Katie Bell
Ginny was wandering the corridors of the ruined remains of Hogwarts castle trying to find her hero, Harry Potter. It was the morning after the second wizarding war ended and the remaining death eaters surrendered after seeing Voldemort fall before them. Now that the war was finally over, Ginny decided it was the right time to get back with Harry, not realizing that she was biting off more than she could chew. That was when she spotted Harry planting a kiss on the lips of a brown-haired girl in the school's courtyard. Ginny knew that the girl Harry was kissing was Katie Bell, one of his former teammates (and her's to some extent) on the Gryffindor Quidditch team. Ginny felt her jealousy flaring up and marched right over there to confront Katie for 'stealing her man.'
"Do you mind?!" Harry and Katie responded when they heard the Weasley girl's footsteps, looking annoyed to have had their alone time interrupted.
"Not at all!" snapped Ginny, before turning her attention full to Katie. "What made you think it was bloody okay to ensnare my Harry away and have him come after you, Bell?"
"Like I would even do that!" Katie growled, feeling very offended. "You were the one hooking up with different guys and treating them like shit. We all know how you treated Dean, since you expected Harry to plant that kiss on your lips. I figured out why he was getting random thoughts about you, there were confundus charms placed on him by you to ensure that he would continue to randomly think about you."
"If only Dean wasn't such a bloody creep...!" Ginny tried retorting.
"Don't go slandering Dean for stuff that was your fault, Ginevra!" snapped Harry. "I can't believe you would even place confundus charms on me to make me think about you behind my back. I remember your departing words for me, which proved that you continued to see me as the Boy-Who-Lived."
"Besides," Katie began revealing in a delighted voice, reaching into a pocket and showing Ginny a restraining order against her (which made the Weasley girl widen her eyes in horror). "You can't be within Harry's five-foot radius, Ginevra. If you remember, my dad works for the ministry, he and your dad helped to make it happen after talking it over with Kingsley due to him being the new minister. As of right now, you're officially banned from coming within Harry's five-foot radius and should you try to breach the regulations of the restraining order, you'll be subject to experience pain until you leave that radius."
"What's even better," Harry informed Ginny, in an elated voice. "The more you violate the regulations, the more your chances of getting arrested will increase. Should it happen a seventh time, you'll certainly get arrested."
"It's just a piece of parchment!" Ginny whined.
"Like that'll matter, Ginevra!" said Harry coldly. "There are still consequences for violating restraining orders. Don't tempt fate because I have my ways to make sure that you'll regret it, mark my words."
Despite that, Ginny refused to comply with the terms of the restraining order. She just went on and on about how it was so unfair and blaming Katie for the whole thing. There was no way Ginny was going to acknowledge that her behaviour was the reason Harry was never interested in her and never would be, not just the fact that she was Ron's sister. During the course of the cleanup of the castle because of the second wizarding war, Ginny continued getting in between Harry and Katie and the more she violated Harry's five-foot radius, she'd experience pain and the fourth time was when she got a stern scolding from her father. Regardless, Ginny refused because it was her goal to marry her hero and was determined to stop at nothing to make sure it happened (always ignoring the fact that the Boy-Who-Lived was a fictional character). The sixth violation had Arthur warning his daughter if she did it one more time that she would be arrested and taken into ministry custody. Nevertheless, Ginny was determined to get her childhood wish on the pretense that she never asked for too much, which was a blatant lie because she was spoiled brat for as long as she could remember. One morning after breakfast one week into the cleanup, Ginny spotted Harry and Katie heading for the quidditch pitch and followed them.
'This time, he's mine!' thought Ginny in determination.
She tried being sneaky about following Harry and Katie to the quidditch pitch. Upon making onto the quidditch pitch, the Weasley girl darted her eyes around trying to find out where Harry and Katie were, as they weren't even flying around on their brooms. All of a sudden, Ginny felt her legs snap together and her arms at her sides before falling over backwards, which meant that she was placed in a full-body bind. All Ginny could do was stare up at the ceiling, then Harry and Katie approached the redhead and looked down into her light-brown eyes with glares.
"You were warned not to violate that restraining order, Ginevra," Harry told her in a fierce voice. "Now you're gonna pay the penalty for that."
"With a little help of this," Katie told Ginny, holding up a long leather belt. "It's a magic-suppression belt."
Ginny could feel her body getting a wave of fear, but she couldn't move because of the full-body bind. Katie started wrapping the Weasley girl's waist with the long belt before adding a charm to prevent Ginny from loosening it. Harry added a featherweight charm to Ginny before grabbing the belt and getting onto his firebolt and flying towards one of the three hoops. Then Harry strapped the other end of the belt onto the tallest hoop and added another charm to prevent that end from being loosened and cancelling the full-body bind, leaving Ginny hanging fifty feet above the sandy pit. Katie showed up a moment later with a quaffle, then she and Harry began tossing it back and forth while ignoring Ginny's whining and protests to free her from her predicament. It didn't take long for Arthur to show up with some aurors, in which Harry and Katie stopped tossing the quaffle to loosen the belt that was tied to the hoop. Katie grabbed the same end of the belt and slowly descended towards the ground and gently placed Ginny on the ground, allowing the aurors to point their wands in the Weasley girl's direction just as Arthur untied the end of the belt around his daughter's waist.
"I tried talking some sense into you, young lady!" Arthur chastised his daughter. "And since you ignored the restraining order seven times, you'll be expelled from school and taken into ministry custody."
"Ginevra Molly Weasley," Kingsley informed her, as she was placed in magic-suppression handcuffs. "You're under arrest for multiple violations of a restraining order and multiple counts of harassment. You don't have to say anything, as it may harm your defence in court. Anything you choose to say can be given in evidence."
Ginny was pulled up onto her feet and dragged away to be taken into ministry custody, all the while whining about how life was so unfair and begging Harry to call her arrest off (both of which fell on deaf ears). Once Ginny was was gone, Harry and Katie got back on their brooms to continue tossing the quaffle back and forth to each other. With Ginny finally getting her comeuppance, Harry was free from her fangirl-like behaviour and could be with someone who saw him as the real Harry. For once, luck was on Harry's side.
The End!
Author's note: I'd like to give a shoutout to the anonymous user 'Nicholas' for suggesting that Harry and Katie tie Ginny up and leave her hanging from the tallest quidditch hoop as punishment for violating the restraining order seven times, and keep Ginny there until the aurors arrived to arrest her all the while tossing the quaffle back and forth.
