After cutting Hook's ropes holding him to the tree we ran from the ogre Emma had summoned. We walked through the day and night to get to our destination before, finally, hearing we were close.

"Up ahead. We'll find the compass just over the ridge," Hook called back to us from the front of our little train. We'd decided that I'd stay close to him to make sure he didn't run with Mulan and Aurora behind us and Emma and Mary Margaret at the end. We had the weakest between all of us so she could run if need be.

"And how do we know you're not walking us right into a trap you and Cora set up?" I asked him.

"You're just going to have to trust me," he smirked.

"And you're going to have to earn that," I said as we crested the hill we'd been climbing. "Emma, you're gonna wanna see this."

"Let me guess... the compass is up there?" Emma asked sarcastically.

"Oh, yeah." In the middle of a field, a giant beanstalk shot up into the sky disappearing into the clouds.

"And we get up it how? Climbing?" I asked him just as sarcastically as she did.

"It's not the climb you need to worry about. It's the giant at the top," Hook told us and I sighed before Emma took the lead. I made Hook go before I did with Mulan behind me and the princesses taking up the tail end.

"It's a little freakier than I remember from the story," Emma said looking up at the beanstalk.

"Darker than I remember," I said making a face. "Isn't it supposed to be all green not so...?"

"Reminds me of death," Mulan said and I nodded.

"Yeah, that."

"Encouraging," Mary Margaret said.

"Well, your compass awaits. Shall we?" Hook asked us moving closer to the beanstalk.

"Wait. If these beans...create...portals, why not just pick one and go home? Why the compass?" Emma finally asked the million dollar question.

"Because there aren't any more beans. Whatever story you think you know, my dear is most certainly wrong," Hook explained to her.

"There was a guy named Jack and a cow and something about an evil giant with a treasure and a golden goose. Or harp," Emma told him.

"It was both," I corrected her and she threw me a look. "Jack sold a cow for beans then climbed to the top and found a goose laying golden eggs and a harp before cutting down the beanstalk and killing the giant climbing down after him."

"Sounds like a lovely tale, but the truth's a little bit more gruesome. The giants grew the beans, but rather than use them for good, they used them to plunder all the lands. Jack was a man who fought a terrible war, defeating all but one of the evil giants. The beans were destroyed by the giants as they died. If they couldn't have their magic, then nobody could," Hook explained to us. "It's really very bad form."

"And how do you know it's the truth?" I asked him.

"Evil giants, who made magic portal beans? Why doesn't anyone just go up and grow some more?" Emma asked.

"Because one giant survived... the strongest and most terrible of them all. And we'll have to get past him to..."

"The magic compass," Mary Margaret said.

"Indeed," Hook nodded. "The treasure remains, and amongst it is the compass. Now it will guide us to your land. Cora has the means to open a portal with the wardrobe ashes, but she can't find your land without the compass. Once we get it, steal the ashes from her, and we're on our way."

"How do we know you're not just using us to get the compass for Cora?" Mulan asked him.

"Because you five are far safer company," he told us and Emma and I shared a look. "All I need is a ride back. I'll swear allegiance to whomever gets me there first."

"Sounds valid," I told her.

"Then we'd better start climbing." Emma walked up to the beanstalk and, when she tried to grab a vine, she was blasted back by some sort of magic.

"So...I failed to mention that the giant enchanted the beanstalk to repel intruders," Hook finally said as I helped Emma up.

"You couldn't have mentioned that earlier?" I asked him annoyed. He simply smirked at me and I rolled my eyes. "If it's protected by magic then how do we get up there?"

"I've got a counterspell from Cora. If you'd be so kind." Mary Margaret looked to us before untying his hands. "Thank you, milady." he winked at her before taking off his ragged cloak revealing the black leather outfit underneath. "I've got one more of these. Cora was to accompany me. So... which one of you four lovelies shall take her place? Hmm? Go on. Fight it out. Don't be afraid to, you know, really get into it." I sent him a scathing look before the debate started about who was going to climb up the beanstalk.

