Amanda got married in the spring and in spite of being personally invited, Hadrian and Tim agreed that Hadrian's presence at Amanda and Sam's wedding would probably make the situation between Tim and the Admiral worse and Hadrian didn't want to be the cause of an altercation between the two McGees. Tim reluctantly agreed with him and would have stayed away himself to keep the peace within the family if Amanda hadn't threatened never to talk to him again if he didn't come to her wedding.

Even though they hoped everything would go smoothly, Hadrian wanted to go with Tim to the wedding for support, though he knew been seen would cause trouble so planned to be under his invisibility cloak the whole time. The family that had been at Thanksgiving were amazingly accepting of their marriage and family but there would be a lot of more distant relatives at the wedding and Tim wasn't able to predict how any of them would react to his husband, along with the Admiral who they knew would react badly. Tim wasn't sure how he felt about having an invisible guard accompany him, and he knew that it was about making sure the admiral didn't physically harm him, and that he had support that could remove him from the situation immediately if things turned nasty. Hadrian had also contacted Sam and organized for a couple of other security guards to be present during the wedding to protect Tim. Sam was shocked that Hadrian would take the threat that seriously but agreed willingly enough since Hadrian was going to pay all their expenses and promised that they'd be as unobtrusive as possible.

"Hopefully you'll just have a boring evening standing in the corner of the church and reception rooms and the only bad thing you'll need to deal with will be sore feet and smelling amazing food you cannot eat," Tim said.

"I'll renew the cushioning charms on my shoes and make sure I eat before I go to the reception," Hadrian said lightly. "It will be good to see Amanda and Sam married." He hoped for a quiet evening standing out of the way watching a happy wedding but he was afraid it wouldn't be that simple.

"I won't care if you ignore me and pretend I'm not there. I just want to be there if you do need me." Hadrian said.

"Thanks Hades," Tim said gratefully.

"In the meantime, let's celebrate our marriage before we attend Amanda and Sam's," Hadrian said taking Tim's hand and leading him towards the bed.

Tim grinned and followed eagerly, using his free hand to start unbuttoning his shirt. Hadrian made sure to cast healing charms on Tim afterwards wanting to make sure he didn't have even the slightest hitch to his gait which would aggravate his father.

Tim parked his Porsche at the back of the church and quickly rang Hadrian as he climbed out. "I'm in the far end of the car park, there's nobody about and I have approximately 2 metres of clear space all around me," he said. He had told Hadrian that he didn't want to ignore him but that he did want to know exactly where he was as much as possible. Hadrian had agreed and they'd come up with a plan of action.

"I Love you" Hadrian said disconnecting. A moment later Tim heard a faint pop, "Lead the way," an invisible Hadrian said touching Tim's sleeve lightly.

Tim grinned in his direction and they slipped into the church sitting towards the back, about six rows behind the Admiral and further from the centre of the church so he wouldn't see him even if he turned to watch the bride come down the aisle. That far back the seats were unlikely to be filled so Hadrian slipped in and sat beside him placing an invisible hand on his thigh.

"If you give me an erection in here I'm going to make you sleep on the couch tonight," Tim whispered, placing his hand over Hadrian's.

Hadrian chuckled softly. "Don't talk to me, you'll look crazy," he reminded his husband.

Tim chuckled. "It feels weird knowing you're there and nobody else knows."

"You will get used to it. I could get you a pass to audit the training for Aurors in using invisibility cloaks and working with invisible team mates if you like," Hadrian offered.

"That would be interesting but I'm hoping we don't need to do this too often," Tim replied.

The wedding was beautiful, Amanda and Sam had chosen to use the conventional Anglican Church vows and ceremony and she looked beautiful and radiantly happy, and she and Sam looked genuinely in love. Aunt Jillie cried during the vows but silently so it didn't disturb the ceremony and only those looking at her would have noticed. Hadrian was looking, watching the reactions of all the family he'd met and everyone seemed happy for the newlyweds.

