I dealt with my level up when I got home. My parents seem to be relaxed, and just accepting that I'm unique. Flexible seems convenient so I'll get it. Making all my points hit 10 and dumping in Wisdom doesn't seem like a bad choice.

Lucky Draw-Lv1: Once a day, spend 1 stat point for the chance at greater rewards! 10% chance to get 3 stat points, 1% chance to get 10 stat points, 35% chance to lose 1 additional stats point, 54% to lose 5 additional stat points.
Lucky Shot-Lv1: For 50% of your Magic, Health, Chakra, and a 100 second block on all regen, send out a bright yellow blast at a target. Will either Heal, boost, drain or damage them for 1%-80% of their current value in a random stat or reserve. Boosts or drain effects vary in length. Can not miss.
Who is the crack head behind this system? Is it Beta? Is he screwing with me? I'm not wasting stat points, so I'll get Lucky Shot, but I'm probably never using it.
It's been a week, and I haven't earned much xp. I think it's about time I really prepare myself to enter a dungeon.
Dungeon Crawl: Lv.1- You can use this skill to enter/exit miniature dimensions that are tailored towards certain things. At current level, You have access to the [Rat Hole] dimension. No cost.
{Rat Hole}: A dimension filled with rats and bugs.
For the dungeon, I'm going to need ways to attack. I can feel my chakra, but I doubt I'll be doing anything impressive with it any time soon, my ninja training has been pretty lax. Hopefully, I can manage something with my magic.
I look at my right hand and feel for the magic within. Feeling my magic is simple, because I always feel it, but i need to mold it. My magic is weird. Feels light, energetic, and gritty.

Mana Manipulation: Lv.1- This skill dictates the proficiency of your magic manipulation! You have limited manipulation capabilities, so don't expect to be creating anything grand! -90% effectiveness from all spells.
What in the actual gates of hell? Why such a severe debuff? Who did I tick off? How much improvement will come from a single level up with this skill. Bonus of 1%, 2, 3, 10? This doesn't look pretty. That's way worse than how my ninjustu affinities start out.
There isn't really a hard cap to your power potential. So get over it. This needs to be spicy!
Okay, well, that aside, I need to actually use a spell.
"Tense." I felt the magic do it's thing automatically.
Tense: Lv.1 (1/90)- A skill that allows the user to use their magic to increase their resistance to any bodily harm. Cost 50 magic per 1 second for 1% resistance. Each 1% increase in the resistances granted by this skill, increase the cost per second by 50. Example- Cost 100 Mps for 2% resistance. MM adjustment- 50 Mps for .1% resistance.
Regardless of how trash this thing is, I can keep it up forever, as long as I'm awake.
Tense: Lv.1 (11/90)
It has been 10 seconds and I gained more xp towards leveling this skill. This is going to take a bit.
It took around 20 minutes, but I leveled up my Tense spell.
Tense: Lv.7 (198/343)- A skill that allows the user to use their magic to increase their resistance to any bodily harm. Cost 50 magic per second for 4% resistance. Each 4% increase in the resistances granted by this skill, increases the cost per second by 50. Example- Cost 100 Mps for 8% resistance. MM adjustment- 50 Mps for 0.64% resistance.
Mana Manipulation: Lv.7 (198/343)- This skill dictates the proficiency of your magic manipulation! You have limited manipulation capabilities, so don't expect to be creating anything grand! -84% effectiveness from all spells.
So using spells, or simply using Mana leveled up my manipulation, great. Wonder if I increase the gained resistance and mp cost, do I get more xp?
After an hour, I decided I'd just keep this skill activated all the time.

Mana Manipulation: Lv.17 (3,182/3,197)- This skill dictates the proficiency of your magic manipulation! You have limited manipulation capabilities, so don't expect to be creating anything grand! -74% effectiveness from all spells.

