A new week arrives that calls the biggest conference of the year to action, one that gathers all of the biggest names in the political world to analyze the big conference consisting of royalty and politicians gathering together to discuss the current issues of the world and offer solutions on how to improve relations. From the arrival of the Pharaoh and Tzar to the arrival of the Host-the Sultan, the site for the conference was already swarmed by civilians and supporters showing their passion. A flourishing city that showed great promise in competing against Inkopolis' capital city, it welcomes new guests in a trio of highschool students about to participate in the biggest reveal of all time. A plan to expose multiple governments and attempt to rally unity all under the blanket of a war is one that none could imagine, and for the three of them, it would soon become a reality. They arrive at the station square of Ravia to an influx of a crowd that makes it all too difficult to navigate through; much similar to the station in Inkopolis city. It was only a few days they had to relax and enjoy time with their friends, but their abrupt exit left an awkward air among the group as Sally and Reice were onto them and Jory and Kosami had a sneaky feeling that the trio were up to something. Regardless they trusted them when they were told that the trio had been invited by Fuchsia to attend the Ravia Conference as special guests and that she wished there was enough room for her to invite them all. Luckily Leor and Mika opted to stay with Sally for the remainder of the time and keep her company, so it wasn't as though most of her guests were leaving. Prior to their departure, Sally made them all pinky-swear that they'd come back and look for her once more before going to Inkopolis where business would have to resume in preparation for the exhibition games due to line up at their doorstep with the off season approaching. Arriving to a powerful blow of heat that hits their faces like an oven, the trio were supposed to meet Cap'n Cuttlefish at the station, but instead found themselves lost in a sea of tourists. After almost half an hour of waiting on what felt like an island given it was the only bench close by, the trio are approached by a woman wearing a cloak and a head covering that concealed most of her identity along with a face mask that covered her mouth and only left her cheeks and eyes exposed. Right away, Azule recognizes her from her eyes and skin complexion to know only one person could conceal their presence to such a skill. Giving her son a wink, she tells them to follow them where they soon arrive at their grand transport in the form of a limo. As they entered, they're greeted by the rest of the important figures for this operation: Santiago Sororia and Mario Sororia, Shiva Octavio, Julian Royale, Mack Netifla, and sitting facing the rear with the chauffeur behind him, Cap'n Cuttlefish.

"If I had to wait any longer I might've grown old!" Cap'n Cuttlefish joked with a chuckle welcoming them into the limo; finally, the time for action slowly approached. "We all know what we'll be doing here. However, there are some things I must set the record straight on before we proceed." He looks to the trio of Azule, Fuchsia, and Violet; "I know you're willing to fight for this cause but if anything should go awry, your priority is to value your own life and escape. Do you understand?" he said in a serious tone, joined by serious expressions from the others who all shared his mindset of keeping them alive at all costs even if their roles might be limited; though pressured in the vacuum space of a room, the trio agreed to be realistic and show no acts of nobility-no matter how selfish or cowardice it would seem to worry about themselves first.

Cap'n Cuttlefish does a couple knocks with his knuckles and signals the driver to leave, the car moving promptly in a smooth transition. What followed afterwards was a quick briefing on the current situation here in Ravia: with the conference approaching, all affiliated members were to stay on the premises of where the conference would be held, which meant Shiva, Fuchsia, Netifla, and Cap'n would be staying at that hotel. For Santiago, he arranged a lodging for his family to stay at in the meantime, and for the Royale trio, they too had a place to stay but it was more so for Azule than them since they would be the ones on scouting duty. Cap'n Cuttlefish detailed the plan: For the upcoming days all parties were to do as much exploration and information gathering as possible-their appearance here has attracted some unwanted guests based on multiple reports from Lime and Verde after an extensive search. They pair revealed that there was a breach in private networks and that their incentives aligned with tracking Azule's location. Though it was somewhat a stretch to those without any suspicion, they believed the culprits to be the Tower Bridge Unit, adding that breach to the list of other evidence they had to support their wild claim that the unit must be after Azule. They had their suspicions regarding Liandt and as such, Cap'n understood why Liandt opted to skip out on the conference as well and saw this as a golden opportunity to make a big splash now that one of their adversaries made a critical error. Though the discussion centered around him, Azule slowly loses his focus as his gaze concentrates on the tinted window beside him, finding the mesmerizing sight of Ravia's construction more appealing than listening to the others. In fact, at the moment, he wondered about two people who were supposed to be in the country: Dr. Sinclair and Spyke. He'd forgotten while visiting Sally since his mind was preoccupied with the environment of his friends and the anxiety of the Rapture and Rebirth, but now that the plans were a reality and he arrived at the site where it all would happen, he wondered if it would be a coincidence to see them again or if fate it that he would never see them again. He recalls that Dr. Sinclair came to the west to do some research in relation to his health condition and wondered how that went, and for Spyke, he knew that he and Annie had talked of opening a shop over here and wondered how things fared for them. Overall, this was nothing more than meaningless on the fly thoughts that were meant to preoccupy him instead of wearing down his thoughts with the same exhausting anxiety. Little does he or the others know or acknowledge that they are being tracked by during this drive. Driving a motorcycle a considerable car lengths behind them is an inkling dressed in all beige including her bike; as to why they couldn't detect her despite her riding a motorcycle was all due to her having a bike with mufflers meant to silence the bike from making the obnoxious roars it usually did, which helped her in tailing them.

