Chapter 37 Twas Brillig and the Momeraths Outgrabe

After parting from Undyne, Alice wasn't sure what was next on her agenda. She had befriended Undyne and even helped her and Alphys take their relationship to the next level. She had debated going to stay over at Napstablook's house for a bit but then figured it'd be wisest to head over back to the king's castle to see if anything new had changed. At the moment it didn't appear as though some magical solution had opened up to solve all of the problems that she had confronted last time. Regardless, she had a strong feeling of hope after the successes she had brought about and it gave her time to reflect on all she had experienced in the Underground. It was somewhat startling yet exciting to imagine how vulnerable and clueless she had been right as soon as she stepped into this world. Then it became a sensation of gratitude and feeling like she had changed not just several times but almost a thousand times more than she ever thought she could since that morning. No longer feeling as timid and meek. No longer feeling out of place and alone. All of it was a glorious symbol of accomplishment and growth and being able to find new friends and a new family of sorts was the cherry on top.

"I wonder what my sister would think of all that I've done." Alice pondered out loud.

Truthfully, she wasn't sure how she felt about anything prior to ending up in the Underground anymore. Shame? Regret? Bitterness? Somewhat all of the above as she felt she still abandoned her family and Dinah who she truly beloved for a selfish opportunity. But now…

"*Ring…*" Her phone made an unexpected chipper.

"Alphys is that you?" Alice instinctively suspected it was Alphys from many phone calls and also the fact Alphys may have wanted to confide in her about the progress made.

"hey alice. i trust you are doing well. listen, alphys has… a skeleton in her closet. that isn't me or papyrus. also it isn't really a skeleton but it's a figure of speech. she's ready to let you know what it is. go to her lab and check it out. and hey… thanks for making sure my brother was ok. it's the kind of favor i'd repay someday once we're out of here. gotta go." In an abrupt fashion, Sans gave her what sounded like a series of instructions before hanging up.

"Go to Alphys's lab…?" She wasn't sure why but she felt a severe twinge of fear creep up her body.

She decided to assume Sans had met up with Alphys in the time she was meandering back towards the castle. The training had probably ended on good terms between Papyrus and Alphys and hopefully the Royal Scientist was feeling accomplished in herself. Yet a skeleton in Alphys's closet? Alphys had already lied to her once and Alice had grown to accept that and forgive Alphys. Was there something else Alphys was hiding from Alice that was worse than that? Or rather, was she hiding something from more than just one or a few people? She also recalled how Frisk had described that he had found something in Alphys's lab that disillusioned him and Chara and led to much of the events prior to Alice's arrival that were so painful for the Underground. Steeling herself for something unholy or at least extremely morally dubious, she made her way towards Alphys's lab.

"Hello? Dr. Alphys…? Sans told me you wished to tell me something?" Alice's courteous greeting, once she entered the lab, went unheard.

It was entirely empty, similar to how it was when Alice had entered the Lab for the very first time. She tried to not pay any attention to the still uncomfortable sight of the monitor displaying her movements as she kept looking for a sign of Alphys. Then she found a somewhat humbly placed note on the floor, almost looking like trash. Alice picked it up with a raised eyebrow and started to read. This act proved to be rather difficult because of the handwriting but she tried her best.

"'You guys… Your support really means a lot to me. But… As difficult as it is to say this… You guys alone can't magically make my own problems go away. I want to be a better person. I don't want to be afraid anymore. And for that to happen, I have to be able to face my own mistakes. I'm going to start doing that now. I want to be clear. This isn't anyone else's problem but mine. But if you don't ever hear from me again… If you want to know "the truth". Enter the door to the north of this note. You all at least deserve to know what I did.' … Oh Alphys, what could you possibly have done to deem your life at risk?" Alice clutched the note tightly, conflicted.

Something like this had eerie vibes of a final will or a last statement but yet she sounded empowered and like she had came to a conclusion she was proud of. So was this good news or bad news? Alice hadn't a clue and whatever this "truth" was, it must've been something that was truly serious. Maybe there secretly was another human child that Alphys had kept prisoner for research? Some machine or device that could break the Barrier now but had dangerous consequences? Or something else entirely… Alice looked over towards the north as the note instructed and was shocked to see it was an elevator, doors open wide for her. It was the same set of doors that Alphys had emerged from when Alice saw her for the first time and also where she went off to the bathroom. It may have led to a bathroom on a different floor in the Lab but it quickly gave an impression that this Lab went deeper than Alice expected. It had to be a lot bigger as well than just the outside impression of it gave.

"I suppose… I'll have to do this." Alice said softly to herself as she left the note back on the ground and entered the elevator.

The interior of the elevator mirrored the ones in Hotland to the point Alice suspected this elevator was built around the same time the ones around all those puzzles were. There were a lot of buttons but only one notably marked red button that Alice suspected was the one Alphys exclusively wanted her to use. She was worried about Alphys's whereabouts at the moment but conceded with a press of the button. The elevator's doors closed in solemnly and it started to descend downward. Alice leaned against the wall before noticing that after a few moments of going down, it stopped. The doors hadn't opened yet though which made Alice feel anxious. Then suddenly the unthinkable happened. The elevator started shaking very violently, falling downward at a much quicker rate, and lights of flashing red filled the space. Alice wobbled and struggled to maintain her balance while gasping and crying out in shock and fear as a mechanical voice seemed to blare out,

"WARNING! WARNING! ELEVATOR LOSING POWER!"

"H-how can it be losing powerrrrrrrrr?!" Alice shrieked frantically as she found herself crouching on one of the corner walls of the elevator.

"EM TETHER STABILITY LOST! ALTITUDE DROPPING!"

"AHHHHHHHIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEE!"

*CRASH!*

...

"Alice. Alice. Will you kindly pay attention and recite your lesson?" Alice heard a voice that she recognized very strongly even if it had been so long since she heard it.

"Hmm? Oh..." Alice uttered softly as she stirred.

A single eye opened lazily to see the owner of that voice. It was her dearest sister. The one who took the most care of her and taught her right from wrong. The one who was her biggest role model even if she hadn't shared Alice's imagination. The one she had lost forever… wait. She was lost forever but still stood over her holding a book and carrying an expression of dissatisfaction but also that of concern. It felt so familiar and welcoming. At that moment Alice's attention was recaptured and she awoke with a start, not noticing that she had knocked something off her lap in her haste to get up. Her sister had asked her for a history lesson and so Alice was determined to recount it carefully. But all she could muster up was a riddle of questionable accuracy and some exaggerated arm movements,

"OH! How does the little crocodile improve his shining tail? And pour the waters of the-"

"Alice, what are you talking about?" Her sister's stupefied tone helped Alice think a bit more clearly.

