Hello hello my dear readers! Foamys back with another chapter! I'm sorry these are taking so long to get done, I'm overrun with work and my laptop decided to erupt into flame a few weeks ago, leaving me writing on my phone. Its sooooo much fun -_-

Fortunately, I'm paranoid AF and have several copies of all my data. I'm aiming to have the next chapter of both of my other stories done this upcoming weekend :) now for reviews!

Toto01- thankee kindly, friend. I do enjoy making my readers feel stuff when they read lol. I enjoyed this chapter and the end has a real KICKER! hehe

Allen Blaster- when you get to the end, I want you to sit and think about if that really counts

RPGPersona- Emelia really was being shy, those weren't crocodile tears, and it was subconscious lol. As for being civil...noooot quite.

Mochafraptor- *King Julian voice* Yes, I know, I am beautiful. And a bastard, but that's not the point ;).

Wolfofeternalnight- Me too, but its gonna be *bleeping noise covers time line* before that happens.

SoniaBambini18- you'll get to see 'something' like that this chapter. I hope you like it!

Azarath Cat- I try not to be too serious in my writing because I'm an immersive writer, which means the more serious the topic the more serious my mood is. This particular story is designed to be more about learning to feel and accept feelings, but I'm doing it in a way that let's me explore these emotions more fully so that I can write them better. With that being said, I genuinely don't think I'm a top notch writer. I'm just creative enough to make things work. With THAT being said, I have TONS of content for this story.

I'm not going to lie though...a great big part of me just wants to write a sudden confession scene between the two and have them kiss and be happy and stuff.

But who wants that when there's so much more to it?

Meee- thank you! I hope you enjoy this chapter too!

I'll let you folks get to reading now. Enjoy and review please! I enjoy hearing from you!

"Umm….Mr. Batman, sir, isn't that your fourth bowl of chunky monkey ice cream?"

The dark knight stared at the changeling in front of him, spoon poised just before his mouth as Martin sat in his lap happily eating said treat. He stared long and hard enough that Beast Boy grew uncomfortable.

"You know what, never mind." Beast Boy shook his head and stepped away.

"Actually, Beast Boy, I need to talk to you about something." Batman said suddenly. The changeling stopped and glanced back at his friend's mentor.

"Sir?"

The caped crusader set his bowl in Martins' lap (much to the boys delight) and reached for his belt. He rummaged around in a pocket for a moment before pulling out a small envelope. He held it out to Beast Boy, who took it carefully.

Cyborg, Robin, Starfire, and Raven all stopped what they were doing to watch, leaving the members of the Doom Patrol slightly confused and Bumblebee and Jinx scratching their heads. Kid Flash nodded knowingly. He knew what was going on.

Beast Boy looked at the paper for a moment before looking at Batman. "Are you serious?"

"I'm Batman. I'm always serious." The dark knight deadpanned.

"You want me in the Justice League?!"

"Want is not quite what the letter means." Batman shook his head. "Its an invitation to join when you turn eighteen. Its not a requirement, its not a demand, its not even a suggestion. We give them to young hero's when they turn seventeen so that they have a year to think about where they want to go with their lives. Your team mates have already received theirs."

Beast Boy looked back at the paper once more before his brow furrowed in thought. "They're all eighteen and up but me and Rae. So what does that mean if they're still here?"

"It means they chose this team over the Justice League."

The changeling turned and looked at his friends. They all nodded, including Kid Flash but excluding Bumblebee and Jinx.

"I'm eighteen and I didn't get one!" The insectile heroine huffed.

Batman glanced at her. "The Green Arrow is the League's sponsor for Titans East. I suggest you ask him about it."

"Sounds like the Titans don't want to join your little club, Batman." Mento said smugly.

"At least we don't drive our members away with thick skulled militarism." Batman said coolly.

A vein appeared on Mento's forehead and anger flashed in his eyes as he leapt up. "You got a problem with the way I run my team?!"

"I don't recall saying so."

"Sounds to me like you did!"

As the argument escalated (read: Mento yelling and Batman not yelling), neither of the older hero's noticed that Beast Boy was silent.

He was standing there looking at the paper with his hand on the paper. To the other Titans, he appeared to thinking rather deeply.

"Mr. Batman." He said suddenly.

Both Batman and Mento ceased speaking and looked at Beast Boy.

