"Aurelia, Aurelia!" A familiar girl rocketed into me with an 'oof', wrapping her in a tight hug.

"Hello, Olivia. Did you have a good summer?" I smiled down at the fourth year, hugging her back with a quick squeeze.

"Yeah, Dad and Papa brought home a little brother! His name's Nicholas and I think he's a wizard too! Though he's too young to tell really." Olivia smiled up at me. I smiled back.

I'm going to miss her. Maybe I can get a job teaching here so she won't miss me too much? What would I even teach? Perhaps I could be a librarian, or a teaching assistant? Maybe Hagrid could use an assistant, we get along well enough…

"Rellie!" Olivia drawling the nickname she gave me brought me out of my thoughts.

"Yes, Livie?"

"You've gotta stop worrying so much! I bet you can't help it 'cause you're old though, so it's okay. Whatever you're thinking so hard about will be alright! I just know it will. It's your last year, right? Try not to stress out so much!" She let go from her embrace and stepped back. She winked at me before hopping off the train to catch up with her friends. I smiled wistfully after her. She's a good kid.

Snowflake meowed at me from her carrier, before sneezing. I laughed. "I guess she's got a point, huh, Snowy? No wonder she's in Ravenclaw."

I readjusted the grip on my luggage, and blew Snowflake a couple kisses through the door of the carrier. I made my way off the train, saying quick hellos to other students I knew as I passed through the corridor. It really didn't hit me that this was my last year at Hogwarts until I stepped off the train and saw Hagrid ushering the first years towards the boats. This would be the last time I saw him for a long time, maybe even forever. Mom and Dad want me to come back to the Muggle World after school to help look after my brothers and sisters, but I could never leave the Wizarding World behind. Maybe I could convince them to come with me and live here? I know they'd love it here, but I don't think they could just leave everything behind. I'll be eighteen soon, and I could move out… I could live here, in the Wizarding World, because it's the world I was born to be in. Of course, I'd never leave my family behind, I love them too much.

"Woah there, Miss Devereaux!"

Wrapped up in my internal debate, I hadn't noticed I was walking towards Hagrid and the first years. I blinked at Hagrid, startled.

"Whoops! Sorry Hagrid, didn't see you there." I apologized, sheepishly rubbing the back of my neck.

"Must've been something real important you were thinking about there." He laughed. I flushed.

"Yeah, just thinking about what I do after this year… got any ideas?" I asked. He put a hand to his chin.

"Hm… you're from a Muggle family, aren't you? Are you plannin' to go back to them after graduation?"

"Maybe… but I want to stay here. I don't want to leave Hogwarts just yet. Is there any way I could work here after I graduate? As a teaching assistant or something?"

"I'm not sure, you'll have to ask the Headmistress about that. Good luck with that." He patted my shoulder with a smile before turning to gather up the remaining first years. I smiled at them, before making my way to the castle that grew to be my second home. I sighed, staring at the marvelous stone walls before me.

Well, Hogwarts, it looks like this is the start of the end, huh?
