"Why is Edward not driving you today?" I asked Bella on our way to school as I drove down the road with the truck. Ever since Edward decided to drive Bella to school and back home, the truck became unofficially mine. He wanted to drive me as well, but I didn't want to risk them disappearing on me again. He said that Alice and the others were more than happy to drive me home, but I didn't want to depend on anyone else.

"We lately didn't really spend time with each other, and I just wanted to catch up a bit."

I put a hand onto my heart and did a dramatic sigh: "My sister is thinking about me…so sweet. No, but seriously, I'm fine with it. Go and be in love."

She started to blush and hide her face behind der hair before she giggled. Was Bella giggling?

"Did you just giggle?" She looked at me with her ruby red cheeks. Compared to her usually pale complexion it was really a big difference and to see to be honest, it was also a bit disturbing …

"Yeah, It's awful…I'm like a typical teen from a chick flick."

Chuckling I patted her shoulder: "Well, at least your happy, Bells."

"Was Alice giving you a hard time yesterday? Edward didn't want to listen in on your conversation."

"It's appreciated that he thinks of my privacy but no…not really. To be honest, Billie Black was giving me a harder time yesterday than Alice did. He was interrogating me about the Cullen's. I bet he as one of the elders from the Quileute is onto something with the Cullen's."

Bella furrowed her eyebrows as she stared at me: "You think he knows something?"

Her giggling self was gone, and she was all pale and concerned again. Was I ruining her mood with Billie? Fuck it, let's keep my suspicions to myself! We've came so far…I don't want to ruin anything now.

"No, I'm sure he was just interrogating me because of, Jake. He has a major crush on you."

"No, he doesn't. It was always you he had a crush on. Don't you remember him always wanting to play 'house' with you, so he could marry you."

I nearly chocked on air as she told me. Of course, I couldn't fucking remember. I wasn't there, not really…all these memories were false memories that those guys had. It wasn't real! I wasn't real…or I'm the only real thing here…I don't know anymore…

"No way…I totally forgot about that."

"Yeah, and when you wanted to be the father he dressed up as a woman to at least be your wife. He wouldn't even let me be the wife. I always had to be the child."

I had to laugh at that. Imagining Jacob with his long hair in a dress was just priceless.

"Well, it seems like it changed because he was disappointed when I announced that you and Edward started dating."

She furrowed her eyebrows again before giving me a smirk as if telling me that she was not buying it.

"Never mind though, how was it at the Cullen's. I heard that Dr. Cullen, Rosalie and Emmett cooked for you."

She scoffed when I mentioned Rosalie's name: "Yeah, first of all, Carlisle was bummed that you didn't come, he straight out asked me if you were scared of them or if they had said something that made you upset."

"Yeah, Alice mentioned it. I didn't realize that it was so important for me to come." Bella threw her hands in the air to show that she was puzzled just as I was: "Me neither…but as you know I ate at home, I was still ready to get that Italian food inside of me to not be rude…Edward kind of snitched that I actually ate at home and weren't hungry and Rosalie crushed a bowl with salad…so it was a rocky start."

"I hope the rest of the dinner was better..." She again started to blush madly and gave me a meek 'yeah' before I pulled into the parking lot of the school.

As soon as we got out Edward came over and gave Bella a kiss on her forehead. Well…they are progressing, I guess.

"Gen." The bubbly voice of none other than Alice announced, and I turned towards her: "Good morning." She beamed at me and Jasper who like always stood beside her gave me a gentle smile with a husky: "good morning."

"Good morning Guys."

Now if I think about it, seeing Alice without Jasper was very rare. Where was he yesterday? Maybe he was waiting outside while she was having a heart to heart with me…?

Alice intertwined my arm with hers and started to walk towards the school entry, Jasper on my other side. Well this was a new one. Usually I greeted them and walked off towards the school. It's not like that I don't like them, no, Alice and Jasper were very nice and easy to talk to, but I just didn't want to involve myself further into all of this to not make things complicated by accidentally changing something.