He held out the paper to the Leaguer. "As much as I'd like to join the Justice League when I turn eighteen, my family is more important to me. The lower the risk of Emmy and Raven losing me to some crazy villain, the better. And you guys have some crazy villains."

"Are you serious, bro?" Cyborg gaped. "You've dreamed about joining them for years!"

Beast Boy shook his head. "Like I said dude, some things are more important."

Robin and Cyborg exchanged astonished looks. Starfire, Jinx, Bumblebee, and Rose glanced at Raven. Though she was blank-faced, her eyes spoke volumes of surprise.

He's choosing Emelia and me…over joining the Justice League?

The thought disturbed her, so she stepped forward and placed her hand on his shoulder. "Beast Boy, if that's something you've always wanted then why don't you go for it?"

He shook his head slowly this time. "I won't."

Okay, now she needed to know. "Why?"

"I…I just can't leave you like that."

Her grip tightened on his shoulder just a little as she tensed up. "Leave me?"

He glanced at her hand before looking her in the eye. There was something in them that he couldn't quite put his finger on. He wanted to say hopeful, but this was Raven he was looking at.

"Yeah…" He said slowly. "I don't want you raising Emelia alone."

"Why?" Raven asked more insistently.

He reached up and gently pried her fingers from his shoulder as he spoke. "I have my reasons, Rae."

The empath knew she'd get no more out of him at this time, so she nodded and stepped away. She didn't pay much attention to the conversation between her crush and the older hero's after that, but it was apparent that Batman was content with Beast Boy's answer while Mento was displeased that his adopted son wouldn't continue in the family business (the Doom Patrol).

Instead, Raven sat on the couch lost in thought. For a few minutes, at least.

"Raven?" A voice beside her said.

The empathy looked over and found Rita sitting there with Emelia in her lap.

"I'm sorry Mrs. Dayton, I didn't catch any of that." Raven gave the older woman an apologetic frown.

Rita waved her hand. "Its quite alright Raven. There's just a few things I'd like to discuss with you. Somewhere quieter though.

"Mommy, can I stay and have another bowl of ice cream please?" Emelia asked, doing The Face. Raven gave her daughter an amused chuckle and nodded. Beaming, the little girl scrambled from her new grandmother's lap and took off towards the counter.

A quick chant and a shadow rose up to envelope Raven and Rita, transporting them to Raven's room. The older woman was physically and emotionally unphased by the magical teleportation, much to the youngers' surprise.

Rita glanced once around the room before looking back at Raven with a little grin. "Feels like a library in here."

This caused Raven to smile a bit. "Thank you. Everyone used to say it was creepy."

The elastic woman laughed. "You know, Garfield once told me he thought you were creepy, then called back later and told me you weren't creepy, just more complicated than he thought."

"He did?" Raven asked, surprised.

Rita nodded. "Yes. He was actually very upset with what he said and asked if I thought a heartfelt apology would be better than a bunch of little apologies."

Raven sat and stared at the older woman, her mouth opened in surprise. "I…I had no idea."

"Most people have no idea that he can be a deep thinker when its for something important." Rita smiled. "And judging from your guilty expression, you didn't notice either."

Raven nodded. "I once thought he was a brainless oaf. Then I thought he was just a clown that wears his heart on his sleeve."

"And now?" Rita pressed.

Raven fiddled with the hem of her cloak. "He's…so much more than that. A little while before Emelia came along, it seemed that he was finally maturing. When we got her…he…well…he stepped into the shoes of a father almost flawlessly. It's both amazing and confusing at times."

Rita gave a little laugh. "That's my Garfield. He excels at being both unpredictable and being both what he should and shouldn't be at the same time."

Ravens' grin returned. "I wish I could argue that, but its too true."

The older heroine paused and stared at Raven in thought. When the empath raised an eyebrow, Rita gave her a little frown.

"I just realized I have no idea about anyone from your family." She said.

Raven cringed. " It's a lengthy story, but I'll summarize it as best as I can. It all started with a girl named Arella…"

A little while later, Rita Dayton sat with her chin in her palm staring at the purple haired girl in front of her.

"Wow." Rita shook her head. "Just…wow."

Raven shrugged. "That's my life in a nutshell. The only real downside to living past sixteen is that I have nothing planned for the rest of my life. Well, I didn't until Emelia came along."

"And your plans now?"

"I want to raise her, give her a life I didn't have." Raven said while she thought With Beast Boy, of course.

