Trinity Sayu

"And how are you feeling today? No negative thoughts right?"

Sayu let out a huff and tugged at her skirt. It's been a week since the experience with Miri island and the Straw Hats and Heart Pirates had went their separate ways. Luffy said they were going to find a shipwright to fix the Going Merry. She looked rough and needed whatever repairs they could get her. Sayu had gained a healthy amount of weight back since Law and Ryu had been monitoring her intake and diet. Currently however, every morning Law makes sure she's in his med bay for a mental exam. Since it's Law, Sayu doesn't get upset but it does irritate her a little bit.

"No, Law. No negative thoughts just like yesterday. Do we really have to continue this? I promise...I won't ever worry you again." Sayu bit her lip as knew Law was just worried about her, but it was annoying her.

"Yes we do. Until I'm certain you won't ever try something stupid like that again." Law scribbled on his clipboard as he spoke to her.

"I said I was sorry...since I first got here by dying, it was logical to think that if I died...I'd be able to see you again. Wouldn't you do the same for me?"

Law's answer was immediate. "No." Sayu choked on her breath and Law chuckled at her face then looked at her with a smirk. "I'd find my way back to you without trying to end my life."

Sayu giggled and nodded. "Well...I'm not you."

"Indeed you aren't, Ms. Mechanic. Your brain obviously doesn't match up to mine." He put his notes down and then grabbed a stethoscope. "Now, deep breaths for me." Putting the scope under her shirt and placed it on her chest.

Sayu was use to this as Law had done it every morning, she was starting to think he was getting paranoid. "Law, I'm fine. I swear if anything was wrong you would be the first one I'd tell."

Law sighed and took his scope back and wrapped it around his shoulders. "I know that, Sayu. That's not going to stop me from checking up on you though. Who knows if the trip you took had any effects on you besides your idiotic attempts on your own life." He bopped her head with his fist and she pouted but then grinned and Law noticed this. "What?"

"You've been using my name more often now. It just sounds nice coming from you." She smiled at him and Law shrugged his shoulders.

"Best friends as you put it. You won't let me forget it either." Law turned around so she wouldn't see his face. You see, Law has come to terms about his feelings for his first mate. However...she is just so fucking stupid! She couldn't realize his feelings if he painted on his face with big bold letters saying, 'I like you more than a friend'. He wasn't about to ruin his current relationship with her though, so he'll just ignore them for the moment. But it doesn't help when she smiles at him with that stupid look on her face. Letting out a small cough, he turned the subject back to her health. "And how are you doing in your...new body?"

Sayu was physically eighteen now and her body definitely showed it. Her breast had swelled up to a double D-cup and her hips had gotten wider. They had to get her clothes tailored again at the last island they visited yesterday so they would fit her. Officially Sayu lost all her baby features and turned into a very stunning woman. Sanji couldn't keep his eyes off her the whole time they were together. "Ah, well I'm getting use to it slowly. I trained last night and I'm still mobile like I use to be so I think it's going great. I can actually reach the top of the door now!" Sayu stood up from her seat on the bed and walked to the doorway and stretched so her fingertips barely touched the top. However, doing so, caused her shirt to rise and Law caught a glimpse of her stomach. Her weight was returning nicely and she was already getting back to being fit.

Law quickly walked over and pulled her arms back down to her side. "Don't do that again."

Sayu stared at him strangely but blew it off. "Oh, did you see the news co today?" She asked him and Law smirked and nodded. Moving to his desk, he pulled out today's newspaper. Sayu looked over his shoulder and grinned while reading it. "Ahem, 'Headliner: Heart Pirates, the menace of the sea. One of Dr. Vegapunks labs was recently discovered as destroyed along with the island it was based on. Evidence recovered from sea points to Heart Pirates responsible.' I wonder why they took so long to publish that one...'Mysterious Resort Island, Miri, vanishes'. Ah, the past few weeks have been weird, no?" Sayu glanced over their new bounties from them accidentally destroying an entire island. "My bounty went up to...115,000,000. Yours is now...160,000,000. We're pretty famous now huh?" Looking over the news a little harder Sayu spotted something. "Law, look. 'Haken, the mercenary still at large, sailing with the Heart Pirates.' ...They gave Haken a bounty...51,000,000 beli. This one is so going on the wall in the chill room."

