Hello hello! Foamys back!

Now, the main reason this chapter took so long is because someone made a reasonable request.

More RobStar.

It took me a while to come up with something reasonable, but I finally did it! I like this chapter and the following ones will be a riot of fun as well!

Also, to the reviewer who asked for a The Princess Bride joke...wish granted ;)

"Star, are you sure about this?"

"Of course, boyfriend Robin. Do not worry, it will fit."

"I dunno…that's a lot to cram into something so small. We can use the other-"

"Trust me, it will be all right." Starfire smiled at her beloved. "I wish to do it like this. Now…please…"

Robin sighs. "Let's do it this."

The sounds of grunting and groaning fill the air, along with heavy panting and a pained yelp.

"Star, don't squeeze so tight! I have to push deeper to get it all in!"

"I am sorry! There truly is simply too much to fit in there!"

"No, we can do this!"

"It cannot fit! It is going to explode everywhere!"

As the sounds of more grunting and groaning permeated the air, a wide eyed Beast Boy and Cyborg poked their heads through the alien princess's open door just in time to see a suitcase explode. Clothes of all shapes and sizes went everywhere. A pair of boots rocketed by the friends, narrowly missing tearing the changelings' ear off, while a bra smacked the robot in the face. With startled cries, the boys stumbled backwards before they barreled away from the room as quickly as they could.

They had wanted to help the alien princess and boy wonder pack, but not that bad. It was only a three day trip, why the heck did Star need so many clothes?

They reached the common room minutes later, where Raven eyed them questioningly. Beast Boy shook his head.

"You don't want to know."

"What was there to know?" Raven's eyebrow quirked. "You were only supposed to be helping them pack. How complicated is that?"

Cyborg snorted as he plopped onto the couch before winking at his buddy. "That Raven, she sure can fuss."

Nodding, Beast Boy hopped over the back of the couch and grabbed a controller. "Fuss, fuss…I think she likes yelling at us."

Cy glanced at him as he turned the TV on. "True, though I'm sure she means no harm."

Beast Boy shrugged. "She could do it with more charm."

Cy laughed. "Bro, you got a gift with rhyme."

The changeling smirked. "Yeah, most of the time."

Raven, who was seated at the other end of the couch, glanced up sharply at them. "Stop that."

Cyborg gestured towards her. "This keeps up and she'll lose her head."

Beast Boy nodded. "Then we'll be dead!"

"Stop that!" Raven snapped. "I mean it!"

The changeling rummaged around in the couch for a moment before holding something up. "Anybody want a peanut?"

"Beast Boy, I swear-"

The common room doors opened, revealing a slightly exasperated Robin and an elated Starfire. The boy wonder had two suitcases and a spare utility belt in his arms while the princess had five suitcases. Martin toddled after them, dragging a little suitcase of his own. They were finally ready.

But where are they going?

Well, they were going off to do something nothing less than dangerous. So dangerous, in fact, that Robin had packed multiples of all his weapons along with multiple suits and Starfire had packed the battle armor she wore when she arrived on Earth. They couldn't be anything less than absolutely prepared for the worst case scenario.

Martin, on the other hand, packed his jammies, sunscreen, and little purple bear to keep him company during their stay on Tamaran.

"But momma, why can't Emmy come?" The little boy sniffles, a crocodile tear trailing down from his icy blue eyes.

Starfire set bags down and picked the little boy up. She wiped away his tear and kissed his head. "Emelia has to stay here with her mother and father, my little bumgorf. I am most sorry."

The little boy looked to be on the verge of tears again when Starfire felt a tug on her skirt. Looking down, she found the little blonde girl looking up at Martin intently. Seeing that the little empath had something to say, she dropped to one knee.

As Martin looked tearily towards his best friend, tank-mate, and "girlfriend" (he still had no idea what that meant but it made Emmy smile so he went along with it), he couldn't help but smile. He couldn't not smile when he looked at her.

