A/N: Hey, there everybody! It's me, MBAV fan66!

Who's ready for an action packed chapter?! At least...I hope it's action packed enough for you. *looks a bit worried* Lol! If not, then the next one is sure to be! That I can promise! ;)

But for now, you're stuck with this one. Lol! So, enjoy! ;D

Shout outs to:

Bye Felicia- Thanks for the wonderful reviews for the Little Red Riding Hood fairytale portion in this book! I'm glad you like it! In truth, I think it's one of my favorite versions of the classic tale now. For...obvious reasons I'm sure already know. *wink wink and then leans over to whisper, "because it's Bethan" and then winks at you again* Lol! ;D I'll try to answer any questions you might of asked in those reviews you left, here. And by the way, sorry for the long wait for those answers, too. *blushes* Anyway, to answer your questions in Little Red Riding Hood Part 2, yes Benny has two forms. A wolf form and a human form. In that part of the story, he's in human form. He can't speak when in wolf form, but in human form he obviously can. And while in human, he can also make certain parts of his body transform into his wolf form parts. Like making his human nails grow into claws or his human ears into wolf ears and etc., all while the rest of him is still human. Does that make any sense? I hope so. :)

Alexander Old- Thank you for adding this story to your favorites list! And thanks for adding my story The Origin Of Ethan Morgan to your follow and favorite lists, as well! :D

magicmirror1- Thanks you for adding this story to your follow list and for favoriting it! :D

TiredOfBeingNice- *looks at you a bit worried and concerned* Would you...like a hug? Maybe it'll help? *looks at you a bit reluctantly, but holds out arms anyways for that hug just in case* Lol! It's cool, though fanfic buddy! I get it! I know how you feel! Lol! ;P Maybe this chapter might also help ease the pain and tension a bit for you? *shrugs* Lol! Anyways, thanks for the review, fanfic buddy! :D

Bennyweirlover17- Well...hopefully your butt hasn't fallen asleep, yet! Because here's the next chapter now! Lol! And I'm sure it'll make you happy! Well...not entirely happy yet, but you'll see! Part of your hopes will be answered, my friend! That I assure you! *giggle* ;D

Story: Sleeping Beauty Part 5

Chapter 24: Prison Break

Main Pairing: Benny/Della

"Omg! Omg! O-m-g! What are we going to do now?! Stephanie just kidnapped the only person who can lift this evil curse and end this horrible nightmare!" panicked Erica frantically, as she began to pace back and forth in worry.

Rolling her eyes, Hannah came up to the blue fairy and swiftly slapped her in the face to calm her down.

"Ow!" yelled Erica, rubbing her cheek.

"Get a hold of yourself, Erica! Panicking isn't going to get us anywhere!" scolded Hannah calmly to her.

Erica shot her a dirty look after recovering from her little slap to reality again. "You're lucky that we're in crisis mode right now, Hannah or else you'd be in some serious trouble yourself right about now for that little stunt of yours." stated Erica spitefully at her, as she continued to glare at the pink fairy, who couldn't help the small amused smirk that spread across her face from enjoying slapping Erica.

Sarah sighed, not knowing what to do with these two. "How is it that they're considered good fairies, again?" she mumbled softly to herself, while shaking her head. Luckily the other two didn't hear her. "So, does anybody have a plan on how to save an entire kingdom filled with sleeping people, here?" asked Sarah to the other two in a sarcastic but serious like tone, as she tried to get them focused back on what's most important here.

"Easy!" shrugged Hannah nonchalantly. "We'll just rescue the prince ourselves. That a way he can kiss Princess Della and break the curse with love's true kiss." she finished, as if it was the most obvious and easiest thing in the world to do, as she smiled brightly at them.

Erica and Sarah both looked at her like she was crazy. "Are you nuts?! We're fairies! Not heroes! We don't go off on noble adventures to save the day, Hannah?! We do...MAGIC and...other fairy type stuff, you twit!" ranted Erica incredulously to the pink fairy, while also throwing in a few insults her way while at it.

Hannah caught on to Erica's little insults at her and glared at her before turning her attention to Sarah when she spoke her concerns about the idea, as well. Just in a...more friendlier and less dramatic way than Erica's.

"Erica's right, Hannah! We're fairies who are on the side of good. We don't do things that are harmful to others. And besides, there's no way we'd stand a chance going up against Stephanie, even if we could use our magic to do harm. She's more powerful than all three of us put together!" reiterated Sarah strongly, agreeing with Erica.

