi is friends with everyone. Tobi is a good boy!"

"Um, okay. Any strong friends?" Susanoo asked clarifying his question.

"No. All Tobi's friends are weak. Tobi can make them blow up making them fly to the moooooon!" Obito replied spreading his arms along with the last word.

"Damn, you're the only other person I could find. I know most of the other religions use magic, but I can't sense it. Guess we'll make use of just the two of us. Hopefully, that will be enough." Susanoo said.

"Does Susanoo-san know where the evil dragon is?" Obito asked.

"Not at the moment, but I know where he will return to." Susanoo answered, "come on he will show himself this evening, we still have time to maybe set some traps. I'll transport us there." Susanoo placed his hand on Obito's left shoulder.

Obito gasped and wiggled his shoulders, "we shouldn't Susanoo-san, we've only just met."

A shade of green crawled across Susanno's face, "please just shut up." Susanoo's chakra wrapped around the both of them like a cloak of lightning. A rush of energy went through Obito before they disappeared from the athletic field.

OBITO DxD

Issei quickly dodged a sword that tried to cut right through him, he brought his leg up and kicked the lizard warrior. He had no idea how they ended up in this situation. A few hours earlier, Xenovia and Irina came to tell them that a commander in the Fallen Angel faction, Kokabiel, has stolen three holy swords. They wanted no one with in Rias' peerage to interfere with their mission to recover the swords.

However, after an argument breaking out between Xenovia and Kiba and the quick fight that followed, Asia, Koneko, and him went to find Kiba. They happened on Irina and Xenovia who were fighting a fallen angel named Cael at the outskirts of the city by one of the large Shinto shrines. As they helped the church members, Kiba came crashing through the shrine. He was also in the midst of a fight against a different fallen angel named Elalah.

They were twins with braided long blonde hair and light green eyes. They were both dressed in white armor and carried large swords that were two of the holy swords that were stolen. The scary thing was they both had three sets of wings. Two more sets than Yuuma did.

Fighting against the five devils and two exorcists the two fallen said they found them boring, so they summoned these twenty-one lizard warriors that wore only an iron chest plate and held a sword in each hand. Cael said they were called Leviathan, after the devil who created them. Xenovia was surprised, she said they were all supposed to have been destroyed by the combined efforts of the three factions.

Issei didn't see why they were considered so dangerous that they had to combine efforts as they did against the two dragons, until he saw that they healed after every injury dealt to them. They even regrew limbs and their heads. The worse part was that they could turn their tails into blades and moved with the speed of a knight.

He was struggling against the three Leviathan who attacked him in annoyingly perfect teamwork. They didn't give him a chance to even use his dragon shot. He picked up one of the blades they dropped but they quickly disarmed him. Now the best he could do was dodge and block with his boosted gear. He didn't have enough strength to put one of them down with just physical attacks.

Xenovia, Irina, and Kiba have shredded their respective enemies' multiple times. But each time they'd heal within seconds. And Asia was struggling more so than Issei. Thankfully she was incredibly nimble, which helped her dodge. But she still had cuts that littered her body. Koneko kept punching and kicking holes into them, but just like with the three sword users, they would heal.

Issei kept trying to move closer to Asia, as she was being pushed back. Obito has been able to help both of them with their close combat, but they weren't near the level to beat back these creatures. Even Koneko who was a hand-to-hand fighter was struggling. The Leviathan weren't mindless monsters, they were skilled in the art of killing. He prayed that someone would come to help them, Obito, Rias, Akeno, anyone! What can a weakling like him do to save his friends right now?

"We could use the balance breaker." Ddraig suggested.

Issei ducked down a swipe of a sword, quickly he tossed himself to the left to avoid another, "what's a balance breaker?"

"It's the next stage of your sacred gear. I was waiting to tell you, until after you mastered that technique Obito helped you create." Ddraig replied.

Issei blocked a sword, "how do I do it?"

"Raise your magic power output as high as you can. While doing that imagine that power exuding from the sacred gear and engulfing you." Ddraig explained, "this will multiply your strength and speed to a level that surpasses that idiot Phenex. However, at your current level, you can only hold the balance breaker for a minute."

"I hope that'll be enough time to escape with the others." Issei let his power rise imagining it engulfing him.

"Balance Breaker: Scale Mail!" The sacred gear yelled.

Issei felt the armor crawl across his body extending from his boosted gear, it wrapped around him. Issei lunged forward kicking one of the Leviathan, his kick sent the creature crashing into its friends. Issei quickly moved towards Asia smashing whatever enemy got in his way.

"Run Asia!" Issei yelled.

"What about you, Issei-san?" Asia asked.

"Don't worry about me, just go while you have the chance." Issei left her hoping that she has started running. Issei could feel the six Leviathan running after him. Issei jumped into the air landing in front of the others, facing the twenty-one Leviathan.

"Ddraig I'm going to have to use the attack Obito-niichan helped me with." Issei stated.

"Even unmastered it should be fine in the present situation." Ddraig responded.

Issei turned his head to see his friends, "Once I attack start running. We can't beat these guys right now." Seeing the others nodding to him, he turned his attention back to the Leviathan. He gathered his magic power into his lungs, imagining it as a burning fire. He took a deep breath in and blew the flaming magic out. "Dragon Flame!"

The fire spread out from his mouth like a fan of flames. Obito was trying to get him to make it a more concentrated spout of flames, instead of a large fan. But in the current situation, a large fan of flames is good being outnumbered as they were.

The flames washed over the Leviathan, turning them into blackened corpses. Issei turned around and started running, "come on let's go!" The others began to run after him.

Issei was a few meters from the tree line when a force blasted him to the ground. The attack tore off the majority of the armor that surrounded his right side. Issei lifted himself up shaking in pain.

Cael smiled at him, "damn thought that cool-looking armor was going to be tougher. Guess not." He jumped into the air his black feathered wings spreading out, "Elalah, I'm bored let's go."

Elalah gave them an empty stare before creating a magic circle to return the already healing Leviathan to wherever they came from, "I agree Master must be waiting for us to report."

"So long little devils, next time we meet I promise I'll kill you all," Cael said with a wave before they flew off.

Kiba ran to him as his armor dematerialized back into the sacred gear, "Issei are you okay?"

"Yeah, I'll be fine, Obito-niichan has kicked my ass more than this," Issei responded as Kiba helped him stand up. Issei looked at the battered forms of his friends, including the injured Asia who hobbled over once she saw that the enemies were gone. They couldn't do this alone. They were going to need help. A lot of help.

OBITO DxD

The poll is officially closed, and the winner is Kuroka! By a very wide margin lol. Now Obito will be diverging from the canon storyline kind of going off and doing other things while Issei and his friends go through cannon, with some changes. I'm really excited to write about more of the Shinto gods, and what better way than to write Obito into the story of Susanoo and the dragon Orochi!

Anyways let me know what you guys think or would like to see.

Please leave a review!