Emelia reached out and wrapped her arms around the little boy's neck. Martin returned her hug instantly, though he was unprepared for her pressing her chakra stone to his forehead. Before the Titans eyes, the little boy instantly calmed down. His sniffles ceased, as did his tears, and a big smile filled his face. Emelia smiled back.

"Now Martin, you can't cry the whole time you're gone." The little said sternly. "You get to see your mommy's family and where she grew up!"

As the little half alien boy acquiesced, Raven had to cover her mouth to hide her smirk. Seeing Emelia calm Martin down like that was actually really cute.

Robin clearing his throat drew everyone's attention. The boy wonder was standing beside his alien girlfriend with an apprehensive look on his face. He wasn't particularly thrilled with Starfire's random request to return to Tamaran for a few days, but he couldn't tell her no. Her k'norfka Galfore had every right to know about Martin, as did her people. He seriously doubted they would be happy about this, but he wasn't backing out.

"Alright Titans, as you know, Starfire and I are going to Tamaran for a few days to introduce Martin to her people. While we're gone, two Titans will be standing in for us. These Titans haven't been chosen yet, though that's because the temporary team leader hasn't been appointed." Robin said this plainly, showing the others that while he was happy to be spending quality time with Star and Martin, he was unhappy with leaving the team.

"Aw come on Rob, everyone knows Cy is gonna pick Bumblebee." Beast Boy scoffed.

A smirk graced the team leaders face. "Actually Beast Boy, you're team leader while I'm gone."

The changeling stared at his friend for a moment before he started laughing. "Good one dude! You had me going there for a minute!"

Nobody else was laughing and this caused the green teens own amusement to die off rather quickly. He looked at each of his friends in turn. Starfire had a happy grin. Cyborg had a sly smirk. Robin was struggling to not chuckle at Beast Boys shocked expression. First glance at Raven showed a blank expression topped with amused eyes.

Second glance showed a faint grin.

"You're serious?" Beast Boy whispered in awe.

Robin nodded. "Cy and I have talked about it several times. Even though you're the team's goofball, you are very capable of leading it. The whole situation with the Brotherhood proved it."

Beast Boy, who was sitting there with his mouth open, couldn't say a word. Cyborg chuckled before tapping his buddies jaw shut.

Raven felt a tug on her cape. Looking down, she found Emelia looking up at her. "Yes?"

"Daddy's the boss while uncle Rob and auntie Star is gone?" The little girl asked, wide-eyed.

Raven gave her daughter a small smile. "Yes, he is."

"That's so coooooool!"

A blur of green flashed in Raven's eyes and there Beast Boy was, spinning and swinging their daughter in the air excitedly. It instantly occurred to the empath that she had referred to Emelia as their daughter. It left a warm and tingly sensation flowing through her. She couldn't help but to crack a small smile.

As Beast Boy finished his sixth rotation, he noticed her smile. On his seventh rotation, their eyes met and his heart leapt into his mouth.

Is this how dad felt when he looked at mom? He wondered as he finished spinning and set his dizzy daughter down.

Raven gave him a small nod. "Congratulations. You've earned it."

"T-thanks." The changeling stuttered, her appraisal sending his self-confidence skyrocketing into orbit.

"Any idea who you're going to choose?" She asked. Beast Boy felt like the question was about something else, but couldn't be certain. He leaned against the couch and looked down at her reclining form.

"Hm…well…we'd need people who are kinda like Rob and Star so that we don't have to change our battle tactics much. Its just three days, so we wouldn't have time to make new strategies anyways." He thought out loud. Raven, Robin, and Cyborg all quirked an eye at him. They had all expected jokes about being a boss. Instead, the changeling was sitting there seriously thinking about it.

"I want Red Star for Starfire and Herald for Robin." He said suddenly. Robin stared at his friend, slightly shocked. He certainly hadn't expected to be answered without the changeling spending an hour on dossiers.

"A-are you certain?" Robin asked.