"You don't think I know that! What I'm saying is we free the prince and help him out however way we can in defeating Stephanie, once and for all. We may not be able to do harm to others, but he can! Benny's not bound by the same magical laws that we are, girls. He's not a fairy, like us. Born from the good magic on this Earth. He can stop her! I know he can! And we're gonna help him do it by aiding him anyway possible!" stated Hannah confidently to the others.

Hearing Hannah's idea more thought out and explained better, Sarah and Erica both got what she was saying now and agreed with her.

"We gotcha now, Hannah!" nodded Erica. "Count us in, then!" added Sarah eager and ready to go.

Hannah smiled, seeing that they were in. "Then let's get going!" she exclaimed eagerly.

All three fairies then left. Headed towards Stephanie's dark and dreary castle, where Prince Benny was being held her prisoner.

"Alright, we're here, but...now what? How do we get in without being spotted?" wondered Erica.

"I've got it!" exclaimed Sarah excitedly. "We go miniature! That a way, we'll be less noticeable while sneaking around due to our size!" she explained optimistically to her fellow fairies.

Erica and Hannah both thought it was a great idea. So, the three did just that. They made themselves smaller in size and then proceeded to sneak into Stephanie's castle, undetected.

The three good fairies had manage to make it all the way to the basement, where the dungeon was. Once there they searched every cell, until they found the one that held the prince.

Prince Benny was not only locked away in a cell, but he was also chained up, as well, to prevent him from trying to escape anyway possible. Like during meal times for example. As the guard left, Benny tugged on his restraints once more to try and break free, but it was no use. He let out a sad and defeated sigh, then.

"Psst!" came a small tiny voice, seemingly from nowhere. "Prince Benny!"

Benny instantly stood to his feet, startled by the small whispering voice. He looked around the small room he was in, but saw no one there.

"Am I starting to lose it, now? Because I could've swore I heard someone calling my name?" questioned Benny confusedly.

Then he heard giggling. "No, silly! That's because you did hear someone calling your name. Us!" said the voice, but it sounded different from before. It sounded a bit more familiar, this time.

Suddenly, in came three little glowing lights floating into the cell. One pink, one green, and one blue. Once all three were inside, they then grew bigger and turned into three teenage looking girls. That's when Benny immediately recognized them. Or at least, the one dressed in blue, that is.

"Erica!" he exclaimed happily. He was so happy to see her that he hugged her the best he could with shackles on.

"Ahem!" came the sound of someone clearing their throat fakingly. "And what about us, dear Prince?" asked the girl dressed in pink in a playful manner, as she batted her eyelashes at him.

Benny then broke the hug and ducked his head slightly in embarrassment, as he blushed before going over to give the other two fairies a hug. While Erica just rolled her eyes at Hannah's comment.

"Mood killer." mumbled Erica to herself.

"It's so good to see you, Prince Benny! And all grown up, too I might add!" joked Sarah playfully to the young prince.

Benny blushed. "And it's good to see you, too Sarah!" he replied gratefully, happy to see her. "And Hannah!" he then added, looking at her.

Hannah smiled, happy to see that he still remembers them even after all this time. Especially when he was so young back then. But her smile soon fell.

"As happy as I am about our little reunion, we have some very pressing matters to attend to, right now. As in saving the princess and the entire kingdom!" pointed out Hannah in all seriousness.

Benny's eyes went wide. "What do mean, saving the princess and the kingdom?" he asked.

Hannah then went into detail about how Princess Della was cursed by Stephanie when she was just a baby to prick her finger on a spindle needle on her sixteenth birthday and die, but thanks to Erica instead of her dying she'd just fall into a never ending slumber that can only be broken by her true love's kiss. She then told him about how unfortunately her evil prophecy had came true and how they had placed the entire kingdom under a powerful sleeping spell of their own, that would only be lifted once the Princess's curse has been lifted by receiving a kiss from her one true love.

Benny stood there in shock at her explanation. "But...how can I help? I mean, I know that I'm suppose to be marrying her, but it's not out of love. My heart belongs to another. A girl I met in the forest who lives with her aunts." he said a bit skeptically, in a sullen tone.

Hannah, Sarah, and Erica then all broke out into a fit of giggling. "Benny!" giggled Sarah amusingly. "Don't you see?! That girl you met in the forest who lives with her aunts is Princess Della!" clarified the green fairy, still giggling.

Benny looked at them cluelessly then with a raised curious brow, as he didn't understand.