Law folded the news back and stood up. He grabbed his hat and sword and walked towards the door. "Let's go have breakfast, Sayu."

Sayu followed after Law with a skip in her step. "Okay, Law."

Trafalgar Law

Law walked into the mess hall to see...food all over the floor. An irk mark appeared on his head at the mess and he looked at who was gathered. Ryu, the twins and Bepo...so what had happened?

"Ooooo..." Sayu pointed at them with a childish look on her face. "You guys are in troubleeeee..." She giggled and ran over to the coffee machine and grabbed Law's favorite mug to make him some coffee.

Law glared at his crew who had food all over them...even Bepo. Which was surprising considering Bepo usually doesn't resort to childish acts like the rest of his crew. "Bepo, what happened?"

"Ah, well...Captain. We came in this morning to this actually and then we saw it and started chasing it, but we slipped on the food and that's how we got like this." Bepo explained.

Law arched his brow. "And what exactly is, 'it' that you found?"

"JASHIN-SAMA, SAVE ME!" Sayu screamed and Law was by her side in an instant. Sayu was ten feet back from the coffee machine and on the counter next to the machine, was what Law assumed that his crew had been chasing.

"Is that...a rat?" Law looked over the tiny creature that was munching on little crumbs of food.

Sayu pulled out her pistol and aimed it at the rat. "DIE!" Before she could fire off a shot, Law had grabbed her arm and lowered her gun.

"If you shoot that in here, it'll ricochet. Please don't accidentally kill one of us, Sayu. What I want to know is how it got in the sub. We're submerged and have been for a while." Law pulled out some gloves from his pocket and put them on prepared to catch the vermin.

Ryu walked over with a pissed off face. "I think it was from yesterday's island. That place was fucking disgusting." Grabbing a rag, Ryu wiped his face of the food. "I just don't know how a rat could cause this much of a mess."

"Maybe because I'm not just a rat."

Silence.

Yuki spoke first with hesitance. "...I don't think I got a lot of sleep last night. Because I think I heard the rat speak."

"...It's wasn't just you." Yuri walked over cautiously and glared at the creature.

Sayu was sweating bullets, it's her worst nightmare come true. Sayu hated rats and mice with a passion and now...one just spoke to her and her crew. Sayu put her hands in prayer motion and gripped her pendant. "Jashin-sama, please help me with this..."

Law shook his head and glared at the offending creature. "Devil fruit user?"

The creature nodded. "And I feel offended really. I'm not a rat, I am a mouse. I ate the Nezu-Nezu fruit, model mouse. There is a difference between rats and mice, you should really read up on that." The mouse then jumped off the counter and onto the floor.

Sayu screamed. "I hate rats!" Sayu jumped onto of the dining table away from the floor.

Ryu glared at her. "We eat there, get the hell down!"

Yuri crouched down on the floor next to the rodent. "What are you doing on our ship?"

The mouse then jumped once more and flipped. During that flip it grew into the size of a young man who looked about in his twenties and had whiskers and little curved ears like a mouse. He had gray hair that was smooth as silk and cool emerald green eyes with a mischievous smile on his face. "I guess I could be a stowaway. That's what you pirates call it, right?"

Law thought he had seen this guys face somewhere before but he couldn't place his tongue on it at the moment. "Why did you sneak on my ship?"

"I ran away from home. And here I am!"

"I refuse to get off this table until he is off this ship!" Sayu pointed at the mouse guy.

Law shook his head. "You're being ridiculous..." Law turned back to his stowaway. "Now then..." Law held out his hand. "Room." Before the intruder could move, Law had cut off his head.

"Ah, Captain!" Bepo called out to his Captain but the deed was done. Law had already claimed his stowaway's head in his hand.

The stowaway was stunned as he saw his body without it's head. "Ah, my body!"

"Now then, Mr. Nezu, tell us what you're exactly doing here. And can you all please get this cleaned up?" Law looked towards his crew while lazily tossing his new captive's head up and down.