"With Garfield, I presume?" Rita grinned.

Raven hesitated in surprise before she nodded. "With Beast Boy, yes. He's a good-"

"That's not what I asked, my dear."

Raven tried to vocalize an answer as her mind panicked. Sweet Azar, don't tell me she's a-

"No, I'm not a mind reader." The older woman laughed at Ravens' expressions. "But when you've been doing this as long as I have, you tend to pick up a few things."

"I see…" The empathy nodded. She should have been expecting that, really. Though beautiful and young looking, she knew Elastigirl had been a heroine for far longer than her.

A sly grin appeared on Rita's face. "You like him."

Raven blinked, at a loss. "Am I that easy to read?"

"Not at all. In fact, you gave no clues whatsoever unless Garfield was directly involved. That's how little miss Rose noticed too." A pale hand covered a pale face in exasperation, causing the older woman to laugh. "I'll take that as a yes!"

"Miss Dayton, I-" Raven was cut off as Rita placed a finger on her lips.

"Raven, there's no apologies, no excuses, no stories, no anything. You like my son and he likes…" she trailed off for a moment in hesitation before picking her line of thought back up. "He likes his new, smaller, family. Its makes him happy."

Can't make him that happy if he's dating Rose! A bitter voice in Raven's head said as she spoke. "I like to think that too."

"Do you like having a family of your own?"

It was Raven's turn to trail off. "I do…but…"

"You think you could find happiness with Garfield at your side."

"I won't deny being hopeful about that. Most guys think I'm creepy and tend to avoid me like the plague. But Beast Boy…I could never get him to go away for very long. Somewhere along the line, I got attached to him because of that but I only recently realized it."

"After Emelia and Rose stepped into the picture, I presume?"

"Yes ma'am."

Rita stared at the empathic girl before her thoughtfully for a few minutes before she leaned forward and grasped Raven's hands in her own. "Raven, I have a very serious question I'd like to ask you."

Sweet Azar, she better not ask me when I'm having more of his kids She thought as she said, "Ask away."

"Would you like to call me mom?"

To Raven, the only way to describe how she felt was to say it was as if she was kicked in the heart. The closest thing she'd ever had to a real mother was Azar, but even then the priestess had kept the girl at arms length. Her own mother, Arella, had little to nothing to do with her as the monks raised her. Disturbingly enough, Raven had had more interaction with her father than her mother in her life. But right here, right now, Beast Boys adopted mother was asking if Raven would recognize her as a parent. Not because Rita required her to, but because she wanted to be such a person for the girl when she needed it.

Multiple objects in her room became swathed in her dark magic as her emotions surged forward with their own opinions.

Mrs. Dayton has all sorts of child related knowledge and much more life experience than us. I say aye. (Knowledge)

Someone wants to be our mom?! Aye! Aye! Aye! (Happy)

Woah, are you freaking kidding me?! Aye! (Rude)

She's pretty awesome at butt kicking, so I'm in! Aye! (Brave)

First she wants us to marry Garfield then she wants us to call her mom?! AYE! (Affection)

Hmm…if we start calling her mom, it'll send a clear message to that little bimbo…aye! (Jealousy)

I bet she's got aaaallll kinds of tips and tricks for keeping hubby happy! Aye! (Unknown purring voice)

You need to crawl back under whatever rock you came from and stay there until we call for you. (Anger) As for the mom thing… it's got to be better than calling Trigon our father…so aye!

But…but we don't deserve to call her mom, we've been so mean to Beast Boy in the past and he's with Rose and they're happy and- (Timid)

Timid. (Anger)

Y-yes?

Give us one GOOD reason to say no.

….

Didn't think so.

Despite the fact that the vote was unanimous, Raven's timid side peeked through as she bit her lip, looked away, and gave a little nod.

Beast Boy was starting to worry. He hadn't seen Raven or Elastigirl in over an hour and his suspicion had been gnawing at his mind the entire time. He really really really REALLY hoped his mom and Raven weren't in an argument somewhere. His luck would be that Rita secretly disapproved of Raven and had confronted her about it. He dropped his head into his palm with a sigh, figuring it would probably be smart to ask Mento if they were okay. He turned his head to find that his adoptive father was sharing an war story with Emelia and Martin. Both kids were listening with rapt attention and he could tell it pleased Mento greatly. Beast Boy couldn't help but be little envious. Mento had certainly not been this way all those years ago when he had joined the Doom Patrol.