By remaining seated and turning his head away from Amanda and Sam passing them until after Heather and the Admiral had exited, Tim managed to leave the church and greet Amanda and Sam before the Admiral realized he was there. Hadrian had circled around until he was between the two of them and was prepared to cast calming charms at the Admiral if he started to lose his temper.

"Tim! I'm so glad you came," Amanda said hugging him.

"Congratulations," Tim said. "It was a beautiful service."

"It was wasn't it. It was exactly as we wanted it," Amanda said grinning.

Tim grinned. "It was. You did good, Mands," he said wondering what it was his Aunt and Sam's mother had wanted to make Amanda and Sam so smug about the end result. He would have thought that Aunt Jillie would want the traditional wedding they'd had.

Sam laughed at them. "She looks amazing too doesn't she," he said wrapping an arm around his new wife.

"Almost good enough to turn a man straight if she wasn't my cousin," Tim said jokingly.

"Good thing you didn't bring Hadrian then," Sam said without thinking, then paled. "Oh god, I'm sorry. I didn't mean it like that. We both would've loved him to be able to come."

"No problem Sam. Hadrian and I didn't want to cause a scene and ruin all of Amanda's hard work, she deserves the perfect wedding day, just like we had," Tim said lightly. "I only hope that my coming won't cause problems."

"I've worded up security to keep an eye on him," Sam said seriously, nodding to Tim in thanks for the offer of extra security for the wedding and reception. Several of Hadrian's team from the FBI had volunteered to moonlight as muggle security officers for the occasion, they knew that Hadrian was also there under his invisibility cloak though they'd advised him to stay away and leave it to them, and Tim wasn't sure if he was the only invisible wizard present.

"Thanks," Tim replied. "I hope he doesn't ruin your special day."

Tim hung back out of sight until the Bride and Groom left with the photographer, then went over to greet his mother. He wanted the Admiral's first reaction to seeing him to occur while Amanda and Sam weren't there to hear it.

Hadrian and the security guards moved in close enough to hear the conversation and react quickly if the Admiral turned violent.

"Hi Mom," Tim said coming up and hugging his mother careful to keep the Admiral in his line of sight without putting his mother between them.

"Tim," Heather greeted him happily. "How are you. You look very handsome in that suit."

"Thanks Mom, you look lovely too, that's a great dress. Hey Sarah, you're looking good," Tim replied.

"Hey Tim, Sarah said. "This is Patrick, my new boyfriend."

"Pleased to meet you, Patrick. I'm Tim, Sarah's brother," Tim said surprised that she'd brought a date to witness the potential family altercation. Perhaps she thought having a date would stop her father from attacking Tim, or maybe she'd just optimistically assumed everything would be fine, but if the Admiral was prepared to make a scene at Amanda's wedding, Tim doubted Sarah's date would make much difference unless he was the son of a senior Admiral or someone the Admiral would want to impress or have in the family enough to make the effort to hide the family's dirty laundry to give a good impression.

"You are not welcome here," Admiral Thomas McGee said glaring at his son.

"If you mean at the wedding, I was invited, as was my partner though Amanda and Sam understood when he said he wouldn't come to avoid unpleasantness, for their sake. Amanda really wanted me to attend," Tim said bluntly. "If you mean here talking to my mother and my sister, you may have disowned me but I'm still their family, and I am currently on a public sidewalk."

Heather looked at him anxiously. Silently begging him to back down and not cause trouble.

Admiral Thomas McGee looked around as Tim reminded him that they were in public in front of family and strangers and toned down his attitude a little, "You are not part of my family!" he said harshly but without yelling the way Tim expected.

"I'm not proud of being related to you either," Tim replied dryly. "You will be pleased to know that since our altercation in the bullpen, I have started the process to not use the name McGee in my personal life, you know why I don't want to change my name professionally, and you should be grateful about not having to explain that to SecNAV. But while you are no longer part of my family, Mom and Sarah still are."