Beast Boy nodded. "Star can fly, fire energy bolts, and is highly resistant. Red Star is a lot like her, so it's a safe bet to go for him. Herald knows some seriously bad boxing, he's agile and stealthy when he needs to be, and he can transport himself and others. Red can take front line with me and Cy or run support with Rae and Malcolm."

Robin couldn't help but to smile. Here was the Beast Boy that was a team leader. After all, he had taken Jericho, Herald, Mas, and Pantha into the heart of the Brotherhoods base and succeeded in rescuing everyone captured.

Including Robin himself.

The caped crusader couldn't hide his grin. He was quite pleased with his friends choice. He stepped over to the main computer and sent out two comlinks, one for each hero.

Red Star answered first. "Greetings comrade. Have you need of my assistance?"

Robin nodded. "Starfire and I are leaving for a few days and we would like you to be here to assist the others during our absence."

The Russian pondered this for a moment, then nodded. "This I can do. But I am many hours from Jump City."

Robin nodded again. "We're also contacting the Herald. He's a dimension jumper, so he can easily pick you up."

Another vid appeared on screen at this moment and a smooth voice called out. "Yo Robin. What's happenin' my man?"

The boy wonder grinned. "Speak of the devil. You got a few free days, Mal?"

The dark skinned hero nodded. "Sure do. Ain't nothing happened here in weeks. What's up?"

"Me and Star are headed out to her home world and we need two stand-ins for a couple of days. You and Red Star made top of the list."

The Herald grinned. "Now that's just too cool. Who's big man on campus while you're away?"

Robin's grin widened. "Someone you're familiar with. Beast Boy."

"Count me in!" Herald said instantly.

"Excellent. Pop on over to Russia and grab Red Star on your way here. I'll send you coordinates."

Both young men acknowledged the order and ended the transmission a few minutes later. Robin, feeling satisfied, strode back to his friends. Beast Boy was talking to Emelia about the animals he used in training sessions (did the guy ever run out of things to talk about?) while Raven was sitting next to him, enjoying a book. She looked…well…relaxed. Kinda odd to see since Beast Boy was chattering away right there beside her.

"You see that too, huh?" Cyborg whispered as he stepped up to his spikey haired friend.

"I sure do." Came the equally quiet reply. "They almost look…"

"Normal." Cy nodded. "I was thinking the same thing."

"You know what else I've been thinking? Raven's…" Robin gestured absently in the air.

"I know what you mean man. I noticed that too." Cy smirked.

"Noticed what, friend Cyborg?"

Both young men turned to look at Starfire, who had floated up quietly beside them. They traded glances before the cybernetic man jerked her thumb in the older empath direction.

"It's Raven. She's looks so…"

"Happy?" The alien girl smiled. Her friend and her beloved looked startled for a moment before nodding.

"You know something, don't you?" Robin asked, suspicious. "You never did tell me what you girls talked about at Beast Boy's party."

Starfire merely nodded. "That is correct, boyfriend Robin."

"You aren't going to tell me?"

The alien girl shook her head. Robin huffed and turned away just in time to hear a trumpet play and see a multicolored portal open. The Herald and Red Star had arrived.

Within thirty minutes, Robin, Starfire, and Martin were ready to leave. Robin called the Watchtower and within seconds they were teleported. All was quiet in the common room.

For a few minutes, at least.

"Allllll right!" Beast Boy shouted excitedly. "Lets train!"

Raven and Cyborg looked at their friend like he'd grown another head while Herald and Red Star merely nodded.

"Did I just hear him say…" Cyborg trailed off.

"If you didn't you need to tell me, because I swear I just heard Beast Boy say we're training." Raven shook her head in disbelief.

"Nope, you heard me right dude!" The changeling chuckled. "Now everybody get in line while I explain the exercise."

Raven stood beside Cyborg with Herald on the other side of him and Red Star on the far end. She had no idea what the most mischievous member of her family was up to and it was slightly worrying.