"Hai, Captain."

Law then turned to his first mate who was still shaking on top of their eating table. "And Sayu...get down and make me my coffee please."

Trinity Sayu

"My name is Adit the fourth, you may now applaud."

Sayu looked at the man with a cautious look. She still didn't like him because he could transform into a mouse. "And why would we applaud?"

Adit turned his head to look at her and he held his head up high. "Because I am of great royalty, that's why."

"Ah, now I remember." Law said and everyone looked at him. "Son of the Celestial Dragon, Yule. Correct?"

Adit smiled proudly and nodded. "You may all bow down to me now."

All of the pirates glared at the man. A Tenryubito was on their ship and this posed a great problem if the government found out about that. They would accuse them of kidnapping and then an admiral would be on the look out for them in a flash.

"Captain, he needs to be thrown off the ship!" Ryu glared harshly at Adit. No one on this sub really supported slavery or the treatment that the Tenryubito's do.

Adit looked nervous. "Ah, I'll drown! Please don't throw me off!"

"Why did you run away from the Holy Land?" Bepo asked him.

Adit twiddled with his fingers, a habit he had when nervous. "...I don't like being a Tenryubito. I was raised as one and indeed, my parents are proud ones...but I don't share their outlook. As lowly as you commoners are, no one should be treated as a slave. I mean...we all look the same, well almost all of us." Adit turned his gaze onto the only nonhuman member of the crew. "Life is valued and what life are you living if you're treated as nothing but lowly furniture? My cousins are very invested in their life styles. However, I am not. My mother, Yule, had bought me a harem about two weeks ago. I didn't want it because they looked so sad to be there. So...I set them free and then ran away knowing I would have to be held for my actions. Mother would probably have my head." His whiskers twitched while speaking. Another nervous habit maybe. "Then I found myself stuck on Junk Island and I saw your sub...so...I sneaked aboard."

"...I don't know whether to be offended or not...I mean he just called us lowly commoners..." Yuri mumbled.

Law gave the man a calculating look. "Well Mr. Adit, the logical answer for us is to drop you off at the next island and abandon you. We can't have the government tracing you back to us. It would pose quite the issue for us." Taking a sip from his coffee he relaxed back in his seat. "Ransom is out of the question too...if we did that, we'd have warships on us the next day."

"...I don't like him." Sayu said and everyone looked at her and the dark look she held. "Your people brand others like objects. You walk over us, 'lowly commoners' as you put it. You say you aren't like them...however I find that hard to believe."

Yuki gazed at his first mate with wonder. Sayu is usually a nice and kind girl and helps others. However she looked at the Tenryubito with nothing but malice and hate in her eyes.

"And you're a rat."

Ah, there it was. She's still traumatized over the fact that he's a mouse.

Adit hung his head in shame. "I understand how my people affect the world of commoners...however, I swear to you..." Adit looked Sayu in her eyes. "I am not like them."

"...What are we going to do, Captain?" Bepo looked over to his Captain that was watching the exchange between the stowaway and their first mate.

Law sighed and thought over the issue in his head. What to do with someone like him? Obviously he's stuck on the ship with them until they make land at Shirohana, their next destination. He would be more than happy to dissect him but if he get's returned with even a scratch and tells his people who did it, they would all be screwed. He's also worried that Sayu would shoot him the first chance she gets.

"Morning, Captain." Shachi and Penguin walked into the kitchen rubbing their eyes. "It's getting cold, we must be getting close to Shirohana then." Shachi muttered while yawning.

"I don't know about you, but I'm loving it. The sub is usually so hot, but Shirohana is nothing but snow and ice, it's really cooling down in here for once." Penguin grinned and looked over his crew, then noticing the new addition. "Ehhh, who's this?"

"A Tenryubito..." Sayu said to the engineers.

"WHAT?!" Shachi stepped back with a guarded expression. "What's a Tenryubito doing on the ship?! Is this a trap?! Are we going to our deaths?! I don't want to be a slave!"

"Calm down idiots!" Ryu glared at them. "He's a stowaway that happens to be a Tenryubito. We're discussing what to do with him right now."