Thomas McGee turned to his wife and ordered. "I forbid you from contacting this person again. He is no son of ours."

"Nine months of pregnancy twenty odd weeks of morning sickness, twenty six hours of labour and sixteen years of bringing him up until he left for college, says he is definitely my son and nothing will change that, and I love him just as much now as I did when he was a child. I refuse to deny that or end my relationship with him," Heather replied resolutely. "Do not attempt to make me choose between the two of you."

"Are you defying me?" Thomas asked incredulously.

"I am not one of your subordinate sailors expected to follow your orders without question, I am your wife and like it or not Timothy is my son!" Heather replied determinedly. "I will continue to talk to him, write to him, have dinner with him when the opportunity arises and visit him when I'm in the DC area until Timothy himself tells me I am not welcome."

"You will make a fool of me like that by countermining my decision to disown him?" Thomas asked angrily.

"You made that decision not me. You are not my commanding officer you are my husband and you do not have the right to make decisions for me. I won't force you to speak to Timothy or to come with me when I go to lunch with him," Heather said reasonably. "I will allow you to cut Timothy out of your life completely, but I will not cut him out of my life. You need to live with that. If your sailors were here to see you try to order your wife around like a new ensign then they would think you a fool not for the failure to make me obey you but for making the attempt in the first place. If your pride is more important to you than your family then you are a fool but it wasn't me that made you one."

Tim could see the Admiral was about to totally lose his temper and say something they would all regret and tried to step in and call a truce before he embarrassed himself or said something unforgivable.

Hadrian hurriedly cast a calming charm on him, hoping to keep control of the situation.

Tim saw the symptoms of the charm and hurried to back it up by trying to come to an agreement. "I think we can agree that neither of us wants to ruin this day for Amanda. Let's just agree to try to be gentlemen and stay out of each other's way tonight then we can take turns showing up for family holidays and you shouldn't have to see me again until Sarah gets married," Tim said slightly bitterly.

Thomas frowned but nodded and stalked away.

"Thanks Mom, are you going to be okay?" Tim said.

"Of course," Heather said smiling bravely.

"You are always welcome to come and stay for as long as you like, if you need to get away from the stress," Tim replied.

"Thank you, Tim. Thanks for being the bigger man in this," Heather said.

"I didn't do it for him," Tim said. "I did it for Amanda and Sam who deserve to have the perfect wedding, and you and Sarah and for Hadrian and the kids, they'll be safer if the Admiral and I come to terms," Tim said.

Sarah stood there still in shock that her father could act this way. "He won't take it out on Mom for the way she argued with him, will he?" she asked in a small voice.

"I hope not, I have no evidence he's done so in the past but I don't think she's ever really defied him like that particularly not in public, if she has it was either before I was old enough to remember when he perhaps wasn't so rigid in his thinking," Tim said sighing, unable to reassure his baby sister the way he wanted to. He trusted his father wouldn't make a further scene in front of the family but he couldn't predict how the man would react once the he and his wife and daughter were alone. He couldn't remember a single occasion in his entire life where his mother had stood up to the Admiral directly like that. Her rebellions had always been covert and mostly while her husband was at sea. Nor could he ever remember his father ever accepting anyone other than his superiors questioning his word or failing to follow his orders. And they always were orders, the Admiral was never one to make suggestions or requests, everything he said was implicitly an order and he expected to be obeyed every time.

His mother had always impressed on Tim and Sarah the need to obey their father when he was at home and then relaxed the rules and taught them to make their own decisions while he was at sea. It had resulted in both him and Sarah being unwilling to kowtow to the Admiral's plans for their lives and conflict in the end, though Tim had rebelled more openly in refusing to go to Annapolis and join the Navy, Sarah's determination not to become a perfect Navy wife was something that the Admiral had not had to truly face yet, and her choice of date for the family wedding had been made partly to appease him, knowing that Tim would already be setting off her father it wasn't the time for her to rebel as well. It was time for her to be the dutiful daughter and toe the party line in hopes the Admiral wouldn't want to air the family's dirty laundry in front of the son of a fellow Admiral. It was a pity the man was so boring in bed, and the relationship really didn't have a future. Though she couldn't deny that her father's approval while making her happy to be receiving it also made Patrick seem less interesting as irrational as that was.