A plop on the couch beside him drew his attention to Rose, who was looking around like she was bored. How she could be bored in a room full of superheros was beyond him, but she was just as odd as the rest of them in her own way.

"Beast Boy, I need to go soon, I have work in a little while." She leaned back against the couch and sighed. She really was bored, 'cause she never sighed unless she was bored.

He nodded. "I could run you home real quick."

"Hmm…sure." She shrugged. "Lets blow this popsicle stand!"

As the jumped up from the couch, Beast Boy called out loudly. "Hey, I gotta run Rose home, back in just a bit."

There was a chorus of goodbyes and Rose waved goodbye as well. They were just getting to the step up before the door when it opened to reveal Rita and Raven, who were deep in conversation.

"…she won't eat chocolate either, which is odd for a kid." Raven said.

Rita shook her head. "Maybe not. Garfield is extremely allergic to chocolate and it might have passed to her. She seems as smart as you say, so she might instinctually know she is."

"He is?" Raven asked, surprised. "But I see him eat it all the time "

The older woman shook her head again. "He eats fake chocolate."

"Oh. Well, if that's the case…" The empath trailed off seeing the subject of their conversation standing before them. "Hello Beast Boy. Hello Rose. Going somewhere?"

Rose nodded. "Gotta head home and get ready for work."

"Going to be hard to do that if Beast Boy leaves his key on the table!" Kid Flash called out. The changeling smacked himself in the forehead and ran back to grab the key. Raven began to ignore Rose, much to the white haired girls' irritation.

She had a sudden, evil idea and grinned.

It was just as Beast Boy was running back up that Raven started towards the couch. As the empath dismissively brushed past the other girl, Rose stuck her foot out just enough to trip her.

Raven had no time to gasp as she toppled forward onto Beast Boy.

Rose looked down at the two teens and 'innocently' teased them. "Gee, Raven, I thought Beast Boy was the clumsy one!"

Raven sat up rigidly, her face beet red and a strange look on it as well. Immediately after that, she practically leapt away from the changeling and rounded on the other girl.

"You did not just do that!" she hissed.

"I've got no idea what you're talking about!" Rose smiled before taking off through the door.

Still blushing furiously, Raven strode past the prone changeling and sat at the kitchen counter facing away from her friend.

Cyborg walked up and kneeled down to poke his friend. "Uhh…bro?"

Beast Boy was a lovely shade of chocolate brown (his own blush) and his hands were frozen in place before him.

"Nothing happened. Understand? " Raven said quietly with a shaky voice.

"Yeah…okay." Came the reply from the shell shocked shapeshifter.

Cyborg raised a sole eyebrow. "Did I miss something?"

Rose couldn't help but laugh as she ran into elevator and hit the garage button. The look on Ravens face was priceless. If the smarmy little half demon wanted to compete with her for Beast Boys attention, she had better step her game up. A dark smile lit up her face as she considered her new challenge. The girl had always loved a good challenge, and having someone like Raven as an opponent would make things interesting, to say the least.

The elevator suddenly screeched to a halt, jarring Rose from her thoughts as she toppled to the floor. As she staggered up, the lights flickered off for a split second.

And there stood Emelia in front of her.

Rose backed against the wall. "Um…hello Emmy."

"I remember you." The little girl stared at her.

"Well, I would hope so since we just met a couple of months ago…"

"I remember you on the other side of the glass."

Rose froze, her mouth slightly agape.

"I remember you telling me who my mommy and daddy are." Emelia took a step forward and Rose shuddered for reasons unknown. "I remember you telling Martin who his mommy and daddy are too. I remember the scary old man with one eye. You were with him. Why?"

"That's…complicated." Rose said carefully. "I could tell you, but you wouldn't understand the meaning until you're a little older."

Emelia continued to stare at her thoughtfully. "Hmm…okay. Now, why are you picking on mommy?"

Rose snorted. "We're picking on each other because we both like Beast Boy and don't want the other to have him."

The little girl hesitated, then nodded. "Okay. But play nice with mommy, she's new to this."

The white haired girl shook her head. "Nuh-uh, no way. All's fair in love and war, kid. You'll figure that out when you're my age."

"Play nice!" Emelia pouted.

"No way!"