"Do you have eyes on them?" Landon said on the other line in her helmet.

"Yes, I have my sights on them. What do you want me to do? I saw those kids go in followed by an adult I couldn't recognize. More than likely there might be more company in there given the model of the vehicle."

"Don't do anything rash, Abby. Continue following them until Duke joins you. I repeat, don't take action against them. We don't want any attention."

"I understand, don't worry. You already drilled home when we should make our move." She said while lowering her speed, and checking the revs on her bike. Like a snake slithering, she maneuvered between lanes to make sure not to lose sight of them but had to be careful of traffic; if she got too close, at least one of them would become wary of her if she followed for long. The tighter she grips the handles, the stranger the feeling in her arms. As though that was all she had, her legs were like cinder blocks while steering with minimal movement made. The sensation felt similar to an experience she once had prior many years ago in a time where it was hard to imagine peace, the ringing sounds of explosives turning one deaf, the flashing colors of illegal bullets detonating within bodies, and what would be mistaken for birds soaring close by was actually limbs flying away. A return to a dark time in her life, Abby quickly snapped out of it once she felt the heaviness of her had begun to drag with it taking all of her consciousness to keep balance. One, two, three, four, there were more cars than before-the sight of limo starting to escape her thanks to her own negligence. Luckily she could catch up by weaving through traffic, but she didn't account for one thing: traffic lights. Without ever noticing, they arrived at a major stop, and just when she was about to catch up to them, a car pulled in front of her and stopped on red, while the limo went along. She lost their tracks...

Also arriving in Ravia are Kida and his new urchins, who see the setting as a perfect place to have a hostile takeover thanks to the distraction of the conference. An unlikely ally of Ixia but under the noses of Octaria and the other parties, Kida's only goal was to cause as much mayhem in a foreign location as possible. He knew he had strength in Inkopolis that he could once again seize the underground again, but a certain loudmouth's helpful tip of Spyke's location led him here instead. Not only did he want to expand his empire, but he had a score to settle with his dear brother who not only left the urchin life, but turned tail and ran off with a woman instead. Occupying an empty building out in the slums near the big city of Ravia, Kida waits patiently for the opportunity to strike with his legion at his command.

"So, how are you liking the new territory? If all goes well, I think I'll let this place to the two of you!" Kida said smirking as his two newest recruits.

"I don't care much for things like power. I rather just continue my work and get my pay that way." Cameron shrugged, preferring to be a mercenary for hire rather than stick to an affiliation with a gang.

"And I just want enough strength to crush that dude's body!" Ueru shouted in reference to desiring another battle with Azule.

Kida grimaced and put a finger in his ear, "No need to shout so loud! The day will come where you get another crack at him. I want his head too but that will happen when fate decides it." He looks over to Spear with a bored look, "Honestly, it seems you're the only sensible one here."

'Huh? What about me?" Ghary said pointing a finger at himself.

"Spear, do you hear something?"

"Nope, nothing."

"Aaanyways! Cam and Ueru, I never cared to ask, but why exactly did you choose to align with me? Weren't you studying under the tutelage of Han?"

Cameron crossed his arms and looked away with a sense of disgust, "Those shinobi are a lost cause."

Kida's eyes twitched involuntarily since he had ties to that clan, "Oh? Aren't you a lost cause, too? You came running to an escaped convict's guidance because you have no clue what to do with your wasted potential. High school dropout!"