Pete came over, "That seemed to go calmly enough, you managed to come to terms with your differences?" he commented gratefully, knowing who the peacemaker in that situation had been.

"Not really. I proposed a cease fire. I will avoid him tonight and he will avoid me and then I will go out of my way not to force my presence on him during family functions until Sarah gets married. He was furious when Mom refused to disown me so she might need some support in the next couple of weeks if he gets ugly," Tim warned his uncle.

"You think it might?" Pete asked.

"I don't know, but I am worried. I haven't spent enough time with them in the last decade but I've never heard of her standing up to the Admiral to his face like that before, if it's the first time she has then things could get very ugly, very quickly," Tim said honestly. "And if Sarah's new boyfriend Patrick is someone the Admiral wanted to impress that will only make things worse that Mom defied him and showed Patrick that the Admiral didn't have authority in his own family."

"We'll keep an eye on her," Pete said seriously.

"Thanks, I've told her she's welcome to come back and stay with us whenever she wants to get away but she might need some encouragement to take me up on the offer," Tim said.

"She's welcome to come and stay with us as well, or to tell Thomas she's staying with us instead of starting a row about visiting you and Hadrian," Pete replied.

"Thank you," Tim said gratefully.

"No, thank you Tim. We will miss you at Christmas and Thanksgiving if you intend sticking to the bargain you just made but don't you be a stranger now, you and your family are welcome any time. We want to see you often, even if it can't be on actual holiday weekends," Pete said warmly.

"We will, and you must come and stay with us next time you're in DC, we have plenty of room and it would be no hassle, particularly with Hadrian home on leave for another couple of months," Tim replied.

"I thought he would have gone back to work by now?" Pete said surprised.

"He has to some extent, he's gone back to special ops when they come up, but instead of working on a local team he was offered a spot at the academy training recruits. It's regular hours, with weekends off so he can spend more time with the children, and he will have a couple of months off that part of his job between the last class graduating and the new class beginning in September," Tim explained. It was true that Hadrian was teaching at the academy rather than filling out patrols or investigating minor crimes more than he had in the past but he was also using the time turner more often to be home when Teddy got home from school each day and to take Rosie to her toddler gym class and spend quality time with Daisy. Hadrian hoped it would even out the fact that wizards aged much slower than nonmagical humans to stop the age gap between he and Tim from slowly starting to seem even larger than it already was, though Tim might also age slower than non magicals since his bound magic still affected parts of his body, Hadrian had far more magic available to him than the average wizard so the differences in his aging might be even more extreme.

-o0o-

"I've assigned security for your Mom. They'll be with her all weekend and once they go home. They'll use their invisibility cloaks. Your parents won't know it but Heather won't be alone with the Admiral until either something happens and Heather can be persuaded to leave or the agents are confident that she's safe from him," Hadrian said quietly, placing an invisible hand on Tim's lower back supportively.

"Thanks," Tim said turning and heading back to the Porsche. They had a couple of hours before the reception and Tim was keen to get back to the motel room so he could actually see his husband rather than trying to hide the fact he was talking to an invisible man. The hotel room was a bit of an extravagance since they didn't actually need to stay the night. Hadrian could easily have found an abandoned alley and transported them home for the couple of hours but Tim thought it would be nice to have a place to rest and relax away from the children and then use the time-turner to spend the day with them after the wedding.

They arrived back and Tim headed straight for the wardrobe to remove and hang up his suit. Hadrian pulled off the invisibility cloak as soon as the door was shut and also started stripping, leaving his more casual clothing on the floor in a pile. He hadn't felt the need to dress up for the wedding and be too warm and uncomfortable in a suit under his cloak when he knew he wasn't going to be seen by anyone. Stripped he pulled Tim onto the bed and proceeded to slowly drive him crazy before sliding down and riding his cock until they both came with a shout. They dozed for a while until the alarm Tim had set woke him to get ready for the reception.