Adit smirked and nodded to the two. "I am Adit the Fourth, you may bow now, poor commoners."

"These days seem to get more interesting the closer we get to the Red Line." Behind the engineers, Haken appeared with a grin. "A Tenryubito, huh?" Haken made his way over to Sayu and pulled out a brush from his bag. "Are we holding a hostage? That's dangerous considering who the hostage is." Haken gently grabbed Sayu's hair and started to brush it.

"He's a rat and should be tossed overboard." Sayu muttered as Haken began to style her long hair.

Law shook his head and took another sip of his coffee. "I'm still deciding what to do with him."

Adit looked to the Captain. "I don't want to go back to Mariejois..." His whisker twitched again and he looked down sadly.

"Are you forsaking your title as a Tenryubito, Mr. Adit?" Law questioned him.

Sayu bit her lip and then turned to Law. "There was one family that did that and they decided to live among us. However...it didn't turn out well for them." Sayu thought about the Donquixote family but avoided saying the name. "They tried to live their life away from the Holy Land and on an island in North Blue. However, the people of the island found out that they were Tenryubito's and well...tried to kill them." Adit swallowed nervously while listening to the story. "I'll spare you the sad and gross details but, long story short, they died...except their two sons. No one has heard anything about that family for a long time. Most assume that they are dead." Sayu looked back at Adit. "If you try to live a free life away from Mariejois...you will constantly have to look over shoulder. Your day by day life will be nothing but struggling to survive. Because once you forsake your title, know this...the government nor your family will be there to try to help you, I promise you that. If you value your pathetic existence, you'd be better returning to your precious Holy Land and leaving ours. It's a harsh reality, but the truth."

Law studied Adit as he got extremely quiet. Sayu didn't hold back and told him the outright truth of what would happen to him if he continued on this path he wants to go down.

Adit was scared, he had never been strong and honestly did rely on his family origins and title more than anything. However he despised the way they did things and how they treated people.

"Sayu-chan is so cool..." Penguin admired his first mate's fierce look.

"So, Mr. Adit, I'll ask you again." Law looked directly into his eyes. "Are you forsaking your title?"

Adit looked back up to the Captain and then with a determined expression. "Yes. I don't want to be a Tenryubito any longer."

Haken tied Sayu's hair up with a ribbon and admired his work while speaking. "Well, the way I see it, there's only one thing to do."

"Oh, and what's that, Mr. Haken?" Law turned to his scientist.

Haken smirked. "If he wants to go down this path, we should indulge the Nezu-san and give him a real taste of what it's like to be on the run."

"Are you suggesting to take this weak man on our journey? You must've lost your mind, Haken." Ryu tapped his fingers on the table with agitation. "He'll do nothing but slow us down. We should drop him off at Shirohana and let him go from there. We don't need baggage with us while traveling the Grand Line."

Haken shrugged his shoulders. "I'm just saying, even though he's giving up his title, it may come in handy to us in the future."

"I can learn how to pirate!" Adit announced.

Bepo looked at him strangely. "...How to pirate...I don't think there is a guideline on...how to pirate."

"Besides, Shirohana is filled with outlaws and renegades. The towns from what I heard aren't pretty even though the snow is. Just throwing out options there, Captain-san. He may prove useful in the future. Maybe we should sell him like his people do to us 'commoners' as you said." Haken took a seat next to Sayu. "With all that beli he would rack in, I can buy the little soldier so many cute outfits for her."

"Um...I'm still here..." Adit mumbled as the pirates were talking about him like he wasn't even there.

"I like where you're going with that Mr. Haken. However, we don't support slavery as some other's do." Law turned back to Adit. "I'm just going to go on Mr. Ryu's idea and drop you off at Shirohana to fend for yourself. How's that sound, Mr. Adit?" Law smirked at the mouse man.

"Please, I can learn to fight as you commoners do! I know I wouldn't survive on my own!" Adit pleaded with the crew. He wouldn't last a day on that snow frozen land with other commoner like thugs.

"And what makes you think we want you here?! Your people are the cause of what's wrong with this messed up world!" Yuri glared harshly at the man, making him cower in fear.

"Nii-san, calm down..." Yuki placed a hand on his brother's shoulder.