"Did you sleep well?"

Alice asked me and I nodded: "Yeah, after you jump-scaring me, I felt drained." She giggled and shrugged her shoulders: "Well, it was my payback for avoiding us. I hope you learned your lesson."

I raised my eyebrow at her: "You sound terrifying, dear Alice."

She leaned into me with a mischievous smirk: "You don't even know the half of it. Come on let's get you to class."

"Baseball is on Sunday. Edward invited Bella so he will get you two to the spot where we usually play baseball, if that's okay." Out of nowhere Jasper suddenly announced. You see…Jasper was a mysterious guy. I'm sure that he talks a lot at home or with Alice at least. While he is polite and from time to time asks me how I am and all those casual-conversation-kind-of-things, he never talks on a regular base with me. It's more like he has to say something in an instant and then he explodes. It's rather fascinating to watch him talk to be honest…

"No, that's alright. So, I don't have to drive myself, thank you."

Jasper gave me a smile and Alice patted my arm: "See you at lunch."

With a bounce Alice went off with Jasper looming after. I couldn't help myself but to shake my head with a smile as my eyes followed them.

"Ready for history?" Bella suddenly stood right in front of me as she nodded towards the open door. Edward was right beside her…I see…he's becoming her shadow huh?!

I scoffed before answering: "Yeah, I can't wait to hear how the first world war occurred for the 800th time."

Edward chuckled: "Imagine living through it and still getting it teached in school with wrong facts on top of that."

Annoyed I ran a hand through my hair: "Nope, I will not imagine it! It ruins my day. How do you manage to get through this every time?"

He shrugged his shoulders: "I simply don't listen to it anymore."

I gave away a loud yawn before going in making my way to my desk which was behind Bella and Edward: "Says the guy that can hear people's thoughts." Edward chuckled once more before we sat down and the teacher called for our attention.

And as expected my dear sister disappeared with Edward into the woods…or who knows where…. this sounds so wrong...

For a second I considered to tell the teachers that she was permanently ill with something so they would stop asking questions.

Turns out that she wouldn't miss a lot of the day since the last two lessons were cancelled because of some meeting the teachers had. Well…it was a fictional world after all, why would Bella get in trouble when luck is playing right into her cards. At least I won't have to tell everyone that she has the flu again…

When I reached home, I saw Charlie coming out of the house with something in his hands, it looked awfully much like something mechanical.

I turned off the engine of the truck and Charlie already stood in front of the driver's window: "You're rather early…"

"Yeah, the last two lessons were cancelled and before you ask, Bella is…" He interrupted me with a sneer: "With Edward, I know. Do I have to be concerned?"

I sighed not knowing what to answer but it's my sister so I probably should just say only the best about this relationship, I'm after all here to help her and Edward. I can't risk staying any longer in this world. So, I will keep my mouth shut and not tell anyone that she was skipping school…

"No, I wouldn't worry much. Edward seems to be nice and respectful."

…and sparkly…

Charlie nodded with a grunt before he shoved the mechanical things towards me: "Could you please do me a favour and bring this to Jacob. He asked me if I had some break discs lying around."

I took it and put it beside me on the seat: "Yeah, sure…"

"We can meet up at the diner to eat something, I guess you didn't have lunch either?"

"No, it was lunch break when they announced that the last two lessons were cancelled, and I just wanted to get home."

An aching pain erupted in the inside of my chest as I said 'home'. Confused I rubbed the spot to ease the pain off and it seemed to work.

"You okay, Genny?"

Still a bit confused but not wanting to alarm him, I nodded: "Yeah, it was nothing."

He seemed to muster me before he decided that if it was worse that I would have told him. He nodded and gave my shoulder a squeeze: "Alright, meet you at the diner."

"Yeah, later, dad." And I drove off again.