"Oh, I'm sorry… but you see the caterpillar said-"

"Caterpillar? Oh for goodness sake. Alice I… oh well. Come along, it's time for tea." Her sister sounded like she wanted to scold Alice but out of familial understanding, spared her.

Alice finally took notice of her surroundings and was in awe. The day had grown much darker, becoming late afternoon no doubt but still being very sunny and she was within a park. A park. The park she had last been seen at. The park that was on top of Mt. Ebott. Or was it? Alice put a hand to her head as she felt groggy and uncertain still of what her thoughts were telling her. Was it all just another dream? Am I truly back home? She soon felt a gentle and furry sensation nuzzling her ankle which prompted her to look down. Dinah was purring softly and meowing as she looked up to her owner. Alice recalled how her last words upon the surface were her good-byes to her beloved pet cat. Now though, Dinah was with her once again like she had so direly wished had been the case in the Underground. Alice smiled and picked Dinah up, cradling the kitten with a loving embrace. It was a welcoming and familiar sensation that Alice had been unconsciously missing for a long while. With Dinah in her arms, Alice followed after her sister, crossing a bridge.

Alice in Wonderland… Over the hill or here or there… I wonderrrrrrrrrr whereeeeeee...

"Alice… Alice… wake up or you'll miss it…" Alice heard a voice that she recognized strongly even if it had been some time since she last heard it.

"Hmm? Oh…" Alice uttered softly as she stirred.

Alice opened her eyes much more suddenly once she realized that she was seeing her other self again. The 'Alice' who had often frequented her dreams, standing in front of her composed and ready. She didn't look bloodthirsty and based on her outfit, she was no longer the Queen of the Underground as Alice had last seen her. 'Alice' just stood very still and composed in front of the very familiar garden of a regal throne room that Alice had first seen Asgore. Alice realized there was nothing in her lap and that her sister was nowhere to be seen. She was sitting in one of two regal looking thrones placed side by side in a charmingly personal fashion. She could then conclude somewhat grimly in her mind that she was dreaming once again if something this outlandish was happening yet felt so real. But Alice had so many questions that quickly stood to her feet and started to speak feverishly,

"What's going on…?! Why have I returned here? And, and… what are you doing here…?"

"You've yet to make your final choice Alice. This is the final dream, the final riddle. Twas Brillig." 'Alice' sounded just as calm as her posture indicated. It was all very unsettling despite such serenity.

"My final choice…?" Alice asked as she thought she heard something in the distance.

"The Underground's fate and where you wish to spend your future days. Emotions are unpredictably high right now I'm afraid, within yourself and within others. The Momeraths are just around the corner and this may be your final chance to go home… or are you residing at home right now?" 'Alice' said.

Alice began to understand what 'Alice' was describing despite her confusing sing-song language. The opportunity to go back to her time, before falling down the rabbit hole, or stay within this timeline. But did she really have that power now or was 'Alice' warning her she would have an opportunity very soon to do so? Perhaps this was an elaborate way of foreshadowing that Alice would ultimately make this choice about the Underground's fate. But Alice simply wanted… she wanted to… Stay? Leave? Return? Adapt? Be with her family, with her friends? Be part of a new family with new friends? Familiar time in a peaceful countryside or an unfamiliar, unknown world beyond the Barrier? Alice folded her arms and sighed,

"I don't know…" The sound she heard promptly made a stronger impact as Alice saw something rush into the room desperately before falling over onto the flowerbed weakly.

"Huh…?!" She exclaimed not only when she realized she was seeing something quite shocking.

There was a figure dressed in robes that looked much like that of Toriel's, who had fallen to the ground and seemed to be fading into dust slowly but surely. They were clutching their chest with gritted teeth and an expression of pity and deep hurt. But in order to do so, they had let go of what they were carrying protectively onto the ground. The body of a small child with a green and yellow striped sweater, brown pants… Chara. Chara's body, lying upon the plains looking unharmed but certainly lifeless. Alice took a closer look at the unknown figure, noticing they were of a goatlike species but looking more like Asgore in term of shape and masculinity. There was also a soft grace to their hair and facial expression that unfortunately was marred by the terrible state they were in. It looked like he had been brutally attacked with a hole in his robes and stomach that had an uncomfortably steady stream of dust emanating from it. As if the situation couldn't proceed any more tragically, Toriel and Asgore rushed in from the other entrance. Toriel's expression looked as though her whole world had fallen apart while Asgore appeared betrayed and deeply saddened. Neither of them wanted this to happen, neither of them wanted to see… Asriel like this.

"This is what the monsters described in their tale… isn't it?" Alice remarked sadly.

"Could be an accurate representation or an elaborate misrepresentation. But it is true that Chara's life began and ended in this castle, in the Underground, as soon as they fell down Mt. Ebott. Your life could end the same way… are you prepared to face the same path?" 'Alice' asked her.

"I want to save Asriel if there is a way to… Knowing he became Flowey, knowing all the heartache and pain he went through and incidentally caused… he deserved to live as much as any human child who fell here did." Alice said as she saw Asriel bravely look up to his parents and speak some inaudible but most definitely heartbreaking words of optimism.

"But did the human children's lives deserve to end for his sake? They were ended by his father and with the permission and the will of the Underground." 'Alice' gave a small smirk as Asriel finally faded into full dust and Toriel fell to her knees in despair.

"Of… course not. He'd never wanted such travesties to occur…" Alice spoke softly as she forced herself to look away from the scene.

"Alice… Alice… Stop denying everything that the monsters did!" Alice heard a voice that she recognized strongly though she very much wish she hadn't.

"Flowey…!" She woke up in a startled manner this time, instinctively awake.

She was not at all relieved at the sight that lay before her, in fact she was rather horrified. She strangely was back in the park where she had spent that last history lesson with her sister but Flowey stood in the middle of what looked like a pool of blood that had been splattered upon the grass. He was grinning as menacingly and fearsomely as before but what was much more startling was the sight of Toriel, Asgore, Sans, Papyrus, Alphys, and Undyne clutching what looked like a human SOUL in their hands and staring at her coldly. Alice recognized the colors of these SOULS from the ones that had been kept stashed by Asgore and that had helped her during the fight. The six previous humans SOULS, Alice thought as she was completely blindsided by this startling illusion. The final thing of note was that, besides the fact the scenery's lighting was unchanged but somehow serving as an even more terrifying contrast, was a strange shadowy mass behind her monster friends. It was like a group of unknown and inhuman shapes shrouded in darkness so that Alice couldn't make out specific details besides distorted and uncomfortable looking outlines.