Tim got ready while Hadrian dressed quickly and called Tollie to bring him a meal. If he had to spend his evening standing invisibly in the corner watching everyone else eat, he didn't want to do it on an empty stomach.

"That smells great," Tim said stealing a bite.

"Of course it does, I cooked it. At least I will cook it tomorrow," Hadrian said smiling.

"I'll look forward to it," Tim said. "I'll try to sneak you a piece of the cake."

"Not if it means waiting too long and not getting away without meeting your father in the carpark. Your deal expires as soon as Amanda and Sam leave the reception," Hadrian warned.

They checked out of the motel and drove off. Tim let Hadrian out around the corner from the venue since the reception centre was valet parking and there was no street parking nearby. Hadrian met back up with him at the top of the stairs and they went through the doors together.

"Let's hope that Amanda hasn't seated me near Mom and the Admiral," Tim said scanning the seating chart. "No, I'm not with family at all. I don't recognize any of these people."

"All unmarried people from the names and more women than men. I think this might be the set up table you were trying to avoid," Hadrian teased lightly.

Tim groaned, but manfully went to take his seat before the bride and groom arrived.

"Are you friends with the Bride or Groom?" A young woman in red asked without introducing herself.

"I'm Amanda's cousin," Tim replied.

"Then why aren't you sitting with the family?" she asked curiously.

"To keep the peace," Tim explained. "There are family members who think Amanda shouldn't have invited me."

"Or because we're going to have a lot more fun than the old fogies," the young woman in red suggested. "I'm Marcie."

"Hello Marcie, Tim Potter-Black," Tim introduced himself, using his husband's name openly not wanting to be connected to the Admiral in their view. He knew that his father would prefer it that way too. Behind him, invisibly, Hadrian smiled widely though his eyes were filled with tears.

"I'm Annette Rolandin," a woman in blue introduced. Tim placed her at about ten years older than him.

"Luke Seymour, and this is my girlfriend Hannah" a man his age said. "What do you do?"

"I'm a federal agent," Tim replied.

"How interesting, do you catch serial killers or terrorists?" Marcie asked.

"A little of both but more often just regular felonies that meet federal criteria," Tim said dismissively.

"My husband works in an anti-terrorism unit, but I'm just a criminal investigator."

"You're married?" Marcie said disappointedly before turning to talk to one of the other men at the table.

"Are you really gay and married or were you just trying to get rid of her? Annette asked, laughing.

"It's true, though that was an added benefit," Tim said chuckling. "Unfortunately, he couldn't come tonight."

He turned to watch Amanda and Sam and the rest of the wedding party arrive.

"She looks happy," Annette said. "I hope it will last."

"Yes, she seems to be very happy. Sam's a good man," Tim agreed.

"Do you know him well?" Annette asked surprised.

"Well enough though we've only met a couple of times," Tim said.

"You mean you had him investigated?" Annette asked amused.

"No my husband did. He has better access to civilian resources, I work for the Navy," Tim replied grinning.

"Does he know?" Hannah asked shocked.

"Amanda probably does, but I don't know if she will have told him. This isn't the first boyfriend I've checked out for her or my sister," Tim admitted.

Annette laughed. "And they didn't stop you?"

"They weren't very happy about it but when one of my investigations prevented them from being hurt or scammed they thanked me," Tim said. "Now it gives them peace of mind to know their boyfriends don't have a criminal background before they start getting serious about them."

"Is your sister here?" Annette asked.

"Yes she's sitting with my parents," Tim replied.

"And why aren't you?"

"Let's just say that the Admiral, doesn't agree with some of my life choices and it's better if we're not forced to spend the evening in each other's company and leave it at that," Tim said.