The way to LaPush was peaceful. It was the first time where I didn't have to pretend, just me inside the truck and that's where I broke down again. I had to halt on the side of the street to get it out. I don't know what was happening to me. One second I was just fine talking to Bella and the others and the next second all those images of my real home appear and this huge massive black hole inside of my chest spreads and I feel…empty and so…tired.

The only thing that currently kept me going was the thought of continuing, to finally get this over with and to finally go back home.

And I swear if someone in my world ever asks me about twilight again…. I will pee on everything they love!

I wiped off the last reminders of my tears and continued down the road to the small houses of Lapush.

Funny thing is that I didn't even know where the Blacks lived. As soon as I saw the first house, I came to a halt again. Where the hell are, they? The houses were spread over different spots. Some were closer to each other while the others further away, what if their house was somewhere inside this forest…fucking shit! I should have asked Charlie!

Suddenly a knock on my window scared the shit out of me and I gave off a small scream as I gripped my chest.

None other than Harry, the friend of Charlie, stood there with a mocking smile. He damn well knew that he scared the shit out of me. I sighed in relieve and rolled down the window.

"You scared me."

He chuckled with a gleam in his eyes, he enjoyed it way too much: "Yes, that was my intention. What brings you here, Genesis?"

I grabbed one of those weird looking mechanical things that my father….

Wait….

No…

He isn't my father!

"Genesis? Is everything alright?"

I shook my head to rid myself off of this empty feeling inside of my chest and turned towards him with this thing in my hand: "Yeah, dad sent me off to bring this to Jake but I kind of forgot to ask him which house the Blacks house was."

Harry mustered me with a rather concerned stare before he seemed to let it drop and pointed towards a red house: "That's the Blacks house. You definitely have to come more often so you won't get lost the next time."

I gave him a polite smile and nodded: "Yeah, will do."

"If you wait a second you might meet my daughter, Leah."

UGH! I can't deal with this shit right now! Why was everything becoming so freaking personal suddenly? Why was I suddenly making a life of my own here? It usually followed Bella's story and her life and everything that occurred around Bella. I wanted it to stay that way so we could finally come to an end here.

I tried to smile to not show how impatient I'm becoming: "Maybe next time. Dad and I wanted to meet up at the diner after I carry out my errand and I sure as hell wanna get myself some steak as a pay-check for it."

Harry laughed heartily before he nodded: "Well, then I'm not going to keep you away from your steak, but I will hold you to it. Next time and I hope it's going to be very soon; you'll come and meet up with my kids… and maybe some others. They are all curious about you and Bella, but you seem more reachable compared to Bella."

"Yeah, teenage love I guess…she is not even available to me and we live in the same house."

The mood seemed suddenly so tense and I tried to ease it up as best as I could. What is it with those Quileute elders that they want to suddenly control mine and Bella's free time?

But it seemed to work since he laughed once more: "Alright then, tell your father that I'll call him tonight. We wanted to go fishing again."

"Will do, thank you." He nodded once more and stepped away from the truck so I could finally drive off to the red house.

As soon as I got out of the truck a grinning Jacob made his way towards me.

"Hey, Gen, you found us rather quickly."

I got the break discs and headed towards him: "Yeah, no thanks to you. Harry helped me."

Jake took the discs and inspected them: "They are great, thanks for bringing them."

I nodded as he walked off…WTF…

I took this as a clue to follow me. He would have told me goodbye if he wanted me to go again right?

"I'm currently working on my own car…I think I told you and Bella already when you guys drove the truck for the first time."

Even if you told me…I was too occupied by planning how to get out of this mess, that I probably didn't pay any attention to what you were saying, because I was suddenly dropped into this weird-ass world that everyone calls Twilight and I had to pretend to be Bella's sister…guess what…I'm still in it without any clue how to get back home. My only option is to bring this to the very end. I shook myself off of the thoughts since it brought me to a dark place that I didn't want to go to.

"Sorry…I must have missed it."

"It's alright, it's an old rabbit and I'm building him up from the scratch."

He opened what seemed to be his garage and there was an old looking car that still needed a lot of work.