Penguin nodded along with Yuri. "You call us commoners! But to us, you guys are the worst of the worst with the way you act and treat us!"

"I can't excuse my people's actions, but I am not like them!" Adit tried to defend himself but it seemed like no one would believe that he was different.

"Stop..." Everyone stopped arguing and looked at Sayu when she spoke. Sayu was troubled just like the rest of her crew. Having a Tenryubito travel with them would bring troubles that they didn't need at the moment...but even though Sayu hates rodents and Tenryubito and he just happened to be both of those things, she realized she was being prejudice. But she was taught not to be prejudice by her mother and Master. Sayu stood up from her seat and made her way over to the rat man. Adit and the other's stared at her as she stopped right behind him. In one split second, she had grabbed Adit by his arm and yanked him out of the chair and onto the floor. With one swift movement, she placed her foot on his stomach and glared down at him. "I hate rats and mice. They are creepy and honestly shouldn't be allowed to live. And I hate Tenryubito's with even more conviction. However, I was taught not to judge people by their family ties or how they looked but by their actions."

"Sayu-chan?" Shachi watched and wondered where his first mate was going with this.

Sayu rubbed her foot into Adit's stomach with a sadistic grin. "If you prove useful and if Law agrees to it, I'd be more than happy to take responsibility for you. I'll make a man out of you. I will teach you basic combat and survival skills. But after that, you are on your own."

Law was smiling internally. It seemed some of his sadistic ways was rubbing off on Sayu.

Adit was blushing while being trapped under Sayu's foot. "...Could you do that again?"

"...Do what again?" Sayu asked him with an innocent look.

"Hit me again, stomp on me, just whatever." Adit's face was red and he looked off to the side avoiding eye contact with the crew. "It felt really good...smack me around as much as you want, please..."

Law's eye twitched as he noticed Adit's little extremity rising in his pants. All at once, the members of the crew got up and started to stomp on Adit with fury.

"You sick bastard!"

"Take this! It's feels good right?!"

"You can't use Sayu for your nasty habits!"

"It doesn't feel the same if it's not her!" Adit groaned in pain as all the males were literally kicking the shit out of him.

Haken had grabbed Sayu and moved next to Law while covering her from the M pervert. "Little soldier, you don't need to be around him any longer."

Bepo went to stand next to Law as well. "You're really nice to do this Sayu."

Law stood up and turned to his first mate. "So what you want to do is teach him to survive on his own so he might have a fighting chance to live?"

Sayu nodded and looked at the man that was being stomped on by her crew. "He's weak, scrawny and probably hasn't even had a single fight in his life. I don't know how he made it this far since he said he's been on the run for two weeks. But he honestly won't make it much longer if he doesn't learn to defend himself."

"And why exactly do you want to do this?" Law questioned her although he could probably guess as Sayu does have a kind heart.

"Well, I feel like it's something my mother would do. He's trying to break the chains that hold him to a life he doesn't want any part of. I'm usually good at looking at someone's character and I feel like...he may be different from other Tenryubitos. If anything happens, I take full responsibility, Law." Sayu smiled at Law and it made his heart skip a beat. Then she frowned. "He's still a disgusting vermin though."

"I only want the pretty red haired girl to tie me up! Not you disgusting commoners!" Adit screamed and it only infuriated the crew even more.

"Eat my shoe, you sick fuck!" Ryu shouted at the Tenryubito and literally shoved his heel into Adit's mouth.

"Plegh! Ack!"

Law and Sayu sweat-dropped and chuckled. Their crew was so unique.

Trafalgar Law

Law was eating his dinner in his room that night. He barely even uses his room but they had put Mr. Adit in the med bay tied up on the floor and he wouldn't stop bitching. So to avoid his excessive complaints about how they were treating him, Law had actually retired to his room for once. Law was sitting on his bed and reading one of his medical books when two knocks came on his door. "It's open."

Sayu peaked her head in and grinned at Law. "I bought desserttttt..."

Law chuckled but couldn't see what she was holding behind her back. "Oh, and what did Mr. Ryu make?"

"Bread pudding."

Law's face dropped and he glared at her. "No."