"What do you think you're doing…? Haven't you forgotten I am the prince of this world's future? The only power you possess and can use is whether or not you let me ascend! So why stop being determined? You're content with letting these sinners free? You could start over from the beginning and keep these monsters from slaying anymore humans!" Flowey taunted.

Alice wasn't sure what Flowey was trying to do here, dream or not. After all, Asgore didn't truly want to kill humans anymore. He just wanted his family back. Undyne was a bit aggressive in her demeanor and had certainly despised humans before but Alice felt she had grown beyond mere hatred of them. Papyrus would never harm a human even if someone had threatened him to do it. Toriel was very much the same way and Alice loved both of their natures and good hearts for it. Sans was certainly mysterious on whether or not he thought humans were dangerous or worthy of being hunted down but Alice trusted he didn't want any more bloodshed either. And Alphys…

"This is about Alphys isn't it Flowey? The secret I'm about to finally discover… you are taunting me that I've lost my DETERMINATION but really you are warning me that I-"

"You HAVE lost it. Think about it. You don't even know what deep, dirty laundry Alphys has been keeping that she'd be at risk of being slain or killing herself for it's discovery. And why not use this time to reflect on what it means about monsterkind? What they have abused about your kind?" Flowey taunted.

"We tried to keep them in a place they'd never truly feel free in." Toriel's voice, distorted by some unearthly fashion, advised.

"I WANTED TO USE THEM FOR SELF-VALIDATION!" Papyrus's voice felt so wrong and horrible in this way, as if someone was using his voice to express their own agenda.

"I hunted them down in the name of the king and killed them gladly!" Undyne's grip on her SOUL appeared so tight Alice was worried the SOUL would burst.

"We just kept letting events repeat themselves, dying and dying until eventually we became numb to the importance of life." Sans sounded void of life which had a different sort of unsettling effect.

"We decreed humans who fell into the Underground would die for the sake of my lost song and the hopes of our righteous freedom." Asgore raised his SOUL high with one arm, giving the impression of a grand gesture.

"I've manipulated humans, experimented with Determination in a fruitless way, and… my secrets have destroyed any integrity the monsters have left." Alphys's eyes were hidden behind her glasses but the tears that were shed certainly contributed to her despair.

The shadowy mass behind her friends seemed to shudder violently and strange, undecipherable noises echoed harshly and forced Alice to cover her ears. Alice pondered desperately as to what all this could mean. Maybe that shadowy mass was Alphys's secret in some way? Ghosts of her past in a literal sense? Or was it something darker or more tragic like creatures that were kept hidden from the Underground by Alphys's doing? This dream was far different from the ones that had come before it but it was definitely trying to tell her something. Albeit it was clear the message it was trying to tell her was significantly warped or came from a heartbroken perspective. Alice saw that Flowey was simply smugly glaring at her and didn't have anything to say at the moment. She took a deep breath and spoke,

"No. No secret of yours could break my vision of my friends or what needs to be done anymore. Asriel I don't know what you are trying to pull here but I believe in my friends and who I have become throughout my adventure."

"Don't be daft! Hasn't your trust in your friends been broken time and time again?! How do you know that this secret isn't something that'll dramatically shake you like so many other times before? You should just yield to the fact that this world is 'kill or be killed' and this secret has killed before! Frisk gave up because of what he found! What makes you so certain you won't? You've lost more than he ever did! Friends, family, a home, your place in time! Don't you want to go back to your sister? Your beloved cat Dinah? Your world?" Flowey's voice seemed to dramatically shift from cockiness into desperation. It was as if he was begging her to just go home instead of proceeding with what she wanted to get done.

"But I can't go home can I? Unless… unless you are saying I must accept this whole journey as a dream like I did with Wonderland." Alice sighed.

"Dream or not, you can go home! But you have to refuse this destiny! You have to take the SOULS and RESET back to your time. You together with the other six are more than enough power. They are here for you right now!"

Asgore, Toriel, Sans, Papyrus, Undyne, and Alphys all presented their respective SOULS with outstretched hands towards Alice. An offer. Alice now realized what this dream meant. It was asking her what her final choice would be at the end of her journey. Repeat Frisk's mistakes and become a force of Genocide. Free the monsters and break the barrier but risk having to live in a completely new timeline and world. Abandon all her new friends and the Underground to return home peacefully. One of three choices that all presented sheer ramifications for what would happen. Alice thought moments before when she saw her sister and Dinah again and how relieved she felt. How overjoyed to be back in reality she was. She thought back to seeing Asriel's death play out in the throne room, the evident start of a cruel cycle of pain for the Underground. Knowing she'd never want that to happen again. Finally, she thought of herself and everyone she had come to know and value deeply. Toriel for her kindness, Napstablook for his sincerity, Papyrus for his optimism, Sans for his responsibility, Undyne for her vigor, Alphys for her self-reflection, Mettaton for his passion, Asgore for his willpower, and so many more monsters. I know what I must do, Alice said.

"I see. Well, I appreciate your voices… Frisk, Chara, Asriel, all who seem to have been influencing my dreams all this while. It's time though I exert my own influence. I'm going to have to make a difficult choice yes, but it's the one I see as the right one. I'm going to break the barrier and also uncover Alphys's secret. It's what she and everyone else in the Underground would want. It's also what I want as well…" Alice said softly as she nestled her hands gracefully on her lap.

"... W-why…?" Flowey looked absolutely confused, just as he did when Alice spared him.

"I… I'll certainly miss my home but coming to the Underground was a sheer blessing in disguise. It was everything I could ever want and yet it challenged me to grow and evolve my mindset into something more mature, more capable, less selfish in fact. I can make a new life for myself and maybe help all of you recover from your past tragedies in the process. I know you are still around Asriel… I'll find a way to save you if I can." Alice confessed, closing her eyes, content with decision and ready to wake up. Moments passed…

FILE 9 LOADED.

"Alice… Alice… Thank you." Her sister's voice echoed in the area again.