The little girls' eyes narrowed dangerously. "Miss Rose, as thankful as I am for you helping me and Martin, there's something you should know…"

Rose's eyebrow raised. "And that would be…?"

The lights flickered and Emelia disappeared. Rose looked about the confined space warily before the lights flickered once more. She barely managed to bite off a scream.

Emelia was standing on the ceiling, upside down with her now-matted hair perfectly in place, defying gravity. Her eyes had split into four violet shards of dangerous-looking light. Her mouth had split open to stretch across her face, ending just below her ears (think Cheshire Cat). Her mouth was full of double rows of wickedly jagged fangs, her skin had paled to the color of a corpse, and her tiny little hands had elongated with razor sharp talons that appeared to be dripping some sort of black ooze that hissed when it dribbled onto the floor below.

"I see e-v-e-r-y-t-h-i-n-g, Miss Rose." The little girl spoke in a demonic and guttural growl. "So play nice!"

The lights flickered once more and she was gone.

When a recovered Beast Boy reached the elevator a bit later, he found Rose pale faced and huddled in the corner, shivering.

He hesitated. "Uhhh…Rose?"

She looked up at him fearfully. "Y-yeah?"

"Are…are you okay dude? You look like you just saw a ghost."

She shook her head. She had half a mind to tell him what she just saw, but he wouldn't believe her. "There was…a cricket when the door to the garage door opened "

The changeling gave her a funny look. "You're scared of crickets?"

Rose nodded as she stood up. "Y-yeah…ever since my brother threw one on me when we were kids."

Beast Boy took the place beside her and hit the close door button. "You have a brother?"

"Had." Rose said quietly. "He…died some years ago at the hands of a metahuman. So did my mom."

"I'm sorry to hear that." Beast Boy put his hand on her shoulder as he spoke gently. "At least you're still here."

"Yeah." Rose said, looking at the wall so that she wouldn't meet his eyes. He might just notice that she wasn't telling the whole truth.

When Beast Boy returned to the tower some time later, he decided to sit and think in the car for a moment. Today had been a great day. He got all kinds of presents; a new uniform, an awesome game system, new comics, a car, tickets to Comicon, a cool documentary, an invitation to the Justice League…

This was the thing that really made him think. It was true, he'd always wanted to be one of them, a true hero recognized throughout the world. He'd be famous just like his mom and dad, but in a different way. When he reached the pearly gates and met them again, he'd be able to proudly tell them that he mastered his powers and spent his whole life saving people to make up for not being able to save them.

Maybe…just maybe…they'd be able to forgive him.

This thought made him lean against the door with a sigh. He knew they had probably already forgiven him, but he had never forgiven himself. If he was really honest, he wouldn't be able to forgive himself if he left Raven alone with Emelia.

Raven. He thought with a pleasing shudder.

He couldn't deny it any more. He had gone from really liking her to being straight up in love with her over the past few months. How could he not fall for her? She was beautiful and intelligent, elegant in a mysterious way, and when her caring side surfaced it sent chills down his spine. She was an amazing girl and he dearly wanted her.

Especially after she had fallen onto him.

A grin crept up on his face as he mentally relived that moment. He wasn't sure how someone who could fly had tripped, but he wasn't complaining. He had been more startled than anything at first, but when it registered in his head that his hands were wrapped around her slender waist, his mind had blanked completely. It was probably a good thing since her tiny little nose was pressed against his nose and her lips were a hairsbreadth away from his. If she had stayed there but a scant few heartbeats more, he wouldn't have been able to stop himself from kissing her.

And that was a happy thought.

However, that happy thought was interrupted by the lingering scent of pumpkin in the car. Rose's scent. He frowned a little as he considered this. He really liked Rose, but not as much as he did Raven. Was it wrong of him to spend so much time with her rather than spending it at home with his friend? Was it wrong of him to let Rose think he was into her? It was true that he was, but at the same time…Raven.

And that was the real problem; he had feelings for both these girls. One wanted to spend time with him and the other…hell, he wasn't sure anymore. Something about her seemed different lately. He was glad Raven was openly expressing her emotions more, but there was something off about how she spoke to him sometimes. It was almost as if she was trying to encourage him to admit his feelings for her.

Beast Boy scoffed at this thought.

Even if he did that, what would it do? Raven didn't want him, she made that clear months ago. So what was she really after?

