Author's Note:

Here's another update! I've been procrastinating writing this story after watching Endgame. That movie made me cry, I'm still trying to cope with Loki and Tony's death, but it helped me decide how to finish the story. I love this story so much that I don't want to see it end. Anyways, this is just a little filler chapter, and it'll continue with a few Black Panther.

I hope you enjoy this chapter and like a cute line from The Office that fits Emily and Tony perfectly.

Until Next Time ;P

Third P.O.V:

"You know, I was expecting a party when you told Tony," Natasha said. The Black Widow interrupted Emily's meditation to only find her laughing at her comment. "I thought you said it was one kid?"

Emily smiled, "I might be able to do a lot of things, but they are his children." She chuckled just thinking about our children. "They are too damn stubborn."

Natasha sat to one side and Rhodey in the other. "You should be lucky Ross didn't arrest you," Rhodey said.

Emily looked avoiding their gaze. She knew helping Steve would be a one-way ticket to jail or something worse. It just never occurred to her that Tony would be there to prevent it. The witch sensed Ross the moment he set foot in the hospital, and his thoughts were all over the place. "Yeah, I know." She shrugged. "How are you feeling? Did I leave something out when I healed you?"

"No, you did a great job," Rhodey smiled. "I can barely feel a thing."

"Where is the rest of the team?"

Natasha looked away and sighed, "They are currently in a Raft Prison."

Emily nodded not knowing what to say; it wasn't until she felt a sharp pain both in her stomach and heart. All the machines and lights went haywire. Natasha started to yell for anyone to help Emily; while Rhodey tried to help her breathe easier. The Witch tried to get out of there, but Rhodey held her down. Something was going on with Tony, something terrible, and she needed to get to him.

"Let me go! To-Tony needs me. I need to get to Tony." She fought. The room's electricity buzzed angrily until all the light exploded. "LET GO OF ME! Tony's in trouble!"

Rhodey was losing his grip on her. "GET A NURSE NOW, NAT!"

Emily kicked and flung her arms trying to set herself free, "He needs me, please, let me go!" She cried. Natasha called for the nurses, and they began to sedate her before her powers took control over the situation. "No. Tony..." She dozed off crying. Natasha and Rhodey looked at each other with one thought in their mind, what the hell happened to Tony?

Back in Siberia, Tony laid defeated on the floor. The betrayal he felt from Steve was immense. Stark didn't want to think how long Steve had known this secret. He stared at the empty space where Steve left with Bucky, thinking of different ways to end them both. Bucky killed his parents. It didn't matter if he was controlled or not, his mother didn't deserve the end she had. She deserved to be her next to him enjoying the new members of the Stark family. His mother would have loved to meet Emily, and thanks to that jackass it wouldn't happen.

All he wanted, at the moment, was to be next to his girlfriend. God knows how Emily was doing right now or what Ross might want to do. It wasn't long for T'challa to make an appearance. "Where is Captain Rogers?" He asked.

"He ran off with Barnes," I replied before F.R.I.D.A.Y. interrupted.

"Sir, Miss Romanoff is calling."

"Put her through," He replied. "What is it, Red?"

"Where. The hell. Are. You; and what happened with you and Steve?!" Natasha yelled over the phone. "The doctors had to sedate Emily. She went all crazy saying you needed her help. So, WHAT. HAPPENED."

My mind was running a mile a minute, I needed to go back to that hospital. I needed to stay by Emily's side and help her. "Nat, I'm heading to the hospital right now, whatever you do keep Ross away from Ems," Tony replied. "I'll tell you everything when I get there."

I looked at T'Challa, "I need to head back to the hospital, something happened to Emily, and she needs me there."

"I shall take you," The new king said. "I would like to know how she's fairing." Too shocked to process anything, I agreed for the king to join me. On our way to the hospital, I kept wondering how and why Emily knew Steve was beating me. I needed to make sure she was okay if our kids were okay.

Once we reached the hospital I ran to her room to see her unconscious and in pain. "What the hell happened to you?" Natasha said.

Tony kept his eyes on Emily, "James Buchannan Barnes killed my parents. It wasn't a car crash, it was him. Steve protected that piece of trash and chose him over us."

Natasha sighed. She knew this could be a possibility since they leaked all of HYDRA's files. "Look just focus on getting her out of here and back home. She needs you and she needs some rest." Natasha left the couple alone; Tony sat next to Emily until she woke up.

"Hey there Bright Eyes," Tony smiled. "Natasha told me things got bad here."

Tears fell down her cheeks, "Steve..." She rasped. "He was hurting you."

"Nothing I couldn't handle, toots."

Emily shook her head, "He had was going to kill you... I felt it. He was willing to kill you to save his friend. We could have lost you. I don't want to lose anyone anymore."

"Hey, hey, hey," He shushed. "Everything's fine now, I'm not going anywhere. Besides, he wouldn't kill me if he knew about Mini-me. He's too high and mighty."