"...! S-sister…?" Alice's eyes awoke with a jolt.

There she was, there was Dinah, and there was… Asriel, Frisk, and Chara. The three boys were sobbing and muttering deepest apologies to one another (And perhaps to Alice and others as well), off to the side and hugging one another in solidarity. Her sister was standing over Alice like before and Dinah was once again in Alice's lap. No shadowy shapes or twisted versions of her dear friends, nor blood could be seen. It was almost like a beautiful blend of all of the dreams she had been having put together. Alice cradled Dinah gently though was feeling struck by powerful emotions. Her sister appeared to be thanking her? For what exactly?

"I see you've finally made your choice. You do wish to live on with all your new friends in a world so much like what you've dreamed of. It's not mere nonsense anymore is it? This is what you've always wanted." Her sister said in a frank but kind tone. Alice's eyes watered.

"I… I suppose I-I was always muttering how I wanted a world of my own to you… not just to Dinah, not just during that particular morning… but I never wanted you to die for it…" Alice whimpered.

"Life has a strange way of working from what I've discovered. It took you away from me but now I see that you were… are no longer lost to history. You have a new future ahead of you and new experiences and companions. They can be your family now." Alice's sister looked solemnly over to Asriel, Frisk, and Chara.

"Y-you can't possibly… *Sniff* be happy with that c-can you…? I left you behinddddd… I left you to die alone… A-and I'm alone… i-in a time that I can't possibly... eheheheheheh…!" Alice started crying and sobbing heavily, Dinah meowing in concern.

Alice's sister wordlessly walked over to her and hugged her, Dinah gracefully moving off of Alice's lap to watch the exchange. She was not at all hindered by Alice's sincere tears and sudden sorrow and confusion. Alice wasn't regretting her decision. She was regretting that this was her sister's fate now and that her very own fate was scary and uncertain should her goals be achieved. Without her sister and Alice was somewhat of an orphan who had to place all her trust in the monsters to help teach her how to live from now on. It was no longer mere 'good advice' but simply 'life advice' from here on out.

"I'm disappointed in myself that I couldn't bring you what you dreamed of. You found it yourself through your curiosity but it was also very scary and hard for you and I couldn't protect you. I can't be mad at you Alice despite all this. I never was mad with you for your imagination and hopes. In fact, I think that's why you've become so beloved by your new friends. You brought them joy and happiness and hope for a better life. I know they'll repay your kindness and courtesy in good faith. You have one last obstacle in your way." Her sister said, her head leaning on top of Alice's.

"*Sniff* I know… unnnnnh… I-I promise that I will write a book about you… about my adventures… you will not be forgotten sister. Nor you Dinah. Just… *Sniff* I love you both very much..." Alice vowed sadly but bravely as her sister released her.

"That is all I ever wanted for you. To follow and achieve your dreams. Now go. Down the rabbit hole… down Mt. Ebott… and back to the Wonderland known as the Underground. There are people who need you, including them. I know their spirits and their regrets and their sorrows as well as you do. Do what you can for yourself and for all of those you care about." Her sister moved backward and gestured once more to Frisk, Chara, and Asriel.

"Yes! I p-promise…!" Alice grinned like a cheshire cat and picked up Dinah in her arms. This was to be her final goodbyes.

She ran over and hugged her sister one last time, knowing that even if her sister was gone in the past, she would always be with her in the present and future. She hugged Frisk, Asriel, and Chara who actually got up and hugged her back. They all apologized sadly, of which was a very unique sight for Alice as she knew only Chara had yet to actually apologize to her in reality. She then waved goodbye to them and to her sister and even to England itself and carried on her way. She retraced every step she had made, every moment she had paused to wonder what Chara was doing and why he looked so unique from anything she had seen before. Within minutes, she saw it there, the rabbit hole that started it all. Kneeling down, she hugged her beloved cat Dinah and set her down.

"You know Dinah, I finally found cats that could say 'Yes Miss Alice' to me. I… I truly wish you had been the first of them but I think you'd admire your descendants if you met them just as much as I do. Promise me you'll be a good cat while I'm gone ok?" She said sweetly to her beloved cat.

"... Yes Miss Alice." A voice that sounded very much like a mixture of different female monsters she had met in the Underground replied back to her even though it was clear Dinah simply meowed.

"Thank you… now. It's time for me to go." After petting her cat's beautiful fur for the final time, Alice went into the rabbit hole. Quickly she proceeded forward until she was falling and descending down the walls of Mt. Ebott. Her adventures Underground finally resumed.

"Mmm… that was… owww… a crash." Alice woke up and immediately rubbed her head as it felt very sore. A small amount of relief was to be found in that she was alive and somehow the elevator itself didn't collapse on her despite the momentum at which it had been falling. But the lights were definitely off, only a faint light from the open elevator doors allowing Alice to even see where she needed to go next.

"So Alphys's secret is here. In the basement of her lab." Alice talked to herself as she got up from the ground and regarded that the path outside seemed to lead to a decrepit area. Knowing it would be fruitless to stay around here in a powered down elevator, the little girl wandered into this unknown territory.

It led to a hallway down to the right and Alice regarded this area as a sickly dark green color with not that much lighting and hard floors. There was also a thick, chemical smell in the air and the smell of old age. Somehow this all struck her as very familiar despite having never been here before. Maybe it's just because it's accurate to what a human laboratory would be? She thought as she tried to make sense of why it struck her this way. Alice also thought it was far too quiet. The sudden sound of the elevator closing in on itself was so loud that it made Alice jump and turn around suddenly to look at it.

"... Now is not the time to be growing fearful. I have to proceed and find what lies here." Alice shook off her building nerves and maturely carried on her way down the hallway. She saw that along the wall of the long hallway were a series of different monitors. As she passed in front of said monitors, it seemed to activate and bright green text appeared on the monitors. Alice realized this was likely some kind of informative texts like the ones she saw in Waterfall and the Ruins and thus it begged to be read.

"'ENTRY NUMBER 1. This is it… Time to do what the King has asked me to do. I will create the power to free us all. I will unleash the power of the SOUL.' … Oh dear. Don't tell me that… Alphys's secret is the lengths she went to experimenting this?" Alice put a hand to her mouth as suddenly it all made sense.