He sat there and racked his brain for a time, wracking his brain as his tried to figure out what the mysterious empath could be getting at. But no matter what he came up with, it always led back to the idea that she wanted him (though this was just wishful thinking on his part). With a shrug, he dismissed the thought and got out of the car. Playing Mario Kart with the guys would clear his head, he was sure of it.

When Raven opened her eyes after a deep meditation session, she was extremely grateful that her headache was gone. The relentless grilling she had gotten from Jinx and Bumblebee had really grated her nerves. Yes, she hadn't quite told them the truth when she said she do little things to get his attention. She knew the whole drink thing was pushing it, but at the time she didn't care. It was more about one-upping Rose than anything.

Of course, Rose got her back quite quickly.

It had been a really dirty move on Rose's part, but the Jealous part of Raven respected it. If the white haired girl wanted to play hardball, Raven could do that. Well…she could try anyways. Its not like she had experience romancing guys, after all.

Feeling decidedly thirsty, the empath decided to get a late night cup of tea. Still dressed in her leotard, she quietly stalked to halls of the tower like a living shadow. As she approached the common room, she could hear noises from a video game on the other side. She rolled her eyes. Beast Boy and the other boys were obviously still awake playing who-knows-what. Bracing herself for what was sure to be a tide of hyper activity and competitiveness, she flicked the open switch.

Imagine her surprise when she found all four boys passed out, a message flashing on the screen.

WINNER: PEACH!

She glanced at the clock. It was only ten thirty. Batman had left six hours ago and the Doom Patrol had left four hours ago. Raven flushed slightly as she remembered Rita's parting words.

"Raven," she had said, "Don't hesitate to contact me if you need anything. And don't let Rose's closeness to Garfield get you down!"

That last part had been whispered in her ear to lessen the chance of said changeling overhearing it. Raven had nodded gratefully to the older woman.

"Thank you…mom."

Rita had beamed so brightly at hearing that that Raven was sure astronauts in space were calling NASA to report it. And when Raven had turned around, she found a slack jawed Beast Boy staring at her.

Panicking internally but nonchalant externally, the empath had shrugged. "What? She asked me to call her that and I didn't see any problems with it."

Raven had never been so happy that someone had bought a little white lie like Beast Boy did.

Back in the present, Raven circled the couch warily. She didn't really want to wake anyone up and get them riled up again. Fortunately, they were all fast asleep. Kid Flash was laying on the floor, belly down, with the controller still in his hands. Jinx had her head on his back and her arms tucked up against him. Cyborg had his head leaned back and was snoring loudly, a controller sitting next to his leg. Bumblebee was nowhere to be seen, so she must have been in a guest room. Starfire and Martin weren't there either, so they too were in bed. Robin was slumped over one arm of the couch, a controller loosely dangling from his hands. Beast Boy was sprawled across the center of the couch, his controller forgotten on the floor. To her bigger surprise, he wasn't drooling in his sleep like he usually did. In fact, she couldn't remember the last time he had done that. Looking closer, Raven spotted Emelia snuggled up against her father. The sight made her smile.

So this is what it feels like to have a real family, huh? She thought to herself as she gently picked her daughter up. This is…really simple and really nice. A simple and quiet life…I could get behind that.

She cast her gaze about the room for a moment before she chanted a minor cantrip. The west side door opened a minute later, allowing several floating blankets to enter. A red one settled on Robin, the yellow one settled on Jinx, and a blue one landed on Cyborg (who didn't need a blanket but got one anyways).

The last blanket, however, drifted to Ravens outstretched hand.

Her child in one arm, Raven carefully wrapped her crush up in a richly colored purple blanket. She made sure to tuck his arms and legs under it so that he could stay warm and also pulled it up beneath his chin.

But just as she pulled away, he shifted and lay his head on her retreating hand. She froze, wondering if he had caught her rarely seen acts of kindness. This didn't appear to be the case, thankfully, seeing as he kept right on sleeping. Quite carefully, she extracted her hand from his embrace.

Without understanding why, she reached back out and pet his head.

Wow, his hair is so soft! She thought Oopsrself. Its like petting a cloud!

Without understanding why, she let her hand start to drift down his face. His ears really were pointed. His freckles (all nine of them) shined slightly in the light. His singular jutting fang was actually quite dull. His skin was warm like a nice spring day. And his lips…

Well, that's when she leaned down and did something she shouldn't have.

Dear Allen,

Whoopsie!

Sincerely,

Foamy