Without hesitation, Cameron draws his blade and rushes at the unflinching Kida who sat comfortably. As Cameron is about to swing, Spear blocks attempt with a solid strike on his hands that render him useless as he drops the blade with numbed hands. In the blink of an eye, Cameron is on his knees holding his numbing hand while glaring at the emotionless Spear, who looked ready to inflict more punishment if he continued to act out of place; Ueru kept still and simply watched in awe at how quickly the man was able to disarm a skilled prodigy like Cameron. Even though he looked like a simple ruffian from jail, he actually quite the technique and speed to rival even the best of melee fighters. Kida chuckled at the sudden shutdown and quickly applauded Spear for his initiative, going on to cite why he stood as his second in command, much to Ghary's dismay. "Next time sword boy, remember that you so much as can't even touch me-with ot without my protection here. Strike me and my legion will hunt you." Kida and Cameron lock glares though to a different intensity, Cameron was disgusted with being looked down on by Kida while the latter felt smug watching a fellow prideful dog get put in his place. "Now, I've been meaning to ask, but where is that special weapon that ties us and that cyber group together? That Yoshikara girl called them Rogue? I like that…let's refer to them as that from now on."

"Rogue hasn't responded in a while." Ghary answered.

"I see. Well, no worries on that front I guess. They're helping the nerds so I guess they will probably show up here."

"Why are you so sure?" Cameron asked in a low tone, still trying to regain feeling in his hand.

Kida smirked and explained that the partnership he had with Ixia was to wreak havoc in Inkopolis and generate confusion that when he makes his valiant return, he can seize the underground with ease thanks to his overwhelming numbers. Ixia agreed to help him in creating mass panic only if it would spur him to influence his members to show support for their cause. Mutual Interest. "So, they've got their objective and I have mine. We so happen to both want our control within the shadows. Seems like enough of a reason to collaborate, don't you think?"

Within the throne room where the Queen sits lavishly, she's welcomed by her precious knights all dressed in their gear. A call to gather all of the 12 royal guards, Queen Candice believed now to be an opportune time to share updates on all the recent developments. From left to right, she called every guard by name and alias-to which they bowed solemnly and knelt before her. Wieden, Anzi, and May were the first to be addressed and were known as the strongest knights within the ranks and the personal guards of her majesty-there were none that she trusted more than them. Next followed Gnarby, Darwin, Finn, and Leone as the ranks below the Grand Elite guards-known as the Royal Elites instead. And lastly were the bottom of the stack lineup of powerful servants, known as the Wild Cards for their colorful personality, the guards "Mad" Max, "Blanco" Le Blanc, Cortes, "Root" Reuter, and Indy were addressed. Without wasting any time, Candice expressed her thoughts on how the all of the meetings went and cited that she liked the cast of allies she met, then detailing her plan for the invasion and going over the roles that her guards would play. She wanted her Wild Cards to be the first ones up on the surface leading the infantry while they destroy the city, followed by her Royale Elites who be further down the line leading the next wave, and finally, the Grand Elites would accompany her on the third wave where the final blow would be dealt. She planned to have Ixia and her first wave deal the most damage and create disarray with her second wave piling onto the mayhem and her wave finally bringing an end to the ruin of Inkopolis, where she would claim the capital and demand her power as the new ruler. It was a sound plan that the guards were already aware of, and with this reminder, all of them were excited to fight for her cause...except there was one problem.

"The resistance have been a meddlesome bunch…" she mumbled just loud enough for her guards to hear, which sent a sinking feeling through their chests with anxiety at what would follow; Candice raised her chin and narrowed her gaze, "I would like for them to be dealt with promptly before we begin our operation. No doubt they will try to land the first punch and hope it will be the one to bring me down, so before that happens...eliminate them!" None dared to say a word against her order and instead accepted her request. Pleased to see their fealty to her, she gave them an update on her grand scheme and how it would go on successfully thanks to a breakthrough on the devices created by the same team manufacturing the war machines. On her orders, she wanted scout devices so small that they couldn't be detected and were able to track down their target, which led to the design of a gnat. So tiny that one would mistake them for just the little bugs that they are, they were actually equipped with microphones and state of the art trackers that allowed them to track the movements and body heats of their targets, which were in this case the other allies. The guards were shocked at the Queen's underhanded move, believing the breach of privacy to go against the code established by the same alliance, though none dared to bring it up. "With this technology at our fingertips, we can know everything that our allies are up to and be protected from any traitors. The success of our attack on the capital is crucial to our freedom. Unless Inkopolis falls, there is no chance of us ever living on the surface peacefully. So, I'll take any measures as I see it fit to see the nation that prevente dour evolution meet eradication." With that, the guards all gave their nod and awaited the next topic to be discussed. All behind closed doors within the palace, the Queen of Octaria was making her moves much like her allies and adversaries. The countdown to the day of reckoning approaches, and all those involved are on race against time to prepare for the historic day.