Contrived as it may be, the nature of science experiments as a whole came under scrutiny during Alice's time for not being ethical or for consisting of extreme procedures. Was this what Alphys's "truth" was? That she perhaps did something heartless or cruel or even unethical to try to break the Barrier? That she had hidden whatever was down here from her friends because it was too sinful? Yet that didn't explain Mettaton who clearly was one of the fruits of her experiments. He was allowed to run free and be himself and he certainly held no outward bitterness towards Alphys since she helped him achieve one of his biggest dreams. Why was he not hidden as one of Alphys's developments but whatever "truth" Alphys referred to was? It had to have been something truly shocking and terrible to have shaken the wills of so many people to remain hidden up until now.

"I must keep reading. 'ENTRY NUMBER 2. The barrier is locked by SOUL power… Unfortunately, this power cannot be recreated artificially. SOUL power can only be derived from what was once living. So, to create more, we will have to use what we have right now… The SOULs of monsters.' But who?" Alice sighed as she read the next one.

"'ENTRY NUMBER 3. But extracting a SOUL from a living monster would require incredible power… Besides being impractical, doing so would instantly destroy the SOUL's host. And, unlike the persistent SOULS of humans… The SOULs of most monsters disappear immediately upon death. If only I could make a monsters SOUL last…'"

"'ENTRY NUMBER 5. I've done it. Using the blueprints, I've extracted it from the human's SOULs. I believe this is what gives their SOULs the strength to persist after death. The will to keep living… The resolve to change fate. Let's call this power.. "Determination." Alice finished what appeared to be the final entry in this hallway.

Alice was noticing a lot of things in particular about these entries. The least of which was a numbered entry was skipped in chronological order but that Alphys's tone when writing these was in a tone so much more confident and calculated than how the Royal Scientist was now. Perhaps before disaster struck she was a lot more confident in her studies and her work. Alphys had mentioned to her before that the only way to break through or get past the Barrier required a monster and a human SOUL so perhaps these entries would eventually cover how Alphys discovered that grim method. In the meantime though, it seemed that Alphys had dug deep into the very workings of monster and human magic and was seeking to uncover more of the SOULs potential. She sounded suitably careful as well but Alice was still disturbed at the idea that they were freely experimenting on the SOULs of humans who had died in the Underground before. It was disrespectful and unkind to their memory.

"Then again maybe it's just natural for monsters trapped Underground to experiment on what unusual variables they could find. Not fully realizing until it's too late that it may be unethical." Alice pondered out loud as she turned left.

Going down another rather long and ominous hallway, she found an unusual sight. Some kind of sealed door with four different colored orbs on it, a vending machine offering popato chisps, another monitor, two potted plants on the corners of the walls and a note placed strategically on the floor. There were two split pathways on the left and right that she could take but Alice was still a bit shocked to see that it had a very office-like layout. As Alice picked up the note, she could clearly see the monitor turn on like before. This time it wasn't an Entry Number but rather 'POWER ROOM', indicating what lied beyond this door. It makes sense to keep such an important room sealed up for your lab, Alice concluded. She then read the note, only to find it was hard to make most of it out. 'elevator... lost power…enter the center door...' Alice's eyes widened as the tone of this note made it sound like it had been written minutes ago. Although Alice had probably been dreaming in the elevator for longer, it couldn't be denied how recent this note was.

"Alphys?! Alphys are you down here?!" Alice cried in hopes of receiving a response. She did not get one.

Alice frowned, wishing this situation wasn't getting so creepy. Why would Alphys lead her on rather than come forward with the "truth" or was everything she was reading about part of the "truth"? She was finding solace in the fact it'd probably be very unlikely for Flowey to show up here considering there was no fresh earth for him to sprout from and that she was not in any immediate danger. After a brief mental debate, she settled on going the left path first. Another set of monitors were visible.

"'ENTRY NUMBER 6. ASGORE asked everyone outside the city for monsters that had "fallen down." Their bodies…' came in today…?" Alice paused as she felt a wave of nausea overcome her briefly. It was true medical science often incorporated the donation of dead bodies and corpses but the idea of these very united monsters doing it with their own kind seemed far too sensitive and harsh.

"'They're still comatose… And soon, they'll turn into dust. But what happens if I inject "determination" into them? If their SOULS persist after they perish, then… Freedom might be closer than we all thought.'" Alice finished the entry with a quiet voice.

The mounting dread of these entries was making Alice hesitant and fearful. Something bad obviously had happened since the Barrier most certainly was still up and there clearly hadn't been much experimentation going on for a long time. The idea of injecting magic into a corpse was almost like reanimating the dead and feasibly impossible. Then there was the matter of Asgore having been the one to call for 'volunteers'. It reminded her of a certain thing she had heard a long time ago.

"Oh! Well there is a famous cold case around here. Pun not intended. Some monsters in Snowdin as well as across the Underground disappeared after volunteering for an experiment. No one knows what happened to them and at this point most of the monsters have moved on from it. At least that's what we said when we last reported it." The rhino explained.

"This has to be the experiment she was referring to! It would explain why all of a sudden after I had finally helped her feel motivated and believe in herself alongside Undyne that she would open up about this…!" Alice concluded as she raced to the next monitor. What she found beside it were three odd operating tables, somehow comfortable and uncomfortable at the same time.

"'ENTRY NUMBER 9. things aren't going well. none of the bodies have turned into dust, so I can't get the SOULs. i told the families that i would give them the dust back for the funerals. people are starting to ask me what's happening. what do i do?'" The sudden lowercase writing started to sound like Alphys was losing confidence in herself at this point.

The sight of paranoid and perhaps emotionally distraught monsters pressing Alphys at her lab was not a pretty one. Alice could see it all very clearly and imagine that it was not a pleasant experience for either party. Yet it appeared as though when Alphys injected them with Determination, she was expecting the bodies to fade away and their SOULS to suddenly transform into that of a human SOUL like the six kept in Asgore's tubes. It was an optimistic theory that the Royal Scientist had developed but Alice wondered why she hadn't tested it on other living things first? Even if say, a plant or a frog didn't have a SOUL, wouldn't Determination have some kind of relevant effect on them as well? Trying it on monsters, dying or dead ones no less, seemed like a very big leap of logic. Alice felt the operating tables out of habit and cringed that they were sticky. She'd need to wash her hands. She turned to her left and saw three sinks arranged side by side. She went for the nearest one to her, turning it on and…

"...?" Alice looked puzzled when she saw that what dripped out of the faucet seemed thick and white, completely unlike the clear wetness of water. It filled the sink at an alarming rate and on closer inspection seemed almost like some kind of gel or goop.