"Did your Mom disapprove and cut you too?" Annette asked.

"No, she's been incredibly supportive, but she's stuck in the middle. It's difficult for her when we are in the same room. I try not to put her in awkward situations if I can avoid it," Tim replied.

"That's sad," Annette said.

"It is what it is, plenty of people have it worse," Tim said dismissively.

Tim couldn't say he particularly enjoyed the reception, Aunt Jillie, and Sarah made a point of dancing with him once during the evening and several other elderly relatives who weren't aware of the problems between Tim and the Admiral were happy to stand up with him as well though they twitted him about not having brought a date to the wedding. "I am already happily married. It was a very quiet affair and it is a pity that my partner couldn't come today but they work in law enforcement too and as you know getting time off can be extremely difficult in the middle of a big case," he explained over and over, knowing that half of his listeners probably didn't believe him and that most of them didn't pay any attention to the connotation of Tim referring to having a partner instead of a wife. He wished Hadrian wasn't invisible and that he could have danced with his husband shocking all these old busybodies. He moved to the corner of the room, needing a break from having to explain himself all the time and sourly hoped that the Admiral was having as many problems with the extended family as he was.

Hadrian, ever alert to Tim's moods came over and ran an invisible hand down Tim's arm before interlacing their fingers. "How are you holding up?"

"I'm fine. Amanda should be leaving soon and then we can go," Tim replied. "I was out there thinking how much more fun I would be having if I could dance with you."

"Your toes are probably grateful you couldn't, I can't dance like that, I would've embarrassed you," Hadrian said lightly.

"I wouldn't have cared," Tim said sincerely. "I'd rather dance with you no matter how many times you step on my feet or trip me over."

"Chin up, your mother looks like she's on her way over," Hadrian warned.

Heather came and hugged him shocked when Hadrian didn't manage to move out of the way quickly enough and she felt an extra arm. "It's okay, Hadrian's invisible, don't react too loudly," Tim said quietly.

"Hello Hadrian. I'm glad you could make it to support Tim," Heather said warmly.

"I wouldn't be anywhere else," Hadrian said.

"I'm sorry you couldn't have come properly, Amanda and Sam and Jillie and Pete would have been glad to put up with any off colour comments that might have been made," Heather said.

"Amanda shouldn't have to put up with that on her wedding day," Tim said.

"Tim's right, we would hate to have ruined her day," Hadrian agreed.

"I only wish I was able to see you married," Heather sniffed.

"There's a way we could show you," Hadrian offered.

"You mean you recorded it," Heather said.

"Not exactly, there is a way to replay memories. It's better than a recording because you actually seem to insert yourself into the memory though none of the people can see or hear you," Hadrian explained.

"That would be wonderful. Next time I come to visit?" Heather said enthusiastically.

"Of course," Tim agreed. "I hope you can come soon."

"I'm hoping to be able to come for Teddy's birthday," Heather said.

Hadrian smiled though he couldn't be seen it could be heard in his voice. "Teddy will adore that," he said happily.

"We'd love to have you," Tim agreed.

"I love this song, will you dance with me again?" Heather asked.

"If you're sure," Tim agreed holding out his hand and leading his mother onto the dance floor.

"I'm sure and I'd dance with Hadrian as well if he was admitting he was here," Heather said firmly.

"You might want more protective shoes for that. For someone normally so coordinated Hadrian really isn't much of a dancer, he gets too self-conscious," Tim said laughing.

"The two of you need to practice more," Heather said.

Tim nodded smiling, in the background he was aware of Pete and Jillie dancing near him and Amanda and Sam had joined the dancing again. Further away he could see his father sitting at their table his back militarily straight and his face almost expressionless, but somehow still conveying a sense of disapproval, every inch the Admiral instead of the family man Tim wants his family to see him as. Tim put him out of his mind determined to enjoy the dance with his mother and too used to his father's disapproval to let it worry him. At the end of the song Amanda cut in and he danced with her enjoying her happiness while Sam danced with his mother.