New York City - Past

I made my way through the streets to meet with the guy who was supposed to help me with my "little" problem. Of course, it was quid pro quo. He helps me get away from these people here and I help him get one of the biggest gang bosses off the streets. I made my way through Central Park and sat on a bench, waiting. He was late.

"Hey, sorry I'm late," he said smiling at me before sitting down. "Been waiting long?"

"No, what do you need to get this over with?" I asked him wanting to get straight to business.

"Well, a name would be nice. I'm Marcus Richardson." he held out his hand for me to shake.

"What's the point of giving you my name when this won't last long?" I asked him.

"It helps build trust," he explained. "This could take longer than we want it to and you're going to have to trust me for it to work."

"Sophia Swan."

"Beautiful name for a beautiful girl." I rolled my eyes and looked away from him.

"Are you just going to badly flirt or tell me what we need?" I asked him. I stared at him confused when he stood up and offered me a hand.

"Why don't we get something to eat?" he asked with a smile on his face.

"Now you want a date?" I asked giving him a look.

"Makes this look less suspicious," he told me.

"Makes what look less suspicious?" I asked him.

"Sophia, we're going to be meeting a lot in public. If you or I are ever tailed and we look like we're dating then your gang would be less likely to think you are selling them out which means you're safer," he explained to me.

"How long does this normally take?" I asked him.

"Even with our undercover officers, we don't have much right now. This could take years," he told me.

"Damn it." I put my head in my hands and sighed.

"Hey, it's going to be okay. We'll nail them and get you out of there," he told me kneeling in front of me. "You got any family?"

"Twin."

"Focus on seeing them again knowing that the both of you are completely safe from them finding you or them." I stared at him and thought of the last time I saw Emma.

"She'll be safe from them? You can guarantee that?" I asked him.

"We can put you and your sister in witness protection," he told me. "I promise you, once this is all over they can't hurt you."

"But until then..."

"I can't promise that you'll be completely safe, but I can promise to do my best to keep you safe."

"Why would you do that?" I asked him.

"And I thought we were getting somewhere on the trust thing," he joked and I gave him a look. "It's my job to keep you safe while you do this for us. Trust me with that?"

"I promise nothing," I told him.

"Good! Now about that food?" I groaned in annoyance.

Enchanted Forest - Present

"All due respect, I'm the best-equipped to go. How many wars have you been through?" Mulan asked.

"My share," Mary Margaret nearly yelled.

"It should be me," Aurora told both women.

"You? You haven't fought in a battle," Mulan pointed out.

"This is about us getting home to our loved ones. Why would you...?"

"Because I have no loved ones," Aurora reminded her. "If I fail, you can still go on."

"Exactly why I'm going," they all looked at me. "I won't fail but, on the off chance I do, I'll find a way to get you the compass."

"Sophia, you're new here..." Mary Margaret said.

"That has nothing to do with this," I told her. "This is about getting Emma to Henry and you to David. I'm going to do this," I told her firmly.

"Soph..." Emma started.

"Arguing won't do any good. You know me better than that."

"Would it do any good if I tried?" Mary Margaret asked.

"Nope," I told her shaking my head looking at Mulan. "Anything in that bag that's gonna help with a giant?"

"Or Hook?" Mulan asked.

"Hey!"

"Come with me." The pair of us moved away from the rest of the group. "This...powder made from poppies. He has to inhale it."

"Ok," I said taking the bag. I glanced at her sword and nearly looking back at my sister and the others. "Your sword... how strong is it?"

"The most powerful blade in all the realms," she told me and I nodded at her answer.

"Can it cut through magic?"

"Of course."

"How about that beanstalk?" she nodded. "Give me ten hours. If I'm not back, you cut it down and keep them going."

"Snow and Emma won't like that," she pointed out.

"That's why I'm asking you and they can't hear us. If I don't get back, you get them home. From one soldier to another," I said and she nodded.