"After the whole cursing ordeal during the christening, we convinced King James and Queen Miranda to let us raise her in secrecy in a little hidden cottage in the forest until her sixteenth birthday came to pass. In hopes that maybe we can prevent Stephanie's evil plan from ever happening." explained Erica, where Sarah left off.

"So, we changed her name to Briar Rose (or Rose for short) and pretended to be normal humans who were her aunts. We never told her the truth while raising her to keep the ruse up and to make it more believable, since we knew that Stephanie would have her minions out looking for her." continued Hannah amusingly, but then her expression fell. "Sadly, after coming home on the day she met you, she caught us carelessly using our magic. We swore not to use any magic when we fled the castle with her, but...we kinda...had a moment of weakness then when it came to preparing for her birthday." confessed Hannah truthfully, in shame.

"We were just so excited was all. That once the day was over that she'd finally be safe from Stephanie's evil curse and then we could tell her the truth and reunite her with her parents." explained Erica, also in shame.

"The moment Della saw us, we knew we had to tell her the truth then. A bit sooner than we liked, but since it was already her sixteenth birthday we had hoped that maybe by the time Stephanie had found out about her whereabouts that it would be too late for her to interfere to make sure the prophecy would happen. But...sadly, Stephanie found out somehow and was able to outsmart us in the end during the Princess's return party." explained Hannah, regretfully.

Benny was shocked by all this. The girl he was royally engaged to be married to turned out to be the girl he met and fell in love with in the forest, all along. He couldn't believe it!

"That explains why Stephanie came after me, then!" exclaimed Benny in realization.

Erica nodded. "Somehow she must of realized that you were Della's one true love and the only one who can break the spell. So, she kidnapped you to prevent it from ever being broken." concluded Erica.

The prince then remembered something that Stephanie had told him right before he blacked out. "Hmm...not true." he disagreed, shaking his head. "Right before I passed out, I vaguely remember her saying something about me...reuniting with my one true love eventually, but only when I'm an old and decrepit man about to die." he remembered, sounding a little unsure as he tried to remember exactly what all Stephanie had said to him then.

"Of course, she would." huffed Sarah in annoyance. "Leave it to Stephanie to wanna cause even more pain and suffering to the poor girl." she stated sarcastically, rolling her eyes and then shaking her head disapprovingly. Then she smiled at the prince. "Now, let's get you outta here!" she added with determination.

With a tap of her wand the metal shackles that held the prince prisoner had magically unlocked themselves and fell to the ground with a clanging sound. Sarah smiled triumphantly at her excellent work, as Prince Benny gingerly rubbed his wrists where the heavy chains and shackles were starting to cause them to get a bit of a sore from all the yanking and pulling he was doing, trying to get free. Thankfully, though the pain only lasted a few short minutes, as it slowly began to ebb away on it's own from the light rubbing.

"Are you going to be alright, Prince Benny?" asked Erica in concern, as she noticed him rubbing his sore and lightly red wrists.

He gave her a swift nod. "Yeah! I think so. There just a little bit sore from all the yanking I've been doing trying to free myself, but I'll be alright. Thanks!" he replied to her, giving her a reassuring smile.

But Erica didn't want to take any chances, though. He was going to need every bit of strength he could get to take on Stephanie in hopes of beating her this time. So, she went ahead and magically healed his wrists from the small bit of pain they were in, still. He looked up and smiled gratefully at her, with her returning the smile back, as well.

Suddenly, a thought came to Benny. "By the way. How did you guys know that I was Della's one true love, anyways?" he then asked curiously.

Hannah giggled. "Because! While she was busy getting ready for the party, we noticed that something seemed a bit off about her." answered Hannah.

"Like she was sad about something." added in Sarah, earning a nod from Hannah, agreeing with her.

"When we asked her what was wrong, she told us." continued Hannah. "She told us about how she fell in love with this charming and handsome stranger that she just met in the woods and how she really wanted to marry him instead."

"She didn't know much about the guy she had just met. Like a name or where he was from, but she did know that her heart belonged to him, though." added Sarah.

"But when she started to describe him to us, it all started to click then." explained Erica. "Well..." she drawled out hesitantly, while blushing bashfully. "Not at first, really." she admitted. "At the time, I had no idea what you had currently looked like, now that you're all grown up. Not until after we left the room to give her some time to herself alone to grieve over the life that she'll never have with the man she truly loves and I had accidently bumped into you. Of course, I still didn't realize it at the time that the person she had described was you, all along. Not until, after Della had fallen under Stephanie's evil plan and me and the other fairies had placed the entire kingdom under a sleeping spell of our own that will only be lifted once the Princess's has been lifted, was when I finally realized that the person she was talking about was actually you when we were busy trying to figure out who Della's one true love is." she explained.