What made Alice suddenly lurch back from the sink was the sight of a small head materializing from the goop, a smiling face plastered on unnaturally to it. Alice normally would suspect what would come next from such an unusual appearance but she couldn't help but feel a twinge of fear she awakened something horrific. After all, Flowey had a near-exact smiling face when she first met him and that had not turned out to be an ideal encounter. Her horrors were confirmed as the shape suddenly surged upward into alarmingly shaped monsters that hissed with a noticeable lisp at her. As Alice ran towards the operating tables for cover, screaming all the while, the 'thing' split off into three misshapen and curved beings shaped in a strange circular fashion. Countless small eyes and mouths were formed on their faces and the bottom half even seemed to resemble a skull in frightful detail and they had hooked-shaped tails of sorts. They had no name and all Alice could think about was that she was utterly terrified.

"W-what are you…?! What's going on…? D-do you know Alphys…?! Ahhhh…!" Alice wailed as strange bullets began to surround her and the creatures cried with a piercing, electronic sound. The bullets expanded into horrifyingly big smiling faces that were fortunately slow enough in expansion for Alice to dodge them. She watched the three hovering things with caution and fear and realized maybe if they were electronic, her cell phone would be able to dispel them. As she did so, she realized she could hear voices through the receiver…! Clear and concise but still with a lisp and still in spooky fashion,

"Come join the fun."

"I… I can't possibly do such a thing right now… I have to find the truth that lies here…!" For some reason, the sound of a normal voice coming from these things gave Alice a bit more courage to properly face them.

"Oh well."

"It's a real get together"

"Lorem ipsum docet" Each of the unusual beings replied to her in person, with grave voices. They attacked Alice again but Alice was easily able to dodge the attacks. She noticed that it seems like it doesn't care anymore. She also finally learned of their true names, Memoryheads. It seemed accurate considering they appeared to be floating heads in some way but memories? What dark memories possessed them to become like this? She was able to spare them and noticed that they eerily faded out of existence or perhaps teleported away from here. Alice was left in a cold sweat and she turned on one of the other sinks, which fortunately dispersed regular water, and rinsed her face and her hands.

"... W-what were those beings…? Are they… *Gasp*." Alice felt sick to her stomach. Were these creatures Alphys's "secret"? Some sort of bizarre and otherworldly species of monsters she created during her experiments and couldn't bear to unleash upon the world? But how on earth was it possible? Did the Determination Alphys supposedly inject somehow mutate the bodies into these forms?

"They can't all look the same can they? There could be different varieties." Alice pointed out to herself before she suddenly noticed there was something in the sink that had been left behind by the Memoryheads.

It was a red key. Alice hooked it onto her keychain and realized this may have been able to unlock the door to the Power Room. Yet there hadn't been a particular keyhole on the door that Alice could make out. Alice decided to enter the next room where she noticed another note and a strange monitor-looking slot. The note was very much in the same hard to read format as the one Alice found in front of the Power Room door and said 'drain… dropped it…'. Alice tried inserting the red key she found into the slot and found that it fit perfectly and the monitor began flashing a red glow that seemed rather ominous in Alice's eyes. The objective had been made clear. She needed to gather the different colored keys and insert them into their respective slots to open up the Power Room door. But why would Alphys want her to go into the Power Room to begin with? Was the true "secret" behind those doors? I can't imagine anything worse than whatever those creatures were, Alice thought in worry and fear. Retracing her steps back to the Power Room door (The red node upon it flashing), she proceeded to embark on the right path. She noticed it had been blocked by a sliding door but now that it was flashing red, it opened up before her. It led to another hallway with more entry monitors upon the walls.

"'ENTRY NUMBER 12. nothing is happening. i don't know what to do. i'll just keep injecting everything with "determination." i want this to work.' Alphys no…" Alice winced. Alphys had struck her as overeager on a few occasions but Alice didn't think she would so hastily toy around with magical energy like this and risk corrupting the authenticity of her experiment. If those things were truly created from Alphys's choices… she could certainly see why it was such.

"'ENTRY NUMBER 13. one of the bodies opened its eyes.'" Alice gulped. Based on the shortness of this entry yet how important it's words meant, it was clear Alphys had probably been staring at a comatose body for perhaps days and had noticed its eyes suddenly open at some point. Yet why hadn't the body moved or given any other action that demanded Alphys write further about it? The bad feeling inside Alice's heart was only getting worse… But it couldn't prepare her for the shocking discovery in the next room.

'She noticed first that the room itself was quite dark, as if someone had turned off the lights yet still had a strange pale light providing enough vision to make out what was in the room. There also appeared to be some unusual fog or smoke hovering in the room and it smelled rather damp and chemically like medicine or that it hadn't been used in a while. Several surprisingly alive-looking potted plants were in upper left and bottom right corners of the room with what appeared to be a dog bowl lying on the floor empty and abandoned. There appeared to be nine beds in total that appeared to have a metal frame but a classically soft mattress with pillows and red and purple checkered blankets. There also appeared to be a hallway to the left though it was too dark to see where it would lead. There was also a broken clock, some strange message board that Alice couldn't read from the bed she was lying on, an ominous entryway, and another hallway to the right of that entryway. The overall vibe made it feel like some kind of hospital resting area though the atmosphere also suggested it had gone unused for a countless amount of time.'

"No… How can it be? This is… the room from the dream I had!" Alice exclaimed, eyes widened and her hand to her mouth as every single image matched with what lay before her now.

That dream she had in Alphys's lab where 'Alice' and Napstablook spoke to her and confided in with her, the dream that had spooked her with the atmosphere and the strange man who never spoke, the dream where 'Alice' had encouraged her to keep going in her strange and unfortunately demented way… This was where it all took place. It had been a real location in the Underground all this time. New, unknown, and familiar. That was what Alice had deduced the location was at the time and this only confirmed she had been absolutely spot-on with her deductions. It was a new area of Alphys's lab, unknown because of whatever "secrets" lay within, and was familiar for being a place that clearly had been visited by others before and was made familiar now because she was coming here at long last since the dream. Now given what she knew… Alice realized this had to have been where the "fallen down" monsters had been treated by Alphys for the duration of the experiment. That only made this whole scenery even more ghastly and disturbing to her.

"This is practically a graveyard… goodness, what will happen to me down here…?" Alice looked around paranoid as she decided to think over what other details and clues the dream had given her about this place.