"Ladies. In this world, we are slaves to time. And ours is running out. In other words, tick-tock." I turned and went to Hook. "I was hoping it'd be you."

"Let's get this over with," I told him giving him my arm.

"Put your hand right here," he told me while grabbing my hand and placing it on my shoulder. "That's a good girl." he smiled before putting the magical bracelet on my wrist. It glowed yellow and I looked at him. "This will allow you to climb. There are other dangers. Thankfully, you've got me to protect you."

"Not if you're one of the dangers," Emma said harshly. Hook just smirked at the pair of us before pointing to his hand. I gave him a look.

"I can't climb one-handed, can I?" I shared a look with Emma before taking his bag from my shoulders. I dug into it and pulled out his hook.

"I'm not taking my eyes off you for a minute," I told him handing him the hook.

"I would despair if you did." he took his hook before

"Let's get this over with." We went to the beanstalk and started our climb.

We'd been climbing for some time in silence before it was finally broken.

"First beanstalk?" I didn't say anything. "Well, you never forget your first." I glared at him. "You know, most men would take your silence as off-putting, but I love a challenge."

"I'm trying to concentrate," I said.

"No, you're afraid. Afraid to talk, to reveal yourself, to trust me. Things will be a lot smoother if you do," he told me.

"Is that so?" I asked and he nodded with his smirk. "Yeah, well you should be used to people not trusting you."

"Ah. The pirate thing. Well, I don't need you to share. You're something of an open book," he said and I rolled my eyes.

"Am I now?"

"Quite. Let's see. You volunteered to come up here because you...were the most motivated. You need to get your family back to their loved ones," he said.

"That's not perception. That's called eavesdropping," I told him pulling myself up to look him in the eye.

"Ah, but you don't want to leave him abandoned the way you and your sister were abandoned." I just stared at him.

"Was I?" I asked him.

"Like I said, an open book," he said smirking at me.

"And how would you know that?" I asked him.

"I spent many years in Neverland, home of the Lost Boys," he told me.

"Yeah, I've heard of it."

"They all share the same look in their eyes... the look you get when you've been left alone."

"Yeah, well, my world ain't "Neverland"," I told him.

"But an orphan's an orphan no matter what world you're from. Love has been all too rare in your life, hasn't it? Have you ever been in love?" he asked me and I just stared at him before climbing once more.

"Why would I want to be in love and create a weakness for my enemies to exploit," I asked him.

New York City - Past

I was sitting in a restaurant waiting for Marcus. We'd been playing the rouse of dating for over a year now and to say that everything had stayed the same would be a lie. We'd grown closer over the time I'd been helping them gather their evidence.

"Hey Sophia," Marcus sat next to me and kissed the top of my head.

"You're late," I told him.

"Got caught up at work," he ordered himself something before turning back to me.

"Any progress?" I asked him.

"A lot, actually. Thanks to you," he said smiling at me.

"So when will this be over?"

"What? Ready to be rid of me already?" he joked and I threw him a look. "Once I show all the evidence to the D.A. and we get a trial ready you'll be taken into police protection as a witness. After that, you and your sister will be in witness protection, just like you requested."

"Right," I nodded before looking down at my water.

"Hey," he placed his hand on my arm. "You're going to be okay."

"I'm not worried about me," I told him. "What if they go after you?"

"They just might, but that's part of my job," he told me and I just sighed.

"Are you sure?" I asked.

"Keep asking things like that I'm going to think you care," he joked before he finally got his drink and food from the waiter. "My number one priority is to protect you."

"Because I'm your witness. I know," I said.

"Not only because of that," he dug into his food as I stared at him.

"Can it be that the big bag cop got attached?" I teased.

"You know, it's funny. That's the number one rule. Don't get attached to your C.I." he told me. "Bad things tend to happen."

"Why's that?" I asked him.