She shook her head harder this time, and her crying was getting worse. "He knew I was pregnant," She whispered. "He. KNEW." Tony balled his fists in anger until they were white. "I felt all your pain. I just didn't know what to do Tony."

Tony held her hands tenderly. "There's nothing in this universe that's ever going to take me away. I'm afraid you're stuck with me forever, darling."

"Is that a proposal I hear," She giggled.

"Have I not proposed to you yet?"

Emily looked thoughtful, "No, I don't believe so."

"Well, that's coming," He smiled.

"Oh, right now?" Her eyes widen jokingly.

"Not here, that would be rather lame." Emily then asked for a proposal date, and Tony only answered with a smile. "I'm not telling, but rest assured it will be a proposal worthy of the name Stark."

Emily laughed unbelievingly. "Whatever you say, Mr. Philanthropist."

"Believe it, Bright Eyes," Tony smirked. "You won't even see it coming, not even Mini-mes will help you with that."

Emily made some space for Tony to lay next to her. They both snuggled, reassuring themselves each of them was safe. "Tony," He hummed. "I don't want to fight anymore. Maybe there's a reason that I should, but I'm tired."

"I know, Ems." Tony sighed. "I hate it too."

They fell asleep soon after their short conversation. After the whole airport/Steve mess, Emily as cleared to leave home. Instead of going back to Malibu, they decided to remain in the compound. As weeks passed, they heard of the different plea deals some members took, and the break-in that took place thanks to Steve. It really didn't take them by surprise, to be honest, but they ready wished this wasn't their reality. Also, after the break-in, it didn't surprise Emily that Steve tried to make amends with Tony.

She saw him sitting in his office with a burner phone and a letter on his desk. "What's wrong," Emily asked rubbing her stomach.

"The captain wrote a letter. Look at what he said: Tony, I'm glad you're back at the compound. I don't like the idea of you leaving the team. We all need family. The Avengers are yours, maybe more so than mine. I've been on my own since I was 18. I never really fit in anywhere, even in the army. My faith's in people, I guess. Individuals. And I'm happy to say that, for the most part, they haven't let me down. Which is why I can't let them down either. Locks can be replaced, but maybe they shouldn't. I know I hurt you, Tony. I guess, I thought by not telling you about your parents I was sparing you, but I can see now that I was really sparing myself. I'm sorry. Hopefully, one day, you can understand. I wish we agreed on the Accords, I really do. I know you're doing what you believe in, and that's all any of us can do. That's all any of us should. So, no matter what, I promise you, if you need us - if you need me - I'll be there." He scoffed.

Tears were threatening to fall after hearing the letter. Steve had completely disregarded her and her children as they were nothing. To Emily, it was a betrayal of major proportions, and they both knew it. "What are you going to do?"

"I'm going to ignore his sorry ass," He replied harshly. "He talks as if you are out of the picture. As if a stupid fight could break us up."

Emily sighed. "Don't get so worked up over this. We need t heal and move forward. Plus your twins are enjoying hurting their mother."

Tony pulled Emily onto his lap and laughed. "They are just teasing aren't you mini-mes."

"Well, I don't like it. I don't want t to have an accident when I'm at Wakanda."

Tony sighed. "Remind me again why you can't blow this off?"

"Because my family has been allied with T'challa's for many generations. My ancestors were the first and only outsiders that were welcomed there and helped Wakanda be what it is today" She explained.

"And why can't I join you?"

"Because you are a colonizer, so to speak-"

Tony interrupted. "But I fought with their king, doesn't that matter."

Emily smiled teasingly. "Also, the council doesn't like you. Probably something about you being a playboy philanthropist."

"Har-har, Ems." Tony pouted.

"No pouts, Mr. Philanthropist. It's unbecoming." She kissed his cheek. "T'Challa will pick me up soon, I just want to be sure you're going to be okay."

Tony nodded. "I know, you'll be mentoring the spider-boy but take it easy on him." Before Tony could reply, Emily got a call from the king. "Goodbye, Tony, I'll call you when I get there."

"I still don't understand what's the big deal about going there. There won't be any tech over there, can't you reconsider?"

Emily smiled, "You, my darling, have no idea what you're talking about." She gave him a passionate kiss. "Don't do anything stupid Tony," She yelled as she left. She walked into the woods to meet Okoye. She did the Wakandan salute to greet a friend.

"Well, if it isn't the little trickster," he said after saluting. "When my king said he has seen you after so many years, you've gone fat."

"I am seven months pregnant, Okoye." Emily laughed. "How is he?"

"He misses his father, but he will be fine." Emily nodded changing the subject.

"Where are we headed now?" Emily asked.

Okoye snickered as she entered the ship. "I believe we're here to see if he freezes or not."

"Oh, this will be fun."