"Alright, what we're going to do is a training exercise called Hunter-Seeker. One of us will be the Hunter, who must chase down all of the others to clear the course. The Seekers, called that because they're seeking to get away, must avoid the Hunter at all costs. Both Hunter and Seekers may use whatever abilities they have but they gotta stay in Jump City." The changeling paced back and forth in front of the windows. He paused to open one and let in a warm, salty breeze. He inhaled deeply before turning back to his teammates. "The goal of this exercise is reconnaissance training for Hunters and stealth for seekers. Any questions?"

Raven was impressed. In such a short time her crush had devised a fairly simple but decisively testing training exercise. Whoever the hunter was would have to deal with shape shifting, dimension jumping, flight, teleporting, and a high powered car in addition to actually locating the targets throughout the city, which wasn't small.

"That's pretty cool BB." Cy whistled.

"I like it." Herald said.

"As do I." Raven nodded. Beast Boy beamed and moved over in front of her.

"Really?" He asked eagerly.

"Of course. Its fairly well planned and mature."

The changeling blushed a little. "Aww…I just thought it'd be a really fun idea."

The empaths eyebrow rose. "Fun?"

Beast Boy grinned. Before she could react, his hand snapped out and gently booped her on the nose. He then made a mad dash for the window, shouting. "Tag, you're it!"

It was dead silent for five heartbeats as the changeling plummeted out the window, shifted into a bird and flew away. Then there was a crazed scrambling as the other three boys ran helter skelter away from Raven, who was standing there in shock.

Five more heartbeats passed before she stirred.

"BEAST BOOOOOOOY!"

"Grandpapa!" Martin called out upon seeing Batman. The Dark Knight gave his surrogate grandson a ghost of a smile and greeted him.

"Hello Martin." He turned his gaze towards the boy's parental figures and nodded. "Robin, Starfire. Are you ready?"

"Yes sir." Robin returned the traditional Batman greeting with one of his own, a nod.

"I have but one question, mentor of boyfriend Robin." Starfire asked sweetly before she cast a glare off to the side. "What is he doing here?"

The he in question was none other than the Green Lantern Hal Jordan. The tall and dark haired, green and black clad superhero frowned.

"Now now, Princess Koriand'r, there's no need to be hostile…" He patted the air in her direction, hoping the gesture would imply he held no ill will towards her.

Starfire's glare intensified. "I will be as hostile as I please towards those who refused to help my people when we were on the verge of being annihilated!"

Starfire's angry words were punctuated by a stomp that made the space station shudder and a glowing eyed, dagger filled stare. Robin was speechless. He was completely unaware of any animosity between Tamaran and the Green Lantern Corps.

"Princess." Batman said as he stepped between the furious alien and intergalactic police officer. "Green Lantern is going because he has news pertaining to your people. Good news."

"The only way for it to be joyous is if the cowards finally obtained a quad of hujik and put the Citadel where it belongs!" The princess snapped.

"It is something along those lines, yes." Batman said coolly. Starfire glanced at him. If her beloved could fully trust him with anything, then she should be able to as well. She took several calming breaths as she turned away from the coward in green and focused on her son.

"Umm…Star?"

Starfire glanced at her boyfriend. "Yes Robin?"

"A quad of hujik?"

The princess was quiet for a moment before she began to blush. "The…hujik…is the male reproduction containment organ of my people."

Robin blushed as well and turned away. "Oh…um…well…"

"Yes…I am aware." Star said quietly.

The quiet conversation between them suddenly turned very awkward. Martin was blissfully unaware, as were the older hero's. Both teens were thoroughly embarrassed and couldn't look at each other as Batman set up the next teleportation device. It was, in fact, a boom tube made from a mother box. Neither teen had any idea what those were, but Batman assured them that it was safe and reliable. Their luggage in hand, they and Martin stepped through the strange portal. Green Lantern followed closely behind.