"If we get attached then if something happens we're ruled by emotions and not by our logic," he said. "If anything happened to you, I don't know what I'd do." He gently ran his thumb across my cheek. I smiled at him before I felt a gun being pressed into my side.

"Get up, bitch." All pleasantness left my body as I turned my head to see one of the many grunts who worked for the gang I ran with.

"What do you want?" I asked him.

"You and your little boyfriend are coming with us. Boss' orders." I glared before standing after noticing the gun on Marcus as well. "Get up." Marcus stood also and we followed the men to the warehouse.

The Enchanted Forest - Present

We finally made it to the top of the of the beanstalk and Hook helped me onto the ground. I looked around shocked at the destruction.

"What happened here?" I asked him.

"It's where the final battle was," Hook told me. I continued looking around at the damage humans had caused the giants. "Give me your hand."

"Why?" I asked looking down at my hand with the cuff connected to it.

"Your hand... it's cut. Let me help you." I looked at my other hand to see a cut from the beanstalk climb.

"I'm fine," I told him putting my hand back at my side.

"No, it's not," he said taking my hand in his.

"So now you're a gentleman?" I joked.

"Giants can smell blood, and I'm always a gentleman," he insisted before opening a bottle and pouring it on my hand.

"Ah!" I winced, pulling my hand from him. "Ow! What the hell is that?"

"It's rum. A bloody waste of it." He took my hand back and looked at the cut before wrapping his ascot over it.

"Sorry to have caused such a waste," I said sarcastically. He just smirked at me once he was done with his makeshift bandage.

"Here's the plan. We wait for the giant to fall asleep. When he does, we'll sneak past him into his cave. It's where the treasures are, where the compass lies," he told me.

"Then what?" I asked him.

"And then we run like hell."

"That's not really a plan and I don't have time to wait for a giant to fall asleep. The powder Mulan gave me...we need to use it to knock him out," I told him.

"Well, that's riskier," he pointed out.

"Riskier than waiting for a giant to fall asleep when we need him to?" I asked raising my eyebrows.

"Point taken," he said, smirking once more. "Ooh, you're a tough lass. You'd make a hell of a pirate." he gave me Mulan's powder and I noticed his tattoo.

"Who's Milah?" I asked him. He quickly withdrew his hand, and the tattoo, from my sight.

"Someone from long ago."

"Where is she?" He chose that moment to walk away from me. I knew that walk better than anyone.

"She's gone."

"Mr. Gold," I said turning to him. "I mean, Rumplestiltskin. He took more than your hand. He took your girl. That's why you want to kill him."

"For someone who's never been in love, you're quite perceptive, aren't you?" he asked me with a raised eyebrow.

"I don't know if it was love, but I do know the feeling of losing someone you care about," I told him.

The Land Without Magic - Past

At the warehouse, we were ushered in, guns still in place, before the boss on the Yellow Snakes.

"Well, well, well. What do we have here?" he smirked at my glare.

"You know exactly who we are and why we're here," I said. "You're the one who summoned us."

"Shouldn't you watch that temper of yours, Sophia? It might get you killed one day." My glare hardened. "Who's your friend? His real name." I stayed silent.

"Why did you bring us here?" Marcus asked him.

"For a demonstration and a reminder." I stiffened while Marcus seemed to not understand what was happening.

"A reminder of what?" he asked.

"Why, who's really in charge, of course," he smirked at us. "Bring her closer." One of the men pushed me forward with his gun and I moved forward.

"If you're going to kill me, then do it," I ordered but he just shook his head.

"What makes you think I'm going to kill you, girl?" he asked me, but I didn't answer. If he wasn't going to kill me for being a nark, then what was he planning? "Killing you would be a mercy compared to what you were planning to do to us."

"I'm done with your little operation," I told him firmly, ignoring his words about killing me being a mercy.

"I have one last job for you."

"No! No more jobs! I'm done!"

"Then I have no use for your friend," he nodded to one of the men behind me and I turned to watch him hold up his gun to Marcus' head. "How much is this man's life worth to you?" I stared at Marcus, who shook his head slightly.