"I will give you a hint though, there's no need to worry about any unexpected intruders. I've cleaned them all out so this area is perfect for an Unbirthday Party."

"Either way, from where I am at… I'm about to enter a very sacred place. Everyone is dead or on the run, which is why I was rather unexpected to find some Momeraths here." 'Alice' changed the subject unexpectedly and confused Alice further.

"Momeraths…? Oh yes, they were from the Tulgey Wood… but what do you mean they were here? Or are you referring to the Temmies? It's rather hard to tell when you speak so… bizarrely." Alice asked as she brushed some hair out of her face.

"... Not quite. I've come to understand the Temmies but these were of a completely different genus. It's not like I know what their names were so I just call them something else. It saves time." 'Alice' shrugged her shoulders as she spoke.

"What did they look like?"

"I won't answer…" 'Alice' stiffened, eyeing Alice with a look of disdain.

"So she wasn't lying about this place being home to 'unexpected intruders'. She must've come down here during her path of Genocide and… killed all these strange beings here. Then they must be what she referred to as the Momeraths." Alice sighed as she eyed a bed that had the blankets drawn low for an inviting rest.

Alice had noticed 'Alice' did not seem to want to address Alice's concerns about this particular place or what particular things she found here at the time. Maybe 'Alice' was just as worried about steering Alice down a dark path should she bring suspicion and draw attention to Alphys's secret-keeping. Given how quickly frustrated and angry Alice had gotten at Alphys for her repetitive phone calls and how it all ended up with Mettaton revealing Alphys's sympathy scheme, it probably was a wise move. They were very interested in testing Alice on whether or not her pacifist approach would secure their freedom after all and they likely didn't want her going mad. Granted right now Alice didn't really feel like she was going to go mad, she just felt extremely scared and saddened by what events and discoveries she was making here. This… probably was the home to the worst sin the monsters had committed because it was a sin committed to themselves and not to anyone else. Even if these monsters had "fallen down" they were revived in horrifying fashion, left to remain here indefinitely by their experimenter, and anybody who tried to find answers was left without any. Part of her rejected the idea of developing a grudge against the monsters for doing this because it seemed perfectly clear most of what actually happened could not have been foretold by Alphys herself. Not to mention she was trying to make amends now by revealing it at least to Alice for the meantime. Yet, what was Alphys doing not revealing herself in person yet? Was Alphys testing Alice to do something with this information?

"Everything is so confusing… but I suppose if I must do something I should at least try to understand these Momeraths and figure out something I can do for them." Alice resigned herself to not jumping to any major conclusions and plopped onto the open bed in exhaustion.

The dull head pain that had resulted from the elevator crash had evolved into a noticeable headache. Alice cringed and winced in pain, as she continued to try to ponder what needed to be done about the Memoryheads and other potential Momeraths she'd find down here. If I try to take them out of here and bring them to the Underground's attention they could freak out and kill them. Let alone the fact Alphys will lose all possible respect and integrity for keeping them hidden and down here. Undyne could possibly even think I was in on it and I'd lose her friendship. There's also the matter of the fact that it'd bring the Underground into a further uproar and a lot of hope would be lost. What if I was to… hmm? Alice's thoughts were disrupted as she could feel the fabric of the blanket suddenly rise over her body as if someone… or something, was tucking her in quickly. Then she noticed she was suddenly in the shadow of something over her. Holding her breath in panic, her eyes slowly peered upward to see a bizarre white figure, shaped almost like a musical note, with a long outstretched appendage being responsible for the deed. It then pat her head twice with surprising kindness but it almost made Alice shriek from the sensation and sudden appearance it had made. It's texture was not that stick at least but still had a weird gooey sensation to it. Then, just as inexplicably as it appeared, it vanished just like the Memoryheads from earlier had.

"... Uhnnnnn…" Alice whimpered and shivered. The Momeraths were clearly unlike anything in the Underground or even in Wonderland for that matter. They put her original Momeraths that helped her find a path to shame in weirdness. Furthermore, given their clearly tragic history and Alice couldn't help but feel absolutely petrified being around them for too long. And now she was in their domain, practically surrounded by them and not knowing when they would turn up or whether they'd be too powerful for her to survive against.

"Think positive thoughts… think positive thoughts…" Alice tried speaking to herself in a motivational fashion, recalling how she had just made her final choice and was so proud and honored to make it come to pass. She couldn't back down here, not when her sister had wished her the world and promised her legacy onto Alice herself. Even if she was feeling frantic all of a sudden, she was not the same little girl who had let herself die to Nightmare Flowey's vines. She could get through this. It's what Alphys is counting on me to do for her after all, she thought.

Still shakily but with a small smile, Alice got up from the bed and proceeded to investigate the other beds carefully. She managed to find a yellow key under the cover of one of the beds, of which it's slightly crooked blanket placement made it an easy suspect to have something. Then she checked the monitor at the back of the room.

"'ENTRY NUMBER 14. Everyone that had fallen down… … has woken up. They're all walking around and talking like nothing is wrong. I thought they were goners…?' She… thought they had died?" Alice raised an eyebrow. That statement came off very jaded to her, as though despite Alphys continually experimenting on them, she assumed they were dead. Wouldn't she have more belief in her patients?

Alice looked around the room. She tried to imagine a bunch of monsters sitting in the beds, walking around this confined underground laboratory, dazed expressions on their faces, and Alphys watching all of this with a befuddled look on her face. It was startling to see that not only was such a picture very clear to her, but that it perhaps wasn't as dark a time despite how sketchy the experiment had become. She could only hope that Alphys truly was handling these experiments with the greatest of care, even if it ended up turning into her darkest secret. As tempting as it was to go down the entryway that was next to the monitor, she felt that going down the right path would yield the bigger discoveries at the moment. So she carried on down the right. It led to a very eerie looking hallway with mirrors lining the left wall and a table filled with potted golden flowers. Alice paused her stride the moment she processed what the flowers in question looked like and the fact they were standing upright like a certain other flower she knew. Her eyes widened as she picked a pot up and examined it carefully, hoping that she wasn't about to hear a hideous cackle fill the area. Silence. Then she turned to the monitor, clutching the pot with tense hands.

"... 'ENTRY NUMBER 7. We'll need a vessel to wield the monster SOULs when the time comes. After all, a monster cannot absorb the SOULs of other monsters. Just as a human cannot absorb a human SOUL…' Does that make me the exception to the rule?" Alice sounded surprised as this was not what she was expecting to hear from this entry so far.