A decent bit of that went into my Chakra, which is cool, hope no one freaks out again.
I need to practice an offensive magic. I try and mold the magic, but while i could sort of feel it moving before, I couldn't even make it budge now, probably because my Tense spell was still active. I turned off Tense, and tried again. I could feel it moving towards my right hand. I extended my arm and imagined shooting out a mana blast, it didn't turn out as intended. Magic exploded out of my palm, sort of pathetically. And it cost 100 mana to do it.
Explosive Mana Palm: Lv.1- You can make your mana explode out of your palm. 50 mana per 1 ft radius of the sphere's explosion. 50 magic per 10 points of damage at close range. MM adjustment- 50 mana per 0.26 ft radius, 50 magic per 2.6 points of damage at close range.
I need to level up my Tense, so that my MM can hurry up and not suck.

Each 18.5% increase in the resistances granted by this skill, increases the cost per second by 50. Example- Cost 100 Mps for 37% resistance. MM adjustment- 50 Mps for 8.3% resistance.

School is boring. The only time I ever enjoy myself is when I goof off, or during history. And I like history way more than you may think. Why? Because if the characters and setting was not the same, I would deny this world being in the Naruto universe. There are some strange things going on. Most important, is how Minato Namikaze is alive. He is our Hokage. Orichimaru is in the village. Naruto is loved and openly the vessel for the nine tailed fox. And while Kurama is still feared, he is treated less as a wild monster, and more a grumpy tamed dog. Though I would never say this out loud near Naruto.
Kurama is known to prefer to be within Uchiha's. He acted out a bit during Kushina's pregnancy and killed her. He claimed it to be an accident and allowed himself to be sealed within Naruto. The Uchiha were not pleased. Every one of them around Naruto's age looks at him with hate and jealousy. Which is fair, if Kurama hadn't felt guilty for hi outburst, and if Minato hadn't sweet talked the fox monster, he would be in one of them right now.

Naruto is an example of my chakra sense being more useful than my observe. No surprise, a Naruto with a cooperative fox, his father, and the love of the village is way out of my league. Naruto has made no secret of his distaste of the fox, but rather he likes it or not, the Kyuubi makes him a powerhouse. And for Sasuke, i may not remember the stats from before I was reborn, but I don't think anything I saw justifies his high stats.
I'm sure my magic gives me an advantage over Sasuke, but still. I feel like I'm behind.
" Kiba, wake up!" Iruka shouted.
" How long has this boy been brought to our attention?" I have my suspicions.
" For a few months, but hi parents have been confused for a few years." Danzo says.
I can't help but chuckle.
" Minato and Sensei clearly didn't want this getting out."
" You are not wrong, but it was Asuma who initially puled the strings to make this not make the appropriate rounds. Shinpai Nara isn't the most politically aware, but with Asuma as his friend, he had someone who at least tried to divert attention away from the boy. Inoichi was too late into the game to hide anything successfully as-well." Danzo seems surprisingly neutral on this.
" Is your interest in a boy who can brick off Inoichi truly so small?" I can't help but wonder.
" If he can fend of Shisui's genjustu, than he'll become a priority. As it seems for now, his healing factor isn't even better than the Hokage's kid. i have more important things to focus on, like trying to get Shisui to infiltrate the sand village." Danzo explained.
" Well he was definitely important enough for you to call this meeting." I point out.
" Just because i have better things to do, doesn't mean you aren't free to sniff around. One of my medical nin will have Seicho brought in for an exam soon. Just make sure to be subtle." He sounds so sure I want a bite.
And as Danzo goes about his other concerns, I can't help but appreciate him, because I am indeed interested. So what if his current abilities aren't all that grand? He's an anomaly, born from average specimen. I can put a few things on hold for a swift investigation.

Fire Ninjustu-Lv.1- Your ability to use fire ninjustu. -50% effectiveness with any fire ninjustu. Bonuses- 50+10+25+75% usefulness.
Earth Ninjustu-Lv.1- Your ability to use earth ninjustu. -50% effectiveness with any earth ninjustu. Bonuses- 25+10+25% usefulness.
Gamer's Mind: Max- You have the mind that a living video game character needs, you are mostly immune to mental effects, unless you wish otherwise. You are also capable of muting your emotions.

Gamer's Body: Max- You have the body a gamer needs. Your health is based on a hp bar, sleeping for at least an hour will completely restore your body from any undesired status effects and damages, and limb loss and the like are easily reversible.

Observe: Lv.6- You can see certain details about those you use this skill on. At current level, can see Stats, title, name, and level of those who aren't 50%+ levels above you.