"What do you want?" I asked him. He tossed a gun at my feet, smirk still firmly in place.

"I need you to kill someone." I stared down at the gun in front of me, dread filling my very core.

The Enchanted Forest - Present

"You ready?" Hook asked me from the ground

"Yeah," I called down to him while on the statue next to the door. Hook grabbed one of the bones from a fallen giant and used it to hit a discarded shield. I had to hold onto the statue's head to stop from falling off as the ground shook under us. When the giant finally appeared, he was a lot taller than the statue. Who the hell makes a statue shorter than the people in the castle? "Shit."

"Oi! Hey! You big git!" Hook called to the giant, who looked down at him. "Yeah, you. Huh? You wanna kill a human Huh? You want to kill a human? I'm the worst human around. Come on! Come on then!" he and the giant stayed a short distance from each other as Hook turned the giant to face me. "Come on then!" The giant finally saw me and I threw the powder, knocking him out. He fell right where Hook was standing.

"Hook?" I called out to him. "Hook!"

"He's out cold," Hook told me and I sighed in relief when I saw him. "I don't mean to upset you, Sophia, but I think we make quite the team."

"I hate to agree with you, but you just might be right," I said smiling down at him. "Let's go steal a compass."

We ventured into the castle and started looking around for the compass.

"They hoarded all of their greatest stolen treasures in here—piles of jewels, and every room filled with coins," Hook told me.

"Let's get looking for that compass," I told him.

"What's your rush?" He asked me and I turned to see him staring at a handful of jewels and gold.

"Just how long do you think magic knockout powder lasts on giants

"I have no clue," he told me.

"And that right there is my rush," I told him with a smile.

"Too right, lass. Come. Everything we need is right in front of us." We moved to the large piles of gold and started our search.

I sighed and stretched my back, taking a small much-needed break from the search.

"Did they have to kill all the giant housekeepers, too? How are we going to find a compass in this mess?" I said, looking back over the piles.

"By looking," Hook reminded me and I groaned. "Start searching. I wonder how much treasure we could carry down the beanstalk… in addition to the compass, of course."

"Of course," I said before moving to another pile. "What the hell?" Before me was a human skeleton with a sword close to it with the name Jack on it.

"That… would be Jack," Hook told me once he was standing next to me.

"As in Jack…" I dropped my sentence, staring at the skeleton.

"The giant killer."

"Giant Killer? With that toothpick?" I asked skeptically.

"Well, it packs quite a wallop. You'd be surprised," he told me going to move past him.

"Whoa! Whoa! Whoa!" I grabbed Hook's arm and pulled him into me while staring down at a large tripwire.

"It's about bloody time," I looked up at his smirking face. I stared at him for a moment before he lifted his brows at me. I gave him a look before motioning my head to the wire behind him.

"It's a trip wire," I told him removing myself from his arms. "Quite a security system."

"Well, that's a plausible excuse for grabbing me, but next time don't stand on ceremony," he told me, his smirk still in place.

"Let's find the damn compass and get out of here," I told him stepping over the tripwire to search once again for the compass.

New York - Past

I finally looked up from the gun to the boss. I'd killed people before for him, but this was different.

"Did you hear me, girl?" he asked and my glare only deepened.

"Of course I did. You're hard to ignore," I told him and it was his turn to glare. "Should you be asking who I want dead?" His smirk was back. I just crossed my arms and waited for him to continue to speak. "I have quite the list of enemies.

"I'll only agree to one," I told him.

"Sophia, you don't have to do this." I looked back at Marcus from the corner of my eye. He still had the gun trained on him, but his entire attention seemed to be on me.

"She has no choice, and she knows it," the boss man told Marcus. I nodded slightly before turning back to him.

"The agreement is I kill one person and both Marcus and I leave this warehouse," I told him. "That's the only deal I'll make with you."

"I guarantee both of you will leave this warehouse tonight," he said and I nodded.