Frisk had told her before she was to be judged by Sans that they had linked and synchronized and she was holding onto him. He was currently in a 'half and half' state and not a complete SOUL and he could not be used to break the barrier as planned. After all, Alice found that Frisk's body was in the coffin all the way back at the castle and yet she had encountered him in the Ruins. It basically meant Alice had not absorbed a whole SOUL within her but rather an incomplete one. So contrary to Alphys's theory, Alice proved she could absorb a human SOUL if it was not complete if the body had not expired from death yet but had the SOUL removed from it. If she was to return his incomplete SOUL to his body and revive him in a sense, he'd probably become complete again and couldn't be absorbed by her . I'll have to find a proper time to return that SOUL to him, Alice thought content, like after the Barrier is broken. Still anxious about this flower, Alice continued to read the entry,

"'What about something that's neither human nor monster?' Hold on a moment. Does this mean she actually did try to plant Determination into something else living?" Alice looked pleasantly surprised. This definitely brought some relief that Alphys hadn't ignored other possibilities in testing magic being injected into other things and hadn't simply jumped the gun. Although it still brought an alarming and troubling theory to the surface…

"'ENTRY NUMBER TEN. experiments on the vessel are a failure. it doesn't seem to be any different from the control cases. whatever. they're a hassle to work with anyway. the seeds just stick to you, and won't let go…' Won't let go…" Alice muttered to herself and looked deeply at the flower.

The flower most certainly looked like Flowey, just without a face. He could very well use magic to terrifying potential, especially with the human SOULS absorbed into him. He definitely didn't 'let go', the time at the Ruins being an obvious indicator. However, he was also Asriel. So this didn't make any sense. She had seen Asriel's death in the throne room in her final dream. He had turned into dust and Chara's body lay still after he dropped him. There were flowers yes that he landed on and that the dust may have spread over but… could… it be?

"W-where did she get these flowers…? If they were from the throne room… and she injected Determination into them…?" Alice paced quickly along the hallway, ignoring her reflection's increasingly worried look.

"Flowey did say he didn't have a SOUL and Alphys couldn't use the SOULs of the fallen children because Asgore needed them. But that makes no sense! H-how could Flowey have been created like this and still have Asriel's essence?! Was he really… still… alive?" Alice stopped in place and looked down at the flower again.

Obviously he's still alive because I heard him speak as Asriel in that nightmare with queen 'Alice'. Flowey still has some traces of Asriel's sympathy and kindness and will to see his family and people be free and live, even if it only showed when he was truly beaten and vulnerable. It all adds up as well. His presence in the Ruins, his powers, these experiments, these "secrets", these Momeraths… Alphys had a hand in all of this. Maybe this is why she presumes her life would be at risk, because there's no telling what'd happen if the truth was exposed. Alice held her head, the headache worsening from all these revelations. All this tension. All this growing fear. She kept walking and was about to say something when she heard a strange noise coming from behind her. She looked behind her and saw that the weird sound of something exiting a pool of water was instead a smiling version of her reflection leaving the mirror as though it was a closet door. It turned to look at her and then suddenly shifted into a ghastly winged Momerath.

"Aieeeeeeeeeeeeeeeee!" Alice screamed and dropped the flowerpot she was holding onto the ground, creating a pile of soil and shards.

It looked birdlike in nature, with a freakishly long neck and a stylized head that seemed to consist of one eye… or was it a gaping mouth with teeth? The rest of its body was of two small, diminutive wings and startling thin legs that looked wobbly and like spoons. It's head didn't turn but rather arced from one side to the other and it hovered creepily in the air like a puppet. It's name appeared to consist of only a comma for some reason and Alice could tell it was far more unnatural and even distorted than the last Momerath. When it spoke, it was a mumbled up heap of words, spoken as if multiple people were saying things at the same time and yet Alice could sense it said something like 'don't pick on me. You.' It summoned a strange shape in front of Alice, that looked like some kind of thick birdman doll. Little moths appeared and flew around the face of the birdman doll but to Alice's horror, it reacted as though it was in immense pain, holding its arms up and shaking in agony. Then, it fell to its knees and held its head as a cloud of moths surrounded it and yet it didn't utter any sort of noise. Alice thought of it as one of the most twisted things she had seen in the Underground to date.

"P-please stop! You have no reason to harm yourself or whatever it is you are doing…!" Alice, trying not to sound panicked, picked on the Momerath. It seemed effective.

Again all Alice could make from the creature's response was 'what are you afraid of' and realized it sounded much like the catchphrase of monsters she heard before. Maybe it was some strange fusion of other monsters she had encountered in the Underground before. So maybe these monsters that had "fallen down" had died of natural causes and a few of them somehow fused together when they had turned into Momeraths. Either way, Alice braced herself for the next attack as she saw the moth-covered being send swarms of moths at her. Alice carefully dodged them, still weary and uncomfortable with this whole encounter. She pondered further to herself, doing something mysterious that the Momerath recognizes it has more to learn from this world. This time the summoned being seemed to send multiple copies of its head at Alice in a slow-moving projectile attack, leading Alice to easily dodge the slow strikes though it had gotten tricky when they clustered together.

"I pray that you find peace and reunite with your families." Alice knelt down and prayed.

Reaper Bird seems to remember something.

"Someone finally gets it." Astigmatism.

"Ribbit Ribbit." Final Froggit.

"Courage…" Whimsalot. All three components that made this strange being known as Reaper Bird.

After dodging some more moths, Alice was able to spare Reaper Bird and once more it vanished out of existence. This relentless future finally looks brighter and brighter. It was all very bizarre and terrifying but Alice was reminded about the true nature of these Momeraths. They had been ordinary residents of the Underground at some point and though it seemed their abilities and nature had changed from the experiments, their lives had not. Alice couldn't neglect or reject them and knew that people had wondered where they had been all these years. Even if these other revelations were clearly shaking her world and were heavy and even depressing, she had plenty of warnings on how severe this was going to be for her. People were counting on her now and she couldn't let them down. As she entered the next room, she was disappointed to see there was a blue slot here and that the yellow key was not going to work with this particular one. But she also found a note that read "cold…"

"Cold. That's one way to describe the truths I'm finding here." Alice said out loud as she continued to seek the "secrets" of this lab. It was no longer just one "secret" but rather she felt she was opening Pandora's Box to all the final mysteries of the Undertale.

To Be Continued...