"Right! The moment we went back over the details of what the princess had told us about this mystery man, that's when Erica told us that she had already met the guy and that the guy was you." added Hannah informatively.

"Wow!" was all he could say in anstonishment. "So, she has no idea that the guy in the woods that she fell for is actually me? The person she was arranged to marry?" he repeated incredulously, trying to make sense of it all and that he got understand properly. The girls all nodded. "Whoa! That's...pretty awesome!" he said impressively, thinking the whole thing was romantically cool and stuff.

Benny's reaction sort a taken the trio of fairies back in surprise a bit, but they quickly recovered from it. They didn't expect him to think that it was cool that all this time the girl he met in the forest was actually the girl he was suppose to marry someday. But whatever! All that matters now is stopping Stephanie and waking the princess from her evil cursed slumber.

"Great! Now, let's bust you out of this jail cell before the guard returns, so you can go save the day!" said Erica bluntly, but in an eager tone.

Hannah used her wand to spell the lock on the cell door to unlock itself. She then went over and slowly pushed it opened. Once opened, they quietly snuck out of cell and down the hallway to some stairs that led out of the dungeon.

As they ran down another corridor to get to the main hall where the entrance laid, they were spotted by one of Stephanie's minion guards. The guard quickly yelled out to summon more guards, in which 6 more came running instantly.

Prince Benny and the fairies where now trapped in the corridor as they had guards in front and behind them, blocking both ways.

"Now, what? We're surrounded?" stated Benny worriedly.

Hannah quickly looked around to assess the situation, as she tried to find a way out. Her eyes then landed on something hanging up on one of the walls. It was an old sword and a shield hung up for decoration. Hannah smiled as an idea came to her.

"We fight our way out, that's what!" she declared confidently.

At first Sarah and Erica where surprised and confused by her choice of words, but then looked up in the direction Hannah was looking and then it clicked on what she had meant. They too then smiled.

"Help me out here girls!" said Hannah, knowing they were on the same page now.

Erica and Sarah both gave a nod, as Benny just stood there looking at the fairies totally lost at what they were all thinking. Hannah, Erica, and Sarah then lifted up their wands to zap the sword and shield that hung on the wall, while Stephanie's guards grew more closer to them ready to attack and subdue the prisoner and his intruder friends. Their magic hit the objects hanging there and magically brought them towards them. They then magically floated down in front of the prince.

A brilliant white light then flashed suddenly, as Benny had to blink and look away at the bright light as it was so bright. The minions, on the other hand, all hissed and backed up a bit from the white light. The ugly creatures hated the light's goodness and purity, and were temporarily stunned by it. When Benny looked back down at the sword and shield after the brightness had died back down again, he was amazed to see that the sword and shield looked different.

They were no longer old, dull and dusty looking relics, but instead were shiny and brand new looking again. Even the sword's edge looked to be sharpened again. Benny thought it was awesome as he stared at them mystified and in awe.

"Whoa...cool!" he said astonishedly, liking what he saw. He then reached out to take the sword in one hand and the shield in the other. He gave the blade a couple of twirls to test it's weight and how it handles, finding it to be surprisingly light, but also very sturdy as well. "I love'em!" he cheered approvingly, while flashing a big happy smile on his face, but then it fell as he turned to the fairies. "But I thought you guys couldn't make weapons with your magic?" he then asked confusedly.

"We can't." asnwered Sarah playfully, as she giggled. "But there's no rule saying we can't use our magic to restore already made ones, though." she pointed out with a giggle and wink.

"Alright! Go loopholes!" cheered Benny happily.

Then he noticed a strange aura surrounding the weapons. "What's up with the freaky white glow?" he then asked the fairies.

"We enchanted them with some of our good magic to make them stronger!" replied Hannah.

"That way, you'll stand a more better chance against Stephanie's dark magic." said Erica, right after.

"With the Sword of Truth," said Hannah as she pointed to the sword. "And the Shield of Virtue," she said pointing to the shield now. "You should be able to defeat Stephanie by being our champion, as we good fairies cannot use our magic to do harm to others." stated Hannah hopefully with a smile. "Including, Stephanie." she then added in a sarcastic kind a tone with an eye roll, but still had the warm and kind smile on her face for encouragement.