"Who do you want dead?" I asked, finally picking up the gun.

"Your little boyfriend behind you." I froze.

"You said you had a list of enemies. Why him?"

"Convenience, perhaps. Or maybe it's because you care about him so much. What's it matter?" he asked me. "You kill him and you both leave."

"Killing him is you reneging on our deal," I reminded him.

"I told you that you would both leave this place. I never said you'd both leave alive."

"Sophia," I turned to Marcus again. "Just do it and get out."

"You realize, cop, that she kills you and she'll be labeled a cop killer. She'll never survive next week." He was right, of course. Cops won't let one of their own die without avenging them.

"Soph," The men kept their guns on him as he moved to stand in front of me. He grabbed the gun in my hand and placed it on his chest over his heart. "This is what you've been working for the last two years." He smiled down at me as tears began to fill my eyes. "If I can do this for my CI, then I can know she'll be safe."

"I can't," I whispered. He readjusted my hand to my finger was on the trigger of the gun.

"Just squeeze." He leaned down and kissed me for the first time. The kiss was deep and filled with everything we hadn't been able to say to each other while I'd been giving him dirt on the Snakes. I kissed him back, wrapping one arm around his neck as he wrapped his around my middle. That's when a gun exploding filled my ears.

The Enchanted Forest - Present

"Is it really in here?" I asked, stopping my search once again.

"Allegedly. Give me a boost would you, love?" I looked at him and the table above our heads.

"Why would I do that?" I asked him raising one of my eyebrows at him.

"Because you're going to try something new, darling. It's called trust," he told me giving me a look.

"Fine, just look fast. who knows how long before the..." My words were taken out of my mouth by the giant's footsteps being heard.

"Someone's up. Quickly. Get under something." We both hid under something as the giant charged into the treasure room. The ceiling caved in and I watched the debris fall onto Hook.

"Hook!" I looked up in time to see the giant charge at me, reaching for me. I tried to run, but size trumped speed this time. He grabbed me and lifted me to his face.

"I'm not what you think!" I tried telling him.

"You're a thief, and you poisoned me, so yeah, I'm pretty sure you're exactly what I think," he said angrily.

"No. Look, you have a compass that I need," I tried telling him.

"I don't care what you need."

"No, for my sister and her son! To save my nephew! Don't you have a family?" I asked him.

"No. Because humans killed them all." I thought about his words for a second before he started to squeeze me tightly. I groaned in pain before bitting his hand. He dropped me and I ran back to Jack's skeleton with him behind me. I grabbed the sword and used it to set off the trap from earlier, trapping the giant underneath a large cage.

"Nice security system. Real efficient." I moved the sword to his face and he squeezed his eyes closed.

"No. No! No! No! No!" he begged.

"I can tell by your face you know what this is. From what my friend told me, it's dipped in some sort of poison, right?" I asked him. "You have a compass. I need it."

"You're going to kill me either way. Go ahead. Kill me," he told me and I looked down at him confused.

"You don't even know me."

"I know your kind. They massacred us and destroyed our beans."

"I heard it the other way around," I said.

"That's because the victors get to tell the story." While that may be true, I was on a mission today. I moved the sword closer to him. "Okay! Stop." he threw the compass out of the cage and I grabbed it. "Here. See? I'm not the bad guy."

"Maybe you are telling the truth, I'm not my sister so I don't know for sure. But it doesn't really matter. I have to go. Are there anymore of you?" I asked him.

"No. I'm alone," he told me and I looked down at the ground between us before noticing something odd.

"What's this? Is this a bean? Can this make a portal?" I asked hopefully.

"Not anymore. It was destroyed like the rest of them. I wear it as a reminder... a reminder that you're all killers," he told me and I rolled my eyes.

"You're wrong." I tossed the sword aside. "Not all of us are killers." The giant stared at me before breaking free from the cage. I backed away until he removed a boulder to reveal a large hole.

"Go."

"Why?" I asked him confused.