"Wow…that's a lot of work."

He chuckled: "Yeah, but I have time. It's better than just to hang out around the reservation."

I nodded agreeingly: "Guess so. Okay so I'm off again."

For a second his smile faltered, and I felt a bit guilty for not showing more interest in what he was doing but I couldn't linger, dad was…. NO!

"Genny? You okay?" Jake had a hand on my shoulder as he asked me with a gentle voice.

I shook my head with a smile to get rid of the thoughts and to show him that I was fine: "Yeah, Dad is waiting at the diner so we can have lunch together that's why I'm leaving. Sorry to cut this so short."

He gave me a pearl white smile: "It's alright. How about you come by tomorrow, we can hang out a bit…order some pizza."

For a second I thought about declining it. I just wanted to stay at home and order a huge pizza to eat all by myself and watch some stupid TV-Shows…but seeing his smile made me feel guilty that I was postponing everything he ever suggests. Even know I was basically running away so I don't have to involve myself with the characters any more than I have to.

I sighed before smiling: "Yeah, why not. Do I bring the Pizza, or do you want us to order some?"

His smile brightened…if that was even possible…

I'm serious…I was considering closing my eyes because it was so fucking bright and shiny that it hurt to watch his smile.

"We can just order some."

I nodded and went with my hand through my hair: "Great, so…see you tomorrow. What time?"

"Anything is fine by me." He sat the break discs onto the hood of his project and turned with me to walk out of the garage again.

"Alright, is 2pm alright?"

"Yeah sure."

We reached the truck and I got in as he closed the door for me. I looked towards him and suddenly saw a gleam of a different emotion in his eyes. It wasn't the 'I'm Jacob and I'm happy'-kind-of-gleam. It was a bit like he was pitying me? But maybe I was just imagining it…

He stepped away from the truck: "See you tomorrow, Gen."

I just gave him a smile and waved before driving off to finally get some food inside of me. I'm seriously losing too much weight in this world…maybe that's why Bella is so damn skinny…

It was in the middle of the fucking road when my mobile phone started to ring. At first, I ignored it…I will not die in this world because someone decided to call me. But after 5 minutes of someone constantly trying to reach me, I gave in and parked once more on the side of the street and got my phone.

ALICE FREAKING CULLEN! WHYYYY…. she is like a ghost hunting me…wtf?!

"Yes?" I answered a bit annoyed.

"Where are you?" She must have caught my annoyance but chose to ignore it as her twinkly voice could be heard on the other side of line.

"On my way to finally get some food, why?"

"I couldn't see your future. Not even the hazy parts…so I was concerned."

I sighed confused. What was happening. I mean…I was expecting her to not see anything at all about me, but after they revealed that she actually saw me before I even came to this world made it even more concerning that she couldn't see me at all anymore.

"Can you see it again? Or still nothing?"

"It's hazy again but at least it's something. Did something happen?"

Confused I furrowed my eyebrows: "No, I was just making an errand and drove to the reservation."

"Oh, what errand?"

"Dad asked me to bring some break discs to my childhood friend."

For a second I thought the line went dead because I couldn't hear her nor anything else that indicated that she was still on the phone with me but then she gave off a deep sigh: "Alright, just take care of yourself and if something happens…please call me or the others. I will send you their numbers."

"Alice it's alright, I don't think that anything will happen. I don't want to burden anyone with it."

"When will you realize that you became important." Aaaaand she hung up.

The fuck….

A loud 'Bing' followed, and I looked down on my phone to see a message from Alice. All the numbers listed including Dr. Cullen's number. What was even going on?!

Hold on…. wait! could it…and I'm just assuming here…could it be that I'm maybe…by any chance…going home? To my real world? Maybe that's why she is not seeing my future clearly…because I won't exist in the future…. oh my god!

A smile spread over my whole face and my heart started to beat like crazy. Pure happiness ran through my whole body. I'm so gonna eat two steaks!