"We're counting on you, Prince Benny. To end this horrible nightmare and to bring peace back to the kingdom, once again." Sarah said encouragingly.

"No pressure or anything." quiped Erica in playfully, as she gave him a light nudge in the side.

"Yeah. No pressure." mumbled Benny sarcastically, rolling his eyes, but then smiling as well. He then got ready to fight as the dark minions seem to of started to recover from their temporary state of paralysis and were about to attack.

When one of the guards came at him with it's weapon Benny blocked it's attack with the shield. Afterwards, he then swiftly swung his sword at the evil creature, hitting it. When Benny's sword struck it the dark minion let out a yell before disappearing into a puff of black smoke as it's weapon fell to the ground with a clatter.

"Awesome!" cried out Benny in amazement, as he stood there awaiting for the next one to attack.

The creatures stood there shocked for a minute, but then let out a mighty battle cry as they advanced on the prince and his friends. But the creatures were no match for Prince Benny and his magic sword and shield, as he quickly made work of them and defeated them all.

"Ha! Take that you evil-doers!" boasted Benny proudly to himself, as he stood there in victory at what he done.

"Yeah! Ok! Great, hot stuff! But we better go! I'm pretty sure there will be more of them coming, if he don't hurry! Like now!" urged Erica quickly, as she gave him a pat on the shoulder.

Benny blushed at the small compliment she threw in there before they all quickly made their way down the corridor and out the doorway. Eventually, making it to what looked to be the main entry hall.

"Look! There's the exit out of here!" exclaimed Sarah, pointing towards the large double doors in the empty room. But the large room didn't remain empty for long.

When they bolted for the door, more of Stephanie's dark soldiers came running out, blocking their path. Then even more of them came rushing out from all directions, surrounding them. The only difference was this time there were a lot more of them, than last time.

The Prince and his fairy friends all stood back to back in the center of the room, while being completely surrounded and out numbered with the prince at the ready for when they do come at them.

"This might take a while, guys." quiped Benny worriedly.

"Don't worry! We got your back, Prince Benny!" assured Sarah confidently. Although Benny wasn't exactly sure what she had meant by that if they weren't suppose to harm another living being, but he didn't have the time to ask, as the evil soldiers started to attack.

Benny used his shield to block any oncoming attacks thrown his way, while swinging his sword whenever he had an opportunity to go the offensive himself. He battled valiantly as he fended off the creatures made of dark magic. Just then, one of them was about to get the drop on him from behind, but then was suddenly turned into a puff of black smoke with it's weapon falling to the ground.

Benny turned around stunned by what just happened and confused, until he looked over to see Sarah hovering in mid-air with her wand pointed in the direction where the creature once stood.

She shrugged nonchalantly at first and then smiled at him. "See! I told yah, we'd have your back!" she stated smugly, before turning her wand upward and blowing the tip of it off, as if their was smoke or steam rising from it, causing tiny little sparks of magic fizzle off from it.

He then turned to see Erica zapping a soldier with her magic, as well, and it disintegrating into nothing. "Benny! Focus!" scolded the blue fairy harshly to him, as she also saved him from being attacked by the enemy from behind.

"But I thought you guys weren't allowed to hurt other living things?" asked Benny baffled by what's going on.

"We can't, but these things aren't natural living creatures. They were created by dark magic. So, that means they're free game since all our good magic is basically doing is just purifying them back into normal energy, again." replied Hannah back. "It's a pretty low level spell that she used, really. So, our powers have no problem undoing it." she added, shrugging as if it wasn't a big deal.

"Gotcha!" nodded Benny, understandingly before getting back at the matter at hand. Dealing with and getting rid of these evil creatures. He swung his sword, taking out another one.

Eventually, Benny (with a bit of assistance from Erica, Hannah, and Sarah) was able to defeat all of them and make their escape outside.

Once outside of Stephanie's castle, the quartet of heroes hurried to make their way back to the King and Queen's castle, where Princess Della lays fast asleep in her room. They just hope they'd be able to get there in time before Stephanie learns of their escape and catches up to them to prevent the spell from being broken.

A/N: Yay! The fairies where able to rescue Prince Benny from Stephanie's clutches! And now, it's off to the castle to break the spell! :D

But will they make it in time? Or will Stephanie try and stop them from ever getting there?

Find out next time, folks! Lol! :D

Until then, I'll be seeing you all around! Peace! ;D