They were greeted with a roaring appraisal by hundreds of the people of Tamaran. Thousands of multicolored flower petals rained from the sky, hundreds of warriors raised the returning princess a hearty salute, and dozens of strange instruments belted out what was undoubtedly a song of homecoming. King Galfore himself stood a dozen feet from them, a smile on his face so joyous that Starfire immediately tackled him.

Robin, feeling humbled, looked down to find Martin hiding behind his leg and looking out at all the assembled people. Nobody had noticed him yet and that was probably a good thing. The boy looked scared out of his wits. Chuckling, the boy wonder set a bag down beside his girlfriends and rubbed the child's head.

"Um…a little help here?"

Robin turned to find Hal surrounded by dozens of murderous warriors, their spears pressed tightly to his throat, chest, and groin. If the Lantern so much as sneezed something would get sliced.

"Uh…Starfire?" He called out. Upon hearing her beloved, the princess turned from embracing her knorfka and followed his gaze towards the borderline-impaled space cop. She stared at him for a long minute before saying something to the guards. They glanced at their king, who nodded. His was just as displeased as everyone else to see the cowardly Lantern, but he would listen to what he had to say.

"Speak, Lantern, before I grow weary of your presence and have you thrown to the vrakvels." Galfore boomed out, his voice shushing the crowd. The Lantern looked around warily before speaking.

"Great king of Tamaran, I have come to you bearing news of great importance to your people. The Citadel, which has plagued your people for generations, has collapsed due to civil war between the faction leaders. Furthermore, one particular leader led an invasion of a Lantern protected planet, though they were driven off. Because of this, the Citadel, whether in pieces or as a whole, is no longer immune to the Green Lantern Corps justice. The Vega system will purged of warring factions and order reestablished within a few months throughout the system. Tamaran will never have to deal with another invasion from them again."

Galfore stood in silence, as did the crowd of people. The air turned tense and violent in mere minutes, making Robin palm a birdarang in anticipation. He didn't think anyone would attack him, but he couldn't let Hal get overrun.

"Do you think that I am going to thank you, Lantern?" The king rumbled.

Licking his lips nervously, Hal shook his head. "No sir. I was merely chosen to be the messenger."

"Is that so?" Galfore said darkly. "Do your leaders think that will be enough to sate our anger? Do your leaders think that will return our dead sons, daughters, brothers, sisters, mothers, and fathers? Do your leaders think that will return us to where we were before the Citadel tried to make us extinct? DO YOUR LEADERS THINK THAT WE WILL HESITATE TO CRUSH THE CITADEL SHOULD IT SHOW ITS FACE AGAIN?!"

The kings roar sent the assembled citizens into a warlike frenzy, shouts and promises of violence in their own tongue filled the air. The Green Lantern, feeling threatened, held up his ring and formed a wall-like barrier around himself. Galfore snorted contemptuously and reached behind his back. Hidden under his wild mane of hair was a huge battleaxe, which he withdrew slowly to emphasize his unimpressed view of the Lantern before him. Hal Jordan gulped. The axe was easily half again as tall as he was and the blade was just as wide as his shoulders. The giant of a man swung the axe easily, almost lazily as he stared at the smaller man.

"Would you like convey a message back to your leaders for me?" Galfore growled.

"Messaged received." Hal said somberly. The king snorted and turned his back on the Lantern. Seeing his chance, Hal rocketed into the air and took off into the upper atmosphere.

Robin didn't really know what to feel at this moment. He grasped the concept of the situation quickly, but he didn't understand the sheer hatred between the three factions involved. He knew the Citadel enslaved Tamaranians. He knew the Green Lantern Corps wouldn't help. But why?

"Robin!"

Robin was jerked from his thoughts by the sound of Galfore's voice. The young man remembered his manners and thumped his fist to his chest in a warriors salute. "Za, Grand Ruler Galfore!"

"Za, Robin of Earth." Galfore returned the salute, a grand gesture of respect that was not lost on his people. As one, they turned towards Robin and saluted.

Once again, Robin felt humbled.

