A.N. Hey folks, Blue Tagg here with the third chapter. Here, Judy will notice she hasn't heard from anyone from Bunnyburrow in a while and will get worried.

Hope you enjoy the chapter and please, leave a review.

The next morning, Judy woke up at the sound of her alarm. She got up and got changed into her uniform. She then checked her phone to see if she had any messages from her parents, but still nothing.

"It's still early, so maybe they might call me later," Judy thought to herself.

Judy then left her apartment and made her way towards the ZPD Precinct.

Judy entered the building and saw her partner Nick Wilde talking to Benjamin Clawhauser. The fox and cheetah then turned to see Judy approaching.

"Morning Carrots," Nick greeted her.

"Morning Nick," Judy said to him. She then turned to Clawhauser. "Morning Clawhauser."

"Morning Judy," Clawhauser replied. He then noticed her face. "You okay?"

"I'm fine. It's just, I haven't heard from my parents last night," Judy explained. "They didn't call me like they usually do, and when I called them, they didn't pick up."

"Relax fluff. Your parents probably had to pull an all-nighter on the farm and are now too tired to answer any calls," Nick suggested to try and ease her nerves.

"Your probably right," Judy replied. "They'll call me when they get the chance."

"There you go, carrots," Nick said to her. "Now then, how about we head to over to roll call. I'm sure the Chief has some excellent assignments for us."

"Then let's go," Judy suggested as she and Nick walked on. "See ye Ben."

"Later Hauser," Nick said as the left.

"Later guys," Clawhauser said to them.

The duo walked on towards the briefing room. Along the way, they were approached by Officer Ryder Pedrosa.

"Morning guys," Ryder greeted them.

"Moring Ryder," Nick and Judy said to him.

"I just wanted to say congratulations on busting that Principal yesterday," Ryder complimented them.

"Thanks," Judy said to him.

"Just doing our jobs," Nick smugly said, which made Judy roll her eyes.

"You two are probably the best crime fighters I've met. Well, next to my brother and his friends," Ryder boasted a bit.

Nick and Judy then remembered Raimondo and the monks from five months ago.

"How is Raimondo and the others doing?" Judy asked.

"I actually spoke to him yesterday," Ryder began to tell them. "He and the others are doing well. You'd be surprised how much Shen Gong Wu there is hidden around the world."

"Glad to hear those kids are keeping them out of the wrong paws," Nick pointed out.

"Anyway, better get back to roll call," Judy suggested.

"I'll meet you guys in there," Ryder said as he took off.

Nick and Judy once again made their way towards the briefing room for today's assignments.

The day went on with Nick and Judy. They were assigned to patrol Sahara Square for any trouble. The only thing they did today was stop a capibara that robbed an old possum lady's purse. Not that they complained, after dealing with that principal they were glad to have something simple.

Night time came, and Judy was once again in her apartment in her pyjamas. She was on her bed looking at her phone. Judy still hadn't heard anything from her parents all day. No calls, not texts, no nothing.

"Okay, maybe they're ready to pick up now," Judy said hopefully.

She went through her contacts and called her parents. The phone then stopped ringing and said, "I'm sorry, this contact cannot be connected."

"Huh?" Judy asked confused. The phone cannot connect to her parents.

"Maybe Lincoln can talk to me," Judy said as she contacted her brother. She then called Lincoln Hopps and, like before, the phone failed to connect. Judy was started to get worried.

"Okay, maybe Carol," Judy said as she tried to contact her sister. "Or Rebecca?" … "Or Michael?" … "Or Phoebe?"

She tried contacting her family, but no one is responding. Judy was starting to get worried.

"Okay, calm down Judy, maybe Gideon or Sharla can pick and will tell me," Judy suggested to herself.

She tried to contact her two friends from Bunnyburrow, but like before, nothing is getting through.

"Okay, I better call Sheriff Billon," Judy suggested as well. She tried to call the Sheriff of Bunnyburrow, but like before, nothings getting through.

"Not even Sheriff Billon!?" Judy exclaimed. She was now getting worried.

She can't contact her family, her friends, or even the Sheriff. She really was starting to get worried.

"I really need to talk to the Chief about this," Judy said to herself, worried for everyone she knew in Bunnyburrow.

The next morning, Judy quickly got changed into her uniform and beelined for the Precinct. She ran through the doors to see, Nick, Clawhauser and Chief Bogo standing at reception.

The trio noticed Judy running up towards them and then started rambling.

"Carrots, slow down!" Nick advised her.

"Yeah Hopps, what's got your tail in a bunch," Bogo asked.

"It's my family, I haven't heard from them in 2 days," Judy explained.

"I'm sure everything is fine with them," Bogo reassured her, but Judy was still worried.

"No sir. I tried to contact my parents last night, and my siblings, but nothing got through," Judy told them. "Then I tried some of my friends as well. No one's picking up, not even Sheriff Billon!"

That instantly got Bogo curious.

"Sheriff Billon isn't answering?" Bogo asked. Judy confirmed with a nod. This caused Bogo to pull out his phone. "It still might not be nothing, but if it makes you feel any better, I'll call Sheriff Billon."

Bogo then dialled his phone and it started ringing. But then it stopped, and it said, "This number cannot be connected." That got Bogo really stumped.

"Even Sheriff Billon's department isn't answering," Bogo found out.

"See sir? No one's picking up in BunnyBurrow," Judy proved.

Just then Judy's phone began to ring. She looked at the contact to see it was Mr Big.

"Mr Big?" Judy wondered.

"Put him on speaker," Nick recommended.

Judy answered Mr Big's call and put him on speaker.

"Mr Big?" Judy asked into the phone.

"Ah Judy, wonderful to hear from you," Mr Big said from the phone. "I trust you're not alone."

"Yes sir, I'm with Nick, Chief Bogo and Clawhauser," Judy responded.

"Good, because I have a concerning situation," Mr Big admitted.

"What is it Mr Big?" Nick asked.

"Judy, do you remember those vegetables that your family farm sold me?" Mr Big asked.

"Yes, I remember," Judy remembered.

"Well, yesterday I sent Kevin down to Bunnyburrow to pick 'em up. He should've returned last night, but he never did," Mr Big foretold, which got everyone concerned.

"He Hasn't come back?" Nick asked.

"No. I've tried ringing him, but he's not answering. In fact, I don't think anyone's answering in Bunnyburrow," Mr Big said with worry.

"Your right about that. My family hasn't been picking up, nobody's picking up. Not even Sheriff Billon," Judy said with worry.

"Then, I fear the worst," Mr Big admitted.

"Don't worry Mr Big, we'll get to the bottom of this," Chief Bogo reassured him.

"Thank you, Chief Bogo," Mr Big said. "And Judy, I trust you and Nicky will get to the bottom of this."

Just then, Mr Big hung up on them. That got everyone thinking.

"So, not only is no answering calls from Bunnyburrow, no one is returning from Bunnyburrow either," Nick pointed out.

"This is getting serious," Judy admitted.

"You two, meet me in my office in ten minutes. There are some things I like to look over first," Bogo asked the duo, as he walked off.

A.N. Well, that was the third chapter, and things are getting serious. Next chapter is where they'll find out that a Shen Gong Wu is being used.

Hope you enjoyed this chapter.

See Ya next time