"We're going soon but I didn't want to miss talking to you. Thanks so much for coming, I know it isn't easy for you with the Admiral glaring at you all the time and Hadrian staying home. I'm glad the security wasn't needed," Amanda said.

Tim smiled but didn't reply, he didn't want his cousin to know that the Admiral had tried to make an issue of his presence after she and Sam had left the ceremony and that while he had been persuaded against violence in public, Tim and Heather had still felt it necessary to conspire to make sure the Admiral wasn't able to follow Tim out into the carpark when he left and Tim and Hadrian were concerned about his mother's safety once the couple were alone.

Heather pulled Thomas into the farewell circle making sure they were well away from both Tim and the door but also on an angle where Tim wasn't in their line of sight. Amanda and Sam made their way around the circle thanking everyone for coming and as soon as they'd spoken to Tim he and Hadrian slipped away moving quickly to the car before he could be followed.

They drove back to the motel and had the car put into the garage. In the room Tim put on the radio.

"You owe me a dance," he said holding his hand out to Hadrian.

"Okay, but let me cast some cushioning charms on our feet first," Hadrian said.

Tim chuckled and let him cast the charms before taking him in his arms and slow dancing around the room. "I wish we could have done this at the wedding," Tim said.

"We would have been the only two men dancing together," Hadrian said.

"I wish I could say that I wouldn't care," Tim said. "And if my father wasn't there, I wouldn't. Hell, I don't care what he thinks of me, you have to know that. But I'm afraid of what he could do to you and to the kids if he finds out about them, and to Mom for supporting me."

"I won't let him hurt any of us," Hadrian said fiercely. "I will dance with you at your sister's wedding if she invites me, and I'll curse anyone who tries to stop me or hurt you because of us."

"Let's go home," Tim said.

"You do realize that we are already home, asleep in our bed?" Hadrian asked. "We could go to Boston if you don't want to stay here."

"Or we could stay in the guest room. I want to kiss the kids goodnight, even if they are already asleep," Tim replied.

"Do you want me to call the elves to pop us home? We can come back for the car in the morning," Hadrian asked.

Tim nodded. "I'm sorry, I know we planned a romantic weekend away but I really need to see the kids after tonight."

"I understand. We can swap with the time turned versions of ourselves and go home with the kids while they, come back here and finish off our weekend away," Hadrian suggested.

"It's the middle of the night," Tim said.

"But they are our future selves, they already know what's going to happen," Hadrian said laughing.

"If we decide to swap they'll be expecting us."

Tim laughed too. "Okay call the elves to swap us,"

It was a unique experience, Tim kissed current time Hadrian goodbye and was popped to the house in time to kiss time turned Hadrian before Tollie popped him away and returned with current time Hadrian who turned around and kissed him enthusiastically again before taking his hand and leading him into the nursery to kiss Daisy, they visited Rosie and tucked the blanket she'd kicked of back over her before peeping in at Teddy, who was too light a sleeper these days for them to kiss without waking him.

Tim sighed happily and led Hadrian back to their bedroom. He closed the door, engaging the silencing charms determined to test them to the full extent of their abilities. Hadrian grinned before starting to slowly strip the tuxedo off his husband a task made more difficult by Hadrian trying to strip him as well without breaking their kiss. Eventually Hadrian gave up and releasing Tim from his pants he dropped to his knees and took him into his mouth, sucking him down in one swift motion that would have gagged him if he hadn't used a quick wandless spell to prevent his gag reflex. Deep throating, he swallowed around him providing just the right amount of suction before encouraging Tim to fuck his mouth. Tim groaned, running his fingers through Hadrian's hair making it all stand on end the way it used to do when they first met. Looking down at his husband Tim idly thought that he didn't look any older now than the first time Hadrian had done this for him and wondered how someone could look so wickedly innocent with his lips stretched around him like that. He moaned and released down the younger man's throat, Hadrian milking every last drop from his with his devilishly experienced tongue.