"It is good to see you again, my little bumgorf." Galfore smiled at Starfire before embracing her again. "What brings you home? Your message said there was something important that you needed to tell everyone."

Starfire bit her lips, betraying her nervousness. When Galfore's smile turned into a questioning look, she knew she couldn't hide it.

"I…have a bumgorf."

Gasps filled the crowd and Galfore pulled away to inspect the princess.

"You do not show the signs as having neared a bumgorf. Your grebnaks are not swollen, your hjur is not widened, and you can still fly." He said confusedly. "Who is the child's k'norfa?"

Robin stepped forward. "That…would be me."

Galfore stared at him for a long moment before he exploded into movement. Faster than Robin could have ever expected someone of his size could move, he snatched the boy wonder up by his neck and shook his silly.

"YOU DARE IMPREGNATE THE PRINCESS OF TAMARAN?! YOU LOWLY LITTLE-"

"Misser, please ledda papa go!" A small voice called out, halting the behemoth alien.

Galfore looked around confusedly once more. Where did that voice come from?

"Knorfka…"

The king of Tamaran turned towards his bumgorf, Robin dangling precariously from his hand six feet off the ground. There he found Stafire, standing and holding a little red headed boy with icy blue eyes and a frightened look on his face.

"The…bumgorf…is several triikels old..." The giant alien man said slowly, not quiet comprehending what he was seeing.

Starfire nodded humbly. "Yes. Please, Grand Ruler, allow me to tell you the whole tale. It is stranger than the Tale of Friblewesk the Everwandering."

After several minutes of thought, Galfore abruptly dropped Robin, who gasped for air. The king nodded. "Very well, princess. But it had better be good. The crime of impregnating a royal princess outside of marriage is punishable by death."

Robin, laying on the ground, could only think about how he had received death threats at home that were less scary than the one he had just gotten.

"Why did you do it?"

A giggle. "I couldn't help myself."

"Beast Boy…"

A sigh. "I know, I know."

Raven sighed. "Are you going to tell me?"

The changeling shrugged as best as he could while magically strapped to a floating disc of dark magic. "It sounded like a really good idea at the time."

"You thought it would be fun for me to chase you around town for six hours?!"

Beast Boy grinned cheekily at her. "Yup! I've always wanted to play tag with you."

The empath stared at a him for a minute before shaking her head. "You're an idiot."

He stuck his tongue out this time. "Who's the bigger idiot? The idiot or the idiot who chased him for six hours?"

Raven casually dunked the disc, changeling included, into the bay they were flying over. He came back up sputtering and spitting out seawater.

"You coulda let me change, ya know." He complained.

"Where's the fun in that?" Came her teasing reply.

"I could have drowned!"

Raven rolled her eyes. "I would have turned you into a fish before that happened."

Beast Boy huffed and puffed for a few minutes, but didn't say anything. When he did speak, he was looking at Raven oddly.

"Hey Rae?"

"Hmm?"

"How can you fly and make this disc thingy and these straps and change me at the same time?" He asked.

She glanced at him. "Its called micromanaging."

"What's that?"

"It's…" Raven trailed off in thought as she tried to find a suitable explanation, "It's doing a bunch of things at once while concentrating on keeping them going very carefully."

If Beast Boy could have scratched his head, he would have. "So…its multitasking?"

"Pretty much, yeah."

"Huh." He said thoughtfully. "I wonder if I can do that with my powers…"

This made Raven think about it as well. "Its possible. But your powers are different than mine, so you're results would be different."

The changeling shrugged and yawned. He was pretty tired. They weren't quite to the tower yet, but he wasn't sure if he'd make it there before passing out.

"I think it'd be pretty cool…" He mumbled as he nodded off. Raven shook her head in amusement as they set down on the roof. As she released his magical bonds, she heard a faint clattering noise. Glancing around, she saw a peanut on the floor.

"My peanut." Her crush muttered on his sleep in an odd accent.

Raven couldn't keep the smile from her face.

Idiot indeed.