"Because you could've killed me, and you didn't. You get one favour. Now go, before I change my mind." I started for the hole before a certain leather-clad pirate came to my mind.

"Actually... I get two favours."

"What?" he asked me confused.

"The way I see it, my friend and I could've killed you twice... the poison and when you were knocked out. We didn't," I pointed out and he sighed.

"What do you want?" I smiled up at him.

Back in the treasure room, I reached for Hook's hand and pulled him from under the debris.

"Hook, are you okay?" I asked looking him over quickly.

"I'm fine, love." he looked down at my other hand to see the chain wrapped around it. "You are bloody brilliant. Amazing. May I see it? The compass." I turned my hand and showed him the compass. "It's more beautiful than legend. Come. Let's go." He extended his hand to me and I stared at it before placing the manacle on it. The manacle was connected to a chain that linked to a wall. "What are you doing? What are you doing?"

"Hook, I... I... I can't..." I stuttered staring at him. "I'm sorry." I turned to leave when he called me back.

"Sophia, look at me," I did as he requested. "Have I told you a lie? I brought you here. I risked my own safety to help you. The compass is in your hand. Why do this to me now?"

"I'm not like my sister, Hook. I can't tell when people are lying to me. But I know what happens when I trust people. They either die or betray me. I'm not about to test which one you are," I told him.

"When have I shown you I'd betray you? I got you here! I got you the compass!" he roared at me.

"Actually, I got the compass by myself," I told him. "But thank you for getting me here."

"What, you're just going to leave me here to die? Have that beast to eat me, to crush my bones?" he asked me.

"He's not a beast. And you're not going to die," I corrected him. "I just need a head start to make ensure my family's safety. I hope we never see each other again, Killian Jones." I turned and ran for the exit the giant had shown me earlier.

"Swan. SWAN! SWAN!"

During my climb down, I felt a surge of magic rush up and I started to lose my grip.

"You've got to be kidding me!" I said before trying to quicken my climbing. I guess Mulan was nothing but punctual and true to her word. I'd gotten further down when another surge rushed up and I started to fall. Thankfully, I wasn't too fat from the ground and I turned to see Mary Margaret and Mulan fighting.

"Stop!" Emma rushed to my side and helped me up.

"Sophia! You okay?" Mary Margaret asked, abandoning her fight with Mulan and running to me.

"Two earthquakes and a fall from a beanstalk. I think my brain's still rattling around in my head," I told her.

"I did what she ordered, nothing more than that," Mulan defended herself.

"Yeah, thanks for that," I said and she nodded.

"Did you get it?" Emma asked me.

"We're one step closer to going home." I smiled at her and she hugged me.

"W...Where's Hook?" My smile fell and I looked at Aurora

"He's been detained by a friend. Let's go. Get your stuff. We got a day max before he starts to follow us," I told them.

"What? How?" Mary Margaret asked me as the other pair started gathering their things.

"Fun thing about me, I make lots of friends who fall into three simple categories. This one fell into the good one," I told her before I started following Mulan. Mary Margaret and Emma had other ideas.

"You told her to cut it down?" Mary Margaret asked me and I nodded.

"Yea. There's no way I'd risk..."

"We go back together. That is the only way," Mary Margaret told me, sternly. "Do you understand?" She looked between both Emma and me.

"Yeah," Emma said as I nodded. Mary Margaret pulled us into a hug

"That's going to take some getting used to," I joked making them both smile.

"You'd better. Now, let's go get that dust from Cora."

"Yeah, and go home," Emma smiled at me and I nodded.

"To our family."

I sat in a chair of a Minimum Security Prison, waiting. I fidgeted with my hands before I looked up and watched the person make her away to sit across from me. She just stared me down and I sighed.

"I know it's been a long time, but we are all we have," I told her. "Is there any way I can help you out of here?" She shook her head. "I figured you wouldn't trust me, and I don't blame you, but please. You're my twin sister, Em."

"I'm pregnant."