Sayu giggled and shook her head. "Just kidding!" She moved inside the room and closed the door behind her then revealed a slice of cake. "Strawberry cheesecake."

Law closed his book and moved over to make room for her on his bed. Sayu skipped over and hopped on top of his bed and handed him a fork. "Did you ask for this specifically today?"

Sayu glanced away from him with a pout. "No...well...maybe. But strawberries are life, Law! They're the best thing the world has ever made and I don't think I'll ever get tired of them." Sayu put the plate in between them as they both sat cross legged in front of each other. "I mean, have you ever seen an even more perfect strawberry cheesecake? Ryu makes the best ever!" Cutting a small slice, she took a bite. "Mmmmmhhhh...orgasm in my mouth, I swear."

Law took a small bite from their shared slice and let it melt on his tongue. "Just as expected from Mr. Ryu."

"I know, right?" Sayu smiled at him.

Law took the moment to study his first mate. "Do you want me to trim your hair?"

Sayu's eyes widened and she shook her head. Even though her hair was literally dragging on the floor behind her, she still refused to even cut an inch off. "I can't Law. It's like the last physical thing I have of my mother to remember her by. I mean, I have pictures and videos on my laptop but she was always so proud of my hair. I don't think I could ever handle it even being trimmed. It's stupid, I know and I'm sorry for that, but I don't want to cut it."

He nodded his head in acceptance. "Alright then, the offer is there if you ever change your mind." Taking another bite of cake, he studied her some more.

"Thanks but I'll never cut it, not for anything!" Sayu ate another bite and looked around his room. "You need some decorations. It's so bland and boring in here. My room is much more awesome. You should've let me go through with my designs."

Law stared at her. "Sayu, you wanted to put those weird people you watch all over my room. It would be awkward to have those people's posters up and staring at me all the time when I don't even know who they are." He deadpanned at her and she chuckled nervously.

"I think you would like people like the Akatsuki. They're pretty awesome." Sayu twirled her crystal necklace in her fingers and thought about her own room. She had finally got a bunch of stuffed animals and they cuddled her and surrounding her every night. It gave her comfort how they were so soft and fluffy...just like Bepo!

"Even so, I like they way my room is." Law said in between his bites.

Sayu sighed heavily and shook her head. "And I just don't know why you like it like this so much."

"Because you worked hard on it, that's why."

Sayu blushed and rubbed her head. "Awww, damn Law, way to blow up my ego."

Law hummed and then thought about something. "Did the Tenryubito eat?"

"Oh, I had Shachi and Penguin give him his dinner. I'm going to start his training tomorrow since we already entered Shirohana's climate ocean, I'd say we're about one day out from actually making landfall. We'll probably arrive tomorrow evening or so if we really push it. So I really want to get him some experience before we have to leave him on Shirohana. Give me one week and he'll be at the basics. That's all I want him to get up to level, so he can at least beat common thugs." Sayu put her finger to her chin in thought. "I'd probably need more than a week but I don't want to spend that long on a snow island. Might get sick or something."

Law nodded his head and agreed. Although he's use to cold climate since he came from North Blue, the rest of his crew beside Bepo might not enjoy it. "Are you sure about this, Sayu? He's a pampered man as we could all I see. He'll be difficult to work with."

"I know but I want to at least give him that fighting chance." Sayu nodded with determination. "However if he turns into a mouse at least once, I can make no promises on what will happen after that." She giggled and looked back down at the cake between them. "You want the last bite?"

Law shook his head. "I know how much you adore your strawberries." Law reached over and rubbed her head gently. "Enjoy it."

Sayu smiled brightly at him and happily took the last bite. "I'm actually excited to set foot on Shirohana. When we were in North Blue, I didn't have time to play in the snow because we were so busy getting ready to start our journey. Now I want to take at least a day and build a snowman or something! It's gonna be so much fun!"

"A snowman? Really?" They both looked at each other and then smirked.

"Yes, a snowman and I can't wait!" Sayu grinned.

But what they didn't know was the trial they would face on Shirohana. They would need all the luck they could get once they learn the truth behind the Rogue Island of Shirohana.
